        Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. morrisoni PG-14의 cryIVD 유전자를 포함하고 있는 발현벡터 pCYASK5-1을 제작하여 Synechocystis PCCC6803에 형질전환시킨 후, 학질모기(Anopheles sinensis)유충에 대한 독성을 검정하였다. Kanamycin이 포함된 BG-11배지에서 선발된 형질전환체의 cryIVD 유전자 발현은 SDS-PAGE와 West-ern blot분석으로 확인하였다. 형질전환체는 A. sinensis 유충에 대해 높은 독성을 나타내었으며, 성장은 야생주인 Synechocystis Pccc6803과 유사하였다. 또 수심에 따른 형질전환체의 분포도 조사에서 전체적으로 살충농도의 세포수로 분포함을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과들은 B. thuringiensis subsp. morrisoni PG-14의 cryIVD 유전자로 형질전환된 Synechocystis PCCC6803이 모기유충 방제에 효율적으로 이용될 수 있음을 나타내었다.

        Optimum hypering conditions are found for IIIa-J, IIIa-F, 103a-O, 103a-D, and IIa-O plates using hypersensitization machine in KAO. For every experimental plate we get speed gain, fog increment, signal to noise ratio and relative DQE according to hypering time and temperature. The hypersensitization method is baking with 8% hydrogen mixed gas. For IIIa-J, 103a-O, and 103a-D plates treated 65∘C 65∘C , 3 hours baking, the speed gains arc increased by about 10 times, 2 times, and 2 times compared to untreated plates, respectively. The fogs are increased by 0.08, 0.10, and 0.08, respectively. For IIIa-F, IIa-O plates treated 65∘C 65∘C , 2 hours baking, the speed gains are increased by about 4.7 times and 1.8 times compared to untreated plates, respectively. The fogs are increased by 0.15 and 0.04, respectively.

        Luminosity profile of the late type spiral galaxy NGC 2403 was obtained using the PDS scan of the plate. Some physical parameters (scale length, total magnitude, central brightness, disk to bulge ratio and concentric indices) were calculated from the brightness distribution. Total mass and the mass to luminosity ratio were estimated from the fitting of various mass models.

        1986년 8월 1일부터 8월 30일까지 완도, 목포, 흑산도 항로와 흑산도에서 제주항 항로상에서 해상이 잔잔한 날을 택하여 실습선 부산403호의 순항시와 표박시의 주기관과 각 갑판의 선수미선상에서의 주요장소에서의 진동과 소음준위를 측정하고 진동분석을 통하여 진동변위, 속도, 가속도를 비교.고찰한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 진동과 소음압준위. 1) 주갑판상에서 진동과 소음준위가 가장 높은 곳은 주기관의 수직상면이고 가장 낮은 곳은 소음은 선교수직하, 진동은 선수부창고의 수직하면에서이다. 2) 주기관 cylinder head, 기관실 좌측, 축계관상부에서 순항시의 진동준위는 80, 67, 65dB이고, 소음준위는 각각 104, 87, 86dB이다. 3) 선교를 통과하는 수직선상의 진동준위는 최저갑판에서 60dB로 가장 높고, 선교갑판에서 55dB로 가장 낮으며, 소음준위는 compass deck에서 75dB로 가장 높고, 최저갑판에서 53dB로 가장 낮다. 4) 노천갑판에서 진동과 소음준위는 모두 보우트갑판에서 각각 65, 84dB로 가장 높고, 진동준위는 교실 위에서 51dB, 소음준위는 선수누갑판에서 57dB로 가장 낮다. 5)최저갑판의 진동과 소음준위는 모두 기관실에서 가장 높아 각각 65dB, 85dB이고, 선수부창고에서 가장 낮아 각각 54dB, 52dB이다. 진동준위와 소음준위를 비교하면 기관실을 중심으로 하여 선수쪽에서 진동준위가 높고, 선미쪽에서는 소음준위가 높다. 2. 진동분석 1) 진동변위는 주기관 cylinder head에서 100μm로 가장 크고, compass deck에서는 3μm로 가장 작다. 또 진동속도는 주기관 cylinder head에서 11mm/sec로 가장 빠르고, compass deck에서 0.07mm/sec로 가장 느리며, 이들은 모두 100Hz 이상에서는 급격한 감쇄를 보였다. 2) 진동가속도는 주기관 cylinder head에서 중심주파수 1KHz, 1.1mm/sec 상(2) 로 가장 빠르고 compass deck에서 30Hz, 0.05mm/sec 상(2) 로 가장 느리다.

