This article study the Letter of Collection(LOC) of U.S. National Cancer Institute(NCI) and the INBio-Merck Agreement as a international cases of the Access to Genetic Resources and Benefit- Sharing. These cases have the matching parts to the provisions of concern international norms. But, these cases not reflected the provisions of international norm because they concluded before 2010. So access to genetic resources and benefit sharing agreement will be concluded in the future must include the following contents. First, the provisions of the provider and the user of genetic resources as a parties of benefit sharing agreement. Second, the provisions of participation of stakeholders. Third, the provisions of prior informed consent. Prior informed consent must provide basic principles, elements, competent national authority granting and information of procedures for obtaining prior informed consent. Fourth, the provisions of mutually agreed terms. Fifth, the incentive measures could be used in the implementation for conservation and sustainable use of biodiversity, to promote accountability of access and benefit sharing, to provide for national monitoring and reporting.

Acinic cell carcinoma is a well-differentiated, low-grade tumor that accounts for 1-3% of salivary gland tumors. Among the variant of acinic cell carcinoma, papillary cystic variant of acinic cell carcinoma is much more rare and it is known to be difficult to diagnose and has a poor prognosis. In this paper, we report a case of 58 - year - old man diagnosed as papillary cystic variant of acinic cell carcinoma and the characteristics of the lesion by integrating the recent cases of papillary cystic variant of acinic cell carcinoma. This study emphasizes the need for long-term studies and further investigation of papillary cystic variants of acinic cell carcinoma.

In the international businesses human resource elements acquired in different countries might have different values in varied industries due to the different quality of education and experiences in the original countries. Using selection models to evaluate expected values in earnings equation of human resource elements such as education and experiences etc. acquired in sending countries, system equations are expanded to examine also the values of science and engineering degrees in technology jobs with selectivity bias correction. This paper used the US census survey data of 2015 on earnings, academic degrees, occupations etc. The US has long maintained the policy of accepting more STEM workers than any other countries and helped maintaining own technological leadership. Assuming per capita GDP gap between the sending country and the US downgrades immigrant human resource quality, it rarely affects occupational selection but depresses earnings on average by two or more years’ worth of education. Solar energy has been known as a successful alternative energy source, however it requires a large area to build power generation facilities compared to other energy sources such as nuclear power. Weather factors such as rainy weather or night time impact on solar power generation because of lack of insolation and sunshine. In addition, solar power generation is vulnerable to external elements such as changes in temperature and fine dust. There are four seasons in the Republic of Korea hereby variations of temperature, insolation and sunshine are broad. Currently factors that cause find dust are continuously flowing in to Korea from abroad. In order to build a solar power plant, a large area is required for a limited domestic land hereby selecting the optimal location for the plant that maximizes the efficiency of power generation is necessary. Therefore, this research analyze the optimal site for solar power generation plant by implementing analytic hierarchy process based on weather factors such as fine dust. In order to extract weather factors that impact on solar power generation, this work conducts a case study which includes a correlation analysis between weather information and power generation.

Development of virtual trolley simulation content was done through Unreal Engine. Through the production of virtual reality content, we had developed a more advanced simulation development environment.

현재 시행중인 노인장기요양보험제도 중 주야간보호서비스에 대한 적합한 개선방안의 정책을 제안하는데 목적이 있으며, 현행 노인장기요양보험제도 중 주야간보호서비스에 대한 문제점 및 개선방안의 정책제안은 다음과 같다. 주야간보호서비스 문제점으로는 첫째, 대상자 선정에 있어 등급자별 차등 수가 문제, 둘째, 프로그램 서비스 질 문제, 셋째, 주야간보호 서비스 전달체계 문제 그리고 넷째, 재정의 안정적 확보 문제를 이야기 할 수 있다. 이에 대한 대안으로 첫째, 인건비와 운영비를 분리 지급, 둘째, 수가 정액제, 셋째 미이용일수 수가 적용 확대, 넷째 월 한도액 현실화, 다섯째, 불필요한 행정업무 축소, 여섯째 단독 센터 추가 인센티브 도입을 제안하였다.

