이 연구는 구(舊)일본해군의 군사적 요충지 역할을 맡은 군항도시 사세보 (佐世保)가 관광도시로 전환되는 과정에 기반을 두고 있다. 사세보는 1889 년 7월 진수부(鎮守府)가 개청된 이래 군사 전략적 요충지로 자리잡았다. 1946년 다나카 마사스케(田中正輔) 시장의 취임 이후, 군항도시의 이미지 를 벗고자 평화산업항만도시의 실현을 위해 관광산업을 추진하였고 사세보 주변 해역을 포함한 서해 일대를 국립공원으로 지정받기 위해 최선의 노력 을 다했다. 하지만 사이카이(西海)국립공원 지정 논의가 한창 진행된 시기 인 1950년 한국전쟁이 발발하였고 미국에 의해 일본의 재무장을 촉진 시 키는 계기가 된다. 1950년 7월 맥아더에 의해 해상보안청이 설치되었고 그 총감부가 사세보에 배치된다. 니시오카(西岡) 현(県)지사와 다나카(田中) 시 장은 지역경제를 고려하여 군상(軍商)항이라는 두 마리 토끼를 잡겠다는 목표로 의지를 표명했다. 1955년 여러 난관을 뚫고 서해 일대가 만장일치 로 국립공원 1순위로 결정되었고 3월 16일 정식으로 지정되었다. 본 논문 은 사세보시가 군항도시에서 관광도시로 전환하기 위하여 추진했던 사이카 이(西海)국립공원 유치 활동과 지정 과정을 고찰하고자 한다. 아울러 동아 시아의 역사 속에서 사세보라는 군항도시가 평화산업항만도시로 변천되어 가는 과정을 규명하고자 한다.

본 논문의 목적은 한국 조선산업의 경쟁력에 영향을 주는 정부의 산업 정책이 어떻게 변화해 왔으며, 그 변화의 원인을 담론제도주의 시각에서 분석하는 것이다. 이 연구는 1970년대부터 2000년대 각 시기별 주요 조 선산업정책과 관련된 이슈들을 살펴봄으로써 한국에서 조선산업이 위기 에 직면했을 때 주요 정책 행위자들 간에 산업정책의 방향을 두고 산업 논리 담론과 시장논리 담론이 첨예하게 대립하였으며, 이러한 담론경쟁 의 결과가 한국 조선산업정책의 변화에 중요한 영향을 미쳤음을 강조한 다. 즉, 이 논문은 담론정치를 통해 1970년대 이후 한국의 조선산업정책 이 크게 “발전주의적 육성정책→발전주의적 조정정책→자유주의적 육성 정책→자유주의적 조정정책”의 4단계로 변화하였음을 보여준다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.

문화원형은 전통문화와 다른 의미로 해석된다. 한 사회의 주 요한 행동양식이나 상징체계를 문화라고 한다면 문화원형은 민 족 또는 지역의 특징을 잘 담고 다른 것과 구별되는 원래모습 에 해당되는 문화라 할 수 있고 전통문화는 과거부터 현재에 이르는 사회의 관습이나 행동양식 등을 일컫는다. 문화원형을 한국문화콘텐츠진흥원에서는 ‘한국적인 정체성, 나아가 고유성 을 가진 문화에 대한 원천자료를 지칭하는 것으로 문화원형은 콘텐츠 제작을 위한 원천소스 또는 원천자료‘라고 하였다. 문화 원형이라는 말이 본격적으로 사용된 것은 20여년 된다. 2002년 문화관광부와 한국콘텐츠진흥원이 ’문화원형 디지털콘텐츠화 사업‘을 진행하면서 문화원형에 대한 관심이 높아지게 되었고 문화원형이라는 말이 보편화되었다. 그러나 문화원형 발굴에 대한 결과물에 치중하다보니 다양한 산업에서 원천콘텐츠로 활 용되지 못하고 있다. 1990년대 중반부터 대중문화를 중심으로 우리나라의 문화가 외국에서 인기를 얻는 한류는 우리나라의 한류(韓流)는 아시아를 넘어 국가를 초월하여 전 세계로 퍼져 나가고 있다. 1990년대에 드라마와 영화를 시작으로 게임과 K-pop 등 다양한 형태의 문화를 전 세계인이 교감하고 있다. 무엇보다 한류는 소셜미디어, OTT 플랫폼들과 결합하여 동시 다발적으로 확장되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 발굴사업을 통해 발굴된 문화원형과 그 밖에 무궁무진한 우리나라의 문화원형(Culture Archetype)에 대하여 더욱 다양해지고 있는 유통 채 널을 활용하는 등 캐릭터 콘텐츠에 대한 OSMU(One Source Multi Use)를 확보할 수 있는 접근방법론과 활용 가능성을 고 찰해 보고자 하였다. 우선 본 연구에서는 캐릭터 콘텐츠의 IP관리 체계와 OSMU 의 전개 유형을 알아보고 문화원형을 기반으로 하는 OSMU 사 례 등을 분석하여 문화원형을 기반으로 하는 캐릭터 콘텐츠의 OSMU에 대하여 전략적 관점에서 진흥방안을 제안하고자 한 다.

