        For the purpose of developing Korean Herbalogy with the plants of Cruciferae which grow wild and is planted in Korea, the these and writings on herbalogy, from literature of successive generations, have been thoroughly investigative and the results obtained were as follows: 1. There were totaled to 23 genera and 74 species in Korea and among them medicinal plants are 13 genera, 29 species, some 39% in total but, the number of species may be added because of the similiar plants. 2. According to the oriental names which can be used for medical purpose, the medicinal plants belonging to the Cruciferae family were classified as Herba 8,Semen 7, Radix 4,Foilum,Flos 3,Rhizoma 3,Fructus 1. Thus it was noticed that Herba was the main kind. 3. According to sum of 74 species in Cruciferae family, they were classified into Arabis genera 16, Brassica, Lepidium genera 5 each. Thus it was noticed that Arabis genera was the main kind, some 23% in total. 4. According to the number of species of the origin plants about each chinese materia medicals, they were classified into SEMEN LEPIDII 10,SEMEN SINAPIS 2. Thus the origin plants was not complexed reletively. 5. According to nature and flavour of medicinal plants, they were classified into warmth, heat; 4 each, cold, cool; 7 each, balance 14. Thus it was noticed that balance is the main in nature and flavour of medicinal plants. 6. According to the Properties and Principal curative action, they were classified into Drugs for remove toxic heat with febrifugal and detoxicant drugs, to removing evil heat and resolve dampness ,Drugs for reducing intense internal Heat Digestives and Evacuants 6 each, with promote or activate blood circulation by removing blood stasis ,to clear up heat and resolve phlegm, to remove toxic heat with febrifugal and detoxicant drugs such as 6 each, to regulate the flow of vital energy, to replenish vital essence with drugs 5 each, to dispel pathogenic factors from the exterior of the body with sudorifics pungent in flavor and warming in property, to stop diseases with drugs 3 each. Thus it wasnoticed that to promote or activite blood circuration by removing blood stasis drugs was the main kind. 7. Comparing to whole medicinal plants 89 kinds, toxic durgs include minor toxin were 8 kinds, 9% of the whole.Thus toxic durgs were rare. From this result, it was revealed that the plants for medical purpose in Liliaceae was 76% of the whole, in which Bulbus was mostly abundunt and toxic plants was so rare that it will be used for clinical treatments more easily. It is considered that many experiements and clinical approaches must be continued to use Liliaceae plants widely.

        For the purpose of developing Korean Herbalogy with the plants of Oleceae which grow wild and is planted in Korea, the these and writings on herbalogy, from literature of successive generations, have been thoroughly investigative and the results obtained were as follows: 1. According to sum of 101 species in Oleaceae family they were classified into Syringa genera 29, Ligustrum genera 24, Fraxinum genera 20, Osmanthus genera 20, Forsythia genera 8, Albeliophyllum genera 8. Thus it was noticed that Syringa genera was the main kind, some 29% in total. 2. There were totaled 19 genera and 101 species in Korea and among them modecinal plants are 6 genera, 28 species, in total but the number of species may be added because of similar plants. 3. According to the oriental name which can be used for medical purpose, the medicinal plants beloning to the Oleaceae fimily were classified as Fructus 3, Folium 5, Radix 4, Flos 3, Cortex 4, Lignum. Thus it was noticed that Folium was the Main kind. 4. According to the number of species of the origin plants about each chinese materia medicals, they were classified into FRUCTUS FORSYTHIAE 6, FRUCTUS LIGUSTRI 3, CORTEX FRXINI 2, FRUCTUS SYRINGA 3, FRUCTUS LIGUSTRUM OBTUSI FOLIO 2, FLOS JASMI NUDIFIORUM 1, FLOS JASMINI SANBAC 1. 5. According to nature and foavour of medicinal plants, they were classified into cold, cool ; 9, balance ; 6, wormth ; 3. Thus it was noticed that cold, cool is the main in nature and flavour of medicinal plants unidentified 3. 6. According to the Properties and Principal Curative action, they were classified into, clearing up heat and toxin 7, medicines for rehulating the flow of gi and allevating pain 3, resolving phlegm and cough, invigorating kidney and liver 2, clearing up heat and moisture, healthiness eleminating bloodstasis and aleviating pain, grgulating the flow of gi and invigorating blood circulation 1 each. 7. Comparing o whole medicinal plants 20 kinds, toxic durgs include minor toxin were 3 kinds, 7% of the whole. Thus toxic durgs were rare. From this result, it was revealed that the plants for medical purpose in Oleaceae was 28 kinds of the whole, in which Folium was mostly abundunt, were distributed (over) the whole country (widly) that it will be used for clinical treatments more easily. For (about) unidentifical drugs, it is considered that many experiments and clinical approaches must be continued.

