PURPOSES : This study is aimed to economic analysis of the ferronickel slag pavement method carried out to suggest the necessity of developing ferronickel slag pavement technology. METHODS : A life cycle cost analysis of the application of the Ferronickel Slag pavement method and the cutting + overlay pavement method was performed to compare the economic indicators and greenhouse gas emissions for each pavement method. RESULTS : As a result of the analysis, regardless of the Ferronickel Slag mixing rate, if the common performance of the Ferronickel Slag pavement method is the same or superior to the existing pavement method, it is more economical than the existing pavement method. Furthermore, the lower the maintenance cost of the Ferronickel Slag pavement method, the higher the economic feasibility due to the high Ferronickel Slag mixing rate. Greenhouse gas emissions can be reduced from at least 9% to up to 53% through the application of the Ferronickel Slag pavement method, except for some scenario analysis results. CONCLUSIONS : This study provided that the Ferronickel Slag pavement method was superior to the existing pavement method in terms of economic and environmental aspects. Therefore, it was found that the objective justification of developing road pavement technology using Ferronickel Slag was secured.
Under Article 17 of the Radioactive Waste Management Act and Article 12 of the Enforcement Decree of the Radioactive Waste Management Act, KHNP shall reserve the cost for the decommissioning of NPPs as provisions. To preserve the value, an additional amount considering the discount rate is to be added annually. The initial provision is decided by estimating the decommissioning cost of NPP at the time of commercial operation, calculating the future cost by applying the inflation rate to the expected start date of decommissioning, and then discounting it at a discount rate to the present value. According to the current notice, the period for applying inflation and discount rate is defined as the period of 5 years added to the design life of NPP, which is presumed to be due to the assumption that all decommissioning costs are incurred at once 5 years after the permanent shutdown of the power plant. However, assuming that the actual decommissioning period of a domestic nuclear power plant is generally planned for 15 years, it can be expected that most of the decommissioning activities will begin after the decommissioning preparation and transition period, or 5 years after permanent shutdown of the plant. Considering this, it can be said that the current period (5 years + design life) for applying inflation and discount rate is set a little conservatively. In this paper, the initial provision is calculated by appropriately distributing the decommissioning costs of overseas NPPs categorized by International Structure for Decommissioning Costing (ISDC) during the planned decommissioning period of domestic NPPs, and then adding up the decommissioning cost each year by separately applying the inflation and discount period, which was compared with the results calculated using the current method. Through this, it was confirmed that the revised method had the effect of reducing the initial provision by 2.2% to 5.7% compared to the current method depending on the gap between inflation rate and discount rate, which can be converted to about 8 years of inflation and discount period used in the current method. It is expected that this paper will be used in the future as a basic reference for developing a more accurate method for calculating the initial provision of decommissioning cost.
This paper analyzed a survey of 388 general target samples to analyze the correlation between disaster safety costs and human risk factor analysis and evacuation behavior due to tunnel accidents. Considering the impact of the tunnel accident on disaster safety costs and the correlation between human evacuation and risk factors in the tunnel environment, the system should be reorganized to reflect the tunnel’s basic plan, tunnel cross-section, tunnel installation.
The global trend is the application of heat-treated omission materials to reduce the manufacturing cost of automobile steering parts. Attempts have been made to apply heat-treated omission materials in domestic, but they are delayed due to concerns over rising cold forging process costs. For quantitative prediction of cold forging process cost, fatigue properties of forging die materials were evaluated. Based on this, the die life and cost were predicted quantitatively, and the manufacturing cost reduction of automobile steering parts using heat-treated material was found to be about 11%. Also, various methods to improve die life were additionally presented.
The cooperative game theory consists of a set of players and utility function that has positive values for a subset of players, called coalition, in the game. The purpose of cost allocation method is to allocate the relevant cost among game players in a fair and rational way. Therefore, cost allocation method based on cooperative game theory has been applied in many areas for fair and reasonable cost allocation. On the other hand, the desirable characteristics of the cost allocation method are Pareto optimality, rationality, and marginality. Pareto optimality means that costs are entirely paid by participating players. Rationality means that by joining the grand coalition, players do not pay more than they would if they chose to be part of any smaller coalition of players. Marginality means that players are charged at least enough to cover their marginal costs. If these characteristics are all met, the solution of cost allocation method exists in the core. In this study, proportional method is applied to EOQ inventory game and EPQ inventory game with shortage. Proportional method is a method that allocates costs proportionally to a certain allocator. This method has been applied to a variety of problems because of its convenience and simple calculations. However, depending on what the allocator is used for, the proportional method has a weakness that its solution may not exist in the core. Three allocators such as demand, marginal cost, and cost are considered. We prove that the solution of the proportional method to demand and the proportional method to marginal cost for EOQ game and EPQ game with shortage is in the core. The counterexample also shows that the solution of the proportional method to cost does not exist in the core.