This article’s aim is to review the jurisprudence which has emerged pursuant to the international dispute settlement provisions and to provide a provisional expectation as to the future of international dispute settlement under“UNCLOS”. Globally, marine fisheries play an important role in ocean biodiversity and the food security of millions of people, providing a vital source of high-quality dietary protein and supporting individuals’livelihoods and income. In the 1982 Convention, the establishment of co-operative mechanisms for effective monitoring, control, surveillance and enforcement, decision-making procedures facilitating the adoption of such measures of conservation and management, and the promotion of the peaceful settlement of disputes are called for. In this study,‘Northeast Asian Sea’means that the Yellow/ East China Sea, the East Sea, the Ohotsk Sea, the Kamchaka Sea, the Alaska Sea, and the Bering Sea surrounded by Korea, China, Japan, Russia, U.S.A. and Canada including their EEZs. There are several bilateral fisheries agreements existing in Northeast Asian area, the Fisheries Agreement between Republic Korea and Japan, between Republic of Korea and China, between China and Japan, between Republic Korea and U.S.A., between Republic Korea and Russia, between Russia and Japan, And there are several regional fisheries organizations existing in Northeast Asian area, for example NPAFC(Convention for the Conservation of Anadromous Stocks in the North Pacific Ocean), CBSPC (Convention on the Central Bering Sea Pollack Conservation), PICES(North Pacific Marine Science Organization), NPFC(North Pacific Fishery Commi-ssion) etc. It analyzed the proliferation of bilateral treaties and multilateral treaties due to the adoption of the EEZ in Northeast Asia reviewed the strengthening of management rights on the high seas marine living resources and marine environment preservation of regional fisheries organizations. In view of the changes in the international fisheries mechanism this paper suggested the future direction of the country in overseas fisheries. We concluded as follows. We shall apply bilateral treaties first, regional fisheries organizations’treaties secondly, and provisions under“UNCLOS”for dispute settlement last.

시대의 흐름과 '창조 경제'실현의 핵심 수단으로서 한국 정부는 지난 5월, 인터넷과 관련된 분야를 국가 전략으로 채택하여 초고속 연결 디지털 혁명 실현을 위한 인터넷 기본 계획을 발표했다. 이에 따라 정부는 소프트웨어 (SW), 센서, 기기 및 부품의 경쟁력 강화 전략을 수립하여 IoT(Internet of Things) 서비스 및 제품을 창출하고 혁신, 그리고 계획 단계에서부터 IoT의 서비스와 제품의 보안 내부화를 촉진할 수 있다. IoT 시장 규모는 2 조원, 3 조원, 30 조원으로 지속적으로 늘어날 것으로 예상되는 인터넷 환경은 사람들과 같이 모든 사물의 유무선 네트워크와 연계 하여 정보를 생성, 상호 수집, 공유 및 활용하는 것을 말한다. (센서) - 수집 (부품, 장치) - 정보 공유 (클라이드) - 정보 활용 능력 (빅 데이터) - 응용 소프트웨어 (SW) 등 모든 기술 및 서비스가 시장에 포함된다. IOT는 일자리 증가의 효과가 있을 것으로 예상되어 대중들의 관심을 끌고 있다. 이제는 기업 간의 비즈니스에서 전문 용어가 되었다. 미래의 IoT 시장은 성장하는 경향이 있는 사회 기반 시설 (유틸리티, 운송, 자동화 등) 및 안전 관리 부문의 라이프 스타일 서비스를 중심으로 소비자 부문으로 확대될 것으로 예상된다. 정교한 무선 통신 기술은 모든 객체 유닛을 통신 기능을 통해 연결함으로써 거대한 네트워크를 만들 것이다.