        For the purpose of developing Korean Herbalogy with the plants of Polygonaceae which grow wild and is planted in Korea, the these and writings on herbalogy, from literature of successive generations, have been thoroughly investigative and the results obtained were as follows: 1.There were totaled to 16 genera and 156 species in Korea and among them medicinal plants are 12 genera, 47 species, some 30% in total, but the number of species may be added because of the similiar plants. 2.According to the oriental names which can be used for medical purpose, the medicinal plants belonging to the Polygonaceae family were classified as Herba 21, Radix 12, Foilum 8, Lignum 5, Flos 4, Fructus 5, Ramulus 2 and Semen 1. Thus it was noticed that Herba was the main kind. 3.According to sum of 156 species in Polygonaceae family, they were classified into Persicaria genera 63, Polygonum genera 23, Rumex genera 22, Bistorta genera 14, Aconogonum genera 6, Fagopyrum genera 5, Bilderdykia genera 4, Amblygonum genera 3, Reynoutria genera 3, Rheum genera 3, Pleuropterus genera 2, Pleuropteropyrum genera 2, Tovara genera 2, Ampelygonum genera 1, Homalocladium genera 1 and Oxyria genera 1. Thus it was noticed that Persicaria genera was the main kind, some 40.3% in total. 4.According to nature and flavour of medicinal plants, they were classified into cold, cool; 23 each, warmth, heat; 11 each, balance 11 and unidentified 5. Thus it was noticed that cold, cool is the main in nature and flavour of medicinal plants. From this result, it was revealed that the plants for medical purpose in Polygonaceae was 30% of the whole, in which HERBA was mostly abundunt and toxic plants was slightly poisonous that it will be used for clinical treatments more easily. It is considered that many experiements and clinical approaches must be continued to use Polygonaceae plants widely.

        본 연구는 1985년 이후 엔고와 더불어 급증한 일본의 대아시아 직접투자를 기업전략적인 차원에서 「이원화전략」, 「다계화전략」, 「네트워크 구축전략」의 관점에서 설명하고자 한다. 여기서 이원화 전략이란 기술전파를 막기 위해 첨단기술을 요하는 고부가가치 제품은 국내에서 생산하고, 노출가능한 기술을 사용하여 생산하는 중저가 제품은 해외에서 생산함으로써 후발개도국들의 추격을 따돌리는 전략을 의미한다. 한편 다계화전략이란 투자국의 경제발전에 따라 일본기업의 생산입지를 단계적으로 변화시키는 전략이다. 마지막으로 네트워크 구축전략이란 일본기업의 아시아 투자가 개별적으로 이루어 지지 않고, 총체적인 경쟁우위를 향상시키기 위해 기존 해외 네트워크의 연장선 하에서 이루어진다는 것이다. 이러한 일본기업의 아시아 해외투자전략에 대응해서 전통적으로 일본으로부터 기술을 수입해 온 한국기업이 일본기업을 추격하기 위해서는 「전문화전략」, 「투사지역 선도전략」 및 「보완적 네트워크 구축전략」을 채택해야 할 것이다. 한편 한국과 같은 선발개도국을 모델로 하여 경제개발을 추구하고 있는 다른 아시아국가들 역시 본 논문을 통해 일본기업들의 전략적 의도를 파악하고, 이에 대응하기 위해 「자체능력 개발전략」 및 「네트워크 연결전략」을 채택할 필요가 있다.