The development potential of the aquaculture industry is very high, but there is no financial support for investment except for the government, policy funds, fishery funds, etc. Therefore, we would like to propose a contract transaction in the aquaculture industry. This refers to a forward contract between a producer (fish farmer) and a buyer (mainly a processor or marketer) that stipulates the production and supply of fish products at a predetermined price, but it also refers to an “equity participation type” contract in which both producers and buyers can participate. In other words, it is a model in which part of the fish farm is produced in a way that meets the conditions of the buyer, and part is produced by the producer. This study aims to establish the basic contract trading process. It provides an academic approach to prevent adverse selection and moral hazard due to information asymmetry. It also provides an idea to converge the aquaculture industry with the financial industry using Pecking Order theory. By doing so, we have made it possible for venture capitalists to invest with confidence and provided a process for investors to resolve their concerns, paving the way for the aquaculture industry and the financial industry to develop together.

This study attempted to provide implications by analyzing the impact of business Owner’s safety commitment on industrial accidents and examining the mediating role of management supervisors’ safety leadership and worker participation. Analysis was conducted on 2,067 manufacturing sites with 20 to 50 employees in the 10th Occupational Safety and Health Survey data. SPSS waw used to secure the reliability of the measurement variable. Hypothesis vertification was carried out after securing the suitability and validity of the structural model using AMOS. The direct impact of three latent variables on industrial accidents was confirmed: the business owner’s safety commitment, the management supervisor’s safety leadership, and the worker participation. The employer’s safety will and the management supervisor’s safety leadership do not directly affect industial accidents, but it has been verified that worker participation has a diret impact on industrial accident reduction. In addition, it has been confirmed that the safety leadership and worker participation of the management. Supervior have a complete mediating effect on the reduction of industrial accidents by mediating with the safety leadership of the management supervior and the participation of the workers. This study analyzed the impact on industrial accidents by dividing the stakeholders constituting the workplace into three classes: business owners, superviors, and workers, but the results suggest that employers and all workers inside the workplace may be organically linked to achieving the goal of reducing industrial accidents. Therefore, in order to establish an autonomous safety management system for safety and health at workerplaces, efforts are needed to reduce industrial accidents in their respective location by forming an organic community among internal stakeholders.

The computer system validation consulting industry is growing as domestic GMP companies' overseas exports or advancements increase, and computer system validation has been mandatory in Korea since the 2010s, but domestic CSV consulting companies are small in size and have a short history, revealing many shortcomings in terms of service quality and customer satisfaction when conducting consulting. Research related to consulting has been mainly focused on management consulting and IT consulting, and research related to computer system validation is very insufficient. This study confirmed the effect of consultant competency and service quality on consulting performance, customer satisfaction, and intention to renew contract when performing computer system validation through empirical research on food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and medical device companies, which are representative companies in the GMP industry. As a result, it was confirmed that consultant competency and service quality had a significant effect on consulting performance, customer satisfaction, and intention to renew contract. In addition, it was confirmed that the reputation and expertise of consulting companies had a moderating effect on the relationship between consultant competency and consulting performance.