본 연구에서는 철근콘크리트 건물에 대한 유전자 알고리즘 기반의 최적구조설계기법을 제시하고자 한다. 목적함수는 구조 물의 비용과 이산화탄소 배출량을 동시에 각각 최소화하는 것이다. 비용 및 인산화탄소 배출량은 구조설계안에서 얻을 수 있는 단면치수, 부재길이, 재료강도, 철근량 등과 같은 설계정보를 통해 계산한다. 즉, 구조물의 물량을 기초로 하여 비용과 이산화탄소 배출량을 평가한다. 재료의 운반, 시공 및 건물 운영 단계에서 발생하는 비용 및 이산화탄소 배출량은 본 연구에 서 제외한다. 제약조건은 철근콘크리트 건물을 구성하는 기둥과 보 부재의 강도조건과 층간변위조건이 고려된다. 제약조건 을 평가하기 위해 OpenSees를 활용한 선형정적해석이 수행된다. 제약조건을 만족시키면서 목적함수에 대해 최소의 값을 제 시하는 설계안을 찾기 위해 유전자 알고리즘이 사용된다. 제시한 알고리즘의 적용성을 검증하기 위해 4층 철근콘크리트 모 멘트 골조 예제에 제시하는 기법을 적용하여 검증한다.
The purpose of this study is to estimate the economic value of boat fishing experience marine tourism activity in Jeju Island’s Chagwido. The economic value is estimated as consumer surplus using count data models including the truncated Poisson model and the truncated negative binominal distribution model. This study collects the effective 504 questionnaires from boat fishing experience tourists in Jeju Island’s Chagwido.
The truncated negative binominal distribution model was statistically more suitable and valid than other models. The truncated negative binominal distribution model was applied to estimate consumer surplus as economic value from boat fishing experience tourism activity in Jeju Island’s Chagwido. A consumer surplus value per trip was estimated as about 209,900 won. The annual economic value from boat fishing experience tourism activity was estimated as 273,700 won in Jeju Island’s Chagwido. Consequently, boat fishing experience marine tourism activity has a very large economic value in Jeju Island.
The cotton aphid, Aphis gossypii Glover (Hemiptera: Aphididae), is one of the major insect pests of cucumber, Cucumis sativus L. The spatial distribution and occurrence of Aphis gossypii Glover on greenhouse cucumber, Cucumis sativus L., were studied to provide an efficient and reliable sampling plan for its control. A highly clumped pattern was observed among plants (TPL b = 1.63) within a greenhouse. To develop a sampling plan for visual enumeration, leaves within plants were selected by different percentages of leaves (eg., 3rd and 6th, 6th and 9th leaf,…from the bottom of the plant) and then compared the accuracies and efficiencies by relative net precision (RNP). The results indicated that selecting leaves from the bottom of the plant by systemic sampling methods were relatively high as other sampling methods.
Recently, the optimisation of end-of-life (EOL) product remanufacturing processes has been highlighted. In particular, computer remanufacturing becomes important as the amount of disposed of computers is rapidly increasing. At the computer remanufacturing, depending on the selections of used computer parts, the value of remanufactured computers will be different. Hence, it is important to select appropriate computer parts at the reassembly. To this end, this study deals with a decision making problem to select the best combination of computer parts for minimising the total remanufacturing computer cost. This problem is formulated with an integer nonlinear programming model and heuristic search algorithms are proposed to resolve it.
