        In this study, the surfaces of two gold nanoparticles of different shapes were modified with hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) and used for contact lenses. The polymer was based on 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA), and spherical and sea urchin-shaped gold nanoparticles were used as additives. CTAB was used to modify the surface of the sea urchin-shaped gold nanoparticles. To analyze the physical properties of the prepared contact lens, optical transmittance, refractive index, water content, contact angle, and atomic force microscope (AFM) were measured and evaluated. The results showed the nanoparticles did not significantly affect optical transmittance, refractive index, or water content of the lens, and tensile strength increased according to the ratio of the additive. The addition of the sea urchin-shaped nanoparticles resulted in lower wettability compared with the spherical nanoparticles, but somewhat superior tensile strength. In addition, it was found that the wettability of the lens was improved when the surface-modified sea urchin-shaped gold nanoparticles were added. The types of gold nanoparticles and surface modification methods used in this study are considered to have great potential for use in ophthalmic materials.

        Thin-film shape technology is recognized for its core technology to enhance the technology of LCD, PDP, semiconductor manufacturing processes, hard disks and optical disks, and is widely used to form coated thin films of products. In addition, resistance (electron beam filament) technology for heating is used to manufacture filament for ion implants used in semiconductor manufacturing processes. By establishing an electronic beam filament production system and developing seven specifications of electronic beam filament, it is contributing to improving trade dynamics and increasing exports to Japan through localized media of theoretical imports to domestic companies. In this study, CAE analysis was performed after setting electron beam filament specification and development objectives, facilities and fabrication for electron beam filament production, electron beam filament JIG & fixture design and fabrication followed by electron beam filament prototype. Then, the automation and complete inspection equipment of the previously developed electronic beam filament manufacturing facilities was developed and researched to mass-produce them, to analyze and modify prototypes, design and manufacture automation facilities, and finally, to design and manufacture the complete inspection equipment. In this paper, design and manufacture of electronic beam filament total inspection equipment for mass production were dealted with.

        In this study, a new type of composite material combined with carbonyl iron, a relatively strong ferromagnetic material, was prepared to overcome the current application limitations of Prussian blue, which is effective in removing radioactive cesium. The surface of the prepared composite was analyzed using SEM and XRD, and it was confirmed that nano-sized Prussian Blue was synthesized on the particle surface. In order to evaluate the cesium removal ability, 0.2 g of the composite prepared for raw cesium aquatic solution at a concentration of 5 μg was added and reacted, resulting in a cesium removal rate of 99.5 %. The complex follows Langmuir’s adsorption model and has a maximum adsorption amount (qe) of 79.3 mg/g. The Central Composite Design (CCD) of the Response Surface Method (RSM) was used to derive the optimal application conditions of the prepared composite. The optimal application conditions achieved using Response optimization appeared at a stirring speed of pH 7, 17.6 RPM. The composite manufactured through this research is a material that overcomes the Prussian Blue limit in powder form and is considered to be excellent economically and environmentally when applied to a cesium removal site.

        본 연구의 목적은 PET를 재활용하여 만든 물질재생 PET사를 함침공정을 통해 고전도성의 E-textile로 제작하는 것이다. 소수성의 성질을 가지고 있는 PET사는 virgin과 recycled 모두 함침공정을 통해 전자섬유로 제작되었을 때에 높은 전도성을 부여하기 힘들다는 특징이 있다. 함침공정의 효율성 향상을 위해 FEMTO SCIENCE사의 Covance-2mprfq 모델을 사용하여 재생 PET사로 이루어진 시료를 50w 5분, 10분간 플라즈마로 표면 개질하였다. 이 후 SWCNT 분산액(.1wt%, cobon 사)에 5분간 시료를 담근 후 패딩기(Padder, DAELIM lab)를 통해 시료 안쪽으로 용액이 잘 스며들도록 Dip-coating 진행하였다. 공정이 완료된 후 저항측정을 양끝점에서 멀티미터를 통해 측정하 고 좀 더 넓은 전극을 통해 정밀하게 다시 측정하였다. 고찰한 결과 플라즈마 표면 개질을 통해 함침공정을 통한 고전도성 부여가 가능해졌음을 확인할 수 있었다. 10분간 표면 개질한 경우 저항이 최대 2.880배 감소하였다. 본 연구결과를 기반으로 스마트 웨어러블 분야에서 활용되는 E-textile 또한 recycle 소재로 제작함으로써 석유자원을 절약하고 탄소배출량을 감소시킬 수 있는 스마트 웨어러블 제품을 개발하고자 한다.

