Driving to the store, finding parking, defective carts, difficulties in finding items, poor product info, long lines for checkout, unclear receipts, carrying heavy shopping bags home, and forgotten items are some of the most common barriers experienced by grocery shoppers. These are also the most common reasons why shoppers decide to switch to alternative retailers or to online grocery channels. COVID-19 accelerated this trend with online grocery shopping and home delivery services became prevalent and grew significantly during the pandemic (Gupta & Mukhejee, 2022). Today, e-grocery has reached 11% of the total grocery sales and being expected to reach 19% by 2025 in US (source: Statista, 2022). Brick and mortar grocery retailers declare to suffer from low loyalty of their customer and margin pressure. On the other side, the recent investments of online pure players such as Amazon and Alibaba in physical retail, including grocery, show that the physical shopping has still potential to lead retailers’ growth, also within grocery. Grocery retailers should therefore find new ways to attract and retain customers to their stores. Offering a better customer experience (CE) may be a valuable strategy to this end. A great CE has emerged at the base of a sustainable competitive advantage for companies, and it is at the heart of customer loyalty (Grewal et al., 2017) in several sectors but has often been neglected within grocery selling.

In the current administration, the government's main policies for youth employment and job creation are recognized by the Ministry of National Defense as a special environmental group. In particular, we believe that the self-help efforts of the advanced armed forces of the military, which are being pursued by the military, will fully demonstrate synergies with the current government policies. For this purpose, this study focuses on the people who are the targets of the youth employment, and suggests ways for them to have better jobs and values after the whole world. In accordance with the policy trends of job creation and job creation, we plan to propose a plan to link the national technical qualifications of the Korea Human Resources Development Service with the various projects currently underway for an average of 250,000 human resources development methods of 250,000 soldiers each year. This study suggests the link between IP (criticality performance) analysis and the Boston Consulting Group 's matrix (BCG Matrix) on the relevance of military human resource operations and qualifications. The results will be presented in conjunction with the military-oriented development projects of advanced countries currently under military control.

This study tried to develop a basis for quantitative index of working postures associated with WMSDs (Work-related Musculoskeletal Disorders) that could overcome realistic restriction during application of typical checklists for WMSDs evaluation. The baseline data(for a total of 603 jbs) for this study was obtained from automobile manufacturing company. Specifically, data for back posture was analyzed in this study to have a better and more objective method in terms of job relevance than typical methods such as OWAS, RULA, and REBA. Major statistical tools were clustering, logistic regression and so on. The main results in this study could be summarized as follows; 1) The relationship between working posture and WMSDs symptom at back was statistically significant based on the results from logistic regression, 2) Based on clustering analysis, three levels for WMSDs risk at back were produced for flexion as follows: low risk(< 18.5°), medium risk(18.5°～ 36.0°), high risk(> 36.0°), 3) The sensitivities on risk levels of back flexion was 93.8% while the specificities on risk levels of back flexion was 99.1%. The results showed that the data associated with back postures in this study could provide a good basis for job evaluation of WMSDs at back. Specifically, this evaluation methodology was different from the methods usually used at WMSDs study since it tried to be based on direct job relevance from real working situation. Further evaluation for other body parts as well as back would provide more stability and reliability in WMSDs evaluation study.

본 연구는 직업사회복지와 코칭의 통합적인 방향을 모색하기 위하여 사회복지와 경영간의 관계를 역사적으로 추적하였다. 사회복지와 경영의 첫 번째 만남은 산업혁명이후 영국을 중심으로 해서 이루어진 산업사회에서 기업 내에 자선적 성격의 사회복지제도가 생성되고 정착되면서 이루어졌다. 순수하게 자선적인 목적으로 시작되었던 기업의 자선복지가 생산성 향상과 사회통제의 목적아래 기업의 인사/노무관리 제도로 정착하였으나 과학적 경영방법의 출현으로 인해 기업에서 퇴출되었지만 자선적 기업복지와 과학적 경영방법이 통합되어 인사관리제도가 형성되었다. 두 번째 만남은 1970년대 초반에 이루어지는데 과거의자선적기업복지에서 전문적인 사회복지실천기술을 기반으로 한 근로자 지원프로그램과 선택적 기업복지제도를 포함하는 과학적이고 전문적인 직업사회복지로서 기업에 진출하게 된다. 전기한 두 가지 직업사회복지 프로그램이 기업의 이익과 생태에 잘 부합되어 성공적으로 정착하게 되고 생산성 향상과 근로자의 삶의 질 향상의 두 가지 목적을 성공적으로 수행하여 확산 일로에 있다. 세 번째 만남이 본 연구에서 제시하는 만남으로서 직업사회복지의 한 분야인 근로자 지원프로그램과 근래 새로 부상하는 코칭의 제 분야 가운데 기업코칭과의 통합을 모색하고 있다. 근로자 지원프로그램과 기업코칭을 학문적인 성격, 목적, 과정, 효과, 서비스 대상자에 측면에서 비교한 결과 공통되는 부문이 대부분이어서 서로 간의 통합가능성을 높여 주고 있다. 두프로그램을 연결시키고 각각의 프로그램 내에 상대방의 프로그램을 적절히 접목 시킨다면 근로자 지원프로그램과 기업코칭의 통합적인 프로그램 개발이 가능하게 되어 근로자에게 더욱 효율적이고 효과적인 복지증진을 가져다 줄 것으로 예상되고 기대된다.

