It is necessary for the medical missionary to encourage the patient and the family of the patient to seek medical treatmen t. More important than medical treatment is preventive healing. By reducing the anxiety of clients their immune system will be strengthened against the virus. How can we enhance our immune system? First, the medical missionary makes the client recognize that God gave us our body to care for. Our body is not an object of hatred but oflove. Second, true health harmonizes both body and spirit to enhance our immune system against viruses. We need the paradigm shift of medical mission by cultivating various healing methods.

At a turn of the third millennium the world storms and quickly changes. It became difficult to expect what expects us tomorrow. The most important are questions of recovery from the crisis and rescue of mankind from forthcoming global changes: warming of climate, water and food problems, social, economic and political conflicts that are shaking the world and other various cataclysms, accidents, negative processes. It puts before mankind the problem which never solved by our civilization. All this is caused by ignoring of objective economic laws, laws of wildlife and also by violation of cyclic development management’s laws. In article the concept of strategy of mankind’s survival in XXI and next centuries, the principles of creation of planetary house of universal civilization for post-industrial world based on spirituality scientific and technological revolutions, ecology, space exploration, economy and world safety are considered. Introduction of uniform universal measurement of currency for the whole world in the form of "power" is offered. Important aspect of a research is theoretical postulate on integrated innovative society. The author puts forward a new paradigm of government on a basis of 5 spirals. The basic model of forced development of small and medium business, including 9 projects, is developed.

2013년 중국(상해)자유무역시범구의 출범에 따라 중국 최초의 네거티브 리스트가 공표되었다. 네거티브 리스트 패러다임은 자유무역시범구에서의 시범적 운영을 거쳐 전국으로 확산되는 과정을 거쳤다. 외자 진입 네거티브 리스트 패러다임의 도입은 내국민대우원칙을 운영단계로부터 진입단계로 확장시켜 투자자유화 수준을 제고시키고 중국에서 외자관리체제의 근본적인 혁신이라 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존문헌을 바탕으로 중국 자유무역시범구에서 실시된 네거티브 리스트 패러다임의 도입한 배경, 추진과정, 주요내용과 특징 등을 살펴보고 의미와 문제점을 분석하여 이의 개선방안과 한국에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

이 세상의 온갖 자연과 사물은 모두 일정한 비를 이루고 있다. 이러한 비례의 조화는 시각적으로 안정감을 주는 중요한 요소임과 동시에 아름다움을 느끼게 하는 기본적인 조건이 되며, 비의 조화를 기반으로 한 아름다움은 일정한 비가 있을 때 이루어진다고 할 수 있다. 자연계에는 무수히 많은 비율이 존재한다. 화합물은 지극히 안정된 구조를 필요로 하기 때문에 특정 조형비를 가지는 다양한 정다각형 구조로 되어 있다. 특히, 유기체는 합목적성에 맞게 어떤 특정한 비율을 선택하기 때문에 자연에는 정말로 다양한 비율이 존재한다. 심지어 바이러스의 경우는 이 들 특정 조형비들의 조합으로 되어 있다. 사실 황금비나 금강비나 이 무한한 비율의 특수한 경우 중의 하나라 할 수 있다. 유사한 비율을 보이는 사례까지 이 범주에 넣어 확대 해석하는 것은 바람직한 일이 아니라 생각된다. 인간의 주관적 심미안은 특정 비율에 대한 선호도를 가진다. 어떤 예술품이나 건축물에서 보이는 특정비율의 선호도는 우연하게 인간의 주관적 심미적 요소와 부합된 경우라 할 수 있다. 21세기에 들어 인류 영속성의 전제는 ‘지속가능한 발전’이라는 화두를 낳았다. 이는 친환경적이고 에너지 효율적이며 인간의 편의성을 해치지 않아야 함을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 자연에 존재하는 다양한 조형비와 완벽한 조형비로 널리 알려진 서양의 황금비와 한국을 비롯한 동양권에서 선호되는 금강비의 잘못 알려진 사례와 확대 해석 사례 등에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 토대로 이러한 관점에서 심미적 요소 뿐 아니라, 인류의 영속성을 전제할 수 있는 실체화 가능한 새로운 패러다임의 다양한 조형비의 필요성에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다.

The natural environment plays an important role not only in ecological sustainability, but also in human health. Growing attention has been focused on the health benefits of natural environments with increasing scientific evidence in this field. Urban green space has positive effects on individual and community health; thus, it is considered as social infrastructure. The natural environment promotes mental health by relieving psychological stress and depression. Physical health can be improved by experiencing nature, which reduces physiological stress and boosts the immune system. Several international initiatives have been undertaken to improve our understanding in this field and to utilize these benefits for health promotion. Interdisciplinary approaches are needed to promote human health through the natural environment in the fields of science, education, planning and policy.

