정부는 1999년부터 국가적으로 보존 및 이용가치가 높은 학술, 문화, 과학기술, 행정 등에 관한 공공정보를 체계적으 로 수집하고 디지털데이터로 구축하는 국가DB 사업을 추 진해 왔다. 그러나 기구축한 국가DB는 부처 또는 전문영역 별 DB 포맷(format)과 설계표준이 상이하고, 정보제공자 위주의 정보로 가공되어 정부3.0의 공공정보 개방과 창의적 활용에 대응하기 어려웠다. 이에 대안으로 제시된 것이 개 방형 연결데이터인 Linked Open Data(LOD)이다. LOD는 기존의 HTML(HyperText Markup Language)로 제공되었 던 데이터를 RDF(Resource Description Framework)형식 의 의미적 연관 관계있는 온톨로지(Ontology) 정보로 변환 시켜 URI(Uniform Resource Identifier)를 통해 웹상에 공 개하여 누구나 제약 없이 쉽게 사용할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 또한, 여러 기관에서 생성한 데이터를 상호 관련성이 높은 정보와 연결되어 거대한 지식베이스(knowledge base) 구현에 적합하다. 본 연구는 국립중앙과학관과 국립수목원이 공동으로 구 축한 LOD와 국내외 LOD구축 사례를 소개하고 기존의 DB 공개 방식과 LOD의 차이점을 비교하여 기존 DB를 LOD형 태로 변환했을 때의 장점과 해결해야할 문제점 등을 고찰해 보고자 하였다. LOD는 기존의 문서(Document)중심의 웹에서 데이터 (Data)중심의 웹으로 온톨로지를 통한 Data의 의미적 연결 성을 확보하여 인간과 기계간의 상호소통뿐만 아니라 컴퓨 터 간에도 스스로 추론하여 의미 있는 정보를 추출할 수 있다. 또한 LOD는 URI와 RDF를 사용하여 기존 DB에 비 해 개방성과 유연성이 좋으며, 다른 데이터와 서로 링크하 여 데이터 매시업(Mashup) 및 재사용이 유용하다. LOD구축사업은 국립중앙과학관과 국립수목원에 기 구 축된 생물다양성 정보를 RDF형태로 변환하여 두 기관의 정보를 연결하고 관련정보의 공동검색 그리고 그와 관련된 연관정보를 구축하였다. 또한 다른 기관과의 정보 연결까지 고려한 ‘LOD플랫폼’ 및 ‘LOD생물다양성정보통합시스템’ 을 구축하고 생물다양성정보의 통합 지식베이스의 기틀을 마련하였다. LOD플랫폼은 LOD발행·관리·통계, 데이터브라우징, SPARQL Endpoint, 검색, 다운로드 등의 기능을 구현하였 으며, LOD생물다양성정보통합시스템은 발행된 LOD데이 터의 활용을 위한 예시 사이트로서 구축된 식물, 균류, 척추 동물의 상세설명 및 그와 관련된 연관정보, 검색, 동영상, 음성 서비스 등의 기능을 구현하였다. 대상정보는 기 구축된 국립중앙과학관의 65만개의 데이 터와 국립수목원의 143만개의 데이터 중, 해당 포털에서 인기 검색된 생물종 300종(식물100종, 척추동물100종, 균 류100종)을 선정하여, 생물종 기본 정보 및 각종 연관정보 를 연계할 수 있는 생물다양성정보 DB를 새롭게 구축하였 다. LOD 구축은 대상DB분석 및 구축범위선정, 온톨로지 모 델설계 및 트리플 변환규칙설계, RDF 트리플 변환, 저장 순으로 진행하였고, 연관정보 구축은 정보의 전문성과 정합 성을 위해 분야별 전문가를 선정하여 진행하였다. 또한 LOD활용 측면에서 가장 중요한 인터링킹 구축을 위해 DBpedia, KDATA 등에 있는 관련 LOD 데이터와의 연결 을 통한 매시업 작업을 하였다. 생물다양성 정보의 LOD 구축 효과로는 전문가 중심에서 일반인을 위한 맞춤형 생물다양성 정보를 제공하고, 생물분 야에 대한 다양한 정보를 URI, SPARQL 검색 등으로 손쉽 게 제공함으로서 생물다양성 정보의 접근성 확대와 정보의 활용성을 강화하였다. 또한 스마트폰, 태블릿 PC 등의 스마 트 멀티미디어 교육 환경 조성 및 생물 관련 교육자료 제공등의 효과로 생물다양성 정보의 부가가치 창출이 기대되고 있다. LOD구축의 국내 사례로는 서울시 열린 데이터 광장, 국 립중앙도서관의 국가서지 LOD, 한국사 역사정보 LOD 등 이 있으며, 국외 사례로는 미국의 Data.gov, 영국의 Data.gov.uk, BBC , DBpedia 등이 있다. 하지만, 아직은 LOD로 구축된 국내외 데이터 정보가 빈약하고, 기존의 구 축된 DB를 LOD형태로 변환하는데 비용과 시간이 많이 든다. 또한 LOD변환의 필요성 및 인식이 부족하여, 연관정 보를 임의로 구축하여 연결하는 제한된 형태의 LOD를 구 축하여 제공하는 실정이다. 이에 국가적 차원으로 지속적인 관심과 협조를 통해 기존의 구축된 여러 기관의 데이터를 LOD형태로 변환하여 하나로 통합함으로서 국가지식정보 의 거대 지식베이스 구축에 힘써야 할 것이다.

