The purpose of this work is to study the desorption characteristics of water vapor on zeolites saturated with water vapor. Three kinds of zeolite; zeolite 3A, zeolite 4A, and zeolite 5A were used as adsorbent. The desorption experiments with several different temperatures in the range of 90∼150℃ and several different flow rates in the ranges of 0∼0.4 L/min on zeolite bed were carried out. The desorption ability of water vapor was most effective on zeolite 5A among the compared zeolites. The higher the desorption temperature of water vapor was, the faster the desorption velocity was. The desorption ability of water vapor with an air supply was higher than that without an air supply. The most appropriate air flow rate was considered as 0.1 L/min.
This study was carried out to select the appropriate medium (especially, carbon and nitrogen source, potassium phosphate and pH) for somatic embryogenesis in order to develop the rapid mass production system in suspension culture of Oplopanax elatus Nakai. Direct somatic embryos were obtained from root explants in the hormone free suspension culture (MS). Combination of NH4NO3 and KNO3 at the ratio of 1650 (mg/l) : 1900 (mg/l) obtained the better result to produce somatic embryo in suspension culture. MS medium supplemented with 170mg/l KH2PO4. The addition of 1 and 3% sucrose was effective for formation of embryogenic callus. Therefore, this report will be helped to improve the establishment for suspension culture in Oplopanax elatus Nakai.
Time dependent material characteristics of concrete affects serviceability and safety due to long term deformation of concrete. Thus, in this paper, the long term behavior of a precast modular bridge by using ACI 209R-92, B3, CEB MC90-99, considering the most influenced factors: creep and shrinkage.
The purpose of this work is to study the adsorption and desorption characteristics of acetone vapor and toluene vapor from adsorption tower in the VOCs recovery device. The six kinds of activated carbon with different pore structures were used and the adsorption and desorption characteristics were compared according to pore structure, desorption temperature, and adsorption method, respectively. Adsorption capacity of acetone vapor and toluene vapor by batch method was higher than that by dynamic method. Especially, activated carbon with medium-sized or large pores had more difference in adsorption capacity according to adsorption methods as a result of gradually condensation of vapors on relatively mesopore and large pores. Activated carbons with relatively large pores and relatively small saturated adsorption capacity had excellent desorption ability.
The fermentation and quality characteristics of Cheonggukjang with Chinese cabbage, which is produced as a by-product in the kimchi industry, were investigated. Cheonggukjang was prepared with cooked soybean without Chinese cabbage (control), with 10% Chinese cabbage (A10), and with 20% Chinese cabbage (A20), respectively. The A10 and A20 pH values did not show a significant difference compared with the control during fermentation for 72 h. The total aerobes of the Cheonggukjangs reached 8.65 (control), 8.73 (A10), and 9.11 (A20) log CFU/mL after fermentation for 72 h at 37°C, respectively. The numbers of lactic acid bacteria were found to be 5.62 (A10) and 5.87 (A20) log CFU/mL during fermentation for 72 h at 37°C, but lactic acid bacteria were not detected in the control. The amino nitrogen and viscous substance contents of A10 and A20 were lower than those of the control. The total polyphenol contents and DPPH radical scavenging abilities of the tested Cheonggukjang were increased by fermentation. The increasing ratio of polyphenol and the DPPH radical scavenging ability of A10 were higher than those of the control and of A20. The sensory quality of A10 was higher than that of the control and of A20 in taste, color, and overall acceptability.
Cheongkookjang that was prepared with three kinds of soybeans [non-germinated soybean (NG), soybeans germinated for 12 hr (GS12), and soybeans germinated for 24 hr (GS24)] were investigated. The changes in the pH, total aerobes, and slime content of Cheongkookjangs that were prepared with NG, GS12 and GS24 did not significantly differ during their fermentation for 48 hr at 40℃. The total aerobes of the Cheongkookjang variants reached 108~109 CFU/mL after theirfermentation for 48 hr. The total polyphenol content and DPPH-radical-scavenging activities the germionated and non-germinated soybeans did not significantly differ, but increased significantly according to the germination degree during the fermentation. The isoflavone content of the Cheongkookjang with the germinated soybean increased. The isoflavone content of Cheongkookjang variant were 0.141 mg/g (NG), 0.369 mg/g (GS12) and 0.569 mg/g (GS24); their free amino acid contents were 254.26 mg% (NG), 337.49 mg% (GS12) and 528.78 mg% (GS24); and their sensory characteristics such as their taste, color, flavor, bitter taste, texture, and overall acceptability did not significantly differ.
An optimum cross section of a precast modular bridge was drew by using the combinational optimization method. The constraints for the optimization procedure including the width and the thickness of the bottom flange, and the maximum area of the cross section, etc. were considered, and weight of the girder was minimized to draw an optimum cross section. Furthermore, the segmentation of the girder in its longitudinal direction was studied for satisfying the requirement of traffic law about overloading.
