Safe operation of freight vehicles is an important issue for drivers, cargo, and other road users. In particular, the center of gravity of a freight vehicle is directly related to the stability of the vehicle, and this can fluctuate in real time depending on weight changes. Every time a freight vehicle loads or unloads cargo, its center of gravity changes, and these changes greatly affect the risk of vehicle rollover. We researched a continuous center of gravity measurement system for freight vehicles for safe driving.
PURPOSES : The logistic roads for freight transport along to the new port of Busan have been suffered by the rapid weather changes including high temperature and torrential rain. As a result, the roads require annual repair, which have been distressed seriously by the heavy logistic and environmental loads. Therefore, we need to identify the cause of the road pavement distresses and find a proper design method to minimize the pavement distress in order to prohibit the problem aggravated.
METHODS : The damaged conditions of the logistic roads were investigated on-site. In addition, applied pavement designs, real traffic volumes, and historical climatic information were intensively collected for this project. With the investigated and collected data Korean pavement design program (KPRP) was implemented to analyzed the causes of the damaged roads and conceive the pavement design draft optimized for the roads.
RESULTS : According to the investigation and KPRP analysis, the traffic volume to transport freights impacts significantly the pavement distress, so that a higher PG grade binder type should be used, for which polymer modified asphalt (PMA) binders are recommended. Moreover, its pavement thickness should be increased to secure load bearing capacity, but thickening the pavement has been discouraged due to difficulties induced by the road-sectional change, especially road-height change.
CONCLUSIONS : In conclusion, 5cm PMA overlay is suggested for the normal-scale maintenance, and 7cm PMA overlay for large-scale maintenance. Besides these, the application of Polymer-modified Stone Matrix Asphalt (PSMA) using PG76-22 binder would be the best preventive maintenance method, which has been well know as having higher fatigue resistant performance than general PMA. However, if we use PSMA, quality control should be very cautious since PSMA can be very susceptible premature distress if its production and construction are improperly proceeded.
해운 시황을 예측하는 것은 중요한 문제이다. 투자 방식의 결정, 선대 편성 방법, 운임 등을 결정하기 위한 판단 근거가 되며 이는 기업의 이익과 생존에 큰 영향을 미치기 때문이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 기계학습 모델인 장단기 메모리 및 간소화된 장단기 메모리 구조의 Gated Recurrent Units를 활용하여 컨테이너선의 해상운임 예측 모델을 제안한다. 운임 예측 대상은 중국 컨테이너 운임지수 (CCFI)이며, 2003년 3월부터 2020년 5월까지의 CCFI 데이터를 학습에 사용하였다. 각 모델에 따라 2020년 6월 이후의 CCFI를 예측한 후 실 제 CCFI와 비교, 분석하였다. 실험 모델은 하이퍼 파라메터의 설정에 따라 총 6개의 모델을 설계하였다. 또한 전통적인 분석 방법과의 성 능을 비교하기 위해 ARIMA 모델도 실험에 추가하였다. 최적 모델은 두 가지 방법에 따라 선정하였다. 첫 번째 방법으로 각 모델을 10회 반복 실험하여 얻은 RMSE의 평균값이 가장 작은 모델을 선정하는 것이다. 두 번째 방법으로는 모든 실험에서 가장 낮은 RMSE를 기록한 모델을 선정하는 것이다. 실험 결과 전통적 시계열 예측모델인 ARIMA 모델과 비교하여 딥러닝 모델의 정확도를 입증하였으며, 정확한 예측모델을 통해 운임 변동의 위험관리 능력을 제고시키는데 기여했다. 반면 코로나19와 같은 외부 효과에 따른 운임의 급격한 변화상황이 발생한 경우, 예측모델의 정확도가 감소하는 한계점을 나타냈다. 제안된 모델 중 GRU1 모델이 두 가지 평가 방법 모두에서 가장 낮은 RMSE(69.55, 49.35)를 기록하며 최적 모델로 선정되었다.
The growth is hot about the number of companies, the vehicles, and the variety of the business model of freight services in general, the road freight, in particular, have cooked up big challenges for the state management as well as the administration about business activities of transport companies. The road freight has still many inadequacies about the hight running coast, badly affecting the environment, the increase in the traffic jam and traffic accidents. About the state management, the organization and implementation processes the function to control the road transport encounter many difficulties and exist inadequacies about post-check after business registration, not ensure supply-demand balance in the transport markets. Still have many duplications in plan and organize the implementation of the sustainable development policy lead to has not brought into play all resources and effectiveness. Technology applications in management and operating, the policy of sustainable development in the road freight has not been given adequate attention. Faced with the need for sustainable development and improving the efficiency of the national transportation system, research on strengthening state management of car transportation in Vietnam is very urgent. Moreover, it is very practical and scientific to propose solutions to contribute to improving the capacity, effectiveness and efficiency of the state management of goods transportation by car in Vietnam.. The article focuses on analyzing and evaluating the current state of state management about the goods freight by cars, proposing radical solutions to strengthen state management to get the goals of sustainable development of the transport and the freight transport industry. Based on data collected from actual surveys, interviews and published research, the author has analyzed the overall performance of state management in car freight transport. With the number of 1227 sending feedback votes, it is a reliable basis for analyzing, assessing the current situation and clarifying the limitations, weaknesses as well as their causes in the management of freight transport in Vietnam.
PURPOSES: In this study, a method of maximizing visibility by effectively installing rear reflectors on freight cars was analyzed to reduce traffic accidents caused by poor visibility of trucks at night.
METHODS: Comparisons were made when a (1) rear reflector, (2) rear reflector and line contour, and (3) rear reflector and full contour were installed in a truck using virtual driving simulation. The safety level of each installation method was quantitatively analyzed by selecting the cognitive distance, safe distance maintenance, and deceleration in the case of using stone embankment as an effective safety measure.
RESULTS : When the rear reflector and full contour was installed, the cognitive range was the longest, and the safety distance could be maintained for a relatively long time. In addition, it was possible to stop or avoid a collision when a sudden event occurred.
CONCLUSIONS: The severity of rear-end crash with freight cars is very high at night, mostly because drivers are unaware of the freight car ahead. Accidents can be prevented if drivers can recognize cargo trucks. Based on the results of this study, the installation of a truck's rear reflector and full contour system will enhance night visibility, and the number of traffic accidents will also decrease.