대청호는 1975년에 착공하여 1980년 12월에 대전광역시 대덕구 미호동과 충청북도 청원군 문의면 덕유리 사이의 금강 본류를 가로막는 대청호가 준공된 이후, 대전을 비롯 한 충청 및 전북지역의 용수공급, 하류홍수조절, 수력발전 생산 등을 담당하고 있다. 댐 유역면적은 4,134㎢으로써 금 강 수계 전체 면적 9,886㎢의 41.8%를 점유하고 있으며 유역면적 대비 수면적 비율이 큰 인공호이다. 총 저수량은 14억 9천만 ㎥이며, 연간 용수공급량은 1,649백만 ㎥에 이 른다. 행정구역상으로는 전라북도 장수군, 진안군, 무주군 과 충청남도 금산군, 충청북도 영동군, 보은군, 옥천군, 청원 군 및 대전시의 일부 지역을 점유하고 있어 1개 광역시, 4개도 9개 군을 포함하고 있다. 담수생태계 분야 중 기후변화와 환경오염과 관련된 많은 결과들은 호소생태계에서 밝혀져 왔으며, 현재까지 장기생 태연구사업의 담수생태계 연구지소 중 호수생태계(정수생 태계)가 포함되어 있지 않아 강생태계(유수생태계)와의 포 괄적인 대조를 위해 국가장기생태연구 2단계 2차년도부터 추가된 지역이다. 대청호는 장기생태조사지역인 새만금 지 역의 담수화(호수화) 경향과 이에 따른 생태계 변화를 파악 하는데 유용하며, 최근 매년 하절기에 대청호에 부영화에 의한 녹조현상이 나타나고 있으므로 수환경변화에 따른 호 수생태계 변화를 파악할 필요가 있다.

Most of metal cutting and processing companies are going through the difficulties such as frequent downtime and high failure rates by missing times to replace parts of CNC equipment. The reason is that the correct operation times of expensive CNC equipment can’t be calculated. In this paper, to solve this problem, we try to construct the intelligent production information system for a case company and analyze its expected effects. The effects are as follows. First, it saves money about 3 million won each year during the useful life of three years by reducing downtime and failure rates, and increasing production rates etc. Second, it makes easily find and fix the cause of faulty through traceability of the production process, and enables to perform a systematic facility management through the calculation of reliable equipment’s overall efficiency. This case can be easily applied in similar industries, and will contribute greatly to enhancing the competitiveness of related industries.

In this study, based on the international standard the quantitative assessment model for the level of safety, health and environment was developed. As a result of applying this model, the company(workplace) which has established improvement plan based on quantitative assessment of short-term and long-term requirements, and implemented it was acquired more higher level of safety, health and environment by more than the existing ones.

