This studies were conducted to investigate the survival rate of frozen-thawed spermatozoa of Jindo Dog by monosaccharide and freezing rates. Experimental animals were prepared 12 males within 1~8 year's old and collected once in a couple of weeks by digital manuplation methods. Collected semen was diluted 1:1 with Tris-egg yolk extender and added 4, 6 or 8% of glycerol and none, 4 mM glucose or 4 mM fructose as cryoprotectant and was equilibrated for 2 hrs in . In monosaccharide groups, the freezing rate was 5 cm-5 min. above . The survival rates without monosaccharide were , , in 4, 6 or 8% glycerol, respectively. In addition of glucose, the survival rates were , , in 4, 6 or 8% glycerol, respectively and in fructose, were , , in 4, 6 or 8% glycerol, respectively. There showed significantly different between glycerol groups and monosaccharides groups (p<0.05). The survival rates of freezing rate in 5 cm-5 min. group was , , and in 10 cm-10 min. group was , , in 4, 6 or 8% glycerol, respectively. There were significantly different between freezing rates (p<0.05). These results suggest that the addition of fructose with 6%-glycerol and slow freezing improve the survival of frozen-thawed sperm in Jindo Dog.

In this study fuji apples variation were measured during gradual decay, stored 5 weeks at 25℃. A aluminum and glass emission chamber were used for visual inspection throughout the experiment. The sampling was performed by using polyester aluminum bags and Tenax-TA tubes. In addition, GC/FID/O and TD-GC/MS were used for monitoring the compound of odor and its density variation during each storing period. By visual inspection, we found that the apples started decaying in 4th week and were rotten to core in 5th week. In contrast, individual odor analysis shows that the apples flavor reduced gradually and dramatically increased with the odor of old apples and apple cider in 3rd week, which was before visual identification of decay. This phenomenon was due to ongoing internal decay. ethyl 2-methylbutanoate, ethyl propanoate and 2-methylbutyl acetate were the major factor of this off-flavor in this period (3rd week). After visible observation of decay (4th week and 5th week), ethyl acetate, ethyl butanoate and hexyl ethanoate were emitted, which smells bitter or sour. Above 6 odors are closely related with apples decay, and measurement of smell or density of these odors could easily check the apples status. We expect measuring composition variation can be applied for food storage and management cause of not only internal change checking but also monitoring pre-decay phenomenon.

Physical movement is reduced because of convinient life style by advancing of science. People need physical movement and athletes also need more physical training for their health and better records because of reduced movement in modern life style. Some athletes competing in contact sports wear dental mouth guards to reduce the risk of orofacial trauma and to increase the strength of muscle. It has been speculated that the use of mouth guards improves athletic ability such as muscular strength and equilibrium. The purpose of this study was to test the influence of C.M(custom made) mouth guard according to strength of taekwondo athletes. 5 trained subjects participating in taekwondo students in D University were included in this study. Deltoid muscular activity were tested by means of electromyograph (E.M.G) with or without wearing mouth guard. Subjects have pressed with 5 Kg barbell. The data were transferred to computer system as raw and integral data. The data were analysed by computer system, showing wearing mouth guard had higher action potential than non-wearing mouth guard. This meant that wereing mouth guard could enhance the muscle force in deltoid. It suggested that taekwondo athletes could use C.M mouth guard without any negative effect on their muscle strength.

본 연구에서는 낙동강 하구 삼각주 지형의 형성 및 발달에 관한 기초적 현장조사 연구로서 사주 퇴적의 원인물질인 해안 표층표사의 퇴적속도를 정량적으로 평가하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 연안사주 중 진우도 및 도요등 전면해역의 사주퇴적현상이 급격하게 발생하는 해안선 지역에 표층 표사의 거동 분석을 위한 현장관측실험구를 설치하고 약 1년간 약 1개월 간격으로 지반고를 측정하여 그 결과를 분석하였다. 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. (1) 관측기간동안의 일별 침식 퇴적속도 계산 결과, 진우도(St. 1)에서의 침식 퇴적속도는 -1.39~3.56cm/day이며, 도요등(St. 2)의 경우에는 -4.0~3.07cm/day이었다. (2) 관측기간동안 2회의 태풍 내습에도 침식 및 퇴적량이 그리 크게 나타나지 않는 반면에 태풍내습후 10월경에 최대 표사이동량이 나타났다.

