붕장어에 대한 스프링형 그물통발의 망목선택성 및 적정망목을 추정하기 위한 시험조업은 경남 거제시 능포 인근해역에서 2002년 9월25일~9월27일에 실시되었다. 시험어구는 현용어구인 15mm, 20mm 및 시험을 위해 제작한 25mm, 30mm 그리고 수산자원보호령에서 규정하고 있는 35mm와 대조어구로써 통수공 6.7mm의 플라스틱 통발을 각각 50개씩 제작하여 사용하였다. 망목선택성은 Kitahara(1968)와 Fujimori(1996)의 방법을 사용하여 분석하였고, 적정망목은 어체 동주와 체장과의 관계 그리고 망목선택성 Master Curve를 사용하여 추정하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 시험조업 결과 총어획미수는 835미로, 붕장어 537미(64.4%), 게류 225미(26.9%), 기타 73미(8.7%)였다. 2. 망목선택성 곡선의 Master Curve에서 최대 전장/망목(max. 1/m)의 값은 23.9로 추정되었다. 3. 붕장어 스프링 통발의 적정망목은 34.0mm로 추정되었다.

The Sustainable Water Resources Research Center (SWRRC) was established to manage water resources in an integrated manner and has been supported as a part of the 21st Frontier Research and Development Program by the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) and Ministry of Construction and Transportation since August 2001. The mission of the SWRRC is to cope with future water shortage problems through development and implementation of technologies of integrated water resources management. This mission ultimately aims at improving of living standards of human being, which is one of the major goals of the 21st Frontier Research and Development Program. The project is conducted by three phases. Duringthe first phase (2001. 8 ~ 2004. 6), the majority of funding is used for development of core and supporting technologies. In the second phase (2004. 7 ~ 2007. 6), with the core and supporting technologies financed continuously, the fund will be usedon different parts of studies in terms of sectors, subjects and integrated researches, and the rest of the fund (50%) will go toward implementation combined with business in the form of providing technologies. In the final phase (2007. 7 ~ 2011. 6), 30% of the fund will be used to integrate developed systems and 70% will be spent on implementation for selected areas to which newly developed technologies will be applied Project Management System for Water resources R&D is cost-effective and well fitted system by resolving many kind of problems facing such a large research and development program considering limited manager.

This study presents the new dispatching rules of job shop scheduling with auxiliary resource constraint to improve the schedule performance measures related to completion time and duedates. The proposed dispatching rules consider the information of total work remaining and machine utilization to decrease mean flowtime and mean tardiness. The results of computer experiments show that those schedule performances are significantly improved by using the new dispatching rules. The results provide guidance for the researchers and practitioners of auxiliary resource constrained job shop scheduling to decrease mean flowtime and mean tardiness.

피뿔고동(통칭 소라) 통발의 망목선택성 및 적정 망목을 추정하기 위하여 2003년 6월 27일~6월 29일까지 전북 군산시 말도 인근 해역에서 시험조업을 실시하였다. 시험어구는 망목 35mm, 50mm 및 65mm의 3종류의 그물감을 씌운 통발을 교호로 각각 70개씩 210개를 1개조로 구성하여 2개조를 사용하였으며, 망목선택성 곡선의 분석에는 Kitahara(1968)의 방법을 이용하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 피뿔고동 통발의 시험조업 결과 총어획미수는 1,682마리였으며, 피뿔고동 1,268마리 (75.4%), 배꼽고동 225마리 (13.4%), 쥐노래미 113마리 (6.7%), 기타 76마리 (4.5%) 등이었다. 2. 피뿔고동의 최대 각고/망목(max. 1/m)의 값은 1.79로 추정되었다. 3. 50% 선택구간에 대한 각고/망목(max. 1/m)의 값은 1.79로 추정되었다. 3. 50% 선택구간에 대한 각고/망목(1/m)의 값은 1.24~2.72으로 추정되었으며, 그 선택폭은 1.48이었다. 4. 피뿔고동의 어획금지체장(각고) 50mm에 대한 적정 망목은 40.3mm로 추정되었으며, 피뿔고동의 50% 선택각고 범위는 50.0~109.6mm로 나타났다.

민어 자망의 망목선택성 및 적정 망목을 추정하기 위하여 전남 신안구 임자도 인근의 해역에서 2002년 8월 10~8월 14일 및 2003년 8월 10일~8월 17일까지 시험조업을 실시하였다. 시험어구는 망목 129mm, 135mm, 144mm 및 150mm의 4종류의 자망을 각각 1폭씩 교호로 연결해서 12폭을 1조로 구성하여 2개조를 사용하였으며, 망목선택성 곡선의 분석에는 Kitahara(1968)의 방법을 이용하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 민어 자망의 시험조업 결과 총어획미수는 719마리였으며, 민어 526마리 (73.1%), 꽃게 168마리 (23.4%), 병어 17마리 (2.4%) 기타 8마리 (1.1%) 등이었다. 2. 망목선택성 곡선의 추정에서 최대 전장/망목(max. 1/m)의 값은 6.91으로 추정되었다. 3. 50% 선택구간에 대한 전장/망목(1/m)의 값은 5.62~8.03으로 추정되었으며, 그 선택폭은 2.41이었다. 4. 민어 자망의 적정 망목은 약 142mm로 추정되었으며, 민어의 50% 선택체장 범위는 798~1,140mm로 나타났다.

생물다양성협약에서 국가 생물유전자원의 주권을 인정함에 따라 국가별로 생물유전자원의 관리에 대한 법적인 체계를 갖추어야 할 시기가 도래하였다. 생물유전자원의 관리에 있어서 가장 중요한 단계가 접근과 생물자원에서 파생하는 이익공유이다. 제6차 생물다양성협약 당사국 회의에서 채택된 본 지침은 접근과 이익공유과정에서 필수적인 상호합의조건과 사전통보승인제도를 포함하고 있다. 상호합의조건은 원산국과 이용 실체간의 계약 협정이고 사전통보승인제도는 생물자원 접근 전에

관광분야에서 GIS를 이용하여 관광자원의 특성 및 위치안내를 제공함에 있어서 관광자원의 분류와 기호를 표준화하는 것이 필요하다. 현재 한국관광공사와 한국문화관광정책연구원 및 16개 광역자치단체에서 제공하는 관광자원에 대한 기호가 너무 상이하게 표현되고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지도정보에 제공되는 기호를 표준화하기 위한 방안으로 일차적으로는 관광자원의 분류 기준안을 만들고, 분류 기준에 따른 외곽모양과 색깔을 이용하여 자원을 유형별로 기호화하고, 유형화된 기호를 이용하여 부가적으로 개별적인자원의 기호를 제작하는 것을 제시하였다.

This study is designed to examine the released habitual criminals' life focused on the correctional volunteers' experience. Recently, incarceration of habitual criminals has been issued as a sort of social problem in terms of human rights, and the correctional authorities are going to release the habitual criminals to communities. In this context, it is very important task to study on the habitual criminals' life after their release from correctional institutions. In this study, mainly Grounded theory is applied to analyze the data which is collected through intensive interviews with 5 correctional volunteers. The 5 participants have experienced to help habitual criminals for more than 10 years. This interviewed data is analyzed by open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. According to the result of the study, it is found that released habitual criminals make their lives in the following three ways, an adaptive model, a rough model, and an offence model. Firstly, an adaptive model makes their way well with difficulties. Secondly, a rough model make their lives in legally and illegally. Thirdly, an offence model commit a crime again, and get back to correctional institution. For these reasons, it is necessary that social workers have to intervene the released habitual criminals' rehabilitation in the regards of the models.
