예술과 경영이 만날 때 예술경영이라는 효과를 탄생시킨다. 한국의 다양한 예술 분야 가운데서 K-pop은 한류의 바람을 전 세계에 불러 일으켰고, 그 가운데서도 방탄소년단(이하 BTS)의 아이돌 그룹은 한국 K-pop 역사에 새로운 기록을 세웠다. 이것은 한류 콘텐츠의 대단한 성공 사례를 보여준 것이다. 따라서 본고는 BTS를 중심으로 한 성공사례를 연구한 것이다. BTS의 북미와 유럽 투어에서 전체 79만석이 공연 전에 일찌감치 매진되었고, 음반 발매나 유튜브 조회 수도 음반 발표 24시간 내에 세계에서 가장 많은 판매와 조회수를 기록하고 있다. 이러한 열기는 동남아시아에서도 계속 이어지고 있고, 향후 이들의 전망도 밝아 세계적인 인기는 당분간 밝아 보인다. 이처럼 단 기간에 세계적인 기업으로 성장한 BTS의 성공 비결은 무엇인가? 이 점에 대해 BTS의 성공 배경에 대한 경영적 ‘기술’ 혹은 전략이 무엇인지를 다각적으로 분석해 보았다. 우선 국내외 언론들과 전문가들의 반응을 분석해 보았고, BTS 멤버와 이 그룹을 이끌고 있는 방시혁 기획사 대표의 리더십을 분석해 보았다. 국내외 언론과 전문가들의 공통된 반응을 분석해 보면, 다음과 같은 몇 가지 성공 사례의 이유를 알 수 있게 된다. 첫째, BTS의 팬덤인 ‘아미’의 활약이다. 둘째, ‘아미’를 열광하게 한 BTS의 실력과 성실함이다. 셋째, BTS의 솔직한 개방성이다. 넷째, 솔직한 개방성을 통해 팬들과의 소통을 가능하게 했다는 것이다. 다섯째, 유튜브와 SNS의 적극적인 활용이다. 여섯째, BTS는 노래 속에 Hip-Hop이나 EDM, Rock, Pop 등 다양한 장르를 하나의 노래로 융합했다. 일곱째, Love Yourself 라는 노래를 통해서 동시대의 고민 속에 있는 청소년들에게 희망의 메시지를 담았다. 이 모든 것 가운데 무엇보다 BTS의 음악성이 가장 중요한 성공 원인이 되었으며, 동시에 이들의 개별적인 가치를 발굴하여 7인의 그룹으로 탄생시킨 방시혁 대표의 안목과 지도력이 중요한 역할을 감당하고 있다는 것이다. 특히 방시혁은 멤버들에게 자율성과 책임성을 동시에 부여해 주고 있다. 이로써 BTS는 K-pop의 미래를 이끌어 가고 있고, 외국인들이 한국어 가사를 외우면서 한글과 한국문화를 익혀가는 한류역할의 견인차 역할을 하고 있다. 예술적 가치가 경영 전략과 만나면서 BTS는 예술경영의 대표적인 성공 사례가 되고 있다.

PURPOSES : This study was conducted to develop a traffic accident prediction model using traffic accident data and management and service evaluation data on bus companies in Busan, and to determine the possibility of establishing customized traffic accident prevention measures for each company. METHODS: First, we collected basic data on the characteristics of urban bus traffic accidents and conducted basic statistical analysis. Then, we developed traffic accident prediction models using Poisson regression and negative binomial regression to examine the characteristics of major items of management and service evaluation affecting traffic accidents. RESULTS : The Poisson regression model showed overdispersion; hence, the negative binomial regression model was selected. The results of the traffic accident prediction model developed using negative binomial regression are acceptable at 95% confidence level (a = 0.05). CONCLUSIONS : The traffic accident prediction model indicates that the management of the traffic record system and internal and external management items in service evaluation have a significant effect on the reduction of traffic accidents. In particular, because human factors are the main cause of traffic accidents, bus traffic accidents are expected to greatly decrease if drivers' dangerous driving behaviors are effectively controlled by bus companies.

