코로나19라는 전 지구적 위기 발생 이후 지속가능발전목표(SDGs) 관 련 논의에 새로운 접근이 요구되었다. 특히 재원 발굴, 정책 효과성 문제 해결을 위한 개발 파트너십 확대 필요성이 논의되면서 인적·물적 자원, 기술을 보유한 기업이 주요 행위자로 대두되었지만 SDGs 이행 과정에서 기업의 역할에 대한 학문적 논의는 부족하다. 본 연구는 개발 파트너십 의 개념과 등장 배경, 기업이 주목받는 원인을 소개하고, 기업의 사회적 책임(CSR)을 국제개발협력 관점에서 분석하여 개발파트너십 확대에 관한 이론적 근거를 밝히고자 하였다. 주주 중심론, 이해관계자 중심론, 기업 시민론적 관점을 통합한 이론적 분석틀을 토대로 기업의 ESG와 SDGs의 연계를 제안하여 개발파트너십 확대에 관한 정책적 함의를 도출하였다. 기업이 개발 파트너십에 능동적으로 참여하기 위해서는 SDGs 이행참여 를 통한 ESG 성과 향상이 ESG 투자 확대를 유발한다는 주주 중심론, 긍정적인 기업 이미지를 창출한다는 이해관계자 중심론, 기업의 ESG 목 표와 SDGs의 연계가 국제규범과의 정합도를 향상시킨다는 기업시민론적 논의를 통합하여 기업에게 제공할 유인책을 고려할 필요가 있다.

This study analyze the effects of cooperative activities between SME’s(Small and Medium Company’s). To research the empirical analysis, we divide type of cooperation into four dimensions such as technical cooperation, human resource cooperation, sales cooperation and finance cooperation. We examine the role of cooperation philosophy as precedence factor. In addition, this study analyze the relationship between cooperation philosophy, cooperation activities and performance. The finding of this study can be summarized as follows, First, the result of path analysis between cooperation philosophy and cooperation activities is that cooperation philosophy have significant effect on technical cooperation, human resource cooperation, sales cooperation and finance cooperation. Second, the result of relationship between cooperation activities and performance, technical cooperation, human resource cooperation, sales cooperation have significant effects on cooperation performance. In particular, the effect of haman resource cooperation is relatively high because cooperation through personnel exchanges is effective in the short-term performance. In addition, the implications of this study are presented as follows, First, this study analyze the empirical test by using PSBP Model in terms of partnership. Until now, many researcher analyze the relationship between big and small company, but we try to verify the relationship between small business company. So, we can present a beneficial implications to explain importance of cooperation activities between SME’s. Second, there is the problem of technical information disclosure issue when SME’s business unit have a partnership. To overcome this problem, we use cooperation philosophy and it can be escape the negative views.

본 연구는 기업의 제품혁신 과정에서 기술협력 활동과 전유성의 확보가 제품혁신성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 추가적으로 협력활동과 전유성의 상호작용 효과 (전유성의 조절효과)에 대하여 분석하였다. 과학기술연구원에서 조사한 2010년 한국 제조업의 기술혁신조사 자료를 이용한 실증분석 결과 고객과의 협력활동과 계열사와의 협력활동이 제품혁신에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 전유성의 그 자체로 제품혁신에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 뿐만 아니라 고객과의 협력활동이 제품혁신에 주는 긍정적인 영향을 배가시키는, 다시 말해 제품혁신에서 전유성의 중요성이 확인되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 제품혁신 성과를 높이기 위한 전략적 시사점을 도출하였다. 제품혁신에서는 기술협력활동뿐만 아니라 전유성의 확보가 혁신성과를 결정하는 중요한 요인이기에 기업에서는 기술협력활동의 활성화 및 기술의 전유성 확보에 힘써야 할 것이며 이러한 전유성의 확보를 위한 기술보호 수단의 전략적 활용에 대한 통찰이 필요하다.

This study aims to analyze the process of how Chinese students practice collaborative writing and to figure out whether collaborative writing is useful to Korean language learners for academic purposes. In total, 15 Chinese students of Korean language for academic purposes participated in the research and they were divided into Groups A and B, respectively. Five participants of Group A were individually assigned with writing tasks while ten participants of Group B conducted collaborative writing tasks in pairs. Groups A and B conducted both tasks of a data commentary and an argumentative essay. The result was that fluency and complexity were not significantly different between Groups A and B. However, accuracy was higher in Group B. Accordingly, for students of Korean language in an advanced level, collaborative writing activities did not result in longer texts or more complex linguistic practices but led to more accurate texts. Whether this accuracy will strengthen grammatical knowledge of language students in an advanced level in the long-term is unknown, so follow-up studies are needed.

개방화, 세계화의 심화로 국제사회 및 국가간의 상호의존성이 확대되고 있으며, 이에 따라 국제개발협력의 역할과 중요성도 커지고 있다. 또한 글로벌 시장의 개방과경쟁이 날로 심화되고 선진국 위주의 시장확대, 성장이 한계에 다다름은 물론 OECDDAC 가입 등 외교적 국격향상에 따라 대개도국 국제개발협력 확대에 대한 내외부의수요가 증가하고 있다.이러한 대외환경의 빠른 변화는 정책 및 국제공조의 강화 등 거시적 수준의 변화뿐만 아니라 국제개발협력의 방법론의 미시적 수준의 변화를 동시에 요구한다. 이에본 연구는 국제개발협력의 방법론에 대한 새로운 접근법으로서 오픈 이노베이션의 가치를 검토 하였고, 특히 교육분야에서 오픈 이노베이션의 운영사례인 ALCoB을 분석하여 향후 국제개발협력 방법론의 대안을 제시하고자 하였다.