A total of 17 types of rice flour was collected in the market and investigated with respect to their starch and pasting characteristics. Their water contents, water holding capacities, solubilities, swelling power, amylose contents, damaged starches, particle sizes and pasting characteristics were measured. The water content and water holding capacities of various types of rice flours collected in the market were 7.64-14.97% and 95.22-232.94%, respectively. Their solubilities and swelling power were 1.97-37.40% and 1.33-5.76, respectively. Various types of rice flour had 32.11-305.67 μm particle sizes. Among the various types of rice flour collected in the market, the lowest starch damaged content was 3.17%. The peak viscosities of the samples were 17.74-295.95 RVA. Among the rice flours that were collected in the market, the lowest pasting temperature was 69.72℃. As a result, it was shown that rice flour types with high starch damage contents tend to have higher expressed water holding capacities. Moreover, the samples with lower particle sizes tended to have final viscosities, and pasting temperatures.
This study is part of research to develop the technology for managing major medicinal crops after harvest. We studied the optimal germination conditions of Cynanchum wilfordii (Maxim.) Hemsl. The mean germination time (MGT) of C. wilfordii seeds was higher after soaking for 4 days after storage at 5℃ for 8 weeks, than with germination at 25℃ (3 days). However, the germinative energy (GE) decreased as the number of days soaking increased. The greatest germination rate (83.3±8.8%) was at 25℃ with no soaking of seeds stored at -20℃ for 8 weeks. Based on these results, we characterized the germination conditions of a major medicinal crop.
본 연구는 빠른 속도로 발전하는 멀티미디어 정보 환경 중에서도 미국 방위산업체 정보기관의 감시 카메라 속 특정 인물을 색출하는 작업 상황을 가정으로, 사용자가 방대한 영상 데이터 기록물들 가운데 원하는 정보를 한 눈에 분석하고 검색해 낼 수 있는 효율적이고 만족스러운 멀티미디어 검색 환경에 대해 연구하였다. 이를 위해 첫 번째 실행된 실험에서 CAVE형 가상현실 공간 인터페이스를 검색환경으로 제안하고 데스크톱과 CAVE형 공간 인터페이스를 비교 평가하였다. 이 실험에 사용한 콘텐츠는 각 과제에 최적화되어 개발된 소프트웨어들과 데이터베이스를 사용하였다. 두 번째 실험은 CAVE형 가상현실 공간 인터페이스에서 검색의 효율을 높여주는 입력시스템에 대한 연구를 실행하였다. 특히, 인간의 움직임에 보다 가깝게 디자인되어 자연스럽게 조작할 수 있도록 설계된 제스처 입력시스템을 중심으로 CAVE형 가상현실 인터페이스에 적합한 3가지 입력시스템을 사용하여 검색 후 각 과제들에 대한 선호도와 만족도를 측정하였다. 또한 각 과제별 검색 수행 시간을 측정하여 효율성 높은 입력시스템을 분석하였다.
This work is to compare the experiment results by a continuous fixed-bed adsorption of water vapor, acetone vapor, and toluene vapor on zeolite 13X (SAU) and silica-alumina (SAK). SAU and SAK have very different pore structure but similar composition as inorganic adsorbent. The relationship between the equilibrium adsorption capacity and specific pore size range were studied. Adsorption of water vapor was more suitable on SAU than SAK because SAU has relatively more developed pores around 5 Å than SAK in the pore range of 10 ~ 100 Å. Adsorption of acetone vapor was more suitable on SAK than SAU because SAK has relatively more developed pores around 5~10 Å than SAK in the pore range of less than 10 Å. Adsorption of toluene vapor was more suitable on SAK than SAU because SAK has relatively more developed pores in the pore range of 10~100 Å than SAK. Adsorption capacity of the adsorbent was closely related to the surface area generated in the specific pore size region. But it was difficult to distinguish the relationships between adsorption capacity and micro area, and the external surface area of adsorbent.
최근 들어 도시 재개발 과정에서 중요시되는 도시 워터프런트를 다각적으로 이해하고자 하는 여러 시도들이 이루어지고 있다. 본 고에서는 수(水)문화 개념에 입각하여 항구도시 워터프런트를 문화론적으로 해석하고자 시도했다. 본 논문은 안과 밖을 허물고 경계를 희석시키는 물의 속성에 기반하여 바다의 역동성과 집합성, 개방성 속성에 기초하여 워터프런트가 가진 속성을 밝혔다. 그리하여 항구도시 워터프런트가 지닌 경계성, 개방성, 혼종성, 통로적 성격이라는 문화론적 속성이 도시 거주민의 문화정체성 형성에 깊은 영향을 미친다는 점을 부산의 사례를 통해 강조하였다. 이를 통해 항구도시 워터프런트와 거주민들의 문화정체성간의 상관관계를 분명히 하였다. 나아가 이런 상관관계에 대한 이해가 항구도시 워터프런트 개발의 방향성에 반영되어야 한다고 제안한다.

