This study provides a micro-level analysis of the changes in Cheongnyong-dong, aiming to identify the interactions between function and form within the historical flow of urban architecture. Focusing on the characteristics of urban architecture in Cheongnyong-dong, this research particularly examines the transformations in layout and façade from the 1970s to the 1990s. By analyzing materials and windows of both the front and rear façades, as well as the differences between the first and upper floors, the study sheds light on the evolving patterns of urban architecture. From the 1970s to the 1990s, residential buildings accelerated changes in urban architecture by reinforcing unity in materials and creating more volumetric façades. In contrast, neighborhood facilities and mixed-use buildings displayed a clearer distinction between commercial and residential functions, with pronounced differences in material usage between the first and upper floors, as well as between the front and rear façades. This implies that while residential buildings change based on plots, commercial and mixed-use buildings transform according to their functions, resulting in varying speeds of physical change.
본 연구는 중년여성을 위한 도시숲 산림치유 프로그램이 갱년기 증상 완화와 자아존중감, 심리적 행복 감, 우울 등 심리적 변화에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 2019년 6월부터 10월까지 인천대 공원에서 진행되는 평일 회기형 산림치유 프로그램에 참여한 40~65세의 중년여성 45명을 대상으로 하 였고 내용은 주 1회 2시간씩 총 8회 16시간으로 산림치유 요법 및 다양한 산림치유 인자를 연결하여 대상자 특성에 맞게 새롭게 구성하여 실행하였다. 연구 결과 산림치유 프로그램 시행 전·후간 조사분 석에서 갱년기 증상은 유의미하게 감소하였고 자아존중감과 심리적 행복감은 향상되었으며, 우울감 감소에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 산림치유 활동은 중년여성의 갱년기 증상을 완화하고 심리 · 정서적인 문제를 개선하는 효과가 있는 중재 방법임을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결 과가 산림복지 서비스 일환으로 중년여성의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 산림치유 프로그램 개발과 효과성 검 증을 위한 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다. 추후 연구에서는 다양한 질환의 중년여성을 대상으로 확 대 시행하며, 산림치유 방법들의 효율적인 적용을 위해 중년여성의 심리 특성과 요구를 반영한 다양하 고 효과적인 산림치유 프로그램 개발이 지속해서 이루어져야 할 것이다.
In the historical city center where overall development has not been made, it is not difficult to observe the asp ect of the urban change process over time accumulated. Seochon(西村), which collectively refers to 13 legal dong s in the west of Gyeongbokgung Palace, is also considered a representative historical village with high value as a historical and cultural cityscape because of historical context remains throughout the lot. Therefore, research ex amining the process of changing parcels in this area is useful for a more three-dimensional understanding of the presence of several layers of time. In this study, relationship between the opening time of each road, the river co ver process, and the current building establishment process is examined using maps after the pre-modern period and modern era. In addition, to examine the specific change process of individual lots using the old land register, building management ledger and cadastral map.
본 논문은 사람들의 도시 이해와 도시의 변화 발전이 교회의 사역에 어떠한 영향을 미쳐왔고 또 교회가 변화하는 도시에 대한 이해와 적응 여부가 교회의 시대적 사명에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 연구했 다. 본 논문은 시대별로 사람들이 관념 속에 있던 도시에 대한 이해와 관점을 사회학적 이론으로 정리하였다. 나아가 그 합의된 도시 이해가 당시 교회들의 사역 방향과 범위에 어떤 식으로 표현 되었는지를 살펴보 았다. 도시 이해에 관한 이론 연구로는 근대 서구 사회학 중에서 도시학 (urbanology)의 변천과 발전 과정 가운데 탄생한 이론들을 주요 해석 적 방법으로 다루었다. 그 결과 근대의 도시 학은 당시 사회와 교회들의 도시에 관한 인식을 적어도 네 가지 단계-공간적, 그룹들의 집합체, 변화의 과정중, 글로벌 네트워크의 일원- 에 걸쳐 변화 하도록 영향을 미쳤다. 찰스 벤엥겐(Charles Van Engen)의 이론에 기초하여 본 논문은 선교 학의 주요 구성 영역인, 말씀, 교회, 현장 중에서 현장의 이해에 중점을 둔 글이다. 이 논문을 통해 교회들은 자신의 사역 철학이 이 네 가지 관점 중의 어디에 멈춰 있는지를 돌아 볼 수 있을 것이다.