최근 벤처캐피털의 운영 펀드 규모의 지속적 증가에 따라 투자 심사역의 업무 도 대폭 증가하고 있다. 그러나 투자 판단은 심사역의 역량에 따라 많은 차이를 보이고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 ‘벤처 투자 실무 평가 지표’에 대한 후속 연구로서 투자 심사 평가 지표의 유 효성을 검증하고자 하였다. 연구는 먼저 평가 지표를 표준화한 후, 100개 벤처 기업을 대상으 로 t-검증을 실시한 결과, 투자 심사 평가 지표들은 유의미하였고 정성 평가 지표의 유효성 역시 약 85%의 적중률을 보였다. 따라서 본 연구결과가 향후 벤처기업 투자 의사 결정력 제 고에 나름 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

역량 중심 교육과정에서는 그 어느 때보다도 교사의 전문성과 학습성이 요구된다. 본 연구는 2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 한문과 유가경전 텍스트의 핵심역량 함양 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 이 를 위해 유가경전에서 핵심 역량을 선정하고, 교과서에서의 진술 방안을 논의하고, 유가경전에서 핵심역량을 함양하는 방법을 제시하였다. 학생들은 유가경전 수업에서 ‘자기 관리 및 계발 역량’이 가장 잘 길러진 것으로 드러났다. 또한 유가경전 수업 이후 학생들이 느끼는 감정은 부정의 감정 상태에서 긍정의 감정 상태로 변화하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 유가 경전을 유가경전으로 모두 수정함. 유가경전 학습을 통해 핵심역량을 함양하기 위해서는 먼저, 교사가 유가경전 학습에 대한 내용의 전문성, 교수ꞏ학습의 전문성, 평가의 전문성을 길러야한다. 또한 단편 지식을 암기하는 교육이 아니 라, 유가경전 학습을 통하여 새로운 상황과 맥락 속에서 선택, 조절, 조합, 통합하는 메타인지와 문 제해결 능력을 기르고 새로운 가치를 생성할 수 있는 수행 능력을 신장시켜 주어야 한다. 이를 위해 교사의 역량이 지속적으로 제고될 수 있도록 소규모의 참여형 교사 연수가 필요하다고 판단된다. 유가경전 핵심역량 강화를 위한 장기적 과제로는 학습자들의 학습 부담을 줄이기 위한 중ꞏ고등학교 한문 학습용 유가경전 텍스트의 표준화와 유가경전에서의 역량 세부 지표를 제작하는 것 등이 있겠다.

목적: 야간운전 시 눈부심으로 인한 불편함을 개선하고, 임상사례를 통하여 눈부심의 원인파악과 원인에 따른 적절한 처방에 도움이 되고자 한다. 방법: 안경원 방문 고객 중 안질환이 없으며 약시나 사시를 포함한 양안시 이상이 없는 완전교정값이 Plano이며, 평소 야간운전 시 눈부심으로 인하여 운전에 어려움을 호소하는 고객 3명 을 대상으로, 검사는 예비검사, 타각식 및 자각실 굴절검사를 진행하였다. 눈부심의 원인을 고려하여 황색필터렌즈, 단파장 빛 차단 코팅렌즈, 편광필터렌즈 중 가장 적합한 렌즈로 처방하였다. 결과: 야간운전 시 눈부심으로 서로 다른 불편을 호소하였다. 공통적으로 굴절검사값은 정시로 나타났으며 이전에 한 번도 안경을 쓴 적이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 사례1에서는 야간운전 시 빛 번짐으로 차선 구분이나 사물의 위치 파악이 어려운 불편을 호소하여, 해결방안으로 낮아진 대비감도를 개선하는 황색필터 평면렌즈를 처방하여 야간시력을 개선하였다. 사례2에서는 차량 LED 또는 HID 전조등의 불쾌 눈부심(Discomfort Glare)로 야간운전에 불편을 호소하였다. 불쾌 눈부심을 야기 할 수 있는 단파장 빛을 선택적으로 차단하는 코팅 평면렌즈를 처방하여 야 간시력을 개선하였다. 사례3에서는 가로등이나 전조등에 의해 반사된 잡광(noisy light)이 전방 시야를 흐려지게 하거나 국소적으로 가리는 현상으로 불편을 호소하였다. 이를 해결할 수 있는 방안으로 편광필터 평면렌즈를 차방하여 야간시야를 개선하였다. 결론: 야간이나 흐린 날 사물을 명확하게 판단하기 어려운 경우에는 대비감도가 높은 황색필터 렌즈가 적합하였다. LED 또는 HID 전조등에 의해 발생된 불쾌 눈부심은 단파장을 차단 코팅 렌즈가 효과적 이였다. 산란으로 유발된 잡광으로 인한 전방 시야 흐림 또는 가림현상은 편광 필터렌즈로 예방이 가능하였다. 눈부심 원인이 다양하므로 처방도 다양해야 한다. 잘못된 처방은 오히려 눈부심을 증가시킬 수 있다. 이를 바탕으로 앞으로는 굴절교정을 한 고객이 호소하 는 눈부심 클레임 해결방안도 모색할 수 있을 것이다.

