최근 기후변화 및 국제교역량, 여행객, 외국 이주민 등의 증가로 국내 농작물에 큰 피해를 입힐 수 있는 고위험 식물 병의 국내 유입이 꾸준히 증가하고 있고 이에 따라, 검역기관 종사자들의 업무량도 늘어나고 있다. 특히 ‘Candidatus Liberibacter solanacearum’가 원인병원균인 감자 제브라칩병의 경우, 발생하게 되면 감자를 초토화시켜 막대한 피해를 야기한다. ‘Ca. L. solanacearum’의 감자와 토마토 등의 가지과(Solanaceae) 작물과 당근을 포함하는 산형과(Umbelliferae) 작물이 기주가 될 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 아직까지 국내에 유입되지 않은 감자 제브라칩병과 매개충인 토마토 감자 나무이(tomato potato psyllid; TPP; Bactericera cockerelli Sulc.)에 대한 예찰 조사를 수행하였다. 예찰 조사를 위해 전국을 7개 권역(경기-강원, 충청, 전북, 전남, 경북, 경남 및 제주)으로 나누고, 각 권역에 속하는 3개 지역 중심으로 수행하였는데, 경기-강원 권역은 인천, 화성, 춘천 및 홍천, 충청 권역은 공주, 세종 및 청주, 전북 권역은 익산, 완주 및 정읍, 전남 권역은 보성, 고흥 및 순천, 경북 권역은 상주, 김천 및 안동, 경남 권역은 거창, 함양 및 진주, 제주 권역은 구좌 및 성산 지역이 해당되며, 지역당 3개 지점을 두고 조사하였다. 매개충 TPP 조사를 위해 끈끈이 트랩을 이용한 조사를 병행하였다. 예찰 조사는 2018년 9월부터 10월까지 2주 간격으로 실시하였다. 2018년 예찰 조사결과, 감자 제브라칩병과 매개충인 TPP는 국내에는 확인되지 않았다. 이 연구는 식물병을 조기에 탐지하기 위해 구축된 전국적인 모니터링 네트워크를 통해 수행할 수 있었고, 국외 외래유입병들의 예찰 조사를 위한 지역 거점을 확보하는데 기여하였다고 평가된다.
최근 기후변화 및 국제교역량, 여행객, 외국 이주민 증가 등으로 국내 농작물에 큰 피해를 입힐 수 있는 고위험 식물병의 유입이 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 검역 대상인 병원체의 수가 증가함에 따라 검역기관 및 연구원의 업무량이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지역별 주요 수출대상 과수인 포도, 단감, 감귤의 국내 미기록 병과 원인병원체에 대한 예찰조사를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 전국을 경기-강원, 충청, 전북, 전남, 경북, 경남 그리고 제주 등 7개 권역으로 나누고 각 권역 소재 대학에서 예찰조사를 수행하여 예찰네트워크를 구축하고자 하였다. 포도 대상 병은 모두 4종으로, Pierce’s disease (Xylella fastidiosa), brown rot (Monilinia fructigena), anthracnose (Greeneria uvicola), 그리고 esca (Phaeomoniella chlamydospora)을 조사하였고 경기-강원, 충청도, 전라북도, 그리고 경상북도 권역을 중심으로 각 권역당 3개 지역 그리고 지역당 3개 지점을 두고 조사하였다. 단감은 모두 3종으로, brown spot (Fusicladium levieri), black leaf spot (Adisciso kaki), 그리고 black spot (Phoma kakivora)을 조사하였고 국내 단감 주생산지인 경상남도와 전라남도 권역을 중심으로 각 권역당 3개 지역 그리고 지역당 3개 지점을 두고 조사하였다. 감귤 대상 병은 모두 2종으로, citrus scab (Elsinoë australis), Septoria spot (Septoria citri)을 조사하였고 감귤 주생산지인 제주권역을 중심으로 조사하였다. 모두 9종에 대한 예찰조사는 2019년 4월부터 10월까지 2주간격으로 실시하였다. 예찰조사결과 주요 수출대상 과수인 포도, 단감, 감귤의 국내미기록병 9종에 대한 원인병원체는 발견되지 않았다. 이 연구를 통해 식물병을 조기에 탐지할 수 있는 전국적인 모니터링 시스템을 구축하였고, 국외 외래유입병들의 예찰조사를 위한 지역 거점을 확보하였다고 평가된다.
When radiation is irradiated onto biological tissue, the occurrence of biological change has been already demonstrated and the change of blood composition and chromosome abnormality could be suggested as the representative biological markers which can identify the disturbance caused by radiation exposure. Recently, radiation treatment is performed for the treatment of cancer. Since the protection of blood within normal tissue is very important, the development of radioprotective has been made continuously to protect normal tissues. Squalene is a very important precursor in the biosynthesis of cholesterol. It is the hydrocarbon contained in the liver of deep sea sharks and in olive oils, and large quantity of it is contained in skin, abdominal fat tissue, subcutaneous fat tissue, lymphatic gland, pancreas and in heart muscle. Because of 6 double bonds in SQ, it could easily bind with oxygen ions to have the hazardous oxygen removal capacity along with the effects of scar treatment, blood vessel expansion, inhibitory action of arteriosclerosis, and has been reported to have the effects on myocardial infarction and liver disease, treatment for burn. It has been reported to have active effect of fibroblast. Therefore, the current study was conducted to know the change of total protein, albumin, total cholesterol and glucose in serum after the injection of whole body radiation of SQ in mouse.