Main infrastructures in Korea are maintained according to the result from periodical in-depth inspection. The process is based on the ‘Special Act on the Safety Control of Public Structures’ and accompanied specific guide. The Act has mainly focused on the physical condition and safety of structures up to now. Recently we are faced with the threats coming from aging of structures and climate change. These interior/exterior changes are strong challenges to maintain expected performance of structures. What is more, convenience for people and functionality are came to the fore as important indices. In these circumstances, the government of the Republic of Korea is preparing for a paradigm shift to performance-based maintenance system which can evaluate integral condition of structures with regard to the various performances. In this study, performance indices, detailed inspection items and following inspection techniques are defined. The grade assigning method using the results from inspection and integral evaluation procedure are suggested. This can be used for establishing a improved and long-term maintenance strategy toward an appropriate goal considering various performance characteristics.

Osteosarcoma (OS) is one of the most common malignant primary bone tumors and NF-κB appears to play a causative role, but the mechanisms are poorly understood. OS is one of the pleomorphic, highly metastasized and invasive neoplasm which is capable to generate osteoid, osteoclast and osteoblast matrix. Its high incidence has been reported in adolescent and children. Cell signal cascade is the pivotal functional mechanism acquired during the differentiation, proliferation, growth and survival of the cells in neoplasm including OS. The major limitation to the success of chemotherapy in OS is the development of multidrug resistance (MDR). Answers to all such queries might come from the knock-in experiments in which the combined approach of miRNAs with NF-κB pathway is put into use. Abnormal miRNAs can modulate several epigenetical switching as a hallmark of number of diseases via different cell signaling. Studies on miRNAs have opened up the new avenues for both the diagnosis and treatment of cancers including OS. Collectively, through the present study an attempt has been made to establish a new systematic approach for the investigation of microRNAs, biophysiological factors and their target pairs with NF-κB to ameliorate oncogenesis with the “bridge between miRNAs and NF- κB”. The application of NF-κB inhibitors in combination with miRNAs is expected to result in a more efficient killing of the cancer stem cells and a slower or less likely recurrence of cancer.

우리나라 농업용수의 주수원공인 저수지는 2004년 말 현재 총 17,732개소에 달하지만 1972년 이후 설치된 저수지는 11%인 2,051개소 정도로서 나머지 89%의 저수지는 노후화 되거나 기능이 저하되어 현재의 설계기준을 충족시키기 못하고 있다. 총 3,328개소의 저수지 중에서 홍수조절용 게이트가 설치된 저수지는 28개소에 불과하여 거의 모든 농업용 저수지는 자연유하식 물넘이를 통하여 홍수량을 배제할 수밖에 없으므로 최근 발생하고 있는 집중호우나 폭우를 감당하기에는 구조적으로 취약한 실정이다. 또한 우리나라 저수지 유역의 특성상 많은 토사가 퇴적되어 저류량이 감소하고 있으며 새로운 수원공의 설치는 어려운 실정으로 한발과 홍수에 대처하기 위한 유지보수 방안들이 연구 중이다. 본 연구에서는 농업용 저수지의 자연유하식 물넘이에 가동보를 설치하므로 자연재해를 최소화 할 수 있는 방안을 구조적·경제적 측면에서 연구하였다. 국내 저수지 대부분이 80년대 이전에 완공되어 노후화 되어있으며 총 3,328개의 저수지 중 홍수조절용 게이트가 설치된 저수지는 28개소에 불과하다. 대부분 자연유하식 물넘이로 홍수량을 배제하므로 홍수피해가 빈번히 발생하는 실정이다. 2007년 기준 용수공급능력이 부족한 저수지는 1,213개소이며, 그 부족량은 61백만㎥이다. 토사 퇴적으로 저수량이 감소된 저수지 1,349개소이며, 퇴적량은 약 41백만㎥으로 나타났다. 저수지의 재해방지를 위해 물넘이 시설의 구조적 방안이 요구되고 있으며 이에 Rubber dem은 구조적 문제없이 홍수조절용량을 확보하고 가뭄시 용수확보에 도움이 될 것으로 분석되었다. Labyrinth weir, 전도게이트와 Rubber Dam의 경제성을 분석한 결과 Labyrinth weir과 전도게이트의 공사비는 유사하고 Rubber Dam의 공사비용이 가장 적은 것으로 분석되었다.본 연구에서는 국내 저수지 대부분이 홍수조절기능이 없어 빈번하게 홍수 피해가 발생하고 있으며, 또한 많은 퇴적량으로 인해 용수공급능력에도 문제가 발생하고 있다. 따라서 여수로 개축모형으로 가동보의 새로운 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다.

According to climate change, deficiency of usable land, large water portion of the Earth surface, and improvement of income level, floating architecture is emerging as a strong & attractive alternative. The aim of this study is to suggest some related applying ways for new building projects around waterside. New paradigm of architecture can be described as a new model and/or system of architecture with new concept and Zeitgeist like sustainability and green building. Floating building is already a new paradigm of architecture comparing with the preconception of building only on the land and current building regulations. New paradigm features from the sample projects can be summarized as new concepts of building, application of various renewable energy resources(water, solar, wind), modular construction, use of local raw material, dual purpose usage, long term and relocatable usage, and special building materials for green building.

