본 연구는 2022년 2월 24일 러-우크라이나 전쟁 발발 이후의 러시아 문화정책의 변화와 특징을 고찰한다. 러시아의 문화정책은 우크라이나와 전쟁을 시작한 이후 강력한 민족주의적 성향을 보이며 우경화되고 있다. 우크라이나 전쟁 이후 한국과 러시아는 상호 비우호국가로 지정하여 얼 어붙은 양국 관계와 국제 정세 속에서도 여러 분야의 K-콘텐츠는 러시 아 사회에서 선전하고 있으며 경제적인 효과까지 창출하고 있다. 아직까 지 러시아 사회에서 한국의 대중문화는 러시아 청년들의 하위문화로 주 류문화에 영향을 줄 만큼 폭발적인 반응을 보이는 것은 아니지만 그 수 요는 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있다. 대한민국 정부는 양국의 대중문화 분야의 인적·물적 교류 활성화를 전제로 실리적이고 실효성 있는 방안을 고려해야 한다.

본 소고는 ‘한국선교신학회’ 30주년을 맞이하여 그 역사를 돌아보 며, 지난 10년간의 한국 선교학자들의 주된 관심 영역이 무엇이었는지 를 살피고, 향후 한국 선교학이 나아가야 할 방향을 모색하였다. 한국선 교의 성장과 발맞추어 한국 선교학도 지난 30년간 눈부신 발전을 이루었고, ‘한국선교신학회’는 선교학자들의 학문적 교류의 구심점으 로서의 역할을 감당하였다. 이제 ‘한국선교신학회’의 탄생 30주년을 맞이하는 이때, 한국 선교학은 코로나 팬데믹을 계기로 비대면 사회라 는 새로운 시대 앞에 서 있다. 본 소고에서는 한국 선교학의 미래적 과제로 1) 서구신학적 모델의 무비판적 수용으로부터의 탈피, 2) 한국교 회의 상황에 근거한 선교학적 연구의 모델 개발, 3) 한국 선교학계 안에서의 연합과 협력을 위한 노력, 4) 아시아-아프리카 학자 간의 연대 강화, 5) 신진학자들의 역량 강화를 통한 한국선교의 신학화 및 세계교회와의 소통을 제시하였다.

디지털 전환(digital transformation)은 디짓화(digitisation)와 디지털화(digitalisation) 의 경제적 및 사회적 효과를 의미한다. 디지털 전환은 경제/사회 발전 및 삶의 편의성을 향상 시키는 유용한 도구로 작용하지만 부정적 영향(개인정보 오남용, 윤리문제 야기, 사회적 격 차 심화 등)을 미칠 수도 있는 양면성을 보유하고 있다. 한편 정부는 산업 경쟁력 및 기술 패 권 확보 등을 위하여 디지털 전환 촉진정책은 적극적으로 추진하고 있는 반면, 디지털 전환 관련 위험이슈에 대한 이해와 이를 방지할 수 있는 정책 추진에는 상대적으로 소극적인 상황 이다. 이에 본 연구는 디지털 전환이 초래할 수 있는 미래사회 위험이슈를 Embedded Topic Modeling 방법론 기반의 언론기사 빅데이터 정량분석으로 체계화 및 구체화하고, 정책적 대 응 방향을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저 주요국의 디지털 전환 역기능 세부 이슈들을 규명 하였다. 다음으로 디지털 전환의 핵심 기술인 인공지능을 중심으로 주요국과 한국의 디지털 전환 역기능 세부이슈를 구체화하고, 비교분석하였다. 아울러 분석결과들을 종합하여 향후 정부의 디지털 전환 역기능 대응 정책 수립 방향을 제시하였다. 분석 결과에 근거한 정책적 함의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 디지털 전환의 역기능은 기술 분야에만 한정되어 나타나지 않고 국가안보 및 사회 전반에 영향을 미치기 때문에 정부는 디지털 전환의 순기능 촉진뿐만 아니 라 역기능 대응을 위한 정책도 마련해야 한다. 둘째, 디지털 전환의 미래사회 위험 세부이슈 들은 국가에 따라 상이하게 나타나므로 정부는 국가적/사회적 맥락을 고려하여 디지털 전환 역기능 대응 정책을 수립해야 한다. 마지막으로 정부는 이해관계자들의 혼선을 최소화할 수 있도록 디지털 전환 역기능 대응 정책의 큰 방향을 설정하고, 실효성 있는 정책 수단을 마련 해야 한다.