This study aims to examine the changes in Pyongyang-bu during the late Joseon period and Pyeong-an Gamyeong through gazetteer, pictiroal maps and various literature. The results are as follows. To begin with, unlike other gamyeong, Pyongyang-bu had an exclusive government office facility from the beginning and had a different status because of the route for envoys from Ming. Therefore historical sites related to Gija were important. Second, the importance of Pyongyang city-wall increased even more through the Japanese Hideyoshi invasions in 1592 and the Manchu Invasion in 1636. However, since the post-war restoration was insufficient they focused on defense reducing the size of Pyongyang city wall. Third, as society stabilized, Pyongyangbu's finances were greatly secured. King Sukjong systematically reorganized Pyongyang city wall and facility of Pyongy-an gamyeong. The nothern wall in located high place, Gamyeong and storage in middle height and military force and guesthouse in the center of Pyongyang-bu. I-a and warehouse facilities in the far south were placed around the Daedonggwan. The urban structure that runs from Daedonggwan to Daedongmun was the same as other city. Another pertinent point is Pyeong-an gamyeong had more military facilities and rear garden and pavilion than before. In clunclusion, Pyeong-an gamyeong did not pass through three gates, but only through two gates. And it was characterized by more various space and having more pavilions than other gamyeong.
도시 생태계에서 우점 수종의 형질 특성은 분획화 및 고립된 식생, 그리고 생물상호작용 감소 등 환경 변화에 대한 종의 형질 적응과 생태계 기능에 대한 통찰력을 제공한다. 우리는 한국의 서울 중심에서 남쪽 방향의 4개 산지에서 환경 요인 (지리, 기상 및 토양 속성)을 포함하여 모두 40개체 팥배나무 (Sorbus alnifolia)에서 측정한 4개 유형의 잎 형질 (Leaf area, Specific leaf area, Leaf dry mass content, Leaf shape index)과 7개 유형의 번식 형질 (Fruit width, Fruit length, Fruit shape, Fruit dry weight, Fruit dry matter content, Seed weight 및 Seed ratio)의 평균과 분산 양상, 그리고 형질 조합에 대한 다변량 분석을 실시하였다. 측정된 환경 요인은 조사 장소의 개별성을 나타내었지 만, 도심 식생이 더 건조하고 생장도일이 길었다. 도심에서 팥배나무의 잎은 작고 무거워지며, 열매는 길쭉하고 가벼운 종자를 생산하여, 오랜 도시화 영향에 따른 형질 반응들이 관찰되었다. 우리의 연구는 식생 파편화 및 고립화에 따른 생물 상호작용 감소를 나타내는 도심 환경에서 팥배나무 집단의 성장 및 번식 기제의 변화를 확인하였다. 우리는 축소된 생물 상호작용 규모, 그리고 대기 오염 같은 부정적 환경 요인이 많은 도시에서 핵심 수종의 기능과 지속성에 관해 제한적이지만 뚜렷한 생태 정보를 제공한다.
본 연구는 경남지역 내 주요공원(4곳)에 생존하고 있는 조경 수목의 수목활력도를 파악하여 수목보호 관리에 기초자료를 제공할 목적으로 실시하였다. 부산시민공원 내 관목류의 수목활력도는 불량, 활엽 교목, 침엽 교목은 모두 양호한 수준이었다. 다대포해변공원 내 관목류, 활엽 교목, 침엽 교목은 모두 양호한 수준이었다. 해운대나루공원 내 관목류는 양호한 수준이었으며, 활엽 교목, 침엽 교목은 매우 양호한 수준이었다. 밀양아리랑공원 내 관목류는 양호한 수준이었고, 활엽수 교목과 침엽수 교목은 매우 양호한 수준이었다. 수목별 수목활력도는 침엽수 교목이 가장 높았으며, 그다음으로 활엽수 교목, 관목류 순이었다. 4개의 공원에서 수목의 공원별 수목활력도의 평균이 가장 높은 순서는 해운대나루공원, 밀양아리랑공원, 다대포해변공원, 부산시민공원 순이었다. 계절별 수목활력도 변화는 계절별로 측정된 수목의 수목활력도에서 수목활력도가 가장 높은 순서는 밀양아리랑공원, 해운대나루공원, 부산시민공원과 다대포나루공원 순이었다. 계절별로 변화는 수목의 생장이 활기차게 시작되기 전 3월과 4월의 초봄이 가장 낮았고, 다음으로 가을철 9, 10, 11월이 낮았다. 여름철인 6, 7, 8월이 수목활력도가 높았는데, 가장 높은 시기는 8월이었다.