The importance of managing the exposure to radiation for radiological technologist is becoming more conspicuous as modern medical care increases the number of hospital exams involving radiation and as work of radiological technologists expand and increase in areas using advanced medical equipment for diagnosis and treatment purposes involving radiation. Measurements for individual exposure dose to radiation can differ according to the equipment and facilities in the work environment and the average number of exposures an individual is involved in. Therefore, systematic and reasonable controls on the exposure dose to radiation can be attained from core data. Shallow dose/Deep dose measurements were taken according to the year of the measurement, the technologist’s occupation post, gender, department, and age over a five year period from January 1, 2003 to December 31, 2007 using a sample of radiological technologists from ten general hospitals throughout S. Korea. When comparing individual exposure dose of each radiological technologist, there was no significant difference in the mean exposure dose according to the year the measurement was taken (p>0.05). Mean exposure dose for Deep/Shallow according to gender showed that men received significantly higher exposure dose than women (p<0.001). Mean exposure dose for Deep/Shallow according to age showed an increase in exposure dose as age decreases, however, it was not statistically significant (p>0.05). According to occupation post, technologists working in nuclear medicine received significantly higher dose than other occupation posts (p<0.001). The results of individual exposure dose were under the dose limits in accordance to all nuclear regulations. Furthermore, since stochastic effects may occur with long-term exposure to low level radiation, individual exposure dose data was thoroughly managed and the principle of As Low as Reasonably Achievable (ALARA) was implemented when establishing the design of this study.
주차장 바닥재로 많이 사용되는 A사 에폭시 코팅제와 B사 바닥코팅제(A, B type)에 대하여 GC/MS(Gaschromatography /Mass spectrometer)를 이용하여 제품별로 함유하고 있는 휘발성유기화합물(VOCs)의 종류와 함량을 측정해보고, 휘발성유기화합물(VOCs)중 작업자나 입주자들에게 유해한 폼알데하이드(Formaldehyde), 톨루엔(Toluene), 크실렌(Xylene)을 외부 환경에 따른 오차를 줄이고자 가장 안 좋은 (밀폐) 환경을 가정하고 가스검지관을 이용하여 가스배출량을 측정해 보았다. 그 결과 A사 에폭시코팅제가 제품 자체에도 휘발성유기화합물(VOCs)을 가장 많은 양 함유하고 있고, A사 에폭시코팅제에 비하여 B사 바닥코팅제 A type은 약 79%, B type은 약 96% 이상의 적은 양을 나타냈다. 또한, 밀폐된 환경 조건에서 1시간과 8시간 경과 후 가스검지관을 이용하여 폼알데하이드(Formaldehyde), 톨루엔(Toluene), 크실렌(Xylene)에 대한 가스배출량을 측정하고 TWA값으로 환산한 결과에서도 A사 에폭시코팅제가 가장 높게 측정되었다. A사 에폭시코팅제보다 B사 바닥코팅제 A type은 약 42.3%이상의 적은 측정값을 나타냈으며, B type의 경우 밀폐된 환경 조건에서도 시간가중평균노출기준(TWA)을 모두 만족하였다.
A fatigue crack occurred in the vicinity of the suspension bridge`s center-stay area is generated. Therefore, the stress and caused of occurrence of each member are analyzed by measurement. When similar cases occur in the future, they shall be utilized as basic data such as research methods and establishment of measures for maintenance.
There are bolt tightening torque decision standards in KSB 0101 for high tension bolt(torque calculation method) and in KSB 0140 for general bolts(general rule for bolt tightening torque decision), But in bolt torque decision general rule method, using Stainless bolt, friction coefficients between bolt and to-be-bolted object will rule the calculated yielding contraction axle force and yielding contraction torque, making it hard to determine the contraction torque in the field. So in other to help determine the contraction torque for stainless bolts(STS304) in field using high tension bolt torque decision method, the needed torque for stainless bolt(STS304) is calculated referencing high tension bolt torque decision method. And the calculated torque is planned to be compared to field test results.

So in other to determine the contraction torque for general bolts in field using high tension bolt torque decision method, the torque decision method for general bolt is proposed referencing high tension bolt torque decision method. And the field torque test is planned to verify the adaptability of the proposed method in the field.
