국내육성 유채품종 간 반수체식물 생산성을 비교하였다. 화아로부터 분리된 소포자를 13%의 sucrose, 0.05mg/ BA 와 0.5mg/ 의 NAA가 첨가된 NLN 배지에서 배양하였다. 반수체 배의 생산에는 유전형이 중요한 요인이였으며, 탐라유채가 가장 높은 반수체 배 생산능을 보여 화아당 176개의 반수체 배가 발생하였으나, 한라유채와 영산유채는 배 생산은 물론 세포분열도 관찰되지 않았다. 발생한 반수체 배를 NLN배지에서 현탁배양하여 Multilobe abnormal embryos를 형성시켰으며, 계속하여 생장조절제가 첨가되지 않은 MS고체 배지에 치상 배양하여 반수체식물체를 유도 하였다. 재생된 반수체 식물체는 성공적으로 순화되었다.
많은 게임 개발자와 마케터들은 고객의 정보 분석과 질적 서비스 제공을 위해 지속적으로 진보하는 다양한 인터넷 기술을 이용하고 있다. 하지만 일반적으로 활용되는 인터넷 고객분석 기술로서는 웹 페이지나 커뮤니티 활동으로부터의 단편적인 게임이용자의 정보만을 얻을 수 있을 뿐이다. 따라서 본 논문은 실제로 게임이용자에 대한 정보를 지속적으로 수집하고 분석할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하여 효과적인 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 고객에 대한 체계적인 관리 모델인 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)을 게임에 적용 하고자 한다. 이러한 CRM을 게임 시스템에 적용하기 위해서는 1) CRM의 구성요소 2) 게임 분야의 고객의 특징 3) 효율적인 게임에 CRM 시스템 구현 모델을 기초하여 연구한다.

The Mobile robots are increasingly being used to perform tasks in unknown environments. The potential of robots to undertake such tasks lies in their ability to intelligently and efficiently search in an environment. An algorithm has been developed for robots which explore the environment to measure the physical properties (dust in this paper). While the robot is moving, it measures the amount of dust and registers the value in the corresponding grid cell. The robot moves from local maximum to local minimum, then to another local maximum, and repeats. To reach the local maximum or minimum, simple gradient following is used. Robust estimation of the gradient using perturbation/correlation, which is very effective when analytical solution is not available, is described. By introducing the probability of each grid cell, and considering the probability distribution, the robot doesn’t have to visit all the grid cells in the environment still providing fast and efficient sensing. The extended algorithm to coordinate multiple robots is presented with simulation results.
This research aims at applicability of adsorption process in order to satisfy the restricted Effluent Quality Standards for dyeing wastewater. The dyeing wastewater treated by biological process with carrier imbedded microorganisms was directly applied to the activated carbon adsorption in Process A. The dyeing wastewater treated by Fenton oxidation for the effluent of biological process was applied to the adsorption in Process B. It was found that the optimum conditions of adsorption with granular activated carbon are 20oC and 120 minutes for the batch experiment. Langmuir equation was fitted better than Freundlich equation to the experimental data. The breakthrough time of adsorption column was determined by color rather than CODMn for both Process A and Process B. The results revealed that the breakthrough time of adsorption for two processes was extended by the treatment of Fenton oxidation for dyeing wastewater treated by biological treatment than the direct application of dyeing wastewater treated by the biological treatment. Adsorption process can be applied in order to meet the restricted Effluent Quality Standards for dyeing wastewater.
본 논문에서는 마이크로파 대역의 주파수를 이용해 고효율 도허티 전력 증폭기를 설계 및 제작하였다. 도허티 전력증폭기는 MRF 281 LDMOS FET를 사용하여 구현하였고, 도허티 전력 증폭기의 성능을 AB급 증폭기만 있을 때와 비교하였다. 측정결과, 구현한 도허티 전력 증폭기는 P1dB 출력전력이 2.3GHz 주파수에서 33.0dBm을 가진다. 또한, 도허티 증폭기는 주파수 2.3GHz~2.4GHz에서 이득은 11dB, 입력 반사손실 -17.8dB를 얻었다. 설계된 도허티 증폭기는 AB급 증폭기만 있을 때와 비교해서 평균 PAE는 10% 이상 개선됨을 보였고, 설계된 도허티 증폭기의 최대 PAE는 39%를 갖는다.
