        Evaluation of the solid surface properties by an analysis of the liquid penetration rate into powderbeds is very important in applications of powder products. The penetration rate is related the surface propertyin powder beds. In order to analyze the surface property of powders, the contact angle values of several powderswere obtained using the Washbun equation and the Wicking method. The surface free energy value γS wasdivided into a polar component γSp and a dispersion component γSd. Inorganic powders such as calcite were usedas test samples. The effects of the particle size and the type of experimental liquid on the penetration rate weremeasured. It was confirmed that the surface free energy of the grinding sample is smaller than that of theclassification sample.

        This study was evaluated the chloride penetration resistance performance of Surface Protection Material(SPM). SPM was applied 0.25 and 0.51 kg/㎡ to the surface of the mortar and immersed aging of the chloride solution 7, 14, and 28 days. As a results, In the case of SPM was applied, chloride did not penetrate until the 28th day.

        This study was evaluated the penetration performance according to SPM type. The types of SPM are liquid and cream type. And the amounts of SPM were applied 0.13, 0.25, 0.36, and 0.51 kg/㎡. The specimen size was 100×30mm as KS F 4930. Test results indicated that the penetration depth of SPM were improved with increasing the amounts of application of liquid and cream SPM. In the case of applied cream SPM of 0.13, 0.25 and 0.36 kg/㎡ the standard deviation of penetration depth was less the liquid type SPM was applied.

        최근 제설제의 영향으로 콘크리트에는 복합열화가 작용되어 도로시설물에 대한 2차 피해와 유지 보수 비용이 급격히 증가되고 있다. 그래서 실란, 실록산 계열의 흡수방지제를 사용하여 콘크리트 내부로 침투되는 수분 및 염화이온을 차단하는데 이용하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 실란, 폴리실록산 계열의 흡수방지제가 갖는 단점을 개선하고자 이를 구형으로 제 조하여 콘크리트 강도별 침투깊이 및 동결융해저항 성능을 분석하였다.

        The Chloride ion penetration resistance of Engineered cementitious composite using surface coating material was evaluated in this study. The test results showed that the amount of chloride ion of surface coated specimens were decreased approximately 22 % lower than that of plain specimens

        콘크리트 구조물은 여러 가지 열화현상으로 내구성 및 건전성이 크게 저하되므로, 열화현상을 억제하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 콘크리트의 열화현상을 억제하여 성능을 개선 시킬 수 있는 경제적이고 효율적인 표면침투제의 사용방법을 도출하기 위하여 표면침투제의 종류, 농도, 함침시간을 달리한 시험체의 점도, 표면장력, 압축강도, 내약품성, 내흡수량 및 염소이온 침투저항성 시험결과를 고찰하였다. 그 결과, 콜로이달 실리카 용액 및 소듐 알루미나 실리케이트 용액의 적정 희석 농도와 함침시간은 각각 15%, 5분 및 17%, 10초로 나타났다.