This study is based on a case study, in which an interactive teaching method has been applied to teach beginning level of Chinese to Korean college students. One of the lessons from the textbook, Speaking Basic Chinese (2013) has been used for teaching 21 students. The method suggests three stages of interactions by including: (1) word learning, 2) sentence production, and (3) sentence application. The stage of word learning is further divided into 3 steps: (1) pronunciation and understanding meaning, (2) inducing student participation, (3) confirmation and self-inspection. The second stage of sentence production is also divided into 3 different steps: (1) sentence production using learned words, (2) practicing sentences, (3) practicing sentences by role-plays. Likewise, the final stage of sentence application includes 2 practical steps: (1) interpreting basic sentences, (2) interpreting more complex sentences. This case study has found that the students feel more interested and motivated in learning activities through diverse interactions between the instructor and the students, and also interactions between the students. It is suggested that this kind of interactive approaches be applied to teaching the beginning Chinese conversation and higher levels as well. Finally, the finding of the present case study should be examined with more and in-depth studies and experiments in the future.

This study is to evaluate economic effect of the creation project of Octopus Ochellatu spawning and habitat ground in Taean County. The main results of this study are summarized as follows: first, the creation project cost of Octopus Ochellatus spawning and habitat ground invested in Taean from 2015 to 2017 was 3,400 million won. Second, The creation project of Octopus Ochellatus spawning and habitat ground directly provides fishing benefits, recreational boat fishing benefits, festival benefits, research and development benefits, and employment benefits. Third, on the basis of above benefits, the creation project of Octopus Ochellatus spawning and habitat ground has a net present value of 14,478 million won, internal rate of return 60.8%, and benefit-cost of 5.03 under a 4.5% social discount rate. Also, the creation project creates 47 jobs. This indicates that the creation project of Octopus Ochellatus spawning and habitat ground contributes not only to the increase in the income of coastal fishery, recreational boat fishing business and fishing villages but also to the job making. In conclusion, with all these results, a project for making spawning grounds and habitats in the specified region gives species more numerically abundant and this gives more profits to fishermen in the coastal area. In addition, this project helps to make attractions to visitors or people who came to those specified regions to participate in events or have recreation, which means it improves profits to that fishing village and improve a settlement condition.

The ocean is very important to mankind for its infinite value in resource storage and utilization. In shallow coastal waters, landfill as well as pollution damage occurs frequently for the promotion of important public and private projects that are the driving forces of national development. In this case, compensation paid for the loss or damage of fishing rights acquired by the fishing community shall be distributed to each individual of the fishing community in accordance with the appropriate balance. In reality, as fishing communities in different sectors coexist, the voting rights of the general meeting of fishing communities are ignored as a minority, and the demand for the rights is ignored by the majority. Many other industries receive fish compensation, even though they have not suffered much damage. As a result serious conflicts between the individuals of the fishing community have caused social problems. Therefore, similar cases are investigated and analyzed to provide a reasonable solution.

우리나라에서는 1995년 부터 시설물의 안전관리에 관한 특별법(이하 시특법)이 시행되어 왔다. 그 이후, 우리나라에서는 크고 작은 사건사고가 있었고, 구조적 안전성 확보를 위해 수차례의 법 개정이 있었다. 한국시설안전공단에서는 건축물 정밀안전점검 및 정밀안전진단 보고서를 시특법에 근거해 평가하며 그 결과를 사례집을 통해 주기적으로 발간하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 안전성 검사 및 진단을 위한 기술 및 제도 개선 방안 도출에 있다. 이를 위해 2011 년부터 2015 년까지 시설안전공단에서 발행한 정밀안전점검 및 정밀안전진단 보고서의 평가 사례 데이터를 비교 분석하였다. 비교 분석 결과를 토대로 정밀안전점검 및 정밀안전진단 수행 중 발생하는 문제의 원인을 파악하기 위해 전문가를 대상으로 한 설문 조사를 실시하였다.