In Korea's distribution and production field establishment of logistics information system and automation of logistics were greatly developed. But there is no characteristic and professionalism about hospital logistics, and distribution center is located in outside warehouse, logistics system is very important. Since hospital has human power to receive product, system is not as much required, but outside warehouse requires system for arrival from medicine and medical supplies wholesale dealer and vender, warehousing, storage, and automation facilities, and system for various works such as peaking instruction, classification, packing, cargo-working, delivery, order of medicine from hospital and non-medicine in hospital is essential. Therefore, This study is about development of automatic identification of slide which cannot be overlooked in efficiency of hospital logistics, establishment of database, and information interlocking between automatic storage system and outside warehouse.

Advanced Safety Management System(SMS) of Korea Railroad Corporation for risk management should be established applying contents-centered domestic standard according to Railway Safety Act and process-centered international standards suggested by Lloyd's Register Company. Besides, laws, regulations, guidelines and manuals which are optimized for each sector should be systematically integrated to strengthen the consistency of SMS of KORAIL. New safety regulations and guidelines for safety management/train operations/maintenance should be established according to the safety policy of KORAIL to boost effective field work by regulations, guidelines, manuals, etc. The advanced Safety Management System will lead KORAIL as a competent global enterprise with its boosted reputation in the international railway market.

본 연구는 현재 정부가 시행하고 있는 새주소(도로명주소) 체계에 있어, 기업의 정보시스템에 새주소를 도입하여 운용하기 위해 주의할 점과 문제점들에 대해 살펴보고, 효율적인 전환과 운용에 필요한 구축 프로세스를 제안한다. 이와 같은 논의는 기존의 주소체계(지번체계)와 다른 도로명체계가 시스템에 도입됨으로써 야기되는 문제점에 대해 많은 관심을 가지고 있는 정보관리자 및 시스템 운용자들에게 새주소체계 도입의 가이드라인을 제시할 수 있을 것이라 생각된다.

GCM(Green Chain Management) is being spread by that companies which apply with eco-friendly concept in entire SCM(Supply Chain Management) perspective is being increased for resolving some recent environmental problems. There are reasons that numerous companies focus on GCM. At first various governments began to directly manage components and material contents about various noxious substances. Second, environment problem management in the entire logistics process from procurement of product materials to distribution of product became to be important according to introduction of certification system that evaluate the environmental impact throughout life-cycle of products. Purposes of this paper are 1) to analyze the GCM process whose important is more increasing in the recent logistics environment change, 2) to comprehend places and sources that generate environmental elements like energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions in elements of logistics function, and 3) to construct integrated GCM system for observing activity of logistics function throughout life-cycle of products.

Accurate information on the genetic and phenotypic characteristics and diversity of the indigenous Farm Animal Genetic Resources (FAnGR) is the basis on which their present and future sustainable utilization and conservation should be made. The paper describes the objectives, structure, functionality, content, utility and future prospects of the Country- Domestic Animal Genetic Resources Information System (DAGRIS) of ILRI. This electronic database is designed to cater for the needs of researchers, policy makers, development practitioners, eachers, students and farmers in developing countries for efficient access to available published and grey literature from past and present research results on the origin, distribution, diversity, present use and status of selected Farm Animal Genetic Resources (FAnGR) of the countries. Development of the country-modules of c-DAGRIS in English and French for Anglophone and Francophone countries is finalized and ready to be used.

Quality management system(QMS) made by international standard organization(ISO) for the testing and analysis bodies is increasingly required when countries trade their goods according to global trade regulations. This paper mentioned how to build the quality management system on domestic environmental measurement institutions and international trends on global environmental market. A conformity assessment system corresponded with the global standard and regulations has sharply been on the rise in all industrial fields as well as the environmental markets. Accordingly we should construct an appropriate QMS operation to promote analysis precision and spreading to all industrial sectors in order to survive on rapidly changing the current tendency of the times. Through this way, we can have global competitiveness. Especially, the settlement of a systematic and scientific quality assurance system is the key subject from the environmental analytical bodies to every societal industrial institutions.

