목적 : 안경원 고객을 대상으로 안경원 이용 시 안경원의 고객응대 태도, 고객만족도, 변화추구성향, 전환의도 를 조사하여 안경원 고객의 전환의도에 영향을 미치는 원인을 파악하고자 하였다.
방법 : 2019년 9월부터 11월까지 온라인 설문조사에 응답한 209명을 대상으로 하였다. 안경원의 고객응대 태 도, 고객만족도, 소비자의 변화추구성향, 전환의도가 포함된 총 20개의 문항으로 설문을 구성하였다.
결과 : 안경원의 고객응대 태도는 평균 3.76점, 고객만족도는 3.18점, 소비자의 변화추구성향은 2.95점, 전환 의도는 2.63점으로 나타났다. 안경원의 고객응대 태도가 좋을수록 고객만족도는 증가하였고, 전환의도는 감소하 였다. 안경원 고객 전환의도는 소비자의 변화추구성향이 높을수록 증가하였고, 고객만족도가 높을수록 감소하였 다. 안경원의 고객응대 태도와 소비자의 변화추구성향, 고객만족도는 전환의도에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다.
결론 : 안경원의 고객응대 태도는 좋았으며, 고객만족도가 높아 안경원 고객의 전환의도가 낮음을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 안경원 고객의 전환의도를 줄일 수 있는 방안을 연구하는 기초자료로 사용되리라 생각한다.
Social Network Services (SNS) have become a vital means of shopping, significantly influencing consumers’ purchases of fashion products. The aim of this study was to identify bandwagon consumption among fashion consumers and to analyze the effects of bandwagon consumption on negative emotions, purchase discontinuation, and switching intention. A survey questionnaire was developed, and data were obtained from 285 female consumers in Korea aged in their 20s and 30s who had experienced guilt, regret, or disappointment after purchasing fashion products using SNS during the previous six months. The survey results indicated four different types of bandwagon consumption: intentional, impulsive, unintentional, and planned. The presence of negative emotions such as guilt, disappointment, and regret were affected by different types of bandwagon consumption. Intentional bandwagon consumption only affected guilt, while unintentional bandwagon consumption affected both guilt and disappointment. Impulsive bandwagon consumption affected guilt and regret; however, planned bandwagon consumption only affected regret. Furthermore, negative emotions affected purchase discontinuation and switching intention. Planned bandwagon consumption had an effect on both purchase discontinuation and switching intention, while both impulsive and unintentional bandwagon consumption influenced switching intention only. Intentional bandwagon consumption had no effect on either purchase discontinuation or switching intention. The results of this study indicate that SNS consumers’ bandwagon consumption causes different negative emotions, purchase discontinuation, and switching intention.
With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution, the digital transformation craze has intensified in diverse industries, such as finance, automotive, health care and agriculture. However, relative to industry demand, there is only few domestic research on digital transformation of small traders and no one has implemented empirical study on this field at all. Thus, the study conducted an empirical study to measure the digital transformation intention of domestic small traders. In the early days of domestic business start-ups, we searched for factors affecting the digital conversion intention of small business owners and designed an integrated framework to explain the causal relationship between factors. This study not only expanded and refined the scope of related research but also suggested the direction of another research that was not presented in previous research. However, there are limitations in many ways as much as the initial stage of a specific field of small business owners. There are limitations in explaining the overall perception of Korean small business owners. Therefore, in future studies, it is necessary to study more deeply by presenting more specific and various variables. In addition, although the number of respondents was sufficient in the process of empirical analysis, it is considered that the respondents are not enough to universalize the research result as a traditional small business person who did not convert all digital. It is necessary to carry out a comparative analysis by dividing the two groups in more detail and more specifically in the future study. The result of this study can suggest the direction for accelerating small traders’ digital transformation intention in terms of practical view, and provide useful references which can support the theoretical foundation for researchers who will perform future related research in terms of academic view.
목적: 본 연구의 목적은 여러 산업의 선행연구들을 통하여 고객에게 제공되는 관계효익의 개념을 경제적 효익, 고객화효익, 사회적효익, 심리적효익으로 구분하여 전환장벽과 재구매의도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 확인하고자 하였다.
방법: 본 연구는 안경원에서 안경테, 안경렌즈, 콘택트렌즈를 구입하였던 347명의 고객을 대상으로 설문 조사하고 그 데이터를 분석하였다. 데이터 분석은 SPSS 18.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 회귀분석을 실시하여 안경원의 관계효익과 전환장벽, 재구매의도에 관한 연구 가설을 검증하였다.
결과: 첫째, 관계효익 중 심리적효익과 고객화효익이 전환장벽 형성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 관 계효익 중 세 요인, 즉 심리적효익, 경제적효익, 고객화효익이 재구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전환장벽이 재구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
결론: 본 연구에서는 안경원의 관계효익 중에서 심리적효익이 전환장벽과 재구매의도에 중요한 역할을 하 는 것과 관계효익의 네 요인 중 고객화효익이 전환장벽 형성과 재구매의도에 영향을 주는 것을 발견하였다. 경제적효익은 재구매의도 형성에만 영향을 미치므로 안경원 경영자는 안경사의 장기 근무를 위한 노력과 재 교육을 제공하여 고객관계관리를 통한 전환장벽 형성과 재구매의도를 높이려는 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다.
