        In defense acquisition system, testing and evaluation is a very important procedure that can ensure the completeness of capability while deciding whether to mass-produce or purchase weapons systems. But it always includes realistic restrictions that involve a variety of stakeholders, but lack of time, resources, and budget. Therefore, in the process of planning a test and evaluation, proper number of prototypes and reliability of test results, along with test items and evaluation criteria, are frequently discussed as sensitive agendas. In reality, however, rather than statistical judgments, the number of prototypes and tests are determined by business logic such as duration and budget. Otherwise, most theoretical studies do not adequately reflect the business logic of test assessment. In this study, we propose a number of prototype and tests method that can statistically reasonably verify the performance of the inorganic system considering the characteristics of each test and evaluation project. To this end, we consider the theory related to determining the number of prototypes and tests, and present examples by separating whether to secure the magnitude of effects that have a significant impact on statistical judgment. This study could contribute to the development of empirical methodologies that can adequately coordinate reality and theory in the field of defense test evaluation while ensuring statistical reliability of test evaluation results.

        This study wanted to optimize the radiator tank's deformation assembled on the automotive engine block. Among the experimental planning methods, the Taguchi method was used to find optimal molding conditions to minimize plastic covers' deformation. The four main factors used in the Taguchi method were selected as the main factors: resin temperature, pressure time, coolant temperature, and cooling time. The number of cycles for each factor was divided into five stages, and a total of 25 experiments were conducted. The experiment used the Moldflow program, an injection molding analysis program. The maximum deformation obtained under the existing molding conditions was about 1.318mm. Still, the deformation of the mold applied with the optimal molding conditions obtained using the Taguchi method was approximately 1.273mm, which showed that the maximum deformation was reduced by 3.4% compared to the existing molding conditions.

        대표적인 연성변형구조인 습곡에서 습곡축의 자세는 3차원 습곡구조의 발달양상뿐만 아니라 변형 당시의 최대 수평주응력 방향에 대한 정보를 수집하는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 이러한 이유로 습곡축의 자세를 파악하는 것은 매우 중요하나 습곡축이 노출되는 경우가 흔하지 않기 때문에 습곡과 관련된 구조요소들을 이용한 다양한 방법들이 제시되고 이용되어 왔다. 따라서 이러한 다양한 측정방법에 대해 간략히 소개하고, 이들 방법들에 대한 신뢰성을 평가하기 위하여 같은 습곡에 대해 다른 측정법을 사용하여 측정한 습곡축들을 비교분석 하였다. 이를 위해 습곡구조가 잘 발달해 있는 충북 단양지역 조선누층군의 석회암층들과 평안누층군의 만항층에 걸쳐 6곳의 노두에서 습곡구조의 습곡축 자세를 측정하고 비교하였다. 비교결과 다른 방법에 의해 측정된 것들도 대부분 서로 잘 일치하는 양상을 보여 다양한 측정방법들의 실제 활용이 가능함을 보여주었다. 또한 단양지역의 습곡구조는 서북서 방향의 습곡축을 가지는 한 곳을 제외한 나머지 노두에서 모두 북-북북동 내지 북동 방향의 습곡축을 보였으며, 이는 서북서-동남동 내지 북서-남동 방향 의 최대수평주응력 환경에서 만들어진 습곡들로 판단된다. 서북서 방향의 습곡축은 다른 시기의 습곡작용을 지시하는 것으로 보이며, 북-북북동 방향의 습곡축을 가지는 습곡구조와 북동 방향의 습곡축을 가지는 습곡구조 사이의 주향 차이는 하나의 습곡작용에서 습곡구조의 규모에 따라 다소 차이가 생긴 것으로 해석하였으나, 증거를 확인하는 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

        The purpose of this study was to determine the optimum extraction method suitable for the availability of biological activities in unripe apples known to be rich in functional components. Unripe apples ‘Hongro’ picked on May 28th, 2019 were extracted by various extraction methods (hot water, ethanol, enzymatic pre-treatment, ultrasonic wave, and subcritical water) and their extracts were investigated yield, effective component contents, and antioxidant activities. Overall, the yields by the extraction solvent were higher in water than in organic solvent(ethanol) because water-soluble compounds were eluted from a polar solvent. Total phenol contents of the ultrasonic wave (ethanol) extracts were significantly higher in 6 times than hot water extract. Contents of flavonoid were highest in the ethanol extract at 29.14 mg QE/g. Contents of tannin and ursolic acid were also significantly higher in the ultrasonic wave (ethanol) extract. The DPPH radical and ABTS radical scavenging activities were the strongest in the ultrasonic wave (ethanol) extract. Correlation between effective components and antioxidant activities was high in the total phenol content with ABTS and the ursolic acid content with DPPH (p<0.01). The above results suggested that ultrasonic wave (ethanol) extract of unripe apples has the potential to act as a functional material.