Meanwhile the number of company and quality of service increased due to the demanding of citizen, the price for this activities also raised.
오늘날, 해상화물 운송주선인은 해상운송 시장 내 경쟁이 심화됨에 따라 그 의 업무 범위도 많이 변화되어, 화주와 운송업자 간의 연결 뿐만 아니라 많은 업무를 수행하고 있는데, mere agent, contracting carrier 및 performing carrier 등의 업무를 수행하면서 여러 가지 법적 문제가 발생 할 수 있다. 이러한 배경 을 바탕으로 중국최고법원은 해상화물 운송주선인의 분쟁의 재판에 관한 법규 를 제정하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 이 법규를 소개하고 해상화물 운송주선인의 정의 및 법적 책임, 운송 서류의 송달 지연, FOB 조건 하에서의 운송 서류의 송달, 화물의 멸실 및 훼손의 고지 및 해상화물 운송주선에 관한 분쟁의 시효 및 관할권에 대하여 논하고자 한다.

This paper deals with the problem of determining the buyer's economic lot sizing policy for exponentially deteriorating products under trade credit. It is also assumed that the ordering cost consists of a fixed set-up cost and a freight cost, where the freight cost has a quantity discount offered due to the economies of scale. We formulate the mathematical model and the solution algorithm is developed based on the properties of an optimal solution.
This study applies the Johansen cointegration test and vector error correction model (VECM) to investigate the long-run equilibrium and short-run causality between China Export Containerized Freight Index (CCFI) and China Newbuilding Containership Price index (CNCPI). The empirical results show that there is a long-run cointegration relationship between them. In the long run, an increase in CCFI will drive growth in CNCPI, and similarly, an increase in CNCPI will also drive growth in CCFI. However, in the short term, they have no causal relationship. Our study provides a new perspective for policy making in China’s shipbuilding industry.

Global cargo owners and consumers of transportation of the high demand for quality of service, growing thirst for scale economic benefit, and international shipping industry in the fierce competition to get rid of the plight of long-term exploration, all these factors, are calling for more global carrier, require a broader course coverage, there is more dense plane on the trunk routes, and in the course of both ends must have the "door to door" multimodal transport and has the additional value of integrated logistics services.
부산항은 컨테이너 물동량 기준으로 세계 6위의 항만이며, 환적화물 기준으로 세계 2위의 항만으로 큰 기능을 하고 있다. 그러나 항만시설 및 운송업체에 대한 정책적 배려 부족으로 부산 신항내 환적화물의 운송과 배후물류단지 화물운송에 있어 과적단속이 심각한 문제 로 대두되고 있다. 이에 관련 운전자, 운송업체, 항만 배후물류단지 담당자를 대상으로 그 실태를 살펴보고, 그 문제점을 파악한 후 개선방안 을 제언하였다.
운임시장의 심한 변동성과 시계열 데이터의 불안정성으로 해운시황 예측에 대한 연구가 큰 성과를 내지 못하고 있지만 최근 대표적인 비선형 모델인 기계학습모델을 적용한 연구들이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 대부분의 기존 연구가 계량모델의 설계단계에서 입력변수에 해당하는 요인들을 기존 문헌연구와 연구자의 직관에 의존하여 선정했기 때문에 요인선정에 대한 체계적인 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 케이프선 운임을 대상으로 단계적 회귀모형과 랜덤포레스트모델을 이용하여 중요 영향요인을 분석하였다. 해운시장에서 비교적 단순한 수급구조를 가져 요인파악이 용이한 케이프선 운임을 대상으로 하였으며 총 16개의 수급요인들을 사전 추출하였다. 요인간의 상호관련성을 파악하여 단계적 회귀는 8개 요인, 랜덤포레스트는 10개 요인을 분석대상으로 선정하였으며 선정된 변수를 입력변수로 하여 예측한 결과를 비교하였다. 랜덤포레스트의 예측성능이 아주 우수하였는데 수요요인이 주로 선정된 단계적 회귀분석과는 달리 공급요인이 비중 있게 선정되었기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구는 운임예측 연구에 있어 운임결정요인에 대한 과학적인 근거를 마련하였으며 이를 위해 기계학습 기반의 모델을 활용하였다는데 연구적 의의가 있다. 또한 시장정보의 분석에 있어 실무자들이 어떤 변수에 중점을 두어야 하는지에 대해 합리적 근거를 제시한 측면에서 해운기업의 의사결정에 실질적 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
According to the globalization of world economy on distribution and sales, logistics and transportation parts are playing an important role. Especially, they have to decide what is the key factor of route choice model and how to choose the right transport route in multimodal transport system. By considering the key factors in rote choice model for freight forwarders between Mongolia and Korea, this paper propose 4 main factors: Cost, Delivery time, Freight and Logistics service with 13 sub factors. The importance of factors is surveyed base on AHP through interview with freight forwarders. In results, the empirical insights about current status of Mongolian forwarders are provided with different factors between transportation modes. Expecially, the Time factor is a role factor to choose transport route for air transportation forwarders.