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationships among brand awareness, switching intentions, purchasing behavior, and revisiting intentions. Brand awareness consisted of three factors: brand image, physical environment, and affiliation of coffee brand. Good brand image was associated with reduced switching intentions, whereas negative images were associated with higher switching intentions. Consumer purchasing behavior was most affected by interior decoration, including furniture, decorations, etc. Switching intentions had a negative relationship with revisiting intentions. Finally, purchasing behavior and revisiting intentions showed a positive correlation. As limitations, the only participants were university students, who are not representative of all consumers at coffee shops. Moreover, this study did not divide coffee shops into franchises and individually owned.
The purpose of this study was to understand interrelationships among switching costs, customer satisfaction, and switching intent in a family restaurant. Based on a total of 427 customers obtained from empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of the research model and verified a total of five hypotheses using the Amos program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously by using a structural equation model (SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data, χ2=137.881 (df=50); p〈 .001; CMIN/df 2.758; GFI= .947; AGFI= .919, NFI= .965; IFI= .978; TLI= .970; CFI= .978; RMR= .047; RMSEA= .064. The results showed that switching cost (β= .123) in a family restaurant had a positive (+) influence upon customer satisfaction. Further, switching cost had a significantly negative (-) effect on switching intent (β= -.414). In addition, there were moderating effects related to customer knowledge and variety seeking orientation in terms of the causal relationships between switching costs, customer satisfaction, and switching intent. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.
The advent of Internet has greatly increased the ability of companies to conduct their business faster, more accurately, over a wider range of time and space, at reduced cost and with the ability to customize and personalize customer offerings. However it may be difficult for companies to sustain a long-run survival in competition environment of e-business. The purpose in this study is to analyze the relationship among site loyalty characteristics, customer's repurchasing intention and switching intention of internet shopping mall. The results showed that reputation variables of internet shopping mall only affected significantly e-loyalty. And the relationship among e-brand loyalty, customer's repurchasing intention and switching intention was significantly supported.
안경원의 경쟁이 섬화되는 상황에서 안경원의 고객들을 만족시켜 재구매률 유도하 는 방어적인 마케탱전략이 요구되어왔다. 안경원에서 2회 이상 안경을 구매한 경험올 지닌 안경원의 고객 187명을 대상으로 방문 안경원의 고객만족, 재구매의도 그리고 전환장벽 둥에 대하여 설문지 조사법을 실시하였다. 고객만족을 인적서버스만족과 시 설서비스만족으로 구분하였고 고객을 전환장벽의 높고 낮음에 따라 고객을 분류하여 집단 간에 인적서버스만족과 시설서버스만족이 재구매의도에 마치는 영향이 차이가 있는지를 검정하였다.
Purpose - The Millennial Generation, which grew in the wake of the spread of the Internet and rapid changes in the media environment, is rapidly moving from the traditional broadcasting environment to the Internet-broadcasting environment in terms of content acceptance. With the emergence of UGC (User-generated content), the change in the status of single-person content creators enables the growth of multi-channel networks (MCN), a new content-distribution platform and an agency concept for single creators. Youtube-based MCN produces multiple single star producers and casts and provides its own video series through Youtube. It is also emerging as a major M&A target for global media providers in terms of providing content to a wide range of consumers with the same interests and consumption characteristics. In addition, for the Millennials generation, which are part of their lives, MCN is becoming the most suitable media for TGIF (Twitter, Google, i-phone, Facebook). Accordingly, this study defines newly emerging MCNs and analyzes the factors for accepting MCN-produced content based on the push-pull-mooring (PPM) model.
Research design, data, and methodology - An empirical analysis is performed through a questionnaire survey. For this purpose, 204 people who have experience of watching MCN were studied. Collected data is processed through analysis of a structural equation model using R to test the hypothesis.
Results - For the MCN service to become an alternative to existing media, it is necessary to continuously promote cultural diversity and diversity of attempts that conventional media cannot provide. It is the attractiveness of the alternative that has the greatest influence on the intention to switch to a MCN service. When we look at MCN content so far, certain patterns such as game progress, introduction, food, and chat rooms have already appeared. We need to overcome this and develop a completely new conceptual content that we have never seen before. This requires a more generous viewer perception of the topics covered. For diversity, linguistic and verbal violence should be tolerant in common sense to provide a foundation for securing cultural diversity.
Conclusions - In this study, we tried to develop a comprehensive approach to the substitution effect of MCN. In terms of academic achievement, the PPM model is used to enhance the utilization of media and broadcasting. Practical implications are to provide an analytical framework for verifying alternative or complementary effects when viewers switch to MCN.
게임사들은 제품 및 서비스 등을 수요자들에게 제공하지만 수요자의 욕구와 필요는 시대를 거듭하면서 다양하게 변하고 있다. 하지만 게임사들은 자본과 기술의 동일성 때문에 독특한 제품 및 서비스 등을 제공하기가 어렵다. 특히 유저들에게 인기 있는 FPS 게임은 유저들의 욕구를 최대한 반영하여 게임 개발에 임하지만 비슷한 욕구로 인해 타사 FPS 게임과 비슷한 게임으로 계속 개발되고 있다. 이는 특정 수요자의 욕구를 수용하지 못하고, 더 나아가 충성도가 높은 고객 감소 및 신규고객 미확보 등으로 시장 활동의 어려움에 빠질 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 FPS게임 이용자들이 게임이용 후 재이용 의도 및 전환의도에 미치는 요인들을 찾아내어 이용자의 심리적 욕구를 찾아내고자 한다. 그 결과 현재 이용하는 FPS 게임에 대해 만족 및 재이용 의도는 84.9%로 나타났고, 스페셜 포스 게임으로 전환의도는 9.6%로 서든어택 게임으로 전환의도는 5.5%로 나타났다. 이는 특정 게임 이용자들의 욕구가 변화하고 있음을 보여주고 있다.