스무딩은 가변 비트율로 저장된 비디오 데이터를 클라이언트로 전송할 때 일련의 고정 비트율로 전송할 수 있도록 전송 계획을 세우는 것으로 이러한 스무딩 알고리즘에는 CBA, MCBA, MVBA, PCRTT 등이 있다. 그러나 이 알고리즘들에서는 GOP내에서 프레임들간의 바이트 수의 차이가 심한 경우에도 이 순서대로 전송 계획을 세우기 때문에 불필요하게 전송률이 변화되거나 급격하게 높은 전송률이 요구될 수 있다. 이는 네트워크 자원의 효율적 인 사용을 어렵게 할 수 있다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 빠른 시간안에 최적의 해를 찾을 수 있는 백트랙킹 방법을 이용하여 GOP 내에서 가장 완만하게 프레임의 바이트 수가 변화되는 프레임들의 순서를 검색하여 이 순서대로 전송 계획을 세우는 스무딩 알고리즘과 이를 위한 구조를 제안한다. 제안 알고리즘의 성능은 다양한 비디오 소스를 가지고 MVBA 알고리즘과 전송률 변화 횟수, 첨두 전송률, 전송률 변화량을 비교 분석하여 평가한다.
Introduction : The obesity can be a serious problem that frequently induces a great deal of complications. Numerous methods have been applied to control obesity and one of them is aromatherapy. This study is a first attempt to verify the effect of the inhalation of essential oils on the obesity. This study was designed as the animal study, because the human study has many socio-psycho compounding variables.
Methods : This study was designed to verify the effect of inhalation of essential oils on the body weight, feeding amount, food efficiency rate and serum leptin of SD rats. The research design is repeated measures over time, equivalent control group pretest-posttest experimental design. The subjects of this experiment were obese SD rats. They were allocated to one of four groups, the Fennel G., the Patchouli G., the Bergamot G. and control G. The experimental treatment was the inhalation of aromatherapy essential oils (Fennel, Patchouli, Bergamot). The experimental treatment was applied two times a day for 10 minutes each during 8 weeks. To evaluate the effect of inhalation of essential oils, the body weight, feeding amount and food efficiency rate was measured every week and serum leptin was measured before and after the experiment. The collected data was analyzed by repeated measures of ANOVA, Greenhouse-Geisser, ANOVA, Tukey, Kruskal Wallis test and χ²- test with SPSS program.
Results : The results were as follows. The subjects of this study was 84 obese SD rats(40 males and 44 females). The means of age and body weight in obese SD rats were 30 weeks and 344.6g. The food efficiency rate was significantly lower in the Patchouli group and Fennel group than in Bergamot group and control group(P=.000). No significant group effects were found, but significant time effects were found for SD rat's body weight, feeding amount and serum leptin.
Conclusions : In conclusion, these findings indicate that the inhalation of essential oils could be effective in lowering the food efficiency rate. 2)
This study attempts to develop an interim evaluation system for the Integrated Rural Village Cluster Development Project(IRVCDP) which can secure its identity and sustainability, and induce its early settlement, and to derive plans for its steady progress. The evaluation system consists of three levels. The highest-order level is evaluation purposes, which describe IRVCDP's goals. They are expansion of income bases(EIB), improvement of living environments(ILE), strengthening of regional capabilities(SRC) and constructing effective project operation system(CEPOS). The second level is evaluation items, which each characterize the relevant evaluation purposes. The last level is evaluation indices, which observe achievement f3r evaluation purposes. 22 evaluation indices are selected to satisfy the purposes of this study through a brainstorming process and a survey on opinions of experts for those evaluation purposes and evaluation items which are derived from analyzing the IRVCDP's properties. The relative importance of the evaluation indices selected are determined through the AHP analysis. The most intriguing result from the AHP analysis is that strengthening of regional capabilities is found to be the most important one among evaluation purposes. It can be said that this result is parallel to a ultimate goal of the IRVCDP.