센싱 기술의 발달로 다양한 종류의 매체를 이용한 우수한 차량 검지장비들이 개발되고 있는 요즘, 간단한 구조의 저가형 검지장비 또한 적은 예산으로 여러 곳에 설치할 수 있다는 장점 때문에 지속적인 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 저가형 차량 검지장비로서 센서를 사선으로 설치하여 좌우 및 전후 바퀴의 통과시간 간격과 차량의 윤거값을 적용하여 차량속도를 추정하는 방법을 제안하였다. 출고된 차량의 제원조사에서 얻어진 대표 윤거값을 축거와 뒤윤거의 비율에 따라 소형과 대형 차량으로 구분하여 적용하므로 기존의 연구보다 정확한 속도추정이 가능하도록 개선하였다. 특히, 소형과 대형차량을 구분하는 파라미터를 통하여 조사지점의 차종구성 비율을 고려한 정확도 보정이 가능하다. 간단하고 저가로 개발된 본 연구의 사선형 센서를 이용한 검지장비는 적은 비용으로 교통상황을 설명하는데 효율적으로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.
제조업의 경쟁력 향상을 위한 수단으로 제조원가의 절감 기법이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 코스트 반감법에 대한 내용을 분석하고, 사례를 연구하여 제조원가의 절감에 대한 연구를 하고자 한다. 제조원가를 반으로 낮추는 방법에 대한 연구가 진행되었다. 실현 가능한 최저의 원가를 통하여 이를 규명하는 방법이다. 이를 미니멈코스트라고 한다. 제조업의 제조원가를 분석하는 기법 중에서 미니멈 코스트를 분석기법이 체계화가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 실현가능한 최저의원가를 미니멈 코스트로 정의 할 경우, 미니멈 코스트를 산정하는 방법, 미니멈 코스트를 달성하기위하여, 과제를 발굴하는 방법, 과제 추진을 활성화하는 방법, 추진 결과 목표달성이 미진할 경우 이를 보완하는 방법, 이러한 활동을 지속적으로 추진하는 방법 등의 체계화를 하고자 한다.
이를 통하여, 제품별 최저 원가를 산정하는 방법과 이를 달성하는 방법을 활용하여, 모든 제조업의 가격 경쟁력을 지속적으로 유지할 수 있는 좋은 수단이 될 것이다. 특히, 자동차산업, 전자산업, 중공업, 조선 분야의 적용을 구체화하여, 바로 업무에 적용할 수 있는 체제를 구축하고자 한다.
Purpose : We will develop the distribution method of wide oil extract technology to develop repellent using this technology and study mosquito repellent persistence. Research design, data and methodology : A positive control group containing purified water, ethanol and picaridin was prepared, and the experimental control group was prepared in the same proportion as the positive control group, and 0.6% of broad oil was added. The results were summarized using the calculation method according to the avoidance effect and statistically tested by t-test using the excel statistics program. Results : Experiments on skin surface area and voice control of participants showed that men had 8.9% wider skin surface area than women, and voice control tests showed that women were bitten by mosquitoes five times more than men. Both the positive and the experimental control groups had a valid duration of up to three hours, but from the time of five hours, the positive control group had 77% and the experimental control had 90%, indicating a difference of 14.4% over the positive control group. Conclusions : The mosquito repellents developed in this study on the basis of safety and continuity are cost-effective in terms of mosquito repellent, and in addition fragrance, odor removal, perfume, ink, skin care and massage effect.
항로표지는 해상교통의 안전을 도모하고 선박운항 능률 향상을 위하여 설치된 해양교통안전시설 중 하나이다. 그러나 선박충돌 또는 기상악화 등의 원인으로 발생하는 항로표지의 사고로 인하여 제 기능을 상실 하였을 경우, 선박운항자를 비롯한 여러 이용자에게 이용불편 또는 항행위험을 증가시키고 있다. 특히 우리나라 최대 컨테이너항만인 부산항은 최근 12년(2006년~2017)동안 총400건의 항로표지 사고가 발생하였으며, 이로 인하여 평균 20.6일의 복구기간이 소요됨에 따라 항로표지 이용자들에게 해양안전 불안을 가중시키고 있다. 따라서 연구의 목적은 우리나라 항로표지 사고예방과 효율적인 관리방안을 적극적으로 추진하기 위한 이용자들의 정량적 지지도를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 부산항 해역이용자들을 대상으로 항로표지 및 항로표지 사고에 대한 인식조사를 실시하고, 효율적 항로표지 관리방안의 추진을 통한 항행위험 감소에 대한 경제적 가치를 추정하였다. 연구의 결과, 비시장재화인 환경재나 공공재의 대표적인 가치추정법인 조건부가치추정법을 이용하여 추정된 부산항 항로표지 서비스에 대하여 이용자들이 부여한 경제적 가치는 최소 약 160억원으로 나타났다. 따라서 이러한 연구결과는, 항로표지 관리자 및 정책입안자들에게 부산항을 비롯한 우리나라 항로표지 서비스에 대한 다양한 이용자의 요구사항을 확인하고, 이에 대응하는 보다 효율적인 관리방안의 수립과 추진에 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
Purpose - In this study, the safety related tasks for low cost carriers’ were examined and measures to improve them were suggested. As the air demand increases rapidly, number of passenger has mushroomed in Korea and in order to keep with the demand low cost carriers have played a role. However, low cost carriers’ safety related tasks are not reliable level so far. Thus, in this study, the low cost carriers’ current situations in terms of safety are investigated, especially regarding how well the ICAO’s new safety policies are applied.
