        본 연구의 목적은 진로준비 집단상담 프로그램이 폐광지역 전문계 여고생의 진로결정수준과 진로준비행동에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해 강원도 폐광지역 D여자고등학교 전문계열 2학년 학생 20명을 무선표집하여 실험집단과 통제집단에 각각 10명씩 배치한 후 5주에 걸쳐 총 10회기의 진로준비 집단상담 프로그램을 실시하였다. 진로결정수준의 변화를 측정하기 위한 검사도구로는 Harren(1979)이 개발하고 Buck과 Daniels(1985)가 수정

        In this paper, we estimated the economic impacts of Korea-EU FTA on the agricultural sector in GyeongGi-Do. In particular, we estimated the economic impacts of agricultural production decrease resulting from Korea-EU FTA for 31 sub-regions in GyeongGi-Do by 15 industrial sectors. We employ a regional economic impact model combining a regional input-output model with a spatial allocation model. We found that the size of inter-industrial impacts are quite different across regions. Our results suggest the importance of agricultural and industrial policy considering the impacts of industrial sectors at the regional level.

        The purpose of this study is to examine the aspects and the characteristics of conflict among people in agricultural villages shown in the course of conducting a rural community development project, and to suggest a theoretical basis for the solution of the conflict. various theories on rural community development projects and conflict, and relevant sociopsychological theories were perused to lay a theoretical foundation for the study, and 5 actual cases of conflicts in agricultural experience villages were analyzed in the light of the grounded theory which is one of suitable methods of qualitative research. And comparative and comprehensive analysis of conflicts of different farm villages was done. Based on the result of analysis of conflict among residents on agricultural experience village, this paper suggests some ways for solution of the conflict.

        5 public complaint areas against odor in Changwon Industrial Complex were selected and investigated to clear up the cause of the complaint. 16 companies operated in public complaint areas were visited and had a grip of their situation about odor generation and treatment. Two samples at it's site boundary of each company were taken to measure complex odor unit. Complex odor unit at the site boundary of investigated companies in the public complaint areas, for the most part, exceeded standard(odor unit 20) in industrial area. It was due to that this area was not designated as odor control region and that there are also many problems in current laws of Odor Protection Act, Air Quality Act and regional legislation. Accordingly, It will be necessary to revise the related legislation, to organize governance, to financially support the improvement of environmental facilities and to enforce guidance and the regulation rigidly for the odor emission reduction in Changwon Industrial Complex.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of air quality using data from which obtain local air quality monitoring system for cohort study in Chungju, Korea. We analyzed the concentration data of NO2, SO2, and PM10 in Chungju and industrial cities in 2006. We compared a industrial area with a cohort study area using by bicluster algorithm. In the case of SO2, the rate of the cluster time was 10~60% and the cluster time number of two areas was similar. In the case of NO2 and PM10, the number of cluster time between a industrial area and cohort study area was clearly different.

        The concentrations of HCHO(formaldehyde), PM10(particulate matter), CO₂(carbon dioxide) and TBC(total bacteria counter) distribution in schools(Chung-Nam Area) were examined, and the results were compared with the recommended criterion of the administration law of indoor air. The subjects were an elementary school, a middle school and a high school in Chung-Nam area, and the concentration of TBC was examined by Single Stage Air Cascade Sampler, which applied the inertia collision catching method of 28.29L/min(flux) during 5 months from March, 2007 to July, 2007. The instrument(LD-3B, SIBATA Company)was used to examine PM10, by a light scattering method and a light transmission method. The instrument(Airboxx(KD Engineering) was used to examine CO₂. The instument(Z300XP(Environmental sensor)was used to examine HCHO. The result indicated that the PM10 average concentrations of the surveyed classrooms were 49 μg/m3 in Spring and 59 μg/m3 in Summer. The CO₂ average concentration of the surveyed schools were 576 ppm in the classroom and 527 ppm in the stateroom. The average concentration of TBC were 729 CFU/m3 in an elementary school, 401 CFU/m3 in a middle school, 381 CFU/m3 in a high school. The HCHO average concentration of the surveyed schools were 0.03 ppm in the classroom, 0.02 ppm in the stateroom.

        지역빈도해석을 통한 확률강우량 산정 결과는 수문학적으로 동질한 지역의 구분 결과에 따라 달라진다. 지역을 구분할 때에는 강우에 영향을 미치는 다양한 변수들이 사용될 수 있다. 변수의 유형과 개수가 지역 구분의 효율성을 좌우하기 때문에 활용 가능한 모든 변수들의 정보를 요약할 수 있는 변수들을 선택하는 것이 지역 구분의 효율성 면에서 유리하다고 할 수 있다. 이런 면에서 지역 구분의 효율성을 증대시킬 목적으로 다변량 분석 기법이 활용될 수 있다. 본 연구

        Until comparatively lately, the annual time series of the SO2 concentration had been shown in a decreasing trend in Ulsan as well as other Korean cities. However, the high concentration of SO2 was frequently found in the specific countermeasure region including the national industrial complex such as Mipo and Onsan in the Ulsan city for the period of 2001∼2004. There are many conditions that can influence the high concentration of SO2 at monitoring sites in Ulsan, such as: First, annual usage of the fuel including sulfur increased in comparison with the year before in spite of the fuel conversion policy which wants to use low sulfur oil less than 3% and LNG. Second, point source, such as the power plants and the petroleum and chemistry stacks, was the biggest contributor in SO2 emission, as a analyzed result of both the air quality modeling and the stack tele-monitoring system (TMS) data. And third, the air pollutants that occurred in processes of burning and manufacturing of the fuel including sulfur were transported slow into a special monitoring site by accumulating along the frontal area of see-breeze. It was concluded that Ulsan's current environmental policy together with control methods should be changed into the regulation on total amount of emission, including a market-based emission trading with calculating of atmospheric environmental critical loads, for the SO2 reduction like the specific countermeasure for the O3 and PM10 reduction in the Seoul metropolitan area. And this change should be started in the big point sources of 1∼3 species because they are big contributors of Ulsan's SO2 pollution. Especially it is necessary to revitalize of the self-regulation environmental management. Other control methods for sustaining the SO2 reduction are as follows: maintenance of the fuel conversion policy, reinforcement of the regional stationary source emission standard, and enlargement of the stack TMS.

        The air quality data is important for understanding and analyzing a surrounding influence. In that light, it is positively necessary for a propriety assessment to determine a location of the air quality monitoring sites. In this study, the climate analysis about temperature and wind, using the meteorological data in the Pohang, is conducted to do that. In the next stage, we distinguished the wind by east-west or north-south component, which has less correlation than temperature, analyzed and divided the wind sector. As the result, the wind circumstance of the Pohang is divided into major 5 wind sector; that is the urban area, the northeast coastal area, the east ocean and the west mountainous area. We think that an analysis on detailed wind sector by utilizing the numerical simulation is needed.