미디어 산업과 팬덤 문화의 결합으로 탄생한 팬덤 플랫폼은 팬 활동의 중심 무대를 변화시키며 문화콘텐 츠산업의 풍경을 새롭게 조성하고 있다. 전통적으로 다양한 채널에 분산되어 있던 팬 활동들이 이제 팬덤 플랫폼으로 집중되어, 팬 활동의 대부분이 팬덤 플랫폼을 통해 진행되고 있다. 새로운 팬덤 플랫폼들이 시 장에 진입하며, 이들은 단순한 팬 서비스를 넘어서는 다양한 기능과 통합된 경험을 제공하고 있다. 이러한 흐름을 고려할 때, 앞으로의 팬덤 플랫폼의 발전 방향과 영향력의 변화를 자세히 분석하고 예측하는 것이 중요하다. 그리고 팬덤 플랫폼의 발전과 확산은 엔터테인먼트 산업에 혁신적인 변화를 불러오고 있으며, 이에 대한 깊이 있는 이해와 적응이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 팬덤 플랫폼이 무엇인지, 팬들이 이에 어떻게 반응하는지, 그리고 이와 관련된 산업적 가능성과 한계를 탐구하고, 팬덤 플랫폼의 미래 전망 에 대해 논의하였다. 이러한 분석을 통해 팬덤 플랫폼이 문화콘텐츠산업에 미치는 영향과 이에 따른 산업적 변화를 이해하고자 한다.

본 연구는 유럽연합(EU)의 환경문제와 섬유패션산업 현황을 바탕으로 스페인의 탄소배출 절감 노력과 인디텍스 그룹의 전략을 분석하였다. 특 히 인디텍스 그룹의 사례를 통해 섬유패션산업의 탄소배출 절감 전략의 효과성을 검토하며, 섬유패션산업이 어떻게 지속 가능한 방향으로 전환 될 수 있는지의 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 특히 석유산업에 이어 두 번 째로 큰 환경 파괴원인으로 지목되는 패스트 패션의 탄소배출 문제를 조 명한다. 연간 전 세계에서 섬유패션산업은 탄소 배출량의 약 10%를 차 지하며, 이 수치는 모든 국제선 및 해상 운송의 배출량을 합친 것보다도 더 크다. 특히 패스트 패션의 생산과 유통 과정에서 발생하는 탄소배출 은 그 크기가 막대하여 지속가능성에 큰 위협을 미치고 있다. 즉, 패스트 패션의 탄소배출 문제를 해결하기 위한 전략적 접근 방식을 제시하며, 섬유패션산업의 지속가능성 향상을 위한 핵심 요소를 도출하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 기술경영전문대학원 교과과정 구성에 대한 교원과 산업체의 인식차이에 대해서 조사하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 IS2020 가이드라인과 기술경영전문 대학원 학위과정을 운영하는 대학들의 커리큘럼 현황을 바탕으로 ‘기술경영학 핵심영역’ 및 ‘기술경영학 교과목’의 중요요인들을 도출하고, 설문을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, ‘기술경영학 핵심영역’의 ‘학문적 중요도’, ‘실무적 중요도’의 경우 각각 교원은 ‘기초’, ‘프로젝트’ 영역을, 산업체는 ‘방법론’, ‘기술’ 영역을 가장 중요하게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 ‘기술경영학 교과목’의 ‘학문적 중요도’, ‘실무적 중요도’의 경우 교원은 ‘기술경영개론’, ‘기술경영프로젝트’ 과목을, 산업체는 ‘기술경영 연구방법론’, ‘기술경영 프로젝트’ 과목을 가장 중요하게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과물은 향후 IS2020과 같이 기술경영학 교과과정에 대한 Frame work를 구성하는데 참고할 수 있는 학술적 의의가 있다. 나아가 향후 기술경영 전문대학원 등 직장인 재교육 학위과정을 운영하는 대학에서 학계와 산업계의 시각을 반영하여, 보다 효과적인 교육과정을 구성하는데 실무적으로 활용할 수 있는 함의를 갖고 있다.

This study examines the persistent decline of the motorcycle industry despite governmental interventions, using the perspective of path dependency. Drawing from W. B. Arthur's concept of 'Lock-in by insignificant historical events', the research delves into the lock-in phenomena within the industry's life cycle. We identified path dependency lock-in categories: contingency, historicity, and technological lock-in. The industry's licensing production method during its embryonic phase led to limited technological capabilities, establishing a technological path dependency. During the currency crisis and in alignment with China's open-door policy, the industry chose to import cheaper components, opting for economies of scale over technological innovation, intensifying the lock-in. Furthermore, the classification of motorcycle as a free industry before the currency crisis resulted in a lack of governmental support. This neglect has continued, with even modern electric motorcycle facing regulation. In conclusion, to overcome this entrenched path dependency and lock-in, significant governmental policy restructuring is essential.