Persistent accidents related to food safety and expanded international trades have urged the world to be aware of the gravity of the accidents. Accordingly many countries have tried to come up with various laws, regulations, measures, support networks and educational programs for the agenda, particularly focusing on harmonizing food safety technologies among nations and fostering professionals. Also, APEC newly organized Food Safety Cooperation Forum (FSCF) in 2007 to exert multi-dimensional efforts to improve food safety for Asia Pacific nations. Up to now, 35 activities have been promoted since 2007 and additional 20 activities are waiting for their turns for action on the list of APEC project agenda. FSCF has the objective that it helps the stakeholders in food supply chain develop their own competence in that area, thus increase international trade among nations and maintain the globe healthy by applying the highest standards and best practices for the management of food safety ranging from production to consumption. To achieve this strategic objective, APEC subsequently formed Partnership Training Institute Network (PTIN) to build up the multilateral networks of specialists from governmental agencies engaging in food safety management, industries, academia and international organizations in Asia-Pacific region. This attempt made it possible for the world to exchange their scientific and technological information concerning food safety and strengthen related education and training. Today, international cooperation is essential for food safety management. Therefore, we need to participate actively in the activities of APEC FSCF to contribute to improving food safety technologies for the member countries of APEC. We also need to connect the domestic support programs with theirs.

GE, as well as Motorola, TI, HP, ABB, and other companies, which have several suppliers from all of the world, adopted an innovation program called 6 Sigma, in order to make fundamental changes in the way they operated to fulfill customers' expectations and to evaluate and control their suppliers. Recently, as the 6 Sigma is being recognized as elementary and strategic means to improve the effectiveness of SCM(Supply Chain Management), there may be few business who does not operate 6 Sigma innovation program. Under such a circumstance, this study is aimed at expediting 6 Sigma pervasion by considering supplier evaluating scheme. It is recognized that this evaluating mechanism can be used as a great tool for the everlasting run of 6 Sigma in Korea.\

교사는 생활주제에 적합한 동화, 동시, 동요를 찾아 유아들에게 소개하고 다양한 활동을 진행하게 된다. 동시는 우리말의 아름다움을 느낄 수 있는 가장 좋은 문학 장르이다. 따라서 동시는 유아들의 감성과 상상력을 고무시키고 전인적인 성장을 돕는 교육매개가 된다. 유아들은 문학작품 속에서 꿈, 이상, 바람 등 무한한 상상의 나래를 펼칠 수 있다. 또한 좋은 문학작품은 유아들에게 밝고 긍정적인 삶의 태도를 길러 준다. 그러나 유아들은 이러한 동시의 음률에 즐거워하면서도 흥미를 경험하지는 않는다. 본 연구에서는 유아들의 동시학습에 대한 흥미도를 높이기 위해 스토리텔링을 통하여 누리과정을 재구성 하고자 한다. 유아들은 동시 등 문학작품 학습을 통해 다양한 인간의 문제를 경험할 수 있다. 유아들은 그러한 문제를 유아 자신의 일상의 삶과 관련시켜 학습하게 되면서 현실 생활에 대해 다른 태도를 보이고 정신적 성장을 하게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 유아들이 관심가질 수 있는 동시를 스토리텔링 방법으로 재구성하여 학습효과를 높이고자 한다. 연구자는 유아들이 동시를 이용하여 감성을 율동 등 신체로 표현하게 하고, 동시를 다양한 방법으로 읊어보기, 동시 짝꿍놀이, 동시 골든벨, 동시 게임, 동시 표상하기 등의 방법으로 동시를 재구성하였다. 그 결과 유아교육에 있어 스토리텔링을 통한 동시 학습은 유아교육에 매력적인 수단이 될 수 있으며, 동시를 더욱 풍부하게 경험하게 할 수 있다. 또한 유아들이 동시를 감상하는 바른 태도가 길러졌고, 가족구성원과의 정서적 유대관계 형성에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있다

본 연구의 목적은 유치원에서의 협력활동 경험이 유아의 또래유능성에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 연구대상 중 실험집단은 서울특별시 강북구에 소재한 S병설유치원 만5세 28명, 통제집단은 D병설유치원 만5세 28명이며, 연구도구는 박주희와 이은해(2001)의 취학 전 유아용 또래유능성 척도와 한은희(2009), 이나영(2008), 교육인적자원부(2006) 등의 관련연구를 토대로 재구성한 총15가지 협력활동이었다. 연구결과 실험집단과 통제집단의 또래유능성에서 유의한 차이가 나타나 유치원에서 협력활동 경험이 유아의 또래유능성에 긍정적인 효과가 있으며 또래관계에서 어려움을 겪는 유아의 또래유능성을 향상시키는 기회가 될 수 있음을 시사받을 수 있었다.
