        Webpage cookies collect and authorize access to users’ online footprints and regulate the data authorization for access, sharing, and usage. Data authorization, which is built based on, but exceeding cookies protocol, enables personalized recommendations under the framework of data-driven content-user matching in a way against customer privacy invasiveness and data breaches. However, gaps exist in how users’ desire for a personalized experience and the site’s perceived ethics contribute to the site-trust and cookies acceptance of categories at each type of site and how businesses’ reward incentives and cookie-based controls may intensify the willingness to contribute to the user data donation continuously.

        The luxury fashion industry is facing increasing scrutiny due to its negative environmental impact and unsustainable production methods. However, new business models in the form of second-hand commerce and renting are emerging as attractive options for consumers, reshaping the luxury fashion landscape. This paper examines the current state of second-hand luxury fashion and explores the business models adopted by companies in this sector. A review of existing literature reveals key themes pertaining to second-hand luxury, including consumer motivations and attitudes towards recycled luxury fashion, the evolving meanings and consumer identities associated with second-hand luxury, the impact on the traditional luxury fashion industry, the environmental benefits of recycled luxury fashion, and the business models and sustainability strategies of companies operating in this sector.

        In the current era of sustainable development, economic, social, and environmental changes are interrelated, and social inclusion and environmental sustainability are our shared goals. In response, social and environmental values have become important considerations for the success of an enterprise, placing an increased emphasis on the interests of all stakeholders. This trend in the governance of enterprise fueled the emergence of a new organizational form: the certified B Corporation (B Corp), a social enterprise certified by B Lab as an enterprise that creates value for non-shareholding stakeholders, including employees, customers, the local community, and the environment. With their positive social and environmental impacts, B Corps have become increasingly recognized as instrumental in the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and literature on B Corps has increased. However, empirical research on the role of B Corps is still lacking.

        With the expanding availability of market data, firms are increasingly reliant on analytical capabilities as a source of competitive advantage, a trend that is reflected in the rising budgets allocated to data and analytics (The CMO Survey, 2022). Analytical capabilities denote firms' capacity to define and extract insights from the available data and link these insights to decision-making (e.g., Cao et al., 2019; Penttinen & Frösén, 2022). Despite the growing influence of the capability perspective on marketing analytics, which is rooted in the resource-based view (Barney, 1991), the understanding of analytical capabilities as a source of performance disparities remains in its early stages. In particular, although analytical capabilities of firms constitute (1) capabilities internal to the firm, as well as (2) those shared within the firm’s broader business network, the vast majority of previous research focuses on the development and use of internal analytical capabilities only (Gupta & George, 2016; Wedel & Kannan, 2016). As a result, there remains limited understanding regarding shared analytical capabilities that assume close collaboration between business partners, such as suppliers, buyers, and third parties, in developing and sharing data and insights (Alinaghian & Razmdoost, 2018; Penttinen & Frösén, 2022) and extend beyond the boundaries of individual firms.

        To successfully expand their business activities in overseas markets, small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) must first acquire a thorough knowledge and understanding of prevailing environmental and market conditions. This study examines the crucial role that a learning orientation can play in the generation of relevant foreign market knowledge. It also investigates the impact of foreign market knowledge on strengthening internationalizing SMEs’ operational adjustment agility and market capitalizing agility, which in turn enhance firms’ international venture performance. Our empirical effort is based on data collected from 209 Nigerian industrial SMEs which internationalize their efforts. To test our research model and hypotheses we collected data by means of a survey conducted among Nigerian small- and medium-sized firms (i.e., employing 250 or less people) which internationalize their efforts and launch their products in B2B markets. The positive role of learning orientation, foreign market knowledge and organizational agility is confirmed by our results on driving international venture performance.