본 연구는 사회철학적 분석방법을 통해 미래 고령화 사회의 평생교육을 위한 역할과 비전을 제시함을 그 목적으로 하였다. 사회철학은 인간과 사회 간의 관계, 사회 내 인간과 인간 간의 바른 관계 설정을 위 한 사유의 도구이다. 사회철학적 분석은 기존의 고령화 사회에 대한 연구가 편협하고 표면적인 것이었음 을 밝히고, 근원적인 관점에서 고령화 사회를 분석 가능하게 하였다. 그 결과 노인이라는 기표를 통하여 노인이 아닌 자들의 지배적 담론과 권력을 문제로 제기하였다. 또한 고령화 사회의 주체라고 상정된 노인들이 실은 주체가 아니었음을 밝혔다. 결국 노인들을 열등한 타자로 만든 지배담론과 그 지배담론을 통하여 노인들을 억압하던 권력의 해체, 그리고 노인이 될 사람들과 노인이 된 사람들이 주체가 되어야 함을 설명하였다. 해체된 담론들은 정당한 사회의 모습을 회복하고, 이를 위한 평생교육을 요구한다. 그 역할은 배움자산의 소유와 축적, 그리고 활용이었다. 미래 고령화 사회에서 필요한 유형자산과 무형자산을 가능하게 하는 배움자산은 인간에게 배움의 본능이 있음을 인정하고, 의미심장한 지식을 습득하며, 뫔의 온전성을 위해 개조역량과 의식소통역량, 그리고 치유역량을 갖추게 하는 핵심이다. 미래 고령화 사회의 평생교육은 전생애적으로 통생애, 공생애, 범생애적으로 이루어져야 하며, 이는 삶의 질과 결·깔을 위함이라는 사실을 또한 밝혔다.

인간의 삶과 발전에 있어 물은 생명의 기원이며, 국토의 피와 같다. 물의 공급과 오수의 처리는 국민이 마땅히 누려야 할 건강한 삶의 첫걸음이다. 통일을 바라보는 이때 (사)대한상하수도학회는 회원(사)의 역량을 발휘할 기회와 성실한 노력에 대한 당연한 보상을 기획하고 이의 제도화를 노력하여 우리학회가 회원(사)와 국가발전에 기여하도록 한다. 이에 상하수도 발전에 대한 전략과 안목이 중요함을 인식하고 미래비젼을 공유하고 설득하여 상하수도에 종사하는 회원(사)의 자부심을 공유한다. 상하수도는 깨끗한 물을 공급하고 오염된 물을 처리하는 기본 개념은 변함이 없으나, 이를 구현하는 방법은 정보와 과학의 발전에 따라 지속적으로 발전하고 있다. 또한 역동적인 사회발전에 따라 국민의 요구수준이 높아지고 있으므로 우리학회는 이에 부응하고, 상하수도 산업발전을 선도한다. 국민복지의 근간이 되는 물과 직접 관련된 학회로서 국가의 정책이슈를 이끌고, 세계의 기술동향을 파 악하여 이에 대응하고 또 회원의 발전을 도모하는 것이 대한상하수도학회가 견지하는 대한민국 상하수도업에 대한 미래비젼이다.

