2004년 강수량이 많았던 8월 목포 주변해역의 8개 지점에서 COD를 조사한 결과, 북항 앞바다에서 6.80 ppm, 영산강 하구둑 부근 해역에서 4.42 ppm, 신안비치 호텔 앞 해역에서 4.60 ppm으로 나타나 해양환경 기준치의 3등급을 초과하고 있었고 나머지 지점에서는 2-3등급 수준을 보였다. 총질소 농도는 1.23-3.56 ppm으로 전 지점에서 3등급 이상이었고, 총인의 농도는 0.07-0.12 ppm으로 2-3등급의 수질을 보였다. 이와 같은 수질은 수산생물의 서식, 양식 및 해수욕 등의 해양레저 활동을 하기에 부적합하며 공업용수와 선박의 정박 등에 이용 할 수 있는 수질 상태를 보였다. 육상으로부터의 목포 내항으로 유입되는 12개 지점의 점원 유입 부하량과 그 기여율을 조사한 결과, 전체 유입양 중 영산강으로부터 유입되는 총질소의 양이 70-93 %, 총인의 유입량도 31-91%를 차지하고 있어 목포 내항의 수질개선을 위해서는 영산강의 수질개선이 급선무이며, 다음으로 북항 하수처리장, 임암천, 남해 하수처리장 순으로 방류수 중의 질소와 인을 우선적으로 제어해야 될 것으로 판단되었다.

As it is known, during the Second World War Greece has fought on the side of theallies and the end of the war found the country on the winners’side. However, thestruggle for authority right after 1945 was merciless and extremely difficult, as well asdangerous for the course of the country to the future. The political powers were dividedbetween the legal authorities that were represented by the king and formed the exiledgovernment on the one hand and the part of the resistance teams and the rebels of the leftthat had a soviet friendly direction on the other. Thus, the start of a civil war was just a matter of time. It finally started in 1947 andlasted for more than two years. The consequences were disastrous for the country’seconomy and decisive for the future course of Greece. The national army prevailed withthe help of, mostly, the English. Royal parliamentary democracy was established with aclear political turn to the west, as a completion and adaptation of the Agreement of theGreat Powers at Yalta. Art had a ‘similar’route. Dipolar, contradictory: conservative choices on the oneside, and a will for pioneering inspiration and perspective on the other side. The‘dominate’trend was first evident in sculpture and mainly in the public monuments. Theirconstruction aimed mostly at the public propaganda and at the promotion of the sovereignideology. On the one side we have the public sculptures composed of faces of contemporaryheroes or leading figures of the civic war and the national resistance. On the other side wehave monumental statues mainly that appeal to a ‘public’outside of the country’s bordersand mostly of the north borders, where there are countries with a communistic regime, likeBulgaria, Serbia and Albania. The political message is twofold: on the one side the ‘inner enemy’the communiststhat were defeated and the promotion of the new liberal social system and on the otherside the north neighbours, which not only represent the East Block, but they also conspire the history and the culture of the Greeks. This is the way how the ‘Cold War’was resultedin a full and totalitarian expression in art.

We report a high resolution spectrum of AG Pegasi observed at Bohyunsan Optical Astronomy Observatory (BOAO) on October 2, 2004. Some of permitted emission lines, for example H I, He I, He II, Fe II and Ti II were observed in the spectrum of AG Pegasi in 2004. Lines presented in the longer wavelength region than 6500＼AA are identified. And radial velocities for each element are measured. Then we carefully discuss the geometrical feature of AG Pegasi in October 2004.

Treatment of water hyacinth with sulphuric acid produces carbonaceous materials that have been used to remove Cu(II) and Cd (II) ions from aqueous solutions. Untreated water hyacinth was also used for the subject of comparison. The textural properties of the carbonaceous materials were determined from nitrogen adsorption at 77 K. The optimum pH for the sorption of Cu (II) and Cd (II) ions on the investigated sorbents was determined. Dynamic adsorption measurements have been taken at 298 K whereas equilibrium measurements were carried out at 298, 313 and 323 K. The adsorption of nitrogen at 77 K on the untreated sample was too low and the surface areas of the treated samples 2, 3 and 4 were found between 70-208 m2/g. The total pore volumes of these samples which were determined for the carbonaceous materials investigated were found to be 0.076-0.140 ml/g. The kinetic adsorption data of Cu (II) and Cd(II) were applicable to both pseudo - first and pseudo-second order but fit more the latter order. The equilibrium adsorption data were found to fit Freundlich and Langmiur equations. The values of DG, DH and DS are all negative indicating the feasibility and the spontaneous nature of the sorption of Cu (II) and Cd (II) ions by the sorbents investigated.

