        대표적인 엘니뇨 지수인 태평양 Nino 해역의 표층 수온을 예측하기 위해 비선형 통계모델 중의 하나인 신경망 기법을 적용하였다. 신경망 모델 학습 과정의 입력 자료로 1951년부터 1993년까지의 태평양 해역(120˚ E, 20˚ S-20˚ N) NCEP/NCAR의 재분석 표층 수온 편차의 경험적 직교함수 7개 주모드를 사용하였고, 그 중 1994년부터 2003년까지의 10년 결과를 분석하였다. 모든 해역에서의 9개월까지의 신경망 모델의 예측력은 비교적 우수하였으며, 특히 1997년과 1998년의 강한 엘니뇨의 발달 및 소멸도 잘 예측함을 확인할 수 있었다. 해역별로는 Nino3 지역의 예측성능이 가장 높았으며, 9개월 이후부터는 그 예측력이 급격히 감소하였다. 한편 지역적인 영향이 커 예측력이 낮은 동태평양 연안의 Nino1+2 지역은 9개월 이후에도 예측력의 감소가 관찰되지 않았다.

        본 연구는 답리작에서 양질의 조사료를 최대한 생산하기 위한 적정 사료작물 및 품종을 선발하고자 경기 수원 축산연구소에서 보리(3품종), 밀(2), 호밀(3), 이탈리안 라이그라스(IRG, 3) 등 4작목 11품종을 공시하여 년까지 3년간 생육단계별로 생육특성, 수량 및 사료가치를 조사하였다. 보리의 출수기는 5월 1일, 유숙기는 5월 15일경, 유숙기황숙기 기준 초장은 87cm, 건물수량은 ha당 톤, TDN 수량은 톤이었으며, 알보리가 가장 우수하였다

        This paper is an attempt to practice Jungian ways into a great poem of Yeats’s, “Among School Children,” over which home and foreign academic societies concerned have been under much controversy till now. But it is very regrettable that I have no belief if the views issued from some noted scholars in the societies have been plausible or appropriate. In the sense, as suggested by the title, the encounter between Great psychologist C. G. Jung and Great poet W. B. Yeat is very significant in that they both had pursued the same ultimate subject as a supreme state of humanity respectively represented as archetype of ‘Self’ and ‘Unity of Being.’ For Jungian ways applied to the poem, first symbols, images and psychological situations lurking in it can be useful as the interpretative clues. These representations can function as faithful agents helping us to reach the gate of the poetic truth, urging us to mobilize Jungian esoteric terms corresponded to several kinds of psychological situations people must go through. ‘Great Mother,’ maternal archetype, who stands for earth and womb and takes two characteristics, construction and destruction, possessing opposite qualities of Witch Kali and Virgin Mary, exercises serious effect upon a male child as an earthly hero. Some ideal aim or mission that the hero strives to grasp is just equivalent to hurriedly return to the womb as his biological origin, namely secular realization of the principle of ‘entrophy’ meaning the second principle of thermodynamics; does mean the hero’s life whatever else? It can be associated with the biblical situation, Pieta, the holy picture describing Mary’s lamenting in bitter grief with embracing his dead son, Jesus Christ. In fact, the hero is determined to death resulting from energetic emission of burning libido, which can be embellished with either establishment of duty or sacrifice to community. Thus, ‘Great mother’ longing for the runaway baby from her womb, in turn, is expecting his death to suffice emptiness of womb and heal her chronic complex, hysteria. In conclusion, in the poem, we can find that the destiny that after “children” in the “school” go through a initial step of ‘individuation,’ the perfect state which further can be indivisible, they, absurd beings, are cast into the tough world with each secular mission is just to aid the scheme of ‘Great Mother.’ “school” is a temple teaching “dance” and “children” in it dancers learning “dance.” Accordingly, the enigmatic relation of “dancer” and “dance” in the eighth stanza would be unraveled: The former can come under an archetypal pattern and the latter can correspond to its practitioner. Thus, “dance,” playing a role of ‘complex’ as compelling force and driving us to imitate it, tires us, dancers, finally to death, as an erotic dancer Salome’s dance murdered a spiritual dancer John the Baptist. After all, we can never get to the core of “dance” only to hang around its brink, which Yeats should know. As usual, getting captivated by “dance,” we continually shout hoarse to others: Shall we dance?

        Recently, there has been a tendency to use composite deck plates in high-rise building and apartment construction due to its cost efficiency and less installation time. The purpose of current study is to clarify structural performance of deck plate and further safety through carefully designed experimental program. In order to clarify bending capacity and joint continuity, specimens were divided for positive and negative moment and testing parameters are thickness of deck plate, slab thickness, and various reinforcements The results of experimental test are following; (1) When the thickness of deck plate is 1.0mm, the strength increased by 1.3~10.1%, and 2.0~3.5% comparing the case of 0.8mm deck plate thickness. The thickness of deck plate did not play significant role in terms of strength of the slab in both positive and negative moment tests. (2) The yield strength of slab in positive moment test, having 200mm slab thickness and D13 reinforcement steel, was increased by 28.4~34.8% comparing 160mm slab thickness and D10 reinforcement steel case. And 22.4~25.1% of yield strength was increased after install bottom reinforcement steel. (3) In negative moment test results showed that the increase of yield strength when the bottom reinforcement installed was 2.0~2.3% in 200mm slab thickness and 2.0~3.0% in 160mm slab thickness. In positive moment test, the increase of yield strength was 22.8~26.7% in 200mm slab thickness due to bottom reinforcement, and 11.4~20.5% in 160mm slab thickness. The reason being bottom reinforcement in negative moment contributes less amount of yield strength compare to positive moment location is that the bottom reinforcement resists compression force where the deck plate has enough strength already.

