        Forklift achieves transportation of freight and continues loading and unloading work repeatedly long for hours in industry spot. Therefore, drivers feel tired make a mistake for wrong operation of vehicle caused by continuous work. These components are resulted in CTDs, some industrial accident. That is the forklift need to ergonomics access. So, in this paper, requirements of forklift user were abstracted using questionnaire, produced important design factor for pedal and lever using QFD(Quality Function Deployment), and then suggested ergonomic considerations for industrial accident prevention.

        The present study has investigated the patterns and the causes of safety -accidents on the accident-data in semiconductor Industries through near miss report the cases in the advanced companies. The ratio of incomplete actions to incomplete state was 4 to 6 as the cases of accidents in semiconductor industries in the respect of Human-ware, Hard- ware, Environment-ware and System-ware. The ratio of Human to machine in the attributes of semiconductor accident was 4 to 1. The study also investigated correlation among the system related to production, accident, losses and time. In semiconductor industry, we found that pattern of safety-accident analysis is organized potential, interaction, complexity, medium. Therefore, this study find out that semiconductor model consists of organization, individual, task, machine, environment and system.

        According to Granger causality test, yield of Cooperate Bond and export amount of Machinery have a meaning at statistical Confidence level of 10%. In case of index of the unit cost of export and export amount of Machinery, they have an interactive Granger cause. In yen dollar exchange rate and export amount of Machinery, former variable gives an unilateral Granger cause to latter that. Also, call rate gives an unilateral Granger cause to export amount of Machinery. In case of M3 & export amount of Machinery, former variable have an influence on latter that at 5% Confidence level.

        ISO 9000 is a management standard that provides customers with assurance thu their registered suppliers have a consistent quality system to which they adhere. this paper draws on four sources to show how ISO 9000 can lead to performance improvement. 1)theories of induces innovation and improvisation 2) the literature on ISO 9000 3) a case study of a telecom company. we find that the extent to which ISO 9000 is associated with performance improvement depends on the level of its assimilation, and the degree to which an organization goes beyond the minimal requirements of the standard.

        건설업계는 제조업과 특성이 달라 여러 가지 문제점이 엿보인다. 특히, 건설업 근골격계 질환에 대한 연구 및 지원은 별로 찾아볼 수가 없다. 근골격계 질환의 제조업과 건설업의 비율을 보았을 때 "2004 산업재해분석" 요양자 업종별 분포를 보면 제조업이 3,281명(79.79%)로 건설업의 63명(1.53%)보다 월등히 많은 것으로 조사되었다. 이는 미국의 사례를 보았을 때, 2007년 업종별 분포를 보면 건설업이 42,867명(26.20%), 제조업이 101,437명(36.23%)로 우리나라에 비해 건설업 근골격계 질환자가 상대적으로 많은 것으로 조사되었다. 이는 건설업에서의 근골격계 부담 작업 실태조사 등을 통하면 제도적 문제점이나, 근로자가 몰라서 질병에 이환되는 경우가 아닌가 한다. 건설업 근로자들은 건설업 특성상 근골격계 질환예방을 위한 도구를 거의 사용하지 못하고, 작업의 연속성, 지속성이 떨어지므로 부자연스럽고, 불편한 자세를 작업을 위해 수시로 반복하여 취할 수 밖에 없다. 따라서 건설업체에 중대재해를 줄이기 위한 노력 뿐 만 아니라, 열악한 건설업체의 근로자의 근골격계 질환 예방에 대한 제도적인 지원과 안전담당자 교육, 근로자에 대한 근골격계 질환 예방교육(스트레칭, 작업 자세, 동작, 근력강화, 적절한 휴식시간 부여) 등 대책이 절실히 필요하고 하겠다.

        Multi-criteria decision making is deducing the relative importance in the criterion of decision making and each alternative which is able to making a variety of choices measures the preferred degree in the series of low-raking criterions. Moreover, this is possible by synthesizing them systematically. In general, a fundamental problem decision maker solve for multi-criteria decision making is evaluating a set of activities which are considered as the target logically, and this kind of work is evaluated and synthesized by various criterions of the value which a chain of activities usually hold in common. In this paper, we are the eigenvector methods in weights calculating. For the purpose of making optimal decision, the data of five different car models are used. For computing, we used Visual Numerica Version 1.0 software package.