        Centella asiatica (CA) has been used as a nutritional plant as well as a traditional herbal medicine around the world. This study, quality component (proximate composition, total polyphenol, and triterpenoid compound), and antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities of CA dried using various methods were investigated. Proximate compositions of CA with different drying methods included a large amount of carbohydrates, crude protein, crude ash, and crude fiber. Among the drying methods, cold drying provided the highest total polyphenol content and antioxidant activity, while hot-air drying at 75℃ provided the lowest total polyphenol content and antioxidant activity. In addition, when the major triterpenoid compounds of CA were analyzed, the highest content of asiaticoside of triterpenoid glycoside was obtained with all drying methods. With respect to the total triterpenoid, the highest content was obtained with cold drying (68.8 mg/g) whereas natural drying (31.4 mg/g) provided the lowest content. In anti-inflammatory activity of LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells, EtOH extract of cold drying showed a significantly higher inhibitory activity in comparison to the other drying methods. In conclusion, it is considered that the cold drying method is suitable for industrial preparation of functional materials with high physiological ingredients, and antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities from CA.

        Heatwaves are one of the most common phenomena originating from changes in the urban thermal environment. They are caused mainly by the evapotranspiration decrease of surface impermeable areas from increases in temperature and reflected heat, leading to a dry urban environment that can deteriorate aspects of everyday life. This study aimed to calculate daily maximum ground surface temperature affecting heatwaves, to quantify the effects of urban thermal environment control through water cycle restoration while validating its feasibility. The maximum surface temperature regression equation according to the impermeable area ratios of urban land cover types was derived. The estimated values from daily maximum ground surface temperature regression equation were compared with actual measured values to validate the calculation method’s feasibility. The land cover classification and derivation of specific parameters were conducted by classifying land cover into buildings, roads, rivers, and lands. Detailed parameters were classified by the river area ratio, land impermeable area ratio, and green area ratio of each land-cover type, with the exception of the rivers, to derive the maximum surface temperature regression equation of each land cover type. The regression equation feasibility assessment showed that the estimated maximum surface temperature values were within the level of significance. The maximum surface temperature decreased by 0.0450˚C when the green area ratio increased by 1% and increased by 0.0321˚C when the impermeable area ratio increased by 1%. It was determined that the surface reduction effect through increases in the green area ratio was 29% higher than the increasing effect of surface temperature due to the impermeable land ratio.

        장애인의 심리적 문제해결과 변화와 성장을 위해 시행하고 있는 기존의 상담과 치료중심의 심리적 지원에서 코칭과 상담의 융합에 기반한 심리적 지원으로의 변화가 필요하다. 특히, 장애인 내담자가 겪는 다양한 심리적 문제와 장애인 특성에 대한 충분한 이해와 공감을 기반으로 장애인 심리지원이 이루어지기 위해서는 기존의 비장애인이 실행한 장애인 심리지원에서 벗어나 같은 유형의 장애를 가진 장애인이 실행하는 심리지원이 필요하다. 또한, 장애인 고용에 대한 관심과 중요성이 부각되고 있는 현 상황에서 장애인 코칭상담전문가 양성과 연계하여 장애인의 취업 및 창업기회의 확대를 도모할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우리나라 장애인을 위한 심리지원 현황, 같은 유형의 장애를 가진 장애인이 실행하는 장애인 심리지원과 코칭과 상담의 융합적 접근에 기반한 장애인 심리지원에 대한 필요성 고찰 및 기대효과를 제시하였다. 또한, 추후 연 구인 비장애인이 아닌 장애인이 실행하는 장애인 심리지원과 코칭과 상담의 융합적 접근의 장애인 심리지원에 대한 주관성 연구에 적합한 Q방법론을 제시하 고 적용방안을 탐색하였다. 본 연구결과가 장애인 심리지원에 대한 주관성 연구와 장애인 코칭상담전문가 양성교육 프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다.

        This study set up the estimates of leakage management efficiency evaluation and leakage management goal that could be used in local water distribution networks efficiency business and modernization business. The data were analyzed using data envelopment analysis and multiple regression analysis. To this end, with leakage management input indices concerning leakage reduction activities (e.g., aged pipe replacement, water meter replacement, leakage restoration, and leakage detection) and leakage management calculation indices (e.g., the increase of revenue water ratio and the reduction of leakage ratio), the data on 22 K-water consignment local water supply systems were analyzed for the years from 2004 through 2018. Using the results of efficiency analysis by data envelopment analysis, the other DMUs (Decision Making Unit) benchmarked the DMU with the highest efficiency to maximize the leakage management efficiency for all DMUs. Through this, leakage management goal estimates were drawn with the input indices of four leakage reduction activities and calculation indices of the increase of revenue water ratio and the reduction of leakage ratio by multiple regression analysis for each group based on the revenue water ratio and leakage ratio. The correlation coefficients of the leakage management goal estimate for the criteria for the revenue water ratio amounted to 0.553 and 0.771. The correlation coefficients of the leakage management goal estimate for the criteria for leakage ratio were 0.397 and 0.865. Accordingly, we estimated the quantity and priority of four leakage reduction activities for the target leakage ratio and revenue water ratio.