This review summarizes the history of freshwater zooplankton research in Korean Society of Limnology and necessary future topics that are remain poorly investigated in South Korea based on main research topics of published articles focusing on lakes, reservoirs, rivers and wetland ecosystems. In Korea, a total 450 freshwater zooplankton species have been reported (85 species of cladocera, ca. 230 species of rotifera since 1939, and 138 species of copepoda), and they cover 10% of total zooplankton species list. In the present paper, we provide recent species list of zooplankton found in Korea and their taxonomic keys. Over periods of 45 years, there are 25 published papers for zooplankton biota in lentic ecosystems in Korean Journal of Ecology and Environment (KJEE). The ecology of zooplankton communities in rivers has focused on the mechanisms involved in regulating their abundance, diversity and spatio-temporal patterns of genus Bosmina and rotifers (genus Brachionus and Keratella) that are most frequently found from Korea. On the other hand, the studies on zooplankton in wetland has focused on Alona, Chydorus and Ceriodaphnia with special emphasis on their relationships with aquatic macrophytes. Even though studies on the freshwater ecosystem in Korea have a long history, a few of studies on zooplankton biota were conducted at rice paddy, Dumbeong and wetlands. During the last two decades, experimental advances in freshwater zooplankton ecology and understanding of structure and function of this biota were made from a series of articles mainly in journal of KJEE. For future studies, quantitative, experimental and interdisciplinary approaches would be key words to understand zooplankton ecology and their roles in aquatic ecosystems under changing environments, and we have suggested necessary zooplankton research fields and future directions.

본 연구는 미래사회의 중요한 인재가 될 학생들에게 참여, 협의, 실천이 가능한 학습 경험을 제공하여 현명하고 책임 있는 민주시민으로의 꿈을 가꾸고 성장함에 목적을 두고 진행하게 되었다. 초등학교 4학년 학생을 대상으로 실험집단과 통제집단을 두어 ‘PCP 협동학습프로그램’을 구안하고 적용하였다. ‘PCP 협동 학습프로그램’은 학생들이 배려와 나눔의 경험을 제공해 줄 수 있는 협동학습을 기반으로 학급과 학교에 서 일어나는 문제에 참여(Participation)·협의(Conference)·실천(Practice)을 직접 경험함으로써 민주시민 의식을 함양할 수 있도록 계획되었다. 그 결과 ‘PCP 협동학습프로그램’은 인간의 존엄성, 기본질서, 민주 사회의 절차, 합리적 의사결정 등의 민주시민의식 함양에 모두 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

목 적: 과학기술 발달에 따른 안경업계의 미래를 예측하고 그에 따른 대응책을 마련하기 위함이다. 방 법: 세계의 미래 예측 기관들의 자료와 국내 정부기관의 보고서를 수집하여 국내 안경업계의 상황을 진단했다. 결 과: 안경 산업의 생산성은 전반적으로 증가하지만 고용 인력은 감소하고 있다. 전자동 안경 조제 장 비가 개발되고 있으며 안굴절력계가 일반인에 의해 사용될 수 있다. 결 론: 안경사는 독일의 장인 제도에서 얻을 수 있는 가치 창조를 개발해야 하며 굴절검사를 넘어 시재 활 훈련을 할 수 있어야 한다.