중국의 급격한 경제 성장으로 인하여 중국어 전공자들의 주요 취업분야로 중국인들을 대상으로 하는 관광 관련 서비스 업종에서의 인력 수요가 늘어나면서, 학생들의 실제적인 중국어 역량 향상이 중요한 문제로 대두하게 되었다. 이에 따라 전문대학 2년의 짧은 교육시간을 극복하고, 실질적인 의사소통 능력을 배양할 수 있는 방안으로 거꾸로 수업 모형(Flipped Lea rning)을 적용함과 동시에 학생들의 낮은 학습 동기에 대한 방안으로 동기설계 수업 모형(A RCS)을 적용한 F-ARCS 수업모형을 적용하게 되었다. 수업모형을 적용한 결과 거꾸로 학습 을 활용하여 실제 수업의 효율성을 극대화할 수 있는 점과 학생들의 주의집중, 자신감, 관련성, 만족감을 고취하여 수업에 대한 동기를 적극적으로 향상시킬 수 있었다.

목적 : 본 연구는 시설에 거주하는 지적장애 청소년을 대상으로 요리활동을 통한 작업기반 중재가 주의집중력에 미치는 효과를 연구한 사례연구이다. 연구방법 : 대상자들은 시설에 거주하는 지적장애 1급 진단을 받은 여성 3인이었다. 중재프로그램인 요리활동은 주1회 회기 당 50분씩 총 8회기를 실시하였다. 요리활동에 대한 작업치료는 대상자들이 좋아하는 요리를 직접 만드는 것으로 구성하였다. 대상자들의 주의집중력은 자리이탈, 불필요한 말하기, 지시를 따르지 않기, 다른 것에 관심보이기의 총 4개 항목에 대해 조작적으로 정의하여 측정하였고, 매 회기 활동에 참여하는 동안 측정하였다. 결과 : 본 연구 결과 대상자 3인 모두 주의집중력 관련 항목들이 향상되었고 긍정적 정서 및 사회적 상호작용도 향상되는 모습이 관찰되었다. 결론 : 흥미와 관심을 유도할 수 있는 요리활동의 참여를 통한 작업기반 중재가 대상자들의 주의집중력을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났으며 주의집중력 외에 긍정적 정서표현 및 사회적 상호작용 행동이 증가하여, 의미 있는 활동의 참여를 통한 중재가 지적장애 대상자들의 주의집중력 및 적응행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구의 목적은 효율적인 장애인직업재활을 통한 장애인의 사회통합을 구현하기 위해 우리나라 장애 인직업재활의 운영현황 분석 물론 에덴복지재단 장애인직업재활시설의 발전과정 상에서 드러난 역할이 우 리나라의 장애인직업재활시설 발전에 미친 영향을 평가하고, 그 운영현황을 분석한 결과를 통해 노정된 문제를 해소하기 위해 우리나라 직업재활시설의 발전방안을 제시함으로써 직업재활시설의 효율적인 운영에 이바지하고자 한다. 본 연구의 방법은 우리나라 장애인직업재활에 관한 국내외 통계관련 문헌과 사업실적과 현황의 평가결 과를 알아보기 위해 에덴복지재단의 전문 인력, 사무국장, 기관장 등을 대상으로 전문 인력의 의견수렴을 직접 개별 면접조사와 물론 전문가에 대한 초점집단면접을 통해 장애인직업재활의 운영 현황을 분석하였다. 따라서 연구대상이 되는 에덴복지재단 장애인직업재활시설의 운영현황의 분석한 결과, 판로확보의 문제, 역할의 단순화, 작업직종 선택의 문제, 전문종사인력 부족, 시설 및 설비 부족, 근로장애인 선정의 문제, 재정적 지원 부족, 최저임금 문제 등이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 특히 장애인직업재활시설의 건전한 복지경영에 따른 판로확보의 문제를 해소하기 위하여 관수품의 우선발주제도와 중증장애인생산품 우선구매 비율 확대 로 직업재활시설 근로장애인 임금보전에 도움이 될 필요가 있다. 이를 위하여 국가와 지방자치단체의 직업 재활시설과의 연계역할을 의무화해야 할 필요한 시점이다.