The purpose of this work is to present the experiment results by a dynamic adsorption of water vapor on pelletized zeolites (ADZ300, ADZ400, and ADZ500) in fixed bed. The breakthrough curves of water vapor with several different concentrations and temperature in the range of 25~45 ℃ on zeolite bed were investigated. In the same conditions, the breakthrough time on ADZ400 and ADZ500 were little longer than ADZ300, and the equilibrium adsorption capacity on ADZ500 was highest. The higher the concentration of water vapor was, the faster the breakthrough time was, and the slope of breakthrough curves showed a tendency to increase. The faster the flow rate of water vapor was, the faster the breakthrough time was relatively, but variations between flow rate and breakthrough time did not have a proportional relationship. The breakthrough curve maintained constant gradient in spite of variation of flow rate in the same concentration. The temperature rise in zeolite bed by adsorption heat was occurred in the early stage of adsorption. After water molecule layers were formed on the surface of zeolite, the temperature was slowly cooled by water vapors continuously flowed in as constant temperature. The greater the concentration of water vapor and adsorption temperature were, the temperature difference in zeolite bed was increased.
본 연구는 수수의 성숙 종자로부터 캘러스유기 및 재분화 효율 조사하기위하여 수행되었다. 배발생 캘러스 형성을 살펴보기 위해 생장조절제 효과를 조사하였다. 수수 성숙종자로부터 캘러스 유기에 적합한 생장조절제 종류와 농도는 2 mg/L 2,4-D인 것으로 나타났다. 배발생 캘러스의 고효율 빈도는 B5 배지에 2 mg/L 2,4-D을 첨가하였을 때 가장 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 배발생 캘러스로부터 식물체 재분화는 BAP와 IBA를 넣은 MS 배지가 가장 적절한 것으로 나타났다. BAP 농도가 높을수록 신초재분화가 활발하였다. 따라서, 본 연구 결과로부터 수수 기내배양시 신초와 발근 형성에 효과적인 생장조절제 조합은 0.5 mg l-1 BAP와 0.25 mg l-1 IBA인 것으로 나타났다.
오미자 과육의 건조 분말, 착즙액 건조분말 및 95% 에탄올추출 농축물을 식빵 제조 시 각각 밀가루 대비 0.5% (w/w)로 첨가하여 대조구와 품질 특성을 비교하였다. 반죽과 식빵의 pH는 3가지 형태의 모든 오미자 첨가구에서 감소하였고 적정산도는 증가하였는데 과육 및 착즙액 분말이 에탄올추출 농축물보다 더 효과가 컸다. 반죽의 발효 팽창능은 과육 분말 및 에탄올추출 농축물 첨가에 의해 증가하였으나 굽기손실율은 모든 오미자 첨가구에서 대조구와

훈연 돔배기의 제조조건 설정과 저장 특성을 검토하였다. 돔배기를 에서 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 24시간 염지액에 침지시킨 후 가열처리하여 관능검사를 실시한 결과 12시간 침지 처리구가 가장 우수하였다. 훈연 돔배기의 제조 조건은 건조 /30분, 조리 분, 훈연 /40분으로 훈연한 처리구가 관능적으로 가장 우수하였다. 포장방법을 달리한 돔매기의 저장 중 휘발성 염기태 질소(VBN) 함량은 비훈연 돔배기를 함기포장 또는 진공포장 한 경우 각각
본 연구는 항구도시 칭다오가 20세기 전반에 근대도시로 형성되는 과정에 관한 연구이다. 칭다오의 근대도시화 과정은 동아시아 항구도시의 공통점을 보여주며 강대국 등 정치적 지배 세력에 의해 4개 시기로 구분된다. 첫 번째 독일 점령기 동안에는 칭다오의 구도심 영역이 집중적으로 형성되었다. 두 번째 일본 1차 점령기 동안 칭다오의 도심 영역은 북쪽과 동쪽으로 확장되어 기존 도심의 북쪽으로 금융 및 업무시설이 형성되었고 그 북쪽에서 대항에 이르는 지역에는 공업지역이 넓게 형성되었다. 세 번째 북양군벌 및 국민당 통치기 동안 칭다오는 국제적인 상업과 금융, 휴양도시로서 급격하게 확장되었다. 네 번째 일본 2차 점령기 동안 건축 활동은 활발하지 못했으며 이 기간 동안 일본은 중국 대륙 침략의 관문으로서 칭다오를 활용하고자 했다.
원예치료 실시결과 사회성기술(SSRS)관련 하위영역 항목 중 ‘협력’에 해당하는 하위항목의 척도점수가 유의하게 증가하였고 ‘자기주장’, ‘자아통제’ 역시 통계적으로 매우 유의한 차이가 나타내며 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 문제행동 척도(PBS)의 하위영역 가운데 내현화 문제행동에서 통계적으로 매우 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 외현화 문제 및 충동적 사건에 대한 문제행동은 통계적으로 유의하게 줄어든 것으로 나타났다. 이상과 같이 원예치료 프로그램은 정서장애 청소년의 사회성기술 향상과 문제행동 감소에 기여 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