        The main goal of this research was to develop a Golf course planning Methodology in terms of use and preservation of natural resources which consider balance of Ecosystem. This study suggested the necessity of analysis of natural resources in the development site prior to its planning. The analysis will give a benefits both the profits of private enterprise and national interests for reuse of natural resources. Study site was planned region of Kyungpook Country Club, which located near Weagwan. In connection with this study, natural resources which will reuse in the planning stage and soil status in the development site were analyzed.

        This investigation revealed not only the women`s actual condition of dietary habits, but also the factors related to the formation of them. The subjects were 400 women at Seoul area. The results were as follows : 1. It was observed that their home descipline, the school education and consciousness were all related to the formation and their dietary habits, and that the practice and experience of preparing meals were most important in order to cultivate their good dietary habits. 2. Actual condition of dietary habits were generally not satisfactory.

        진동수 기반 내하력 평가모델을 실교량에 접목시켜 실시간으로 그 결과를 추정하기 위해 모니터링 및 평가 시스템 프레임 웍을 제시하고자한다. 실시간 내하력 평가 시스템은 무선 IOT가속도계를 부착하여 유효 상시진동데이터를 원격으로 획득하고 이를 통해 진동수 및 점성비를 분석하여 모델에서 요구하는 성능계수를 결정하고 이 결과들을 종합하여 이전 내하력 결과 대비 현재의 내하력을 추정하는 방법이다.

        The aim of this study was to determine the effects of different compositions of environmental substrates on hydroponic tomato cultivation. Three different substrates were used in coir chip:dust (v/v=50:50; CP1), coir chip:dust (v/v=80:20; CP2), and rock wool cube with CP2 (CPR). The amount of irrigation during the cultivation period was 190 mL/(plant·time) in all substrates. The pH and EC were 5.8-6.2 and 2.6-2.9 dS/m, respectively. The drainage rate in CP1 was 31%, in CP2 was 36%, and in CPR was 29%. The growth of tomato plants in terms of height was higher in CP1 and CPR. The leaf area was greater in CP2. The fresh and dry weights were greater in CP2 and CPR treatments. The net photosynthesis in CP2 (19.31 μmol CO2/m2s) and root activity in CP2 were higher among all three treatments. The soluble solid content of fruit was not significantly different among treatments. The yield per plant in CP2 and CPR treatments was 17% greater than the yield per plant in CP1. Therefore, the most suitable substrate for hydroponic tomato cultivation is the substrate mixed with coir chip:dust (v:v=80:20; CP2), i.e., CPR.

        In this study the frame based-FE model of road facility-supporting structures was created and analyzed to investigate the distributions of seismic forces according to the types of the supporting structures. From the results of response spectrum analysis, the first to third natural periods of most road facility supporting structures are ranged around an effective acceleration response zone in the design response spectrum and the base shear force and base moment increase as the size of the structures increases.

        본 논문에서는 노후된 중소규모 RC슬래브 교량에 대한 응답계수를 분석하였다. 이 응답계수는 진동수 기반 교량의 내하력 예측 모델에서 중요한 변수이며, 정적 및 동적 응답계수로 구성되어 있다. 정적 및 동적 응답계수는 교량의 현재와 이전(또는 설계) 상태의 진동수 변화와 충격 계수 변화에 따라 각각 결정된다. 여기서 충격계수 변화는 충격계수 응답스펙트럼에서 교량의 고유진동수에 따라 산출된다. 본 연구에서 고려한 총 4개의 대상교량은 지간길이가 12 m이고 시공 후 30년 이상 된 RC슬래브 노후 교량이다. 진동수 분석을 위해 덤프 트럭을 이용한 현장 동적 재하시험과 설계기반 FE모델을 이용한 고유치 해석을 통해 교량의 현재 및 설계 상태의 고유 진동수를 각각 도출하였다. 충격계수 응답스펙트럼 개발에 있어서 좀 더 현실적인 조건을 반영하기 위해 3축이동하중과 단순지지 및 양단고정 조건을 고려하였다. 분석 결과 응답계수는 0.21에서 0.91까지 광범위하게 분포하였고, 정적 응답계수가 총 응답계수 결과에 크게 기여한 반면 동적 응답계수는 결과에 작은 영향을 미쳤다. 1축 이동하중과 단순지지 조건에서의 응답계수와 비교해 보았을 때 최대 오차는 약 3%미만으로 매우 작게 나타났다.