목적: 사위 또는 사시로 인한 안정피로를 프리즘처방으로 감소시키고, 임상을 통해서 프리즘 처방의 당위성과 자각적인 효과를 입증하고자 하였다. 방법: 안경원 방문고객 중 기존 안경도수 기준 시력변화가 ±0.50D 차이 이내이며, 사위 또는 사시로 인한 안정피로를 겪고 있는 환자를 대상으로 하였다. 검사는 기본 예비검사, ARK측정, 자각적 굴절검사, 양안시검사 순으로 진행하였다. 처방 안경에는 기본 멀티코팅 및 초발수코팅 된 렌즈를 사용하였다. 결과: <사례1>에서는 기존 안경 기준 시력변화는 없었지만, 장시간 근거리 작업으로 인해 안정피로를 많이 느끼는 경우이다. 프리즘 처방으로 인해 안정피로 부분에서는 자각적 판단 기준에 따른 만족도가 매우 상승하였다. 프리즘 처방된 안경을 쓰고 3일 이내까지는 어색함이나 약간의 울렁임을 느껴 다소 불편함을 호소했지만, 이러한 상황에서도 근거리 작업에 대한 만족감은 우수했다. 프리즘 처방 안경을 처음 착용이라는 점을 감안했을 때 충분히 처방에 대한 필요 성을 입증할 수 있었다.<사례2>에서는 기존 안경 기준 시력변화가 -0.25D 차이가 있었으며, <사례1>에서와 동일하게 장시간 근거리 작업에 대한 안정피로를 느꼈다.<사례1>에서는 처음 착용에 대한 어색함과 울렁임이 있었지만, 이 경우에는 원거리 도수변화가 추가되어 착용시점 부터 만족감이 우수했으며, 향후 근거리 작업에 대한 안정피로 역시 감소되어 만족감이 우수하였다. 결론: 현대사회에서 장시간 근거리 작업에 따른 안정피로를 호소하는 환자가 증가하는 추세이다. 도수변화가 없는 프리즘 처방의 경우 초기 적응에 어려움이 있었으나, 프리즘 처방에 대한 필요성을 충분히 입증할 수 있었다. 반면, 도수변화를 동반한 프리즘 처방의 경우 초기 적응 및 만족감이 우수하였다. 적절한 프리즘 처방은 안정피로를 호소하는 환자의 시생활 개선에 효과적이다.

본고는 4차 산업혁명을 이끌기 위한 새로운 방식의 학습으로 한문과 프로젝트 학습 모형을 개발 하는데 목적이 있다. 프로젝트 학습의 장점을 활용하면서 한문과의 특성과 학교의 실정을 고려하여 수업을 재구성하여 학교현장에 실제적인 도움을 줄 수 있는 프로젝트 학습 방법을 제안하였다. 지역 의 문화재 ‘水原華城’을 활용한 프로젝트 학습 방법을 적용하여 주제선정, 준비 및 계획, 수행, 마무 리의 4단계로 약 한 학기에 걸쳐 수업을 진행하였다. 프로젝트를 수행하는 과정에서 학습자는 주도 적, 협력적, 적극적으로 참여하였고 협력과 토론을 통해 문제를 해결하는 과정에서 교과목 간의 통 합적 접근이 이루어졌다. 교과의 지식이 단지 암기하여 시험을 통과하기 위한 내용이 아니라 학생들 의 삶과 의미 있게 연계되어야 한다는 것을 인식하고 느끼게 하였다는 점에서 본 연구는 의의가 있다. 본 연구를 통해 교육과정 구성 및 학습 방법에 대한 새로운 방안들이 지속적으로 제시되어 프로젝트 학습이 학교 현장에서 실시 할 수 있기를 기대한다.
