조선시대의 기생의 기원과 제도, 기생의 역할, 평양기생학교를 통한 기생의 원래의 의미인 전통적인 조선시대의 아티스트(Artist)임을 재조명하고, 기생학교의 제도와 규칙, 교육과정, 수업시간표, 졸업 앨범, 각종 사진첩을 통해서 조선시대의 기생의 역할과 평양기생학교 등의 재조명 및 분석을 통하여 전통적인 문화를 디지털콘텐츠의 창작소재로 발굴하므로 이를 디지털콘텐츠인 게임콘텐츠, 디지털애니메이션, 드라마, 영화화 할 수 있도록 소재화 하는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다. 특히, 조선의 기생의 아름다움과 아트적인 재능, 사회제도 및 기생학교 등을 발굴하여 원화기획(컨셉 디자인) 및 디지털시나리오 화하므로 경제성이 강한 문화콘텐츠로 발전시키며, 평양기생학교의 교육시스템, 교육내용, 학생 현황 등을 발굴하여 육성 및 경영시뮬레이션 게임의 제작 컨셉 도출 및 게임제작, 애니메이션 및 TV드라마, 디지털 애니메이션 및 영화 제작의 문화콘텐츠의 창작소재로 활용할 수 있도록 제안한다.
The purpose of this study is to propose the principle of rural village planning process based on rural resources, differently space planning process(regional planning, village planning, urban planning etc). The importance of this planning process is resources planning, facility planning, program planning. So we planed rural villages - two rural traditional theme villages. The major findings of this planning were as follows; First, we have to consider economic value of rural resources. Second, resources were used differently, according to village conditions, though same it. It is important to apply value-added it. Third, in future we have to additional studies; environment planning factor, community participation, resources evaluation in this planning.
The non-Western world has experienced many problems since the Western Powers have contacted them. The non-Western world had to accept the Western culture by force or by their needs. Music was one of them. The Western Music that I use in this paper is the music of the Classical and Romantic period. Harmony and chord progressions are the core of the music of those periods. In the present day most of the people in the world can understand the Western music no matter if they live in the Western Continents or not. The mass media contributes to overflow the Western music in the world. 'The Western Music' is used as a sign or a symbol to help to understand the extra-musical situations for those who live in the Western style life in the world. Since the most of the non-Western traditional music does not have the harmony and chord progressions and the people in the non-Western world began to loose the idioms of their indigenous music, the musicians of the non-Western culture began to use the Western harmony in their newly composed music to be accepted by their people. The word crossover is used in this way. The Western harmony and chord progressions are also used in the newly composed Korean traditional music. In this paper, I examine this cultural blending and how the future music would be.

The purpose of this study was to develop the program of traditional living culture for people to sustain viable rural community in Korea. The study was conducted by literature review, survey, interview, and delphi method. The results of this study were as follows; First, the program was developed to response to educational roles and functions. Second, the program was developed to utilize elder people for viable community as programs practitioners. Third, the factors of traditional cultural program for endogenous development were human resources, community organization and community participation, and natural and cultural resources. Forth, the program was developed to view the community resources as a systems because the culture was communicated through relationship rather than heritage. The re-valorization of cultural resources by the programs will provide local people with strategic capacity for endogenous development and for the harnessing of extra-focal forces in a market economy.
자연발효에 의해 다시마를 첨가하여 제조한 전통고추장에 대한 일반성분을 분석한 결과, 기존 고추장에 비해 대부분의 무기물 함량이 증가하였다. MNNG에 대한 항돌연변이 효과(200 /plate)에서 S. typhimurium TA100 균주에 대해 다시마 분말을 5% 첨가한 고추장이 다른 첨가 농도보다 높은 87.2%의 억제효과를 나타내었다. 4NQO에서는 5%의 다시마 분말 첨가 고추장이 S. typhimurium TA98 균주와 TA100 균주
간편하고 효과적인 정유성분 분석을 위해 SPME fiber를 선별하고 산초와 초피의 개체 정유성분 분석에 적합한 SPME fiber를 찾고자 실험한 결과는 다음과 같다. 단일물질별 흡착율은 PDMS, PDMS/DVB, CAR/PDMS 가 우수했다. 10종의 단일물질 표준품 혼합액 흡착 실험에서 직접주입 했을때와 가장 유사한 결과를 보인 것은 PDMS, PDMS/DVB fiber이였다. 최종 선발된 PDMS와 PDMS/DVB를 이용하여 24종의 단일물질 표준품 흔합액 흡착과 직접주입시를 비교한 결과 이들 간에 차이가 없었다. 또한 GC주입구의 split ratio별 성분의 검출에서도 차이가 없었다. 흡착시간이 길어질수록 분자량이 큰 성분의 흡착율이 높아지는 경향을 보였지만, 직접주입시와 비교해 볼 때 적절한 흡착시간은 30-40분이였다. SDE 추출물을 이용한 산초와 초피나무 개체 정유성분 분석에는 산초와 초피 모두 PDMS/DVB가 흡착시간 30-40분에서 분자량이 큰 sesquiterpene류까지 흡착하는데 유리하였다.
Red mold was isolated from meju prepared by traditional mtehod and characterized. The isolated red mold grew well on potato dextrose agar medium, In microscopic observation, it had a septum in mycelium and ellipsoidal spore. Optimal temperature and pH for growth were 30 and 6.0, respectively. Enzyme activities such as protease, a-amylase and glucoamulase in ted mold were lower than those in Aspergillus oryzae. A competitive growth between red mold and Asp. oryzae was greatly affecten by cultivation temperature. The growth of isolated red mold on meju was predominant at below 30 as compared with Asp. oryzae.
This paper examines the pastoral ideal and its legacy to landscape design. We have had the routine convention of experiencing natural beauty from the picture-like nature. We, who would liken a scenic view to a picture, often equate natural beauty with superficial representations of nature shown in pastoral literature and traditional landscape paintings: the lush of towering trees, the field of endless green, the soft babbling flow of the river and the crisp clear sky. It is not a portrayal of nature as it is, but in fact a conceptual expression of its ideal form. The ideological root of that natural beauty can be retraced to the pastoral ideal, so eagerly longed for by people of the western world. A pastoral landscape graciously marked with leisurely peace and subtle harmony is what we identify as beautiful nature. In fact, however, it is no more than an artificial refuge in contextual isolation from its surrounding, and a by-stander's nature seen purely through the eyes of the outsider. The tradition of pastoralism, reaching its peak in the 18th century with its English Landscape Garden style, was transplanted into the real world through the practice of landscape architecture. Landscape design in such a form is just a static means of decoration devoid of meaning and process. And we simply identify the green ornamentation with nature.