        The impact factor response spectrum of bridges are generated based on the number of vehicle axles (one and three axles) and their boundary conditions (simply supported and both ends-fixed). In order to investigate the impact factor variation, a RC slab bridge aged over 40 years is considered. The natural frequencies for the current and undamaged initial state are evaluated from field test and FE model, respectively. Considering the natural frequencies and the generated response spectrum, the impact factors for each state are determined. From the result, the impact factor ratio defined the current to initial impact factor are almost same except the one axle and both ends-fixed case.

        One of the indicators evaluate the bridge load bearing capacity is the peak impact factor. The peak impact factor is related to vehicle types and speeds and frequency of the bridges. Among the parameters, the vehicle types such as DB-24 and standard vehicle load presented in the current specification have different load distribution and different load axles space. Considering these features, in the present study, the variation of the peak impact factor according to each vehicle type is investigated and compared.

        Recently, buildings tend to be large size, complex shape and functional. As the size of buildings is becoming massive, the need for structural health monitoring(SHM) technique is ever-increasing. Various SHM techniques have been studied for buildings which have different dynamic characteristics and are influenced by various external loads. Generally, the visual inspection and non-destructive test for an accessible point of structures are performed by experts. But nowadays, the system is required which is online measurement and detect risk elements automatically without blind spots on structures. In this study, in order to consider the response of non-linear structures, proposed a signal feature extraction and the adaptive threshold setting algorithm utilized to determine the abnormal behavior by using statistical methods such as control chart, root mean square deviation, generalized extremely distribution. And the performance of that was validated by using the acceleration response of structures during earthquakes measuring system of forced vibration tests and actual operation.

        The capacity of post-installed anchor used in joining of new and old concretes structures is dominated by shear force of steels. Thus, too many anchors are required to demonstrate the reinforcement effects. In this study, a new ring anchor with high-shear resistance capacity is presented.         Recently, buildings tend to be large size, complex shape and functional. As the size of buildings is becoming massive, the need for structural health monitoring (SHM) technique is increasing. Various SHM techniques have been studied for buildings which have different dynamic characteristics and influenced by various external loads. “Abnormal behavior point” is a moment when the structure starts vibrating abnormally and this can be detected by comparing between before and after abnormal behavior point. In other words, anomalous behavior is a sign of damage on structures and estimating the abnormal behavior point can be directly related to the safety of structure. Abnormal behavior causes damage on structures and this leads to enormous economic damage as well as damage for humans. This study proposes an estimating technique to find abnormal behavior point using Hilber-Huang Transform which is a time-frequency signal analysis technique and the proposed algorithm has been examined through laboratory tests with a bridge model using a shaking table.

        This study performed in order to evaluate the effects of pipe materials on corrosion and bacteria regrowth using a laboratory scale batch test. Two varieties of feed water with different microbial conditions were selected: tap water, surface river water (Han River water), and five pipe materials; carbon steel, copper, galvanized iron, stainless steel, and PVC. Carbon steel and galvanized iron pipes showed higher corrosion rates than other materials. In terms of attached bacterial growth, pipes with PVC and stainless steel showed higher bacteria concentration compared to other materials. Pseudomonas vesicularis was the predominant bacteria found on biofilm. The behavior of bacterial growth in the pipes was observed using a scanning electron microscope.

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of an empowerment program, using horticultural therapy among the elderly clients of an In-Home Service Center at a Community Social Welfare Center. The empowerment program applied in this study included group horticultural activities, garden activities, home horticultural activities, selling the products and a self-help group. This program had 49 sessions in total and was held from April 2004 to February 2005. The results of this research are as follows. According to the results of the pre-, mid-term, and post-test, there were significant improvements among the subjects who participated in the horticultural therapy program, especially in terms of intrapersonal empowerment, and interpersonal empowerment of self-esteem of the elderly using In-Home Services. Through using those common and familiar sources of horticultural materials, what the elderly found is the fact that they have the ability to create and raise plants of their own and to utilize this ability in their lives. Thus, it can be said that horticultural therapy program is helpful to empower the elderly in terms of developing their potentials in productivity and encourages them to utilize and maintain their horticultural skills and productivity in their lives.
