        자포니카 품종을 이용하여 제조된 누룽지의 품종 간 차이를 비교하기 위하여 이화학적인 특성, 조직감 및 관능 특성에 대해 조사하였다. 품종들의 수분함량은 12.6-14.4%, 단백질 함량은 5.7-7.9%, 지질 함량은 0.6-3.4%, 회분 함량은 0.3-0.5% 범위이었다. 아밀로스 함량은 14.3-17.3% 범위로 대립벼가 가장 높고 친농이 가장 낮게 평가되었다. 물결합력은 품종 중 보람찬이 가장 높았으며, 경도는 신동진이 가장 높아 단단하였고 보람찬이 낮아 부드러운 특성을 나타냈다. 색도는 친농이 가장 밝게 평가되었고, 환원당 함량은 1.8-2.11 mg/mL 범위로 색도와의 상관관계는 알 수 없었다. 관능검사 결과 색깔에 대한 평가는 친농이 가장 높았고, 냄새는 친농>드래찬>보람찬 순으로 우수하였으며, 맛, 경도, 씹힘성과 전반적인 기호도는 보람찬이 우수하였다.

Rotational electro-magnetic wave photo-synthetic starch has no molecular bonding but only gluco pyranoses. The atomic bonding are equivalent to right constitutions while the molecular bondings are equivalent to left constitutions. Five Uns and six Gis are rotational electro-magnetic waves from heaven and land. Jang (lung, liver, spleen, kidney, heart) becomes strong or weak by Uns while Bu(colon, gall, stomach, urinary bladder, small intestine, samcho) becomes strong or weak by Gis. In view of modern physics of life energies four phase constitutions are generated due to more four kinds of life energies than the others. Korean four phase constitutions considered apriority and postreriority at the same time while Chinese Un-Gi constitutions considered only apriority and are the same as the four phase constitutions in apriority. The energy-synthesis from land and heaven is an abnormal phenomenon, that is to say, a kind of energy diseases. The four phase constitutions is very effective for medical curing therefore. The theory of meridian flow in a body is the same as the electric-battery. The constitution are the results from chaotic process.

        This thesis is an experimental proposal to a new theological paradigm by understanding the Christian Holy Spirit from Gi philosophy. The writer intends to develop a living theology of feeling, experience, communication, and empathy rather than to follow the traditional Christian speculative theology. Also, the writer intends to develop the Spirit-oriented Trinity by focusing on its free movement and extending one’s understanding of the Spirit to the non-personal realm. For the theoretical basis, the writer will borrow the concept of ‘creativity’ by Alfred North Whitehead and the East Asian concept of Gi. Whitehead understands creativity as the principle of universal of universals transcends the actual entity, and at the same time, through the efficient cause and the final cause, is imminent in each actual entity. Creativity, as the principle of universal of universals, transcends God, but creativity in God’s immanent structure functions as the superjective nature of God which unites the primordial nature of God and the consequent nature of God and gives itself to God-self and the world. Creativity of process philosophy corresponds to Gi of East Asian philosophy. In the Li-Gi dualism, Gi is regarded as the material principle. But in the philosophy of Gi, Gi as non-being is the possibility of being or the whole of being, while Li is the principle that Gi is manifested in all beings. In this perspective, the appearance and disappearance of all beings are the manifestation and scattering of Gi. One’s understanding of the Holy Spirit, from the perspective of Gi philosophy, makes it possible to change the paradigm from God the Father oriented trinity to God the Spirit oriented trinity. It also helps one to approach reality with a non-dualistic way of thinking. Furthermore, from the perspective of the whole-part structure of Gi, one’s understanding of the Holy Spirit contributes to the development of ecumenical and ecumenic theology. Finally, Spirit-centered theology makes it possible to develop a Christian theology focused on feeling, experience, communication, and empathy rather than mere speculative theology.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of dietary Morus alba L.(Bong-ip, B), Glycyrrhizae glabra(Gam-chei, C), Pinus densiflora(Sol-lp, S) and Angelica gigas(Dang-gi, D)powder on serum composition in rats(Sprague-Dawley male rats, 100-110g). Serum TG(triglyceride, p〈0.01), total cholesterol, glucose, total protein, albumin, GGT(γ-glutamyl transferase, p〈0.05) were significantly increased D group than that of nomal and other groups, but UA(uric acid, p〈0.05) was significantly decreased, and C group(p〈0.05) was significantly increased. but C group of urine(p〈0.05) was significantly decreased. Also, B and S groups(p〈0.05) of BUN(blood urea nitrogen), S group(p〈0.05) of ALP(alkaline phosphokinase, Band C(p〈0.05) of CPK(creatinine phosphokinsae, p〈0.05) were significantly increased. B, S and C groups were better than D group for lipid metabolism, and pretection to liver. Also, B and C groups of glucose were same as normal diet, so Morus alba L. was good food for lipid metabolism and hypoglycemic effect.