교량공사는 지상작업과 고소작업이 혼재하고 작업공종이 복잡하여 위험성이 높은 공사로 추락, 협착, 붕괴, 낙하 비래 재해의 발생빈도가 높다. 또한, 중량 부재의 운반, 조립, 양중 등의 작업과정에서 유해 위험 기계기구와 건설장비 사용에 따른 유해 위험 요인이 산재하여, 유해 위험의 정도와 재해 발생빈도 및 재해의 강도에 차이가 있어 위험성평가를 통한 정량화된 위험지수의 제시가 필요하다. 위험성 평가는 교량공사의 특성을 고려하여 교량 건설현장의 공종별 유해 위험요인을 세부공종별 요소작업에 따라 분류하고, 재해 발생정도와 피해정도에 따른 위험도가 평가되어야 한다. 이러한 교량 건설공사의 재해를 줄이는데 기여할 수 있도록 정량화된 교량공사 위험지수를 제시함으로써 체계적이고 효율적인 재해예방 활동에 필요한 기초자료를 제공할 것이다. 특히 교량공사 시공 상의 제반 위험요인을 사전에 점검하여 변경 보완 제거할 수 있는 재해 예방대책을 수립하여 재해를 최소화하는 연구가 필요하게 되었다. 건설현장에서 위험지수의 고저에 따라 자원을 적정하게 배분한다면 안전관리의 효율성이 제고되고, 궁극적으로 건설재해 감소에 기여하게 될 것으로 기대된다.

국립산림과학원에서 발간된 임상도에 따르면 파주시 광탄면에 위치한 본 연구대상지는 활엽수 Ⅳ영급으로 분류되었으나 식생조사 결과 영급판정이 어려운 활엽수 천연림으로 구성되어 정밀 임상도 작성의 필요성이 제기되었다. 이에 정밀 현존식생 조사와 식생구조 및 연륜 분석 자료를 기초로 한 정밀 임상도 작성방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 정밀 현존식생유형 분석결과 22개 유형이었으며 자연림은 신갈나무림, 굴참나무림 등 11개 유형, 인공림은 밤나무림 등 6개 유형으로 구분되었다. 영급 판정을 위해 정밀 현존식생도를 바탕으로 방형구 42개와 89개 표본목의 목편을 채취하여 수령을 측정한 결과, 저지대에 입지한 인공림, 참나무류 소경목 지역은 II영급(29.8%), 나머지 지역은 III영급(57.6%)으로 토지이용이 가능하였고 Ⅳ영급 이상(8.8%)은 경계부의 급경사 능선부에 분포하여 토지이용은 불가능하였다. 이상과 같이 소규모 개발 예정지가 활엽수 자연림으로 판정된 경우 보전과 이용 판정에 있어 정밀 현존식생 조사, 식물군집구조 및 표본목 분석을 통한 정밀 임상도를 작성하여야 할 것이다. 정밀 임상도에는 식생의 자연성, 희소성, 다양성 등을 종합적으로 판단할 수 있는 자료가 포함되어 소규모 부지의 개발적정성 판단에 유용할 것으로 사료된다.

There are bolt tightening torque decision standards in KSB 0101 for high tension bolt(torque calculation method) and in KSB 0140 for general bolts(general rule for bolt tightening torque decision), But in bolt torque decision general rule method, using Stainless bolt, friction coefficients between bolt and to-be-bolted object will rule the calculated yielding contraction axle force and yielding contraction torque, making it hard to determine the contraction torque in the field. So in other to help determine the contraction torque for stainless bolts(STS304) in field using high tension bolt torque decision method, the needed torque for stainless bolt(STS304) is calculated referencing high tension bolt torque decision method. And the calculated torque is planned to be compared to field test results.

So in other to determine the contraction torque for general bolts in field using high tension bolt torque decision method, the torque decision method for general bolt is proposed referencing high tension bolt torque decision method. And the field torque test is planned to verify the adaptability of the proposed method in the field.

항해사들이 선박을 운항하는 과정에서 수행하게 되는 인지작업을 체계적으로 분석한다는 것은, 선교장비들의 개선, 교육훈련 방법의 개발, 잠재적인 인적오류의 추출 등 다양한 안전항해를 위한 방안들을 마련하기 위한 기초 작업이다. 항공기나 원자력발전 시설과 같이 인적오류에 대해 많은 연구가 수행되어온 분야에서는 인지작업을 분석하기 위한 다양한 분석기법들이 개발되었고, 개발된 기법들을 적용해 왔다. 그러나 해양분야에서는 아직까지 인지작업분석에 대한 연구가 미진한 편이다. 본 연구에서는 선박운항과정에서 수행하는 인지작업을 체계적으로 분석할 수 있는 하나의 인지분석방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 분석방법은 선박운항의 특성들을 반영하고, 인지작업에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들을 고려할 수 있도록 개발되었다. 한편 사례분석으로서 컨테이너선 충돌사례에서의 인지작업을 제안된 방법으로 분석하였다.