This study explores influences of the relationship between social capital and residents’ perception in a collective aspects, and also explores the differences of influence between two groups in 10 rural communities. This study conducts regression analysis with residents questionnaires, and analyzes the relationship of influence among the latent factors, and differences between the two groups. As a results, associational network and social trust factors of social capital are identified as the most important factor in the quality of life and residents’ attitudes. In addition, the differences in socio-cultural factor of quality of life and residents’ attitude between two groups are identified by comparison with the relationship between two groups, although the explanatory power of both groups is not high. To achieve a successful rural tourism based on the result of this study, rural tourism should consider the regional and demographic characteristics, such as age, occupations and education and so on. The major contribution of this study is to confirm that the impact of social capital on the residents’ perception would be different by regions in comparison with two groups, and it will be able to provide useful implication for the rural tourism development in the future.
본 연구의 목적은 방사선의 사업적 이용에 따른 방사선발생장치 또는 방사성동위원소 등(이하 방사성동위원소 등) 을 운용하는 방사선작업종사자를 대상으로 방사선안전관리와 관련된 지식의 설문 조사하고 이를 체계적으로 추이분석함으로서 방사선 이용시설 등의 방사선안전 문화를 정착시키기 위함에 있다. 연구 방법은 2011년 08월 01일 부터 09월 05일 까지 861 명의 방사선 종사자를 대상으로 설문 조사를 하였다. 분석 방법으로 설문 응답자의 일반적인 특성과 기관정보는 빈도 분석을 하였으며 방사선안전관리에 대한 지식 수준은 평균과 표준편차를 구하여 각각 비교하였다. 분석 결과 작업 종사자의 방사선 안전 관리에 대한 지식 조사에서는 종사자 모두 높은 수준으로 평가 되었다. 결론적으로 방사선 작업종사자들의 방사선 안전관리와 관련하여 보다 다양한 요인들에 대한 연구들이 수행되어야 하며 작업종사자들의 의식을 높이기 위해서 시기적절한 교육이 필요할 것으로 사료되며, 지속적으로 방사선 작업종사자들을 관리함으로써 효율적인 방사선이용이 될 수 있는 기반이 확립될 것으로 사료된다
Soy isoflavones have been suggested to improve bone loss and lipid profile in postmenopausal women and ovariectomized rats. In present study, we investigated the hypothesis that consumption of soybean, mung bean, cowpea and azuki bean has a beneficial effect on lipid profile which associates with bone mass in ovariectomized rats. Forty two female Sprague-Dawley rats were either sham-operated (Sham) or surgically ovariectomized (OVX). Sham and OVX groups were fed a regular AIN-93M diet, but ovariectomized rats with soybean (OS), mung bean (OM), cowpea (OC) or adzuki bean (OA) were fed AIN-93M diet replacing 35% of corn starch with powdered OS, OM, OC or OA for 10 weeks. Total- and LDL-cholesterol concentrations were significantly lower in Sham and OC groups than other OVX groups. There was significant negative association between total cholesterol concentration and bone mineral density (BMD) of tibia in only OC group. In conclusion, total-cholesterol concentration was significantly and negatively correlated with BMD in rats consumed cowpea, suggesting that the reduced cholesterol concentration may have a beneficial effect on bone mass.
Ursolic acid, triterpenoid compound has been shown to stimulate osteoblast differentiation and enhance bone formation. In the present study, we examined the effects of similar triterpenoid compounds, oleanolic acid (OA) and its derivatives, such as oleanolic acid acetate (OAA) and oleanolic acetate methyl ester (OAM) on the bone formation in MC3T3-E1 osteoblast cells. We determined cellular proliferation, alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity, mineralization, and expression of osteoblast specific genes and mitogen activated protein kinase phosphorylation. Treatment of 0.1-10μm OA, OAA, and OAM increased cellular proliferation, but not significantly increased as compared with dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). OA, OAA, and OAM at 5uM concentration enhanced ALP expression, mineralization, and osteocalcin (OCN) mRNA level. In conclusion, OA and its derivatives stimulated the osteoblast differentiation by increasing ALP, mineralization, and OCN mRNA expression. However, there were no significantly difference on osteoblast differentiation among treatment of OA, OAA, and OAM.
Tourist destination remodeling project is the tourist destination activation program to promote underdeveloped tourist destination that the Ministry of Culture and Sports has been implementing as a pilot program since 2005. Since previous tourist destination development programs focused on developing facilities, they could not quite cope with the changes in the tourism paradigm. Especially for caves, they could not escape from the simple sightseeing for the characteristics of the resource were fit to the caves. These results failed to meet tourist demands to experience and participate that the number of tourists is continuously decreasing. To cope with the circumstances, the government introduced a pilot program, a comprehensive tourist destination reorganization plan designed to comprehensively promote the tourism contents development (software) that can differentiate the region such as the tourism activation programs, tourist destination management and operation system reorganization (humanware) along with the repair of facilities (hardware project). This study emphasized the participation of residents who are the actual subject of management and operation of tourist facilities and programs in the course of establishing the master plan for remodeling for Gossi Cave that it can be used as the reference for establishing remodeling plan based on resident participation in the future.