Today, the world is marked by confusion and conflicts caused by a lack of leadership. The advance in science and civilization did not bring about a united and harmonious community. Rather, it the opposite phenomena is on the in crease . ln short, excessive materi ali stic affluence has made the soul of mankind desolate. Furthermore, many more people suffer from poverty and the feeling of alienation. The resulting sense of mutual distrust, accentuated by the feeling of comparative deprivation, and the generation gap has led to a state of conflict and confrontation. Thjs state is marked by a tendency towards globalization which is ruled by the logic of power and economics. This in tum has brought about the opposing trend towards regional bloc based on cultural homogeneity. The current general state of affairs calls for a leader capable of providing the necessary leadership to solve the global crisis and confusion and mediate conflicts and reestablish order The current world leadership is lacking in piety and moderation which led them to fa Jl as slaves towards power and materialism. They display clear signs of moral f1aws as they foster distrust among the people, making them move about in confusion amidst the insecure and uneasy world. The res ult of this is a strong distrust towards the current leadership. Thus, the leadership capable of solving these problems must not only be able to realize harmony and unity but must be based on the fundamentally alσuistic， cornmunal and ever-σustful faith of Christian spiri t. The answer, then , lies in the scriptural leadership based on Christian faith. The Scripture teaches us the meaning of true leadership through the image of self-sacrifice. What enables the leader to overcome self-love and see things in an objective way, gives him the ability to control himself, work for the kingdom of God, seek after the spirit of love and unity and overcome all obstacles is the leadership deriving from mission spirit. Historically, young Christians have taken a leading role in this matter. In particular, during the eighteenth century which is marked by confusion, fear and conflicts, young Christians such as Wesley and Whitfield had attempted to solve the many social, political, and economical problems through the practice of spiritual and religious movements such as spiritual revival movements and student mission movements. The reason they were successful was because the young Christians were visionaries armed with open-mindedness and adaptability. The young Christian mission leadership burns with a sense of altruistic purpose and they are filled with a vision, constantly examines themselves and praying for guidance in order to stay true to God’s purpose. As long as they accentuate the vision received from God, grow into leaders deserving of trust and responsibility, maintain the healthY and balanced development of body and spirit, train in the di scipleship, and add hurnility to these, then, they can acquire σue leadership qualities as light and salt to the world. The leadership crisis of the world can be overcome by young Christian mission leadership characterized by its oneness, unity and harrnony, mutual love, efforts to reduce division and conflict, trust and responsibility. The cause of leadership void in the wor1d is selfcenteredness that inhibits efforts to overcome oneself. There can be no alternative world leadership save by following the teachings of Jesus who died for others and taught others to do likewise. Through such leadership, we can overcome unreasonable and conflicting state of affairs and work towards changing the world ruled not by the will of people but where God’s righteousness flows like a river.

우리나라의 한자 한문학계는 韓國漢文學會, 韓國漢文敎育學會, 韓國漢字漢文敎育學會 등 세 학회가 상호 부족한 분야를 보완하면서 솟발처럼 鼎立하여 발전해왔다. 그러나 아직까지 해결이 되지 않았거나 미진한 점이 많이 남아있다. 본 고는 한문교육에 대한 사회적 필요성이 증대되었음에도 불구하고 한문교육의 위상이 오히려 저하되고 있는 사회 현실을 고려하여 우리 학계가 앞으로 해야 할 과제를 다시 한 번 짚어 보고자 한다. 첫째, 객관적인 연구업적을 통하여 한문과가 도구과목임을 입증하고 이를 만인이 공감시켜 한문과의 위상을 제고시켜야 할 것이다. 이러한 연구가 진척이 되면 각 학년별 과목별 핵심용어사전도 만들어질 수 있을 것이고, 학생들의 자기주도적 학습에도 크게 기여하게 될 것이다. 둘째, 학계가 공인하는 단일한 한문문법 체계를 확정하여야 할 것이다. 셋째, 학교에서 가르치는 한자와 사회에서 사용하는 한자가 일치되어 학생들이 혼란스럽지 않게 하여야 한다. 넷째, 한자문화권인 동북아 3개국이 앞으로는 상호 이해증진과 협력 강화 및 문화적 동질성의 유지를 위하여 새로운 개념을 한자어로 조어할 때에 공동으로 협의하여 정할 수 있도록 협의 기구를 설립하여 운영할 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다.

At a turn of the third millennium the world storms and quickly changes. It became difficult to expect what expects us tomorrow. The most important are questions of recovery from the crisis and rescue of mankind from forthcoming global changes: warming of climate, water and food problems, social, economic and political conflicts that are shaking the world and other various cataclysms, accidents, negative processes. It puts before mankind the problem which never solved by our civilization. All this is caused by ignoring of objective economic laws, laws of wildlife and also by violation of cyclic development management’s laws. In article the concept of strategy of mankind’s survival in XXI and next centuries, the principles of creation of planetary house of universal civilization for post-industrial world based on spirituality scientific and technological revolutions, ecology, space exploration, economy and world safety are considered. Introduction of uniform universal measurement of currency for the whole world in the form of "power" is offered. Important aspect of a research is theoretical postulate on integrated innovative society. The author puts forward a new paradigm of government on a basis of 5 spirals. The basic model of forced development of small and medium business, including 9 projects, is developed.