월출산국립공원 금생골의 식생구조 분석을 실시하기 위해 30개 조사구를 설치하고, 식생조사를 실시하였다. Classification 기법 중 하나인 TWINSPAN을 이용하여 군락분리를 시도한 결과, 굴참나무군락(I),상수리나무군락(II), 소나무군락(III), 소나무-상수리나무군락(IV)의 4개 군락으로 분리되었다. 이상의 분석결과 월출산국립공원 금생골의 식생은 군락 I 과 II의 경우 소나무에서 굴참나무와 상수리나무 등 참나무류로 천이가 진행된 발전단계였으며, 군락 III과 IV는 소나무가 참나무류와 경쟁관계에 있는 것으로 판단된다.

산림유역 조건에 따른 붕괴 토사량을 측정하여 사면 붕괴가능성을 평가하고 붕괴위험 지역에 대한 예지기술(豫知技術)을 개발함으로서 산지사면에서 발생하는 각종 재해에 대한 피해를 최소화 할 수 있는 산림유역 관리에 대한 기술적 기초 자료를 제공하고자 연구하였다. 붕괴 위험지역을 평가한 결과 I급지(매우 위험지역)는 화성암지 역으로 침엽수림이며 임령은 20년생 이하, 토심은 30cm 이하, 토성은 사질식양토(SCL), 석력함량은 31~40%, 사면방위는 남~동(S~E)사면, 주하천길이는 2,501~3,500m, 총하천수는26~30개, 총하천길이는5,501~10,000m, 하천차수는 3차수, 일차하천수는 11~15개 또는 16개 이상, 사면경사는 31˚이상의 지역으로 평가되었고, II급지(위험지역)는 변성암지역으로 활엽수림이며 임령은 21~24년생, 토심은31~40cm, 토성은 미사질식양토(SiCL) 또는 사질식양토(SCL), 석력함량은 11~20%, 사면방위는 남~서(S~W)사면, 주하천길이는 1,501~2,500m, 총하천수는 6~10개, 총하천길이는 3,501~5,500m, 하천차수는 2차수, 일차하천수는 6~10개, 사면경사는 31˚이상의 지역으로 평가되었으며, III급지(비 위험지역)는 퇴적암지역으로 임상은 혼효림, 임령은 25년생 이상, 토심은 41~50cm, 토성은 미사질식양토(SiCL), 석 력함량은 10% 이하, 사면방위는북~서(N~W)사면, 주하천길이는 500m 이하, 총하천수는 5개 이하, 총하천길이는 1,000m 이하, 하천차수는 1차수, 일차하천수는 2개 이하, 사면경사는 25˚이하의 지역으로 평가되었다. 붕괴위험 예측치를 이용하여 붕괴위험지역을 예지한 결과 점수의 합계가 I급지는 4.8052점 이상이며 II급지는 4.8051점에서 2.5602점 사이에 해당하며 III급지는 2.5601점 이하의 지역으로 분석되었다.

30일 동안 15 psu에서 순화 사육한 양식 넙치(평균전장: 20.8cm,평균체중: 96.1g)를 사용하여 염분변화에 따른 혈액 학적 변화 (cortisol, glucose, Na+, Cl-, K+, AST, ALT, hematocrit, RBC, hemoglobin) 및 생존율을 조사하였다. 사육수를 실험개시시 15 psu로부터 0 psu(group I, G I)와 35 psu(group II, G II)로 30분 이내에 교환하였다.

