In this paper, a tidal power conversion system (PCS) using seawater level differences was presented.. To verify the presented PCS, an actual lab-scale tidal power generation system was constructed. The operation of the lab-scale PCS was first modeled mathematically and was analyzed through dynamic simulation and experimental tests.

Development of performance evaluation method per unit facilities for the performance-based management·operation of the port facilities defined in the accounting process guideline for SOC facilities and verification of the practicability of the developed method.

Currently internal harbor and fishing port facilities are being maintained with the "Safety inspection and in-depth safety inspection detailed guideline" This is provided with the evaluation focusing on the safety and durability of the structure, based on the usability are not presented. In this study, we derive the evaluation items of the harbor and fishing port facilities for the transition from the maintenance of the existing system to the performance-based safety and maintenance system.

과거 1983년에 발생한 동해 중부 지진해일과 1993년 북해도 남서외해 지진해일에 의해 삼척항 지역에 피해가 발생하였다. 1983년에 지진해일이 내습했을 당시 인명피해 및 재산피해가 발생하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지진해일로 인한 삼척항의 자연재해가 재발하지 않도록 범람방지시설 설치를 통한 방재 효율에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 과거에 발생한 2개의 지진해일 및 가상지진해일 2개의 경우로 범람방지시설의 설치 전과 후를 각각 수치모의 하여 범람지역의 변화를 관찰하였다.