본 연구는 질적 연구로서 대학교육의 일환으로 부각되고 있는 볼룸 댄스(Ballroom Dance)와 댄스스포트(DanceSport)의 교육방법 및 교수자료 개발이라는 맥락에서 서울에 위치한 S대학교 학생들을 중심으로 실시되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 룸바의 기본 동작들을 본 연구자가 라반동작 분석과 바르테니에프 기본원 리를 토대로 개발한 무한 신체 운동 시스템(ISES)과 발레 탄듀를 적용했을 때 발생되는 결과를 알아보는 것이었다. 본 연구에서 참여자들의 근본적 룸바 움직임이 특징적 탄듀의 미적 동작과 무한 신체 운동 시스템의 안전적 적용을 통하여 증진된다는 결과를 도출했다. 따라서 발레 탄듀 와 무한 신체 운동 시스템은 기본적 룸바 움직임에 유익하며, 특히 앞, 뒤, 옆, 그리고 제자리에 서 이루어지는 기본적인 체중이동에 효과적이었다. 그러나 본 연구는 다섯 명이라는 특정 참여 자들에 관한 사례연구로써 일반화하기에는 주의가 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 자연스럽게 룸바의 움직임을 촉진하고, 효과적으로 기본 동작을 수행하는데 다 음과 같은 세 가지의 핵심 요소들로 함축할 수 있다는 결과를 얻었다. 이러한 요소들은‘발레의 움직임 기반과 무한 신체 운동 시스템 및 룸바’,‘발레 탄듀의 특성 및 룸바’,‘미적 부문의 상 승’ 등이다. 본 연구를 통해 발레, 무한 신체 운동 시스템, 그리고 룸바에는 각각 고유의 움직임 테크닉들이 존재하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 이 유형들의 움직임 간에는 서로 밀접한 관계 를 형성하고 있음을 발견할 수 있었고, 각 유형의 움직임들은 서로 다른 유형의 움직임에 긍정 적인 도움을 주고 있음을 알아냈다. 본 연구에서 제시된 교육방법과 교수자료는 교육과 학습을 위한 대학교육의 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다

On this study, we extracted pending problem and controversial point from management of disaster such as terror for domestic massive performance and then, investigated countermeasure plan against disaster for massive performance through comparison and analysis between anti-disaster strategy of Korea and U.S. U.S are conducting security system actively for passenger of major facilities such as public institution. Nonetheless, In U.S that has the world’s best security system, serious affair such as 911 terror and Boston marathon terror are continued to happen. When considering domestic situation that North Korea and South Korea are antagonistic to each other, it is judged when it is high time to prepare for threat of terrorism. Accordingly, On this study, through analyzing of latest terror attacks in U.S and disaster risk in the nation, we analyzed in detail countermeasure plan classified as legislation, operation of security system, instilling a sense. As the result of this analyzing, using by flow-chart, we suggested domestic optimized disaster management system for massive performance. Consequently, we propose to establish systematized disaster management system such as preliminary survey of disaster influence for massive performance.

지리 수업에서 지리교과의 개념 이해는 지리교육의 출발점이며, 지리 개념은 지식전달의 매개체이고, 지리적 사고의 도구가 된다. 지리교육의 효과를 높이기 위해서는 지리적 개념의 명확한 제시와 함께 각 개념들의 계층구조 및 관련 개념들 간의 관계를 통해 학습할 수 있도록 도와줄 필요가 있다. 특히 최근에 정보기술의 발달과 웹 기술이 발달함에 따라 기존의 키워드 기반의 검색시스템이 사용자의 정보요구를 정확하게 인식하지 못한다는 한계점을 개선하기 위해 등장한 의미기반 시스템인 시맨틱 웹(semantic web)과 이를 표현하기 위한 언어적 도구인 온톨로지(ontology)가 각광받고 있다. 온톨로지가 개념 유형이나 범주를 구조적이고 위계적으로 분류하는 분류체계(taxonomy)의 언어로 구성되어 있기 때문에 지리적 개념의 명확한 표현을 가능하게 한다. 따라서 지리수업에서 용어이해의 어려움을 겪는 학생들에게 개념 이해를 효과적으로 돕기 위해 온톨로지 기술이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 해안 지형 단원을 사례로 하여 지리적 개념 이해를 위한 지오 온톨로지를 구축하고, 구축한 온톨로지의 정확성을 평가하며, 향후 과제를 제시하였다.