Books II and III of A Vision, deal with the nature of the human soul, its different principles, and its progression after death. In "The Completed Symbol," Yeats elaborates on the Four Principles of the soul ― the Husk, the Passionate Body, the Spirit, and the Celestial Body. The Principles find their Unity in the Celestial Body, man's archetype in Heaven. In "The Soul in Judgement", examining the six after-death states, death, in general, is also presented as a transfer of consciousness from the physical plane to a higher one. During the first three states, or until Beatitude, the Spirit passes each time into a higher state of consciousness; after Beatitude, following the circular pattern of "The Great Wheel," the Spirit lapses slowly into relative unconsciousness. These six states, like the twenty-eight phases, affect each other, and in each one the Spirit has to act under certain laws. The soul has to pass through all of these states in order to progress and to prepare for its reentry into the physical world. This belief in the six after-death states stems from the occult sources mainly Theosophy which also teaches that the soul passes through six planes of consciousness after death -- the divine, the monadic, the spiritual, the intuitional, the mental, and the astral plane or plane of passions and emotions. Objective: <千金方(Qianjinfang)> which documents a great amount of prescription of Acupuncture and moxibustion bikes an important role during the development of acupuncture and moxibustion. Thus, it have given rise us to the research-situation of Tang Dynasty China of previous period. This study was to outline the rules of choosing acupoints as well as the prescriptions of contemporary times in reference with <千金方(Qianjinfang)>, and to discuss the conception of acupuncture and moxibustion in <千金方(Qianjinfang)>. Method: Based on <千金方(Qianjinfang)>, the parameters were categorized to a certain scope, syndromes in different type were classified. Also numbers of acupoints, route of meridians locations, utilities of special acupoints even prescription methods were statistically analyzed in reference with <千金方(Qianjinfang)>. Results & Conclusion: Acupuncture prescription in <千金方(Qianjinfang)> was mostly presented by single acupoint and this was basic prescription of its rule of choosing acupoints. Choosing acupoint for the majority of various diseases started from choosing meridians with the disorder, but no rules for choosing acupoints was clear. There was basically various methods in choosing acupoints, but little were used by Biao-Ii meridian choosing method (表裏經配穴.) In the high frequency of use, wu-shu acupoints was higher used than other specific acupoints (特定穴). While wu-shu acupoints treated the major parts of the diseases, shu-mo acupoints were strictly used on system. Consequently : The theoretical basis originating the choosing rules of the acupoints and prescriptions was shown in <千金方(Qianjinfang)> as representative clinical reference, through which it was valuable to analyze the prescription rule and specificity of the acupoints.

The purpose of this study was a biota research and analysis for Close-to-nature stream restoration planning of Shinchun. The summary of this study is as follows; 1) The vascular plants in research area recorded of 45 species and insect fauna recorded of 34 species of 8 orders. As a result of table of community classification, the communities were two group; Quercus variabilis community(I), Pinus densiflora-Quercus variabilis-Quercus dentata community(II). 2) As a result of analysis on correlation of tree species, the level of significance in positive correlation between Quercus dentata and Corylus heterophyll aindicated 1% and between Pinus densiflora and Lespedeza bicolor also indicated 1%. 3) As a result of DBH analysis, it is expected that Quercus variabilis and Quercus dentata will dominateover other species in competition and its succession continuously maintains from now on in community I. In community II, it is assumed that there is a high possibility of changing into community of Quercus such as Quercus mongolica, Quercus dentata, and Quercus variabilis. 4) As a result of analysis on insect fauna, insect fauna consists of 94% of whole species as 32 species, 23 families, 8 orders. And 7 species, 7 families 4 orders was found in highly urbanized area, the vicinity of Sang-Dong bridge. 5) As mentioned above, Based on A biota fundamental research, Close-to-nature stream restoration planning were full of suggestions: i) Designating ecosystem preservation area, ii) Making Close-to-nature stream revetments, iii) Making pool-and-riffle, vi) Making decks for observation and walks for nature experience, v) Creating wetland biotope. Through these methods, it is necessary to promote bio-diversity and lead people to the space for eco-learning.