        It is very important for a navigator on bridge to know the maneuverability of his ship sufficiently at sea. Generally, the data of a turning circle test have long been used to study and evaluate the maneuverability of a ship. But referring only the data of the turning circle test method, he can not evaluate his ship's maneuvering characteristics sufficiently. So nowaday the test method added Z test to turning circle test for more detail references is considered to be desirable. In this paper, the authors performed PAL test and Z test together in order to study the maneuverability of M. S.Pusan 403, training ship of the National Fisheries University of Pusan. According to the results of PAL test, the rudder effect in port rudder angle of the M. S. Pusan 403 was found to be more effective than that in starboard one, because her changing amounts of angular velocity, turning radius and tangent speed in port rudder angles were found to be larger than those of them in starboard rudder one in unsymmetry. The relation between her drift angle(.8) and rudder angle (0) was found to be changing with .8=0.640 in direct proportion. As it appeared that her calculated K'-values were smaller than the standard K'-values of different kinds of ships in accordance with her Z test, her turning ability was found to be lower. The running distance of a turn in her 10˚ Z test was about 8.3 times her own length and was found not to be exceeded the standard maneuvering distance, therefore she was considered to have good maneuverabilities synthetically.

        The 44 events of high tides recorded in the Joseonwangjo-silog (1392-1903) were investigated and analyzed. These 44 records were described with explanation in time sequence after conversion to Gregorean date. Among the 44 events listed in the Joseonwangjo-silog, one event which took place in Youngjo 17th (1741), was caused by the underwater seismic earthquake, and the others were all associated with the storm surges. And the 36 events took place in the western coast, the 7 events in the eastern coast, and the only 3 events in the southern coast.

        Si-Cr계 내열강 SUH3와 Cr-Ni계 stainless강 SUS 303 및 이들이 마찰용접재 SUH3-SUS303을 1,060℃에서 용체화처리하고 다시 700℃에서 10, 100시간 시효열처리한 각 시험편의 고온 피로강도에 대한 시효열처리의 효과를 알기 위하여 700℃에서 고온 회전굽힘 피로시험을 하고 파약거동을 미시적으로 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) SUH3재와 SUS303재의 최적마찰용접조건은 회전수 2420rpm, 마찰가압력 8kg/mm2, 전 upset량 7mm(마찰가압시간 3sec, upset시간 2sec)이었다. 2) 700℃ 고온에서 장시간 이루어지는 고온피로시험에 있어, 용체화처리재의 S-N 곡선 경사부의 기울기가 가장 급하게 나타났다. 3) SUH3-SUS303 마찰용접재는 1,060℃에서 1시간용체화 처리하고, 700℃에서 시효처리하는 경우 최적시효시간은 10시간이었다. 4) 10시간 시료재의 고온피로한도는 모재보다 SUH3은 75.4%, SUS303은 28.5% 높았으며, 용접재 SUH3-SUS303은 44.2% 정도 높았다. 100시간 시효재는 모재보다 SUH3은 64.91% SUS303은 30.4% 높았으며, SUH3-SUS303은 30.4% 높았으며, SUH3-SUS303은 36.6% 높았다. 5) 마찰용접재의 상온 및 고온의 피로파단은 모두 SUS303의 모재측에 발생하였으며, 용접면에서의 파단은 전혀 없었다. 6) SUS303재와 마찰용접재 SUH3-SUS303재의 크랙은 입내파양형이었으나 SUH3은 입계크랙의 전파로 파양한다.

        Background : Recently, there is an urgent demand for development of new varieties with enhanced resistance to various biotic/abiotic stresses. One generation of ginseng is four years, so it takes a long time to breed. To increase the efficiency of the ginseng breeding and save time and effort, it is necessary to build a ginseng core collection. This study examined the major growth characteristics of genetic sources for the establishment of core collection. Methods and Results : As plant materials, 187 ginseng lines collected in 2003 were used in this study. Ginseng Seeds were harvested at the end of July 2014, sown in mid-November, and cultivated in 2015 for one year in the field and then transplanted into the main field in 2016. All phenotypes including agronomic characteristics, seed yield, and physiological response to biotic/abiotic stresses were investigated according to the ginseng GAP and UPOV guidelines. The stem colors of the collected ginseng germplasm were classified as the five classes; light green, green, light purple, purple and dark purple, but most of them were purple or dark purple. The locations of distribution of anthocyanin coloration in stem were classified into the four classes; proximal end, proximal end and petiole part, the entire stem and the stem with purple not revealed, but most of them were petiole part or the entire stem. The shapes of leaflet were classified the four classes; the long elliptic, elliptic, slender type, and spatulate type. Most of surveyed lines were elliptic type. When the leaflet of ginseng was laterally cut, the shape was classified into the three types; concave type, plane type and convex type. Most of surveyed lines were red berry color. Conclusion : The genetic pool of ginseng is known to be narrow. The results of this study showed similar characteristics among the ginseng fields collected. In the future, we will carry out the survey about quantitative characteristics and correlations of ginseng genetic resources for establishment of Korean ginseng core collection.