        Research in entrepreneurial marketing (EM) has put considerable effort into identifying various factors associated with entrepreneurial success, including skills and competences of prospective entrepreneurs. At the same time, little consensus exists regarding the relative importance of particular marketing skills. Moreover, the literature to date does not outline any essential marketing-related competencies needed for nascent entrepreneurs. Our study looks to identify specific marketing competencies relevant to entrepreneurial context. A three-stage mixed-methodology approach to data collection is deployed. Qualitative documentary analysis and exploratory interviews provide preliminary findings and guide the design of a subsequent quantitative survey of UK entrepreneurs, resulting in insights into the most beneficial marketing competencies for entrepreneurship. Further, these insights are used to equip educators with improved practice of developing marketing practice for future entrepreneurs. This research is expected to advance the understanding of nascent entrepreneurship research, practice and pedagogy within EM field.

        Digitalization is a prevailing force in the marketplace and unquestionably a key topic on the strategic agenda of many firms (e.g., Balsmeier & Woerter, 2019). Alongside, research into managing digitalization has also strongly increased in recent years (Svahn, Matthiasen, & Lindgren, 2017; Ritter & Pedersen, 2020). Hofacker, Pillai, Golgeci & Gligor (2020, p. 1162) claim “Artificial intelligence, blockchain, data security/integrity, Internet of Things, and big data analytics are just some possible digital trends that can shape how B2B relationships are understood and managed”. Despite this increasing interest, the number of works within the scope of business-to-business (B2B) exchanges is still limited (Obal & Lancioni, 2013; Pagani & Pardo, 2017; Gomes et al., 2022; Matt, Pedrini, Bonfanti & Orzes, 2023) and there any many unexplored or underexplored phenomena.

        We propose a sales prediction model based on the number of new members, online advertising, and consumer reviews for a short period. Considering purchase behaviors of new and existing members, we predict reliable sales amounts, which can be monthly updated. Our study provides digital marketers with a feasible prediction approach.

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of the new marine leisure ships. In order to achieve the research purpose, the cost and income were calculated based on the operating of other marine leisure ships, and the feasibility of the project was empirically analyzed. This study established a research model that applies the values derived by empirically analyzing ships with similar specifications, to the new marine leisure ships. We then calculated the cost-benefit analysis, net present value, and internal return, and evaluated the feasibility of the project based on this. As a result of the business feasibility analysis of investing in marine leisure ship, it was found that economic feasibility exists with a B/C of 1.042 and 1.049 for new and secondhand ships, respectively; however, considering the stability of the ship and the publicity and continuity of the business operation, it is recommended to invest in new ships compared to secondhand ships. The total benefit over the 10-year operating period using a social discount rate of 4.5% was evaluated to be about KRW 292.0 billion, which is higher than the total cost of KRW 256.6 billion. In conclusion, the profitability analysis showed that the B/C was 1.042, the NPV was KRW 193 billion, and the IRR was 2.1%, which indicates that profitability is weakly secured.

        본 논문에서는 정부 기업지원 사업이 기업성장에 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며, 정부지원 활동에 성장단계를 조절 변수로 활용하여 기업의 재무적 성과 또는 비재무적 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하였다. 그 결과 정부 기업 지원은 재무적 성과, 비재무적 성과, 정부지원 활용에 유의적 영향을 미쳤 으며, 성장단계의 조절 효과의 경우 재무적 성과 및 비재무적 성과 모두에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석 되었다. 연구결과를 종합하면, 정부 기업지원은 기업의 성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치며, 성장단계는 재무적 성과 및 비재무적 성과 모두에 정(+)의 효과가 있으며, 재무적 성과에 미치는 영향이 더욱 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이에 각 기업의 성장단계에 맞추어 정부 지원사업을 지원하여야 하며, 그중 쇠퇴기에 기업은 산업분야 및 기업분석을 통하여 기업의 상태에 맞추어 지원하는 맞춤형 지원을 수행할 필요가 있으며 정부 기업지원 사업의 효율성을 개선하는데 의미가 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        This study is a leading case of empirical analysis of whether, when corporate stakeholders (government, investors, customers, managers, employees) put pressure on companies for ESG management, it affects the introduction and implementation of ESG activities (environmental, social, governance) and affects business performance. As for the research method, a sustainability report was published, and a web survey of Korea Research Inc. was conducted from May 10 to May 20, 2022 targeting ESG management managers of 192 companies, and analyzed through the PLS structural equation model. As a result of the study, it was found that the introduction and execution of ESG is closely influenced by the pressure from the government, investors, managers, and employees, and in particular, the internal pressure of current managers and executives and employees has a great impact on the introduction and implementation of environmental, social, and governance activities. In particular, although external pressure also has some influence, it is practical to suggest that strong internal pressure is necessary for continuous activities and performance. And, methodologically, the main activity indicators of the GRI Reporting Guidelines, which are the most representative ESG management indicators, were developed as a questionnaire, and reliability, validity, and model fit were secured through comparison with indicators of multiple systems and expert reviews. The limitations of this study are that more in-depth analysis by industry or size is possible when ESG management is mature and sufficient samples are secured, and complex ESG pressure factor modeling is possible when more diverse stakeholders are added.