Research design, data, and methodology - The results of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transportation’ investigation are introduced and field study results are analysed. Current status of retaining experts, staffs, administrators in terms of aviation safety tasks of low cost carriers is compared to those of major airliner and low cost carriers’ aviation safety culture is also analyzed by examining the systems and questioning staffs. Especially the culture regarding aviation safety is very important because the culture surrounding the safety tasks plays a major role in every respect of conducting the tasks.
Results – Overall the current status of low cost carriers’ aviation safety tasks is below standard. Especially retaining experts and staffs is basically below the required level. Also, system and organization to conduct safety tasks are not satisfactory. In particular, aviation safety culture is not settled to operate appropriately.
Conclusions - The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and member states are continuing to launch new safety policies in response to the surging demand for air travel worldwide. The most urgent and important issue among the various safety policies is to reduce air accidents. In order to reduce the number of accidents, ICAO decided to reduce the number of accidents by using the Reactive Safety Management. ICAO has to ensure that each member country can implement proactive safety management for aviation safety. A safety management system (Safety Management System) is a system in which each member state implements a fulfillment standard. The current situation and problems of the safety management system for each airline are suggested and proposed for improvements.
의료용 사이클로트론 해체시 많은 양의 저준위 방사성 폐기물을 발생시키며 이에 따른 큰 해체 비용을 야기한다. 이에 국외에서는 동위원소 생산시설 도입시 해체 자금에 관한 계획을 제출할 것을 권고하고 있다. 해체 자금 계획 수립을 위해서는 해체 비용을 해체 활동과 시설의 구성 요소에 맞게 합리적으로 계산되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 2012년 12월 수행된 국내 서울대학교병원 사이클로트론(TR-13) 해체 사례를 통하여 폐기 시나리오일 때의 방사성 폐기물 처리 비용을 분석하고 해체 비용 산정시 필요한 고려사항에 대해 살펴보고 향후 해체 자금 계획 수립에 필요한 사항을 도출하고자 하였다.
신뢰성평가는 고속철도교량에 포함된 불확실성의 영향을 고려하여 정량적 구조안전성을 검토하기 위한 효율적인 방안이며, 신뢰성평가에 기초한 기대생애주기비용은 고속철도교량의 합리적인 안전수준 및 설계기준을 제공할 것이다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 수치해석과 신뢰성평가 결과를 바탕으로 고속철도교량의 기대생애주기비용 및 최적설계 방안을 결정하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 고속철도교량의 표준설계를 기준으로 다양한 설계방안을 설정한 후, 각각의 설계방안에 대해 수치해석을 수행하였으며, 설계강도 한계상태방정식에 따른 신뢰성평가는 수치해석결과를 토대로 외적 불확실성의 영향을 고려하여 수행하였다. 고속철도교량의 기대생애주기비용은 각각의 설계방안에 따른 신뢰성평가 결과를 바탕으로 산정하였다. 또한 최적설계 방안은 산정된 기대생애주기비용을 이용하여 결정하였다. 아울러, 최적설계 방안의 신뢰성평가 결과 및 기대생애주기비용에 대해 내적 불확실성의 영향을 고려하여 검토하였다. 이 연구결과는 고속철도교량의 체계적인 안전성 평가 및 최적 구조설계를 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.