        Kimchi cabbage (known as Chinese cabbage) is major vegetable in Korea. An inbred line of ‘Wonkyo20038ho’, was developed by the National Institute of Horticultural & Herbal Science, RDA in Republic of Korea. The microspore culture was carried out using ‘Chunhuigohangwang’ which was introduced from China in 2002. Among 3 DH inbred lines, ‘Wonkyo20038ho’ inbred line was finally selected after field exhibition in 2009. The horticultural traits of ‘Wonkyo20038ho’ inbred line; half-open head, white inner leaf colour, and dark green outer leaf colour. The average (for four years) head weight was 2025.3g, and head width and height were 15.8cm and 32.4cm, respectively. Head shape was narrow elliptic and degree of overlapping leaf was medium. Numbers of outer and internal leaves were 14.1 and 49.8, respectively. Harvest maturity was mid-late maturing type and average of seed yield for five years was 926 seeds. In addition, ‘Wonkyo20038ho’ inbred line is suitable for salad in that it possessed few trichome and narrow elliptic head shape.

        《바이올린 솔로를 위한 소나타와 파르티타》 BWV 1001-1006의 소나타들에 위치하는 푸 가들이 작품집에서 점하는 의미에 대해, 바이올린에 의해 실현되는 바흐 푸가의 새로운 면면 들에 대해 탐구하는 본 논문은 다음의 결론에 이른다. 바흐는 바이올린 솔로로 푸가의 새로 운 패러다임을 구축했다. 거기에서는 대위법적 전개뿐 아니라 바이올린 특유의 기교적, 수식 음형적 패시지들까지 아우러지며, 이로써 그 엄격한 양식과 자유로운 양식의 결합이 작품집 을 가로지르는 의미를 띤다. 또한 바흐의 바이올린 푸가들은 다양성과 유동성의 형식 및 구 성으로 특징지어지는데, 그것은 푸가의 기본 질서에도 침투되어 있다. 다양성과 유동성에 정 교하게 조성되는 통일성과 완결성이 더해진다. 이 특성들은 개별 푸가에서, 세 푸가 사이에 서 함께 나타나고, 이러한 관점에서 푸가들은 BWV 1001-1006의 ‘커다란 코스모스’를 함축하 는, 대위법적 연주의 차원을 개척한 ‘작은 코스모스’로 이해될 수 있다.

        Reviewing the two MeV-GeV investigations in the field of the HESS J1745-303 performed using Fermi Large Area Telescope data, we confirmed that the emission peak comfortably coincides with ‘Region A’ in the TeV regime, which is the brightest part of this feature. The MeV–TeV spectrum can be precisely described by a single power-law. Also, recent investigation has shown that the MeV-GeV feature is elongated from ‘Region A’ toward the north-west, which is similar to the case of largescale atomic/molecular gas distribution.

        A new rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) variety ‘Jungmo 7003’ is with early flowering and disease tolerance, which has white petals. ‘Jungmo 7003’ was developed from the cross between ‘Tower’ as female parent and ‘AB130’ as male parent in 1983. The selection for advanced lines with white flower had been done by the pedigree method. A promising line, ‘83025-B-1-1-2’, was selected and designated as the name of ‘Mokpo113’. It had good results from regional adaptation yield trials at four locations for two years from 2013 to 2014 and was released as the name of ‘Jungmo 7003’. ‘Jungmo 7003’ has light-green and middle parted leaf, light-green stem and black seed coat. Since, the prominent very special trait of ‘Jungmo 7003’ is white flower, it can be used for landscaping purposes created farm-art images. The flowering date of ‘Jungmo 7003’ was 16th April and ripening date was 5th June. The yield of ‘Jungmo 7003’ was 207 kg/10a, which was 6% lower than ‘Hanlayuchae' in regional adaptation trials. ‘Jungmo 7003’ showed high resistance to screrotium. The oil content of ‘Jungmo 7003’ was 43.8%. In fatty acid composition of ‘Jungmo 7003’, oleic acid content is 68.4%, which is 1.2% higher than ‘Hanlayuchae'. ‘Jungmo 7003’ will be adaptable to southwestern area including Jeonllanam-do, Jeollabuk-do and Gyeongsangnam-do and Jeju island of Korea.