다양한 형태의 Polysulfone 막을 MBR공정에 적용하기 위해 제조하였다. 특히 제조공정에 있어서 여러 형태의 에테르형 알코올을 사용 도프용액에 첨가시킴으로써, 공경크기에 미치는 영향력을 조사하였다. 본 연구에서는 공경의 크기는 첨가된 첨가제의 끓는점에 의한 영향력보다는 그들 자체(첨가된 첨가제)의 분자구조에 의한 확산에 더 큰 영향력을 받고 있음을 보여주었다. 분자적으로 methoxy (CH3-O-) < secondary propanol (-CH2-CH(OH)-CH3) < ethoxy (CH3-CH2-O-)의 순으로 공경크기가 커지고 그에 따라 순수투과도 또한 커짐을 보여주었다. 이러한 현상은 첨가된 용매가 분자적으로 ether형 알코올의 bulky한 정도에 따라 공경의 형성이 다른 형태로 나타나고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 형태의 ether형 alcohol를 통하여 바라고자하는 형태(평균 pore size 0.1~0.4 μm)의 MF (microfiltration)막을 제조할 수 있었으며, MBR (membrane bio-reactor)에 적용한 결과 2달 동안 안정되게 운전되었다.

이 연구에서는 농촌지역에 대한 발전수준을 종합적으로 판단할 수 있는 지표체계를 설정하였으며, 실제 데 이터를 이용해 세 가지 유형의 시ㆍ군 지역 (일반시, 도농통합시, 군)별로 설정된 지표의 수준을 비교, 분석하 였다. 또한 각 지표의 분포가 어떤 통계분포에 적합한지를 시ㆍ군 유형별로 추정하였다. 지표의 체계는, 지역 주민들이 쾌적한 일상생활을 살아가는데 필요한 각종 생활환경시설을 나타내는 생활환경지표와, 지역이 경제 적으로 얼마나 활성화되어 있는가와 지역의 성장에 가장 중요한 인적 자원의 규모와 구조가 어떠한가를 보여 주는 지역활력지표의 2가지로 분류한다. 생활환경지표는 주택, 도로, 상ㆍ하수도 등 생활환경을 대표하는 4개 의 지표로 구성되며, 지역활력지표는 경제, 재정, 인구 등의 부문을 대표하는 5개의 지표로 구성된다. 주택부문 의 수준은 군 지역이 다른 지역보다 더 떨어진 것을 알 수 있었으며, 도로부문의 지표는 일반시가 다른 유형 의 시ㆍ군 지역보다 월등히 높은 것으로 나타났다. 상ㆍ하수도 개발 수준은 일반시가 가장 높으며, 다음으로 도농통합시, 군 지역의 순이다. 고용수준은 군 지역이 가장 높고, 소득의 대리변수로 채택한 1인당지방세액 수 준은 도농통합시가 가장 높게 나타났다. 지방재정의 지표에 있어서는 군 지역이 월등히 높았고, 인구증가율은 일반시와 도농통합시, 군 지역이 정체 상태로 모두 비슷한 수준을 나타내고 있어 유형별로도 별 차이가 없다 는 것을 알 수 있다. 총인구수에 대한 노동가능인구수의 비율에 있어서는 일반시가 가장 높게 나타났다.

최근에 폭설로 인한 온실의 붕괴가 빈번해져서 농가의 피해가 증가되고 있다. 히지만 폭설로 인한 온실의 붕괴를 막기 위한 정확한 구조해석에 대한 연구가 미약하여 매년 농가의 피해는 되풀이 되고 있다. 기존 온실의 구조해석 방법은 미소변위에 기초한 선형탄성해석으로 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 실제 온실의 강성은 건축 구조물의 강성에 비해 상당히 약하지만 하중은 폭설에 의해 상대적으로 크게 작용하여 변형이 크게 발생하고 구조물의 기하학적 형태가 변하므로 변형률-변위 관계가 비선형 거동을 한다. 본 연구에서는 폭설에 따른 온실의 붕괴를 막기 위하여 농가에서 많이 사용되는 농가 지도형 G형 단동온실과 농가보급형인 1-2W 기본형 연동온실에 대해 시간에 따른 하중단계별 기하학적 비선형 효과를 고려하여 온실의 정확한 거동분석과 구조적 안전성을 평가하는데 대변위해석 방법을 제시하고자한다.

