이 연구는 에치고츠마리 마을을 대상으로 농촌마을에 당대예술을 도입함으로서 활성화 되어지는 과정과 그 결과를 다룬 것이다. 대상지의 고찰과 당대예술의 도입 계기, 마을의 경관요소, 예술제의 계획, 자원의 활용, 예술 도입 후 성과에 대한 데이터를 분석하여 예술이 농촌마을의 발전에 미친 영향과 지속적인 발전 가능성을 규명하였다. 연구를 통해 당대예술을 이용한 농촌경관의 변화가 농촌마을 활성화에 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났으며 자연 및 예술의 조화에도 영 향을 주는 것으로 파악되었다. 논문은 연구의 목적과 배경, 연구의 대상과 방법, 일본 마을의 경관요소 및 에치고츠마리의 분석, 예술제의 계획 및 자원 이용의 상황에 대한 고찰 그리고 연구 결과로 구성되었다. 연구결과 당대예술의 도입이 에치고츠마리 마을에 미친 좋은 영향은 첫째, 경제적인 수익을 높였으며 둘째, 인구 구조가 변화되면서 전통적인 단일 농경구조가 바뀌었고 셋째, 농민들의 생활방식이 변화되어 새로운 문화가치를 형성했으며 예술제가 에치고츠마리의 새로운 문화의 상징이 되었다. 넷째, 마을의 거주환경, 교통, 공공시설 등 생활환경 등이 개선되었으며 다섯째, 마을의 경관요소 및 공간속성에 변화를 가져왔다. 또한 예술 도입을 통해 에치고츠마리 마을이 다시 활성화 된 사례는 최근 사회적으로 문제되는 농촌마을의 발전에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

최근 대학의 입시전형의 다양화로 인하여 학생들의 학업 역량과 성취 수준에 편차가 점차 커지고 있기 때문에 대학공부를 수행하는 데 필요한 기초학력의 부족 등으로 인하여 대학공부의 부적응한 사례가 점차 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 학부생이 겪는 학업 문제를 해결하고 자신이 가진 학업 잠재력을 극대 화하여 성공적인 대학공부 수행할 수 있도록 지원하고자 집단 학습상담 프로그램을 개발하였다. 10명의 학생을 대상으로 시범 프로그램을 운영하고, 사전사후 검사를 실시하여 교육적 성과를 분석하였다. 프 로그램 참여자들은 인지적 정의적 영역에서 상대적으로 향상되는 변화를 도출하였다. 본 연구 결과는 집단 학습상담이 학생들의 학업 편차를 해소하고 자기 주도적 학습자로 자신의 학업 역량을 향상시키 는데 효과적임을 확인하였다.

PURPOSES: This study deals with the traffic accidents classified by the traffic analysis zone. The purpose is to develop the accident density models by using zonal traffic and socioeconomic data. METHODS : The traffic accident density models are developed through multiple linear regression analysis. In this study, three multiple linear models were developed. The dependent variable was traffic accident density, which is a measure of the relative distribution of traffic accidents. The independent variables were various traffic and socioeconomic variables. CONCLUSIONS : Three traffic accident density models were developed, and all models were statistically significant. Road length, trip production volume, intersections, van ratio, and number of vehicles per person in the transportation-based model were analyzed to be positive to the accident. Residential and commercial area ratio and transportation vulnerability ratio obtained using the socioeconomic-based model were found to affect the accident. The major arterial road ratio, trip production volume, intersection, van ratio, commercial ratio, and number of companies in the integrated model were also found to be related to the accident.

엔진 시 운전 후 엔진 내부 주요 부품 상태를 검사하기 위해 분해하는 작업을 엔진 개방 작업 공정이라 하는데 엔진 개방 작업 공정 중 콘 로드 분해 시간이 평균 대당 187.8분으로 표준 시간 90분을 과도하게 초과하여 시급히 개선이 요구 되어 현상파 악, 원인분석, 대책수립 및 실시를 하여 개선 후 86.7 분으로 감소하여 생산성 향상으 로 인한 원가절감을 연간 4200만원 달성하였다.

본 연구에서는 플랜트 공사 저장탱크 붕괴 사고사례 원인에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 저장탱크란 기 름, 물, 가스 기타 약품등과 같은 유체를 효율적으로 저장하기 위하여 인공적으로 만들어진 지상의 저장 시설을 총칭해서 말하는데, 일부 업체들은 군집된 저장소(Tank Farm)를 보유하고도 있다. 저장탱크 시 공 방법을 보면 저장물의 성분 및 종류에 따라서 탱크 종류가 결정되는데 대부분 작업이 중량물을 건설 중장비를 동원하여 높은 곳에서 이루어지는 작업 형태를 갖추고 있어 일반 공종 작업에 비해 훨씬 많은 위험 요인을 내포하고 있는 실정이다. 최근에 들어 저장탱크 붕괴 등의 중대한 사고가 빈번하게 발생하 는 바, 구조물 특성상 자칫 대형 인명사고로 발전하는 경우가 많다. 본 발표에서는 최근 들어 발생한 저 장탱크 붕괴 사고사례을 통하여 이에 대한 원인을 파악 하고자 한다.

시멘트제조공정에서 중요공정인 슬래그 미분말 공정 중에서 분슬래그 이송공정 정 지시간을 조사해 보니 84.6% 차지하여 생산성의 매우 낮은 실정이라 시급히 개선이 요구 되어 QC 문제해결 과정을 통해 개선전 3.45 (h/일)에서 개선후 1.09 (h/일)으로 낮 추어 연간 5400만원을 절감하였다.

선박엔진에서 회전을 하면서 연료 압축 흡기 배기 밸브를 일정 간격으로 여 닫는 축을 캠샤프트라 한다. 엔진 선행 조립 작업시간을 조사해 보니 켐 샤프트 조립 공정 이 공정별 표준시간 대비 소요시간이 353.4 분 으로 표준시간 156.2 분 보다 높아 시급히 개선이 요구되어 캠 샤프트 조립 시간 항목별 파레토도 분석을 통해 샤프트 조립 시간을 중점항목으로 선정하여 개선하여 개선 후 31.1 분으로 감소하였으며 연간 4800만원 원가절감을 하였다.

CIS nations are recognized as a emerging market recently because there are abundant natural resources and a lots of investment demand. Furthermore, they are located in the middle of Europe and Asia and that make them have more strategic importance as a logistics hub. So many global companies including domestic ones began to advance into the on-site. and henceforth this tendency will be strong. On the contrary, a research in logistics environment of CIS has rarely been done. This paper provides a way of systematic approach to design logistics network in CIS with real business case and shows the analyzed result of optimization simulation that includes factors have a huge influence on the overall logistics cost.