Landscapes are dynamic and therefore they experience frequent changes over time. This research analyzed the landscape changes and spatial characteristics of woodlands in an urban fringe landscape to provide information for the sustainable landscape ecological planning. The results showed that the studied landscape changed between 2002 and 2014 mainly due to new road construction and residential development. Several landscape ecological indicators were used to assess the woodland changes and the overall effect of woodland changes on the landscape structure. The results of the landscape ecological analysis revealed a decrease in patch size of less 5ha (n=13) and between 5ha and 9.9ha (n=2). AWSI decreased from 4.03 in 2002 to 3.89 in 2014, and MND increased from 38.41m in 2002 to 49.12m in 2014, and SDI of land cover type decreased from 1.16 in 2002 to 0.18 in 2014. The results suggest that woodlands have become smaller and more isolated. The shape of the woodlands has also become simpler and more regular. These spatial woodland changes adversely impact the biodiversity. For further information on landscape ecological conditions, a more comprehensive analysis based on more landscape ecological metrics and ecological information such as habitats and species surveys is needed in future studies.
The worldwide conversion of natural lands into urban land uses is the most significant process affecting landscape character and ecological conditions. The aim of this research was to analyze the changes of landscape character and ecological conditions to provide comprehensive information to assist policy makers in meeting wider sustainability objectives in an urban fringe landscape. The result indicated that the landscape experienced the decrease in woodland cover (-22.70%) and agricultural land cover (-10.30%) between 2002 and 2014. However, the urban land cover sharply increased from 5.07% in 2002 to 38.07% in 2014. Due to their location on the edge of the core urban area, this landscape character unit had been under increasing pressure from new built developments. Development pressures include housing expansion from adjoining urban areas, and business developments particularly associated with key road intersections and expansions of public infrastructure. Furthermore, the landscape had been changing rapidly as massive high-rise apartment developments were built as the core urban area expands, with the removal of woodlands and arable fields. These landscape changes in the study area had a strong impact on landscape character for this period. The index of landscape heterogeneity declined from 0.802 in 2002 to 0.712 in 2014. The index of area weighted mean woodland patch shape was decreased from 3.196 in 2002 to 2.784 in 2014. The result suggested that it became a more homogeneous landscape and had less species and a less stable ecological structure for this period. This research only used the index of landscape heterogeneity for landscape ecological analysis. For more ecological information, a more comprehensive analysis based on landscape ecological metrics is needed in future researches.

Future changes of urban structure in Fukuoka city show more specific understandings and directions. The results are as follow.

Ling facility due to the needs of women formed around a facility welfare one side to promote the phenomenon of concentration of urban centers by an increase in chain restaurant, are distributed in the region: And, in the form of small-scale private office SOHO is increasing around the gap region of the city founded by the activation of the men in the field of information and communication.

This paper deals with a fundamental study for 'Tonhobeondo統戶番圖-making' of Hanseongbu(modern Seoul) before the Japanese colonial period. 'Tonhobeondo統戶番圖 -making' will be accomplished through analysis on Kwangmu-census光武戶籍as a map of address-system in the Joseon period. It is possible to consider the urban changes of Hanseongbu(modern Seoul) because of 'Tonhobeondo統戶番圖' reflects a urban situation from the 1897 to 1906. At present, an address-system of Korea was made by the cadastral survey in the 1914. By the way, new address-system was a completely different from traditional address-system of Joseon period. Consequently, different two address-system caused a lot of difficulties the study on the urban changes. For such a reason 'Tonhobeondo統戶 番圖-making' is very important. If 'Tonhobeondo統戶番圖-making' would be accomplished, it will be used by a field of urban, architectural and historical science study besides.
This study focused on changes in form and spatial uses of Urban Hanok in Bukchon, Seoul. There are 10 representative cases which have been renovated through the policy of ‘Preservation & Regeneration of Bukchon' by Seoul metropolitan government and other experts. Changes in form and spatial uses of Urban Hanok in Buckon are as follows. First, changes of scale. Trough removing extension parts, facade of renovated Hanoks are ‘transformed’ into recovering their identity. Using basements or lofts, intensive application of spaces is transformation which promotes the vitality of Hanoks. Second, changes of space organization. As Hanok changes its function from residence to commercial or cultural use, it also changes space character or reorganizes space organization. It is important that deciding function of Hanok has to adjust its scale and organization. Third, changes of construction performance. Through introducing new material and constructing method, performance of wall has been changed respecting its wooden structure and interior-exterior figure. However, technical studies must back it up not to destroy its value of eco-friendly architecture. Fourth, changes of facility systems, like floor heating system. They changes floor level of Hanok equally, and then sections of Hanok have became simple. Furthermore, inserting new facility space, such as boiler room, stand-up kitchen, bathroom and toilet, organization of space also changed. It is necessary that wise alternative proposal through the method of transformation or mutation must be presented. These four changes can be classification into method of ‘transformation’ and ‘mutation’. Changes of scale are method of transformation and changes of space organization are method of mutation. Also, while changes of construction performance are mutation, changes of facility systems are transformation. Recently, as price of lots have been increased, a lot of Hanoks have been commercialized, The commercial energy threat ‘the identity of Bukchon as residential area’. From now on, to operate ‘identity’ and ‘vitality’ complementary, it is necessary to make up for the preservation policy of Hanok and consolidate renovating standards of Hanok which correspond to characterof particular region and building usage.