목적 : 발달지연 아동들에게 Capute와 Bayley 발달검사를 실시하여 뇌성마비 감별에 이들 지수들의 유용성을 평가하고, 이들 검사 중에 뇌성마비를 가장 잘 감별할 수 있는 발달검사 척도를 찾아 뇌성마비 아동을 조기에 진단하고 재활중재와 개입전략을 세우는데 도움이 되고자 한다. 연구방법 : 2002년 8월부터 2005년 12월까지 천안시 소재 모대학교 재활의학과에 발달지연으로 내원한 아동 중 검사시 연령이 48개월까지의 아동 250명을 대상으로 Capute 발달검사인 언어지수(CLAMS), 인지적응검사(CAT), 혼합발달지수(CAT/CLAMS)와 Bayley 발달검사인 정신발달지수(MDI), 운동발달지수(PDI), 행동평가척도(BRS)를 검사하였고, 정신발달지수와 운동발달지수의 차이(MDI-PDI)를 계산하였다. 결과 : 1. 발달지연아 총 250명중에서 뇌성마비군이 86명(34.4%)으로 감별되었고 전반적 발달지연군은 164명(65.6%)이었다.2. 재태기간이 37주 미만군에서 뇌성마비아가 41.7%로 37주 이상군의 26.8%보다 유의하게 높았다(p<0.05).3. 뇌성마비군과 전반적 발달지연군에서의 Capute 및 Bayley 발달검사의 평균 점수의 차이는 Capute 발달검사인 인지적응검사지수와 혼합발달지수에서는 뇌성마비군에서 유의하게 낮은 점수를 보였으며(각각, p<0.001, p<0.01), Bayley 발달검사 중 운동발달지수와 행동평가척도도 뇌성마비군이 유의하게 낮은 점수였고(각각, p<0.001, p<0.01), 정신발달지수와 운동발달지수의 차이는 뇌성마비군이 유의하게 높은 점수를 나타냈다(p<0.001).4. Capute 발달검사의 각 지수별 뇌성마비 감별기준 점수로 80미만으로 하였을 때 인지적응검사지수, 혼합발달지수에서 뇌성마비군의 비율이 유의하게 높은 분포를 보였다(각각, p<0.001, p<0.01). Bayley 발달검사인 운동발달지수, 행동발달척도, 정신발달지수와 운동발달지수와의 차이의 감별기준 점수를 각각 85미만, 25미만, 13이상으로 하였을 때 뇌성마비군의 비율이 통계학적으로 유의하게 높은 분포를 나타내었다(각각, p<0.001, p<0.05, p<0.001).5. Capute 및 Bayley 발달검사의 각 지수 간에는 모두 유의한 상관관계를 나타내었다(각각, p<0.001).6. 뇌성마비 감별에 영향을 주는 예측 모형을 로지스틱 다중회귀분석 모형으로 분석한 결과 운동발달지수(Odds Ratio; OR=14.559, p<0.001)의 예측력이 가장 높았고, 다음으로 재태기간(OR=3.080, p<0.001), 정신발달지수와 운동발달지수의 차이(OR=2.678, p<0.01) 순으로 분석되었으며 이 모형의 설명력은 25.1%였다. 결론 : 발달지연 아동 중 뇌성마비아를 조기에 감별할 때에 Bayley 발달검사의 운동발달지수가 가장 유용한 것으로 나타났으며, 정신발달지수와 운동발달지수의 차이도 고려하는 것이 뇌성마비아 감별에 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났다.

When tea trees were introduced to Korea peninsular from China? Historically, Mr. Taeryum, an envoy of Shilla dynasty brought tea seeds from China during Tang dynasty and the seeds were planted at Jiri Mt. by the order of King Heungduk at AD828. During Koryo Dynasty(918 1392), Buddhism spread rapidly all over the country and the tea culture reached its highest stage of prosperity. At the Chosun Dynasty, however, the ceremonial drinking of tea vanished almost completely due to the flourishing Confucian tradition, a kind of substitution of Buddhism. But a few people have supported the traditional tea culture by themselves. Since the independence of Korea soon after the World War II at 1945, Korean War have been exploded at 1950. After economic evolution have been succeeded at 1980, the cultivation area of tea trees has been increased about 2,000ha and the cultural tradition of tea drinking has become popular again at a tea consume quantities amounted to 100g per capita at 2004. The northern limited area of tea plant is lined on the southern part of Korea peninsular. It is very small region compared to China about one million ha and to Japan over 60 thousand ha. It is problem not only the area of tea fields but also the methodology of tea cultivation, for examples without clonal cultivars and mechanical systems. WTO treatments was discussing with Korea, China and Japan government at 2005. Green tea custom is very high at 514% in Korea. If three countries will be agreed the imported tax will be cut off, the Korean tea farmers will be confused because of unstable situation of tea markets. All most of tea farmers should be made the tea fields by seeding not clonal propagation. Because of clonal cultivars have not developed in Korea, there have not been the research institutes for tea plants and manufactures before 1992. Now there are three research institute of tea in Korea; Tea Experiment Station at Bosung of Jeonnam Agricultural Research & Extension Services, Mokpo Experimental Station of National Institute of Crop Science, and Green Tea Cluster Institute of Hadong. Mokpo and Hadong Research Station were established at 2004 and at 2005 but Bosung Station was established at 1992. Seven clonal tea cultivers were selected at Bosung Station; Bohyang, Myngsun, Chanlok, Sunhyang, Mihyang, Jinhyang and Ohsun until 2004. Mokpo Experimental Institute was started the tea provenance testing about 4 provenances: Kangwon-do, Jeonlabuk-do, Jeonlanam-do, and Kyungsangnam-do. Korean new tea cultivers should be selected because Koran wild tea population have been high genetic variation. If tea breeding research will be successful to select new clonal cultivers, the tea farmers of Korea will be stable after WTO treatment with each country.