        Oysters are the most widely produced shellfish culture in Korea and 90% of their weight. Main component of oyster shell is CaCO3 and an appropriate calcination temperature was derived using thermo-gravimetric analysis. The difference in components for each calcination temperature was confirmed and the adsorbent was manufactured by activation. The oyster shell adsorbent surface area was 5.72m2/g with pores in the mesopore range. The adsorption amount was 37.44 mg/g. Therefore, the possibility of using oyster shell as an adsorbent was confirmed.

        Undenatured castor oil and trimethylolpropane (TMP) were used to obtain bio-based water-based polyurethane. Isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) was incorporated into the formulation to obtain a transparent film, and ethylenediamine (EDA) was used for chain extension. In order to measure the change in physical properties according to the contents of castor oil and TMP, each tensile strength, elongation, and abrasion resistance test was conducted. As the contents of castor oil and TMP increased, the tensile strength increased, the elongation decreased, and the surface hardened strongly as the respective contents increased.

        Starfish are creatures that destroy marine ecosystems due to their high reproductive rate and predatory nature. Instead of mass incineration, this study attempted to utilize them as functional adsorbents to control odorous organic compounds. This waste starfishbased adsorbent showed a high aldehyde capture efficiency of 91.1%. The maximum specific surface area of the prepared waste starfish adsorbent was 2.19m2/g, and the adsorption amount was 101.66mg/g. Therefore, it was confirmed that the waste starfish had the ability to perform well as an adsorbent.

        식품의 제조, 가공, 조리 및 저장 중 많은 유해물질이 발생하며 이들은 소량이지만 장기간 노출되면 식품안전에 위협이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 식품의약품안전처에서 수행한 총 식이조사(TDS) 자료를 기반으로 우리나라에서 식품섭취를 통한 이들 주요 유해물질에 대한 노출 및 위해평가 상황을 파악하고 소비자 및 기업으로 하여금 관련 위험을 저감하는 방안을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 식품의 제조, 가공, 조리 및 저장 중 생성 유해물질 중 대표적인 아크릴아미드, 퓨란, 에틸 카바메이트, 3-MCPD, 바이오제닉 아민류, 니트로아민류 화합물, 다환 방향족화합물, 벤젠 등에 대한 식이를 통한 노출량을 조사하고 위해평가를 수행한 바, 아크릴아미드 및 퓨란의 경우 노출안전역(MOE) 10,000이하로 저감화 우선 물질로 판단되며, 나머지 물질 등의 경우 모두 노출안전역이 10,000 또는 100,000 이상으로 안전한 수준에 있는 것으로 나타났음. 그러나 향후 지속적으로 모니터링을 수행하고 ALARA 원칙에 따라 가 능한 노출 저감화를 위해 노력을 기울여야한다.

        In this study, in order to manufacture STS 316L seamless pipes with 18mm, 25mm, and 42mm diameters that can be used for high pressure, we intend to make predictions through design and finite element analysis and produce real objects. It was measured to have the highest hardness value in the deformed part, and it is expected to be due to work hardening. It has been interpreted that plastic deformation does not occur up to 1,000bar for STS 316L seamless pipes with a diameter of 18mm and 25mm, but plastic deformation occurs at 900bar or more in STS 316L seamless pipes with a diameter of 42mm.