본 논문은 2006년 이후 수년째 산업 기반마저 위태로울 정도로 침체된 국내 아케이드게임에 대해 새로운 규제 패러다임의 필요성에 대한 연구이다. 아케이드 플랫폼은 일체형 특성과 PC기반으로 전환은 아케이드게임에서 사행성 문제가 더 심각할 수 있는 기술적 환경을 제공한다. 아케이드게임 초기부터 문제되는 사행 도구화의 문제를 해결하기 위해서도 기존의 게임물과 사행성에 초점을 맞춘 규제 패러다임은 전환의 필요성이 제기된다. 국내와 유사한 경험을 갖고 새롭게 아케이드게임시장을 선도하고 있는 중국의 사례를 통해, 게임장과 사행행위를 핵심으로 하는 규제 패러다임의 전환에 대한 검토가 필요할 때이다.

This study is caused by the argument of Wendy Meyer, who argues that to characterize Chrysostom as a “lover of the poor” is to misunderstand him against the argument of Peter Brown. She insists that it is more accurate to call him not “champion of the poor,” but “champion of the voluntary poverty.” But the author is not to focus on the contrast argument of above two scholars but to investigate their argument from view point of the monk-bishop leadership. Therefore, the purpose of this work is to present how the leadership of monk-bishop leadership is forming and figuring out. In fact, “the lover of voluntary poverty” and “the lover of the poor” seems to have the deep gap, which could not overcome. Nevertheless, the new leadership, which evolves above two strange factors, is emerging in the name of monk-bishop leadership in late Antiquity. By focussing on life, work and time of John Chrysostom, this investigation will, portray the transitions of how “the lover of voluntary poverty” and “the lover of the poor” are connecting. John Chrysostom (d.407) lived the monastic life for the several years in the mountain. And he was the presbyter and bishop of Antioch and the Bishop of Constantinople. He is very strong position. in its examination of late-antique poverty. He had an enduring influence on his communities with abundant references to the poor and/or almsgiving to be found in his 823 homilies, 242 letters and fourteen treatises. Particulary, in studying of church and state in late Antiquity, this work has great depts on the study of Peter Brown.

The 10th Assembly of WCC will take place in Korea in 2013. Conservative Evangelical churches in Korea take the negative ideas against the WCC. What is the theology of Ecumenical Movement? It is difficult to understand its theology. But it might be possible to catch the Ecumenical theological paradigm. Ecumenical movement produced the astonishing reports after a series of conferences or assemblies. Students who study the Ecumenical movement tend to be frustrated at its extraordinary documents. So I wonder whether any theological paradigm of the Ecumenical movement could be found. If so, we could grasp the total Ecumenical movement at a glace. According to W. A. Visser ‘t Hooft and Konrad Raiser, the Ecumenical movement in the first half of the twentieth century had a theological paradigm of ‘Christocentric universalism’, which had the four elements: Christocentrism, the concentration on the church, the universal perspective of world, and history-centered thought. As the head of church, Jesus Christ let the whole church participate in God’s salvation history to save the whole world. However, the Ecumenical movement in the second half of the twentieth century developed a new theological paradigm, which included the following four elements: Trinity and the kingdom of God, the deep study of the church, the radical study of the world (humanity) and the emphasis on the nature (creation). It could be said that God the Trinity as the Lord of the Kingdom of God let the whole church participate in the works of the Kingdom of God to save both the world (humanity) and the nature holistically. And the churches, as both sign and instrument of the kingdom of God, work to save the world (humanity) and the nature (creation) under the lordship of the Trinity. So we suggest its theological paradigm to be called as a ‘Trinity-centered universalism.’ As a conclusion, this study pointed up that the theological paradigm of the Ecumenical movement developed from Christocentric universalism to Trinity-centered one. Ecumenical movement took root in the ground in the Korean churches today. The Trinity-centered universalism as a Ecumenical theological paradigm could give the observers a coherent understanding and also provide every Ecumenical workers with a sense of solidarity.

본 논문은 유비쿼터스 패러다임에 맞는 새로운 게임으로서 디지털 피지컬 필드게임을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 산업 혁명과 정보화 혁명과 같은 사회적 패러다임의 변화에 따른 게임의 변화를 소통의 측면에서의 상호작용을 중심으로 살펴보고, 기존에 존재하는 유비쿼터스 게임과 그 한계점을 살펴보았다. 그리고 이러한 한계점을 극복할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 패러다임에 맞는 새로운 게임으로서 디지털 피지컬 필드 게임을 설계하였다. 또한, 이해를 돕고자 설계한 게임을 가장 잘 보여 줄 수 있는 실제 사례를 제시하였다. 이러한 연구를 통해 유비쿼터스 게임의 활성화에 도움이 될 수 있으며, 테마파크 및 체험관에 적용되는 기능성 콘텐츠로서 게임의 영역을 확장할 수 있을 것으로 기대할 수 있다.