일반적으로 아스팔트 개질재의 경우 아스팔트 바인더의 고온 점성을 증가시킬 뿐만 아니라 믹싱 및 포설온도에서의 점도 또한 증가시켜 높은 생산온도 및 시공온도를 요구하게 된다. 이와 달리 Wax의 경우 아스팔트 바인더의 강성을 증가시키기도 하지만 일정 온도가 넘으면 물처럼 유동성을 확보해 믹싱 및 포설온도에서의 점도를 낮추어 작업성을 높이는 효과가 있다. 본 연구에서는 실내실험을 통해 PE Wax가 아스팔트 바인더에 첨가되었을 경우 그 특성을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 SBS, 폐타이어 고무분말 개질 아스팔트 바인더와 비교 분석하였다. 또한 Wax가 기존 개질재인 SBS, 폐타이어 고무분말과 함께 사용되었을 경우 그 효과를 분석하였다. 실험 결과, Wax type I은 내유동성 강화에 큰 효과가 있으며 작업성 개선에 약간의 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. Wax type II는 아스팔트 바인더의 작업성 개선에 크게 기여하고, 상온에서 부드러운 특성으로 균열에 대한 저항성을 증진시키는 것으로 나타났다.

Hereditary dentin defects consist of dentin dysplasia(DD) and dentinogenesis imperfecta(DI). The DI associated with osteogenesis imperfecta has been classified as DI type I, whereas isolated inherited defects have been categorized as DI types II and III. However, whether DI type III should be considered a distinct phenotype or a variation of DI type II is debatable. Recent genetic findings have focused attention on the role of the dentin sialophosphoprotein(DSPP) gene in the etiology of inherited defects of tooth dentin. We have identified a novel mutation(c.727G → A, p.D243N) at the 243th codon of exon 4 of the DSPP gene in a Korean patient with DI type III. The radiographic and histologic features of the patient revealed the classic phenotype of shell teeth. These findings suggest that DI type II and III are not separate diseases but rather the phenotypic variation of a single disease.

CFHT 천문대 3.6 m 망원경에 부착된 OASIS 분광기를 사용하여 얻은 자료로부터 continuum, Hα, Hβ, [O III], [N II] 등의 영상을 만들어 활동 은하핵 NGC 5728의 물리적 특성을 분석하였다. NGC 5728의 중심부에 NLR 영역으로 판단되는 약 15"×12" 범위 영역에 3개의 밝은 부분(NW knot, SE knot, nucleus)이 존재하고 있고, 이는 핵(nucleus)을 중심으로 북서방향이나 서쪽으로 물질의 흐름이 일어나고 있음을 암시한다. 우리는 직경 10"인 ring과 이의중심에 있는 NW knot의 구조가 은하중심과 일치하지 않음을 발견하였다. 우리는 이러한 구조의 생성 원인에 대해 알아보기 위하여 핵과 knot의 운동학적 특성을 비교하여 보았고, 방출선 영상에서 보이는 차이점을 비교함으로써 활동 은하 중심부의 구조를 살펴보았다.

본 논문에서는 탄소섬유관으로 구속된 무근 콘크리트 원형 및 각형 기둥에 대한 축하중 및 횡하중 재하 실험을 수행하고, 실험결과를 바탕으로 하여 몬테카를로 해석을 이용한 신뢰성 해석을 수행함으로써 탄소섬유관으로 구속된 무근 콘크리트 원형 및 각형 기둥과 탄소섬유관으로 구속된 철근 콘크리트 원형 및 각형 기둥의 두 가지 경우에 대한 강도저감계수를 예측하였다. 해석 결과, 무근의 경우에는 강도저감계수가 0.7로 예측되었고, 철근이 삽입된 경우에는 강도저감계수가 0.85로 예측 되었다. 이러한 계수값은 원형과 각형인 경우 모두 같은 계수값을 보여주었다.

The perovskite- type oxide containing transition metals on the B-site show mixed (electronic/ionic) conductivity. These mixed-conductivity oxides are promising materials for oxygen permeating membranes. The main objective of this research work is to synthesize and characterization ceramic powders of the Sr-Co-Fe-O system for methane conversion using membrane reactor. SCFO powders were synthesized from the route was based on the complex method of combination of acid EDTA and citrate and shown be available by control efficient of synthesis to performed , moreover, it presented easy implementation, reproducibility and operation. Powder ceramic was characterized by XRD, microscopic optic, SEM and TG-DTA.