        Data commentary is an important text type in research articles; however, its discourse model is often challenging to access because it is embedded in the upper genres such as textbook, weather forecast, and journal article. This study aims to establish a discourse model of data commentary, with a focus on academic research papers in Economics and Business administration journals. To accomplish this, this study employs Move analysis and SF-MDA(Systemic Functional-Multimodal Discourse Analysis) to investigate the moves of data commentaries and the metafunctional meanings of each step. The results indicate that the data commentary discourse model consists of three moves: (1) summarizing the topic and methodology, (2) representing figure and numbers, and (3) analyzing and commenting on results. Additionally, 22 steps are identified for each move that creates metafunctional meaning: ideational, interpersonal, and textual.

        본 연구는 사회주의국가들에서 선교적 목적을 가지고 비즈니스 활동을 해 온 BAM 기업들을 대상으로 사례연구를 진행하여, 이를 통해 BAM 기업들의 정착 성공요인을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 진행되 었다. 연구자는 사회주의국가에서 5년 혹은 그 이상 꾸준히 기업 활동을 해온 기업 대표 7명을 대면 혹은 비대면으로 만나 심층인터뷰를 기초로 한 BAM 기업 사례연구를 진행하였다. 심층 인터뷰 결과를 사례별로 분석하고 또 통합적 분석을 진행한 가운데, BAM 기업 7곳의 정착 성공요인 36개 항목을 정리한다. 나아가, 연구자는 본 연구가 통일선교 론의 범주 안에서 진행된다는 점을 고려하여 BAM 기업 사례연구의 결과물을 북한선교와 연계시킨다. 북한 내 사회-경제 차원의 여러 변화들을 주시하며, 최근 도시화-자본화 양상에 따라 대두된 BAM 선교론이 향후 북한선교 차원에서 역시 적용 가능하고 다양한 유무형의 선교 열매를 맺을 수 있는 대안임을 강조한다.

        본 논문의 목적은 국토교통분야에서 정부 R&D 지원을 받은 중소·중견기업을 대상으로 정부 R&D 지원이 기업 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석함과 동시에 사업화 프로그램의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 국내·외 문헌을 기반으로 R&D를 통해 도출되는 성과를 1·2차 매개변수로 구분하고, 정부에서 운영하는 사업화 프로그램을 조절변수로 설정 하였다. 회귀분석, 이중매개분석, 그리고 조절된 매개효과 분석 등을 이용하여 정부 R&D지원이 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향과 그 과정을 확인하였다. 연구 결과, 정부 R&D 지원이 기업 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미침을 확인하였고, 논문 및 특허 등 1차 성과와 시제품, 법제도 개정 등 2차 성과 모두 정부 R&D지원과 기업의 경영성과의 관계에서 이중매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러, 정부에서 운영하는 사업화 프로그램이 1차, 2차 성과가 매개변수로서 역할을 할 때 그 효과를 조절하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 향후 국토교통분야에서 기업 경영성과 및 경제적 효과 확대를 위한 정부 R&D 지원 정책을 수립할 때 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