목적 : 본 연구는 주의력결핍 과잉행동장애(Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder : ADHD) 청소년에게 Cognitive Orientation of Occupational Performance (CO-OP)를 적용하였을 때 글씨쓰기 과제 수행의 향상에 영향을 주는지 알아보고자 했다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 글씨쓰기 명료도에 문제를 가졌으며, ADHD로 진단받은 청소년 1명을 대상으로 시행하였다. 연구는 개별실험 연구방법 중 ABA설계를 사용하였고, 각각 2회, 8회, 2회기로 총 12회기 시행되었다. 중재기간동안에는 CO-OP접근법으로 글씨쓰기 과제를 훈련하였고, 결과측정은 수행의 질을 평가하는 Performance Quality Rating Scale(PQRS)를 사용하였다. 나머지 두 개의 과제는 훈련하지 않았으며 인지전략 기술이 일반화 되었는지 확인하기 위하여 AMPS(Assessment of Motor and Process Skills)를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 중재 전․후의 대상자의 글씨쓰기 명료도를 비교하였으며, 중재기간 동안 활동의 수행의 질은 그래프를 통한 시각적 분석을 통해 제시하였다. 결과 : 대상자는 PQRS 점수변화는 기초선에 비해 중재기간에 향상되었고, 재기초선 기간에도 유지되었다. CO-OP 중재 전․후 글씨쓰기 명료도는 42%에서 96%향상되었으며, AMPS 결과 처리기술은 0.21 로짓에서 0.8 로짓으로 유의미한 향상을 나타내었다. 결론 : 본 연구에서 적용한 CO-OP의 적용사례를 통해, ADHD아동의 글씨쓰기 명료도 향상에 효과가 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 인지적 전략을 다른 과제로 일반화 될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

1. 중앙 아시아는 5 개의 국가로 구성되어 있으며, 이 국가들은 1991년에 소련 연방에서 독립하였다. 독립 이전에는 5개 국가 모두 공산주의 통치 하에 동일한 소비에트 계획경제 체제를 가지고 있었다 2. 1991년 이래로 중앙 아시아 국가들은 정치적, 사회적, 자연적, 지리적 조건에 따라 각기 다른 개발 경로를 경험하였다. 3. 더 나은 통치 환경은 현대 기술 혁신을 장려하고 토지에 대한 신기술의 적용 및 토지에 대한 권리를 보장하도록 동기를 부여한다. 또한 상대적으로 낮은 거래 비용이 조성될 수 있도록 지원하여 생산 증대로 이어질 투자를 촉진한다. 4. 따라서 통치 환경의 개선은 농업 생산 증대에도 중요한 요인이다. 본 연구는 통치 환경과 농업 생산과의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하고 이를 검증하였다. 5. 본 연구의 결과는 농업 생산의 증대를 위하여 통치 환경의 개선이 중요함을 입증하였으며 , 그 중에서도 부패 통제 및 법의 지배의 개선이 농업 생산 증대에 가장 큰 영향을 미친다는 것을 밝혔다 .

This paper considers the problem of scheduling loading and unloading operations of a crane in a railway terminal motivated from rail-road container transshipment operations at Uiwang Inland Container Depot (ICD). Unlike previous studies only considering the total handling time of containers, this paper considers a bi-criteria objective of minimizing the weighted sum of the total handling time and tenant service time. The tenant service time is an important criterion in terms of terminal tenants who are private logistics companies in charge of moving containers from/to the terminal using their trucks. In the rail-road container shipment yard, the tenant service time of a tenant can be defined by a time difference between beginning and finishing loading and unloading operations of a crane. Thus, finding a set of sequences and time of the crane operations becomes a crucial decision issue in the problem. The problem is formulated as a nonlinear program which is improved by linearizing a nonlinear constraint in the model. This paper develops a genetic algorithm to solve the problem and performs a case study on the Uiwang ICD terminal. Computational experiment results show that the genetic algorithm shows better performance than commercial optimization solvers. Operational implications in terms of tenants are drawn through sensitivity analyses.