        The structure which was designed until then had no resistance to earthquake, since enforcement ordinance for seismic design was established in 1988. Most of mid or low story building have no resistance to earthquake, though it is the structure which was designed since then. Prior to this experiment, the experiment, which was repair and retrofit method for seismic performance progress of the reinforcement structure which was not designed to be protected from an earthquake, had been performed and obtained good results. The aim of study is that repair the structure and evaluate seismic performance of the repaired structure in the case of the structure damaged by earthquake.

        Als die letzte Notmaßnahme der Kriminalpolitik ist die Sicherungsverwahrung die fragwürdigste Maßregel des Strafrechts. In Deutschland ist die Sicherungsverwahrung stärker an dem Bemühen orientiert worden, nur wirklich gefährliche Täter zu treffen. Die Wirklichkeit der Sicherungsverwahrung entspricht gegenwärtig in Korea nicht dem Bild einer Maßregel zur Bekämpfung der schwersten Kriminalität. So befanden sich in Korea durchschnittlich 2000 Personen in der Sicherungsverwahrung. Davon 75-80% der Verwahrten wurden wegen einfacher Vermögensdelilte(Diebe, Betrüger) verurteilt. Dies ist rechtsstaatlich unhaltbar. Auch in Deutschland findet man eine ähnliche Entwicklungsgeschichte. Die empirische fundierte Kritik an der früheren Praxis der Sicherungsverwahrung hat durch die Neuregelung vom 1.4.1970 zu wesentliche Verschärfungen der Voraussetzungen für die Anordnung der Sicherungsverwahrung geführt. Diese Änderung ist Beifallswürdig. Wenn die Sicherungsverwahrung in Korea beibehalten werden soll, so sollte sie beschränkt werden auf diejenigen Hangtäter, von denen schwersten Straftaten zu erwarten sind. Hinsichtlich der begangenen Taten müssen strengeren Anforderungen gestellt werden. Auch mit diesen Einschränkungen ist die Beibehaltung der Sicherungsverwahrung nur zu rechtfertigen, wenn gewährleistet werden kann, daß den Verwahrten nur die unerläßlichen Freiheitsbeschneidungen auferlegt werden.

        The purpose of this article is to study the theory and practice of Korean pardon system, to analyse its problems and to suggest some ways of solving or preventing those problems. In this articles, the books, the articles and official statistics on the korean and such european countries as Germany, France, Italy and Greece are studied and compared each other. The contents of this article is as follows. The first chapter is an introduction. The second chapter is about the history of pardon and the korean pardon system. In the third chapter, the practice of general pardon and special pardon from 1948 to present in Korea and its problems studied. The fourth chapter is a comparative study on korean pardon system with some european countries such as Germany, France, Italy and Greece. In the fifth chapter, some ways of controlling and limiting the pardon power of the president are suggested. The sixth chapter is a conclusion.

        단감재배농가에서 전량 폐기되는 적과단감을 이용한 가공식품을 개발하기 위한 기초자료를 얻고자 일반성분, 유리당, 유기산, 무기질 및 비타민 등을 분석하였다. 일반성분은 수분이 89.08%로 대부분을 차지하였으며 회분이 0.26%, 조지방이 0.56%. 조단백질이 0.75%이었다. 유리당은 glucose와 fructose가 각각 3.34%, 3.01%로 대부분을 차지하였으며 sucrose는 미량 검출되었다. 유기산은 citric acid, maleic acid, fumalic acid, lactic acid 등이 검출되었으며 그 중 lactic acid가 68.65㎎%로 전체 유기산 함량의 79%를 차지하였다. 무기질은 K, P, Na. Ca, Fe, Zn 등이 검출되었으며 그 중 K이 126.l2㎎%로 대부분을 차지하였으며 Fe과 Zn은 미량 검출되었다. 비타민 A는 33.95 R.E.로 완숙단감보다 함량이 적었으며 비타민 C는 171.01㎎%로 완숙단감에 비해 10배 이상 함유하였으며 비타민 B_l과 B_2는 소량 검출되었다.

        이 연구의 목적은 해마부경화와 연관되어 나타나는 경련성발작의 고 찰에 있어 자기공명영상의 친단적 가치를 평가하기 위해서이다. 자기공명 영상상 해마부경화로 판독된 18 례를 대상으로 하였다. 해마부격화의 자기공명영상 친단은 형태학적 변화와 해마의 선호강또 변화에 기초를 두었고 이러한 자기공명영상진단을 임상겁사상 전형적인 격련성 발작이 있었는지의 여부및 뇌파검사결과와 비교하여 분석하였다. 타 펌스시권스와 비교시 빠른 스핀에코 T2강조영상에서 정상 해마의 선 호강도와 경화된 해마부의 신호강도간에 17 .4%의 가장 큰 증가율을 보였 다. 자기공명영상상 해마부경화로 나타난 18 에중 14 례는 증상과 뇌파검사 결과상 측두엽간절로 나타나는 일치를 보였고 4 례는 다른 결과를 보였다. 따라서 자기공명영상 검사는 해마부겸화의 고찰과 친단에 매우 유용하 다고 생각되며 빠른 스핀에코 T2강조영상은 여러 펼스 스권스중 가장 큰 신호강도의 차이를 보임으로써 해마부경화의 고찰에 있어 매우 민감한 검사방볍이라고 사료된다.