        본 연구는 헤어미용실 고객의 인구통계적 특성에 따른 고객몰입의 차이와 고객몰입에 영향 을 미치는 헤어미용업의 관계효익을 규명하고자 한다. 실증적 연구를 위한 설문지는 경남의 헤어미용실 고객으로부터 수집하였고, 그 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 헤어미용실 고객의 인구통계적 특성에 따 른 고객몰입의 차이를 분석한 결과, 대졸 이상 집단과 남자 집단에서 고객몰입이 통계적으로 높게 나타 났다. 둘째, 관계효익과 고객몰입의 인과관계를 분석한 결과, 관계효익 중에서 고객화효익, 사회적효익, 심리적효익 각각 고객몰입에 통계적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 특히 심리적효익이 고객몰입에 가장 강한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

        Most of the prior studies on the servitization of manufacturing companies have been actively studied, focusing on the performance and cases of servitization at the single company level. According to the results, most of the servitization at the single company level has been expanded based on the relevance of the company’s core products. However, the form of companies that form a large axis of the Korean economy is a large-scale business group, and these business groups incorporate service affiliates for various purposes, so they show different characteristics from that of a single corporate. In addition, since the purpose of forming a business group is different for each business group, the service relevance between affiliates within the business group is different. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of service relevance between affiliates within a business group on the management performance of each business group. To this end, an empirical analysis will be conducted using panel data for 10 years from 2011 to 2020 for a total of 98 affiliates listed on KOSPI and KOSDAQ of 9 domestic business groups. Based on these results, the direction for improving management performance and establishing future servitization strategies for large business groups in Korea will be expected to be made.

        The purpose of this study is first to understand whether technology innovation capability, which is considered an important factor in the Root companies, directly affects the business performance of the company. Second, it was attempted to determine whether internal resources deemed necessary for a company's continuous competitive advantage and excellent business performance play a mediating role in the technological innovation capability of the Root companies and the business performance. The implications of this study derived from the research results are as follows: Among the elements of technology innovation capability, R&D capability, positively affects both financial and non-financial performance. It was confirmed that the investment ratio could positively affect financial performance such as sales, market share, and yield, and non-financial performance such as corporate image, employee satisfaction, and productivity. Among the factors of technology innovation capability, the technology innovation system positively affects both financial and non-financial performance. Therefore, it can be said that securing rights to owned technology, establishing technology and funding, efficient use of resources, etc., affects financial performance such as sales or market share of a company, and affect the company's production capacity, image, and employee satisfaction. It has been verified that internal resources, including financial, physical, and human resources, can mediate between the three elements of technology innovation capability and corporate financial and non-financial performance.

        본 연구에서는 식품접객업소에서 시중 판매되는 더치커 피의 미생물 오염도를 조사하여 유형에 따른 차이를 살펴 보고자 하였다. 경기도 내 커피전문점에서 유통되는 더치 커피 70건을 대상으로 위생지표균, 식중독균, 진균류 오염도를 조사하였으며 추출방법에 따른 일반세균과 진균류의 오 염도를 비교하였다. 일반세균수는 0.74-6.21 log CFU/mL 범 위로 검출되었으며 식품 유형에 따른 평균 검출량은 식품 접객업소 조리식품(3.04 log CFU/mL)이 액상커피(2.08 log CFU/mL)보다 높게 나타났다. 액상커피는 검출된 6건 중 3건이 세균수 기준을 초과하여 부적합이었다. 식중독 원 인균은 70건 모두 불검출이었다. 진균수는 0.70-4.00 log CFU/mL 범위로 검출되었으며 식품유형에 따른 차이는 없 었다. 추출방법에 따른 미생물 오염도는 원두 혼합 여부 와 추출 시간에 따라 비교하였으며, 일반세균수와 진균수 모두 유의적인 차이는 없었다(P>0.05). 시중 유통되는 더 치커피는 일반세균과 진균류에 대한 오염도가 높으므로 위생적인 관리와 적절한 온도 유지를 통해 미생물 오염을 줄이는 것이 중요하며 안전성 확보를 위해 지속적인 모니 터링이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.