        Recently data mining techniques have been used for analysis and classification of data related to industrial accidents. The main objective of this study is to compare performance of algorithms for data analysis of industrial accidents and this paper provides a comparative analysis of 5 kinds of algorithms including CHAID, CART, C4.5, LR (Logistic Regression) and NN (Neural Network) with ROC chart, lift chart and response threshold. In this study, data on 67,278 accidents were analyzed to create risk groups for a number of complications, including the risk of disease and accident. The sample for this work chosen from data related to manufacturing industries during three years (2002~2004) in korea. According to the result analysis, NN has excellent performance for data analysis and classification of industrial accidents.

        The main objective of this study is to provide feature analysis of industrial accidents in manufacturing industries using CHAID algorithm. In this study, data on 10,536 accidents were analyed to create risk groups, Including the risk of disease and accident. The sample for this work chosen from data related to manufacturing industries during three years (2002~2004) in Korea. The resulting classification rules have been incorporated into development of a developed database tool to help quantify associated risks and act as an early warning system to individual industrial accident in manufacturing industries.

        Many researches and analyses have been focused on industrial accidents in order to predict and reduce them. As a similar endeavor, this paper is to develop an expert system for prevention of industrial accidents. Although various previous studies have been performed to prevent industrial accidents, these studies only provide managerial and educational policies using frequency analysis and comparative analysis based on data from past industrial accidents. As an initial step for the purpose of this study, this paper provides a comparative analysis of 4 kinds of algorithms including CHAID, CART, C4.5, and QUEST. Decision tree algorithm is utilized to predict results using objective and quantified data as a typical technique of data mining. Enterprise Miner of SAS and Answer Tree of SPSS will be used to evaluate the validity of the results of the four algorithms. The sample for this work was chosen from 10,536 data related to manufacturing industries during three years(2002~2004) in korea. The initial sample includes a range of different businesses including the construction and manufacturing industries, which are typically vulnerable to industrial accidents.

        In this work, an attempt is made to understand the actual conditions of malodor occurrence for industrial complex area and to settle trouble for a odor complaint. Odor emission sources were sorted into point source and area source group. The odor concentration unit (o.u/㎥) of each major odor emitting industry was actualized by the indirect olfactory method including air dilution sensory test method in Korea and triangle odor bag method in Japanese. As the results, Night-soil disposal plant were measured by the highest of 2,097,992.6 o.u/㎥, and wastewater incinerator plant was analyzed by 315,022.5 o.u/㎥, and food company was analyzed by 210,864 0.u/㎥, and paper products plant was detected by 195,525 o.u/㎥ and chemical product was detected by 13,761.6 o.u/㎥. To evaluate how well the evaluation result of odor made by induced odor concentration (o.u/㎥) can explain the actual odor phenomenon, it was used as the input data of air pollutant diffusion model (ISCST 3) to set model operation time as one hour in consideration of the characteristics odor varying with weather condition at any time. It was confirmed that 2.0 degree of odor intensity could be detected at the neighboring area of industry complex area and 1.7 degree of odor intensity could be detected at the neighboring domestic area. Accordingly, the evaluation result by induced odor concentration (o.u/㎥) could precisely explain the current status of the field with odor problem and sufficiently be used as inputting data for air pollutant diffusion model.

        우리는 UPOV 협약에 의해 2009년 이후 품종시장을 개방해야 한다. 2005년 현재 23종류 179품종을 보급하였으나 품종보호등록 품종 수는 느타리 9개 이다. 이러한 품종등록 수는 선진국에 비해 아주 적은 편이다. 종균은 넓은 의미에서 품종도 포함한다. 품종개발을 하는데 몇 가지 문제점이 있는데 복잡하고 어려운 버섯의 성 양식, 값비싼 특수 실험기구와 자실체 생육시설이 필요하다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고 품종(종균)을 육성하기 위해서는 다음 사항들이 필요하다. 즉, 유전자원의 수집 및 평가, 게놈분석과 유용형질에 대한 분자생물학적 해석, 한국 고유의 품종 육성으로 품종보호등록, 별도지원의 가칭 "산학연 품종개발연구단"에 의한 품종개발 연구 강화, 종균배양소의 컨소시엄에 의한 종균연구소 설립 운영, 버섯 종합상사 출현, 소비 촉진, 그리고 국제경쟁력 향상이 필요하다. 여기서는 이러한 것에 대해 논의 하고자 한다.