        The study is about the process of modernization of conventional rural houses in Kyung-gi province. It alms to identify the pattern of change, particularly focusing on the changes of the site plan and plan. The site of study is Samga Village, in YongIn County, near Seoul. The study discusses the process of modernization during the three decades from 1960 to 1980. The basic information was obtained through field research and site analysis, and the study relies predominatly on observational and statistical analysis. Four developmental stages can be clearly identified which are ; (1) Traditional type, (2)Modified-traditional type, (3) Saemaul type, and (4) The type of urban houses. The analysis was done through identification of changing site plan and plan. It is interesting to note that the changes of these elements show a certain pattern of sequential steps which also can be classified according to the four developmental stages mentioned above. The pattern of site design was consistantly maintained while plan and building system became very different However, the process of modernization of Korean rural houses was the process of producing a certain type of architecture that is not universal but uniquely Korean.

        Floral transition is influenced by environmental factors such as light and temperature. Plants are capable of integrating photoperiod and ambient temperature signaling into their developmental program. Despite extensive investigations on individual genetic pathways, little is known about the molecular components that integrate both pathways. Here, we demonstrate that the RING finger–containing E3 ubiquitin ligase CONSTITUTIVE PHOTOMORPHOGENIC1 (COP1) acts as an integrator of photoperiod and ambient temperature signaling. In addition to the role in photoperiodic destabilization of CONSTANS (CO), COP1 also regulates temperature sensitivity by controlling the degradation of GIGANTEA (GI). COP1-impaired mutants showed reduced sensitivity to low ambient temperature. Notably, COP1 is more stabilized at low temperature and accelerates GI turnover in a 26S proteasome-dependent manner. The direct association of GI with the promoter of FLOWERING LOCUS T (FT) depends on ambient temperature, and thus COP1-triggered GI turnover delays flowering at low temperatures via a CO-independent pathway. Taken together, our findings indicate that environmental conditions regulate the stability of COP1, and conditional specificity of its target selection stimulates proper developmental responses and ensures reproductive success.

        마 분말을 첨가한 누룽지의 품질특성을 비교하기 위하여 마 분말 무 첨가 2, 4, 6, 8% 첨가하여 처리조건에 따라 제조한 누룽지를 평가 비교하였다. 마 분말을 첨가하여 제조된 누룽지는 색도측정, 물 결합능력, 점도측정, 침전물 생성량 및 탁도 측정, 총당측정, 환원당측정, 관능평가를 분석한 결과 색도는 마 분말 첨가량이 증가할 수 록 명도(L)는 낮게 나타내었다. 적색도(a)와 황색도(b)에서는 마 분말 첨가량에 따라 명도(L)와는 다르게 마

        누룽지의 품질특성을 비교하기 위하여 증기솥 취반, 압력솥 취반 그리고 microwave를 이용하여 처리조건에 따라 제조한 누룽지를 평가 비교하였다. Microwave를 이용하여 제조된 누룽지는 수분함량, 색도측정, 물 결합능력, 점도측정, 침전물 생성량 및 탁도 측정, 관능평가를 분석한 결과 수분함량은 microwave을 이용하는 처리조건과 증기 및 압력을 이용한 취반조건에 차이는 발생 하지 않았다. 색도의 경우 증기솥 취반의 명도(L)가 64.