In the meantime, the study of traditional and contemporary house had been produced so many achievements in korea, but modern house is yet to be solved, Accordingly, It is necessary to develop and present the basic research data in order to build up an objective study for urban house in the modern age(1910-1945), Following to a study on the foreigner's house in grid-type settlement of Open Ports, in this research is to investigate and analyze modern houses of urban areas in korean inland, and then clarify types and changes of them. In the first year(1995~96), the modern houses of Central Inland Districts(arrounding river Kumgang)-Kunsan kanggyong Puyo Kongju Pugang Chongju were investigated by the layout of room, the construction and materials, the design and style, etc. In the second year(1996~97), the modern houses of Open Market(開市場)-Seoul Taegu Kwangju Taejon Chonju were conducted to investigate as above. The traditional house transformed by differentiation and addition of room(kan), the various types were respectively adopted for the korean reforming and western cultural house. In the layout of room, the types of plan were gradually concentrated from the single wings of korean traditional house. The korean traditional house was later improved through the introduction of entrance, corridor, and internal toilet/bathroom. But the korean under-floor heating system(andal) and a series of three rooms had been entirely maintained, composed of master bedroom/living room(daechung)/room. And the traditional town house with shop and storage, being built closely to each other and walled up both sides, it had taken gradually the extensive characteristics in itself. By the displacement of shop/dwelling/ storage. the various types were respectively adopted for the separated, multi-storied, and complex type. The type of them was gradually changed to the narrow and linear form. And so with the stockpile of fundamental datas about modern houses in korean urban areas, we expect these results contribute to the knowledge of the spatial characteristics of urban house at present which are required to the understanding of transition as well as types.
This study analyzes structural landscape changes over a time-series for a small and medium-sized city, Gangneung-Si, based on area and distribution patterns, and according to the type of land cover. Among the types of land cover, the area ratio of urbanized areas increased by 2.02% in the late 2010s as compared to the late 1980s, while there was a decrease of 2.69% in farmland and 0.69% in grassland areas. On analyzing the changes in land cover use by applying the Fragstats program, it was confirmed that landscape changes in urban and management areas were relatively severe according to the Landscape Shape Index, Largest Patch Index, and Aggregation Index. A pattern of concentrated expansion was also found around certain areas. In particular, from the analysis, it was established that the proportion of urbanized area had considerably increased and that the extent of farmland damage to management areas, including planned management areas, was large. Additionally, the Total Core Area generally indicated a reduction in the core areas of farmland and forest within urban and management areas. A medium-sized city showed significant changes besides large cities in terms of landscape structure. The developmental pressure on management areas, in particular, was quite high.
This study aims to suggest the direction of urban regeneration policies of Gangwon-do in accordance with COVID-19 outbreak, and the results are as follows. First, it is inevitable to urgently execute the project from the perspective of cities and counties in Gangwon-do, where the promotion of urban regeneration projects has been delayed due to COVID-19 incident. As a result, it is highly likely to cause the employees overloaded and have negative effect on achieving the goals of urban regeneration, so, it is necessary to provide support measures at the government and provincial level, such as the actual execution index and the adjusting time of start and completion of particular business. Second, as the uncertainty of COVID-19 continues, it needs to strengthen the operation and monitoring of urban regeneration support centers in Gangwon-do and examine the changes in business operation plans in advance. In particular, the decrease in visitors to traditional markets and restaurants is expected to have a direct effect on small business owners engaged in the service industry. Therefore, it is necessary to actively consider the utilization plans of smart city regeneration, such as online shopping and non-contact payment. Third, it is necessary to phase in smart urban regeneration training focused on information weakness to narrow the digital gap, in preparation for general lifestyle changes such as contactless and non-face-to-face interactions. At a time when new light is being shed on local areas, which are quieter than heavily populated cities, a project that reflects the regional characteristics and culture of Gangwon-do is necessary.