연구자는 30여년을 교정일선 현장에서 교정의 과제를 고민해왔다. 2007년 이 후 서울지방교정청장과 2008년 6월부터 법무부 교정본부장의 역임은 그 고민의 일단을 실천할 수 있는 계기가 되었다. 연구자는 2007년 ‘희망등대 프로젝트’를 기획하여 교정단계에서의 회복적 사법모델의 터전을 마련하였고, 이를 기초로 2009년 이후 2회에 걸친 출소예정자 취업박람회, 2009년 말부터 시행된 수형자 작업장려금의 피해자를 위한 기부제도 등 교정의 사회화를 위한 새로운 길을 모색해 왔다. 이는 교정의 궁극적 목적이 수형자의 교정교화를 통한 성공적인 사회복귀라는 점에서 교정행정은 더 이상 담장 안에서 수형자의 심리적 개선노력에 머물러 있어서는 안 된다는 시대적 요청이기도 했다. ‘희망등대 프로젝트’가 가해자-피해자-지역사회의 연대를 이루기 위한 거시적 틀이라면, 수형자 작업 장려금의 피해자를 위한 기부제도는 수형자를 교정의 객체적 지위에서 주체적 지위로 변환시킨 상징적 보상의 기회가 되어 기부에 참여한 수형자들은 기부를 통해 책임감있는 사회구성원이라는 자존감 회복 등 긍정적 자기관념이 형성되는 계기가 되었다. 또한 출소예정자 취업박람회는 사회적 자원의 연대를 확인하고, 직업기회를 가져보지 못한 수형자들에게 직업관을 구체화시키면서 사회복귀 후 자신을 받아들일 수 있는 사회적 환경이 조성되어 있다는 사실을 깨닫게 하는 기회를 제공하였다. 이러한 일련의 회복적 교정프로그램은 사회적 네트워크를 형성하고 수형자의 사회복귀에 자신감을 심어주었으며 교정기능의 사회화 등 교정의 새로운 발전모델을 제공했다는 점에서 그 의의가 크다 할 것이다. 향 후 교정행정은 이를 바탕으로 개방처우의 확대, 범죄인에 대한 국민의식의 개선, 보다 적극적인 교정프로그램을 통한 교정기능의 변화를 모색할 수 있을 것이다.

Yeats invents his own system of metaphors in the poem “Leda and the Swan.” The system urges Yeats to drive his poetry on unknown fields. Rather than following in the well worn tracks of Greek mythology, he tries to idealize a form of poetry that looks brief, yet carefully formed and worded: a metapoetic strategy by using related vocabulary at which he seems to excel. In the first stanza, he claims that Zeus visits Leda as a form of Swan and vividly draws in passionate language a picture of sexual intercourse by his sudden blow on Leda sleeping peacefully. His action looks like a rape on the surface, yet possibly interpreted in a different way, that is adultery between a god and a married woman; yet it thus turns out to be a historical moment worldly and spiritually at the moment of making love. Such words symbolizing as metaphors the relations of Lead and Swan in mythic stories are carefully crafted and allusively materialized to form a metapoetic allegory: a poetry that uses a system of related metaphors, violence and sex, to reflect implicitly on history in poetry and on its poetic program. Whether or not Yeats invents this metapoetic strategy, his poetic symbolism is strongly characteristic of his own connection to Greek symbolism as in mythic stories. Such a metapoetic approach as found in the poem can help us understand much about his own values on humanity, including why Yeats chooses to rewrite about such images, ideas, and poetic patterns as shown in Greek stories, and why−as in his discussion of violence and love put together in physical and spiritual beauty−he puts into question mythic literature and its literary criticism of love and battle just in the poem imitating Greek tales.