        목조건축물에 주로 적용되고 있는 철물 접합 시스템은 모재인 나무와 접합부재인 철재 간의 강도 차이 및 재질의 이질성으로 인한 외관상의 위화감 등이 문제점으로 대두되고 있다. 재료 가공의 편의성으로 프리컷 시스템이 도입되었고, 시공성 을 해결하기 위한 새로운 재료 및 시스템의 개발이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 자연재료를 그 원료로 하여 미관상 목조건축물에 위화감이 없는 황토 압밀 플레이트를 개발하였다. 황토 및 소석회를 원료로 하여 제작한 시험체의 양생방법(기건 양생, CO2 양 생)에 따른 성능을 평가하기 위해 질량 변화, 지압 강도, 흡수율, 표면상태, 열중량변화 측정 및 SEM을 통한 생성광물의 미시적인 부분을 관찰하였다. 또한 제조과정에서의 온실가스 배출 및 흡수에 따른 환경성능평가를 수행하였다. 기건 양생한 시험체에 비해 CO2 챔버에 양생한 시험체는 원료인 소석회의 탄산화 반응으로 인한 탄산칼슘의 생성으로 역학적 성능이 향상되었다는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 원료인 소석회의 탄산화반응으로 인해 생석회 제조시 발생하는 CO2량의 70% 이상을 재흡수 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

        This paper analyzed a survey of 388 general target samples to analyze the correlation between disaster safety costs and human risk factor analysis and evacuation behavior due to tunnel accidents. Considering the impact of the tunnel accident on disaster safety costs and the correlation between human evacuation and risk factors in the tunnel environment, the system should be reorganized to reflect the tunnel’s basic plan, tunnel cross-section, tunnel installation.

        In this study, using the plasma spray method, tensile and compression fatigue tests are performed in saline solution to examine the effect of Ti undercoat on corrosion fatigue behavior of alumina-coated specimens. The alumina-coated material using Ti in the undercoat shows better corrosion fatigue strength than the base material in the entire stress amplitude range. Fatigue cracking of UT specimens occurs in the recess formed by grit-blasting treatment and progresses toward the base metal. Subsequently, the undercoat is destroyed at a stage where the deformation of the undercoat cannot follow the crack opening displacement. The residual stress of the UT specimen has a tensile residual stress up to about 100 μm below the surface of the base material; however, when the depth exceeds 100 μm, the residual stress becomes a compressive residual stress. In addition, the inside of the spray coating film is compressive residual stress, which contributes to improving the fatigue strength characteristics. A hardened layer due to grit-blasting treatment is formed near the surface of the UT specimen, contributing to the improvement of the fatigue strength characteristics. Since the natural potential of Ti spray coating film is slightly higher than that of the base material, it exhibits excellent corrosion resistance; however, when physiological saline intrudes, a galvanic battery is formed and the base material corrodes preferentially.

        This study was carried out in order to help establish a continuous efficiency test method to evaluate the performance of chemical odorants. We designed a continuous efficiency test device, and conducted several experiments during 240 mins with D.W. and two chemical deodorants for several specified substances, and a complex odor compound. Based on the results, it was confirmed that the deocorant test only for ammonia and amine could yield no useful outcome because the solubility of the two compounds was very high. Henceforth, simultaneous tests for sulfides, mercaptans, aldehydes, and so on, shoud be conducted in order to ascertain the accurate deodorant performance results. It is also clear that the concentration of target compounds and reaction time are very important for the purposes of accurate deodorant tests. In addition, information about the absorption efficiency with regard to complex odor compound such as DMS+DMDS may be important and the results based on air dilution olfactory method should be provided. It is believed that this study can make a contribution to formulating the correct standards regarding the testing of deodorants and the application of such tests.

        페로브스카이트 태양전지는 빠른 속도로 효율 개선이 이루어지며 차세대 친환경 에너지원으로 각광받고 있다. 가공 매개변수의 영향을 강하게 받는 유-무기 혼합 페로브스카이트 태양전지에서 고품질의 광 활성층을 제조하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 Methylammonium Lead Iodide(MAPbI3) 광 활성층 제작 시, 결정화가 이루어지는 열처리 과정에서 압력을 가함으로써 용매가 증발하는 속도를 조절할 수 있는 가압열처리 공정방법(pressure assisted annealing process, PA method)을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 광 활성층 제조방법은 보다 오래 용매를 활성층 내에 머물게 할 수 있어서 MAPbI3의 중간단계에서 그레인의 성장을 극대화 할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 고품질 페로브스카이트 광 활성층의 제조를 가능하게 한다. 또한 본 가압열처리 방법으로 형성시킨 페로브스카이트 광 활성층을 도입하여 태양전지를 제조하였을 경우, 소자의 최고 성능은 기존의 방법으로 제조된 소자와 비교하여 24.4 mA cm-2의 높은 단락 전류밀도, 0.96 V의 개방전압, 0.75의 필 팩터를 나타내며 17.3 %의 에너지 전환효율을 나타내었다.