There have been more than 40,000 cases of fires in Korea in the last three years. However, as ‘Accidental Fire Liability Act’ was judged to be non-conform to the Constitution in 2007, the damages by light mistakes should be compensated. Accordingly, disputes such as compensation claims, litigations and indemnification cases of the victims of fire increased. However, it is so difficult for victims of fire cases to take proper action. So, this study is to help victims of fire cases in the disputes and compensation claims of the victims, and to find actual and practical support system based on the analysis of compensation status. To help victims of fire cases, we need to survey about victims of fire cases with multiple victims. That survey is analyzed to find support plan for victims. Furthermore, to find support plan the current law is needed to be analyzed and reviewed to revision. It is also tried to identify problems in the operation of the Center for victims of Fire currently operated by fire stations and to find countermeasures. In addition, the status of subscription and problem of fire insurance for the compensation for the victims and the method to increase fire insurance subscription rate will be studied.

국가기관과 기업은 정비사를 양성을 위한 고등학교부터 대학교, 기업 훈련센터 같은 교육기관을 만들어 숙련된 정비사로 훈련시키려고 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 하지만 교재를 이용한 이론교육과 현장에서 사용하지 않는 장비를 이용한 실습교육으로는 제대로 된 정비교육을 진행하지 못하며 특수 장비를 활용한 교육이나 위험한 상황을 가정한 정비의 교육은 매우 위험하여 영상이나 사진으로 교육을 진행하고 있었다. 최근에는 VR과 AR을 접목하여 단순정비에서 특수정비까지 시뮬레이션으로 안전하게 상황을 체험하고 문제를 해결하는 효과적인 교육 시뮬레이션이 연구되고 개발되는 사례가 많이 있다. 본 논문에서는 다누리 VR과 DisTi Engine, Remote AR을 비교분석하고, 유니티 엔진 기반으로 외부에서 전달된 정보를 기반으로 콘텐츠를 디바이스 화면에 최적화하여 출력하는 AR API 를 소개하고, VR 디바이스인 HTC Vive의 컨트롤러와 HMD의 정보를 실시간으로 수집하고 수집된 정보를 파일에 저장하는 VR API를 구현한 사례를 소개했다. 본 연구에서 구현한 API를 사용하면 콘텐츠를 제작할 때 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

본고는 미래 사회가 요구하는 역량중심의 2015 개정 한문과 교육과정을 이해하고 도달할 수 있는 학생 참여 중심 한문과 교수학습방법의 필요성을 느끼고 연구하였다. 새로운 방식의 한문과 학습 모형을 개발하는데 목적을 두고 교육과정-수업-평가-기록의 일체화를 적용한 책 만들기를 통한 고등학교 한문과 프로젝트 수업 방법을 제안하였다. ‘가이드북 만들기’를 주제로 소주제 설정, 프로젝트의 계획, 수행, 마무리의 모든 과정을 학생이 주도하여 총 10차시에 걸쳐 수업을 진행하였다. 프로젝트를 수행하는 과정에서 학습자는 영역별 한자·한자어·한문 학습의 자연스러운 활용 능력 및 다양한 역량을 함양 할 수 있었으며 교과목 간 통합, 교과와 생활의 통합, 창의 융합적 활동, 계속적 심화학습을 경험하여 성취감과 자신감이 향상하였다. 본고에서 제안한 책 만들기 프로젝트 수업은 다양한 주제 적용이 가능하고, 학습자의 수준에 따라서 수업의 절차와 내용을 구성할 수 있으며 교과의 지식이 학생들의 삶과 의미 있게 연계되어 있다는 것을 인식하고 느끼게 하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 연구를 통해 한문과 프로젝트 학습 방법에 대한 새로운 방안들이 꾸준히 연구되어 2015개정 교육과정의 변화에 적응하기 위한 한문과 학교 현장 교사들에게 창의적이고 효율적인 학습 모형이 될 수 있기를 기대한다.
