        Due to the special nature of the rotary type dust remover operating close to a river, more than 80% of the parts that make up the device are made of stainless steel. Stainless steel material is applied to the parts. In addition, sufficient rigidity is required, so the dimensions of the members that affect rigidity, including thickness, are applied excessively, resulting in a large weight. As a result, resistance increases during operation, lowering operating efficiency, and production and maintenance are costly and time-consuming, and maintainability is poor. In particular, when the rake blade is damaged, drainage by the pump cannot be smoothly achieved due to inoperability or performance degradation due to interference with other parts, which can cause serious damage to life and property due to flooding. Accordingly, in this study, a carbon material rake was developed to replace the existing stainless steel rake, and research was conducted to improve and optimize the problems of the existing rake.

        The rotary type dust remover is a device in which the rake assembly filters and processes clumps in the water while rotating and repeating movements along the track. It is installed in the pump suction part of the drainage pump station and the rainwater pump station to protect the pump to ensure smooth drainage. Since the rake assembly plays a key role in filtering out complications while passing through the water, stainless steel is applied to all components constituting it, and damage or failure due to deformation causes a crisis in case of heavy rain. This is because the existing rake assembly is excellent in rigidity, but all components are assembled by welding, which takes a lot of time for repair and replacement. In this study, shape design for rakes and assemblies of the rotary type dust remover, structural analysis to secure reliability, and demonstration tests were conducted through prototype production. Through this, it is intended to help prevent the stiffness of the joint of the rotary type dust remover from deteriorating, reduce time and cost, and efficient operation.

        Lightweighting is crucial in various industries, especially for bicycles where weight and stiffness are key. Traditional materials like steel, aluminum, and carbon each have pros and cons. This study compares hybrid tubes made of aluminum and carbon composites with conventional aluminum tubes. Using structural analysis and experimental testing, the hybrid tubes showed a weight reduction of up to 17.25% and maintained acceptable deformation levels. Finite element analysis confirmed these findings, demonstrating the hybrid tubes' potential as superior bicycle frame materials. Future research should focus on long-term durability and fatigue characteristics.

        The rapid urbanization and industrial growth have increased the demand in construction, maintenance, and infrastructure, leading to significant advancements in aerial work vehicle technology. This study focuses on the structural performance of ultra-high-strength steel plates of varying thicknesses used in telescopic booms, which is a critical component of aerial work vehicles. This study aims to address the cost issues associated with the previously used 5mm thick plates by evaluating the structural integrity of thinner plates. Using finite element analysis (FEA), the study analyzes stress and displacement for different thicknesses, specifically targeting the first boom segment, which bears the most load. The results indicate that while 3mm and 3.2mm thick plates are unsuitable due to buckling, the 4mm thick plate meets safety criteria with a safety factor of 2.51 and reduces costs by over 20%. By using 4mm thick ultra-high-strength steel for the first boom segment is cost-effective, providing structural integrity and an applicable solution for aerial work vehicle manufacturers.

        In this study, a study on the design of the rake shape of a rotary screener is conducted. The rake bar and rake of a rotary screener were designed, and three types for the rake shape were designed by changing the rake shape. Structural analysis was conducted in consideration of the vertical load applied when the narrow object was pulled up by the rake and the friction force applied underwater, and the more efficient type was verified by comparing the stress and strain applied to the lake by shape. In addition, structural analysis was additionally performed by changing the material of the rake to a carbon composite material in the same manner. That is, in order to improve the need to replace the entire rake part in case of damage, we will examine the improvement of the strength of the rake by performing structural analysis by changing the material of the rake.

        목적: 안경사 직무를 분석하여 국가시험 교과목과의 연계성을 확인하고 대학의 시험과목 비율과 교육과정 개발에 기초자료를 제공한다. 방법 : 안경사 872명과 안경광학과 교수 99명을 대상으로 5개의 직무영역과 18개의 일로 구성된 설문을 조사하여 분석하였다. 결과 : 안경사 직무분석에서 작업의 중요도와 필요도가 모두 높은 영역에서 필요능력인 지식과 기술을 도출하여 안경조제가공(39.1%), 시력검사(27.5%) 및 콘택트렌즈(14.8%), 기타(18.6%)의 비중을 통해 안경사 1차 직무 분석(2000년)과 비교해 검안안경사 분야로 안경사의 직무가 이동된 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 안경사 직무에서의 변화는 안경사 국가시험과 대학의 교육과정에 적절히 반영되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.

        Domestic dust remover began to be manufactured and installed in the late 1980s by introducing Japanese products and technologies. Currently, the design standards of dust remover are applied to Japan's design standards and partly sub-unit technology was developed for the domestic environment, but no technology was not developed. In addition, most of the manufacturers are small or small, so many of them have been installed and operated for 25 years because they develop small technologies such as parts deformation and functional addition rather than core technology development. Mechanical dust remover require about 70% of manufacturing costs compared to conventional hydraulic dust remover, which can reduce initial production costs, reduce maintenance costs due to low failure rates, and can be operated reliably. Existing hydraulic dust remover had a problem of contaminating rivers due to leakage of hydraulic oil, but mechanical dust remover have no factors that cause water pollution. Therefore, this study developed a rack-type operating structure for optimal and new construction by developing a multi-stage rack structure of mechanical decontamination components, which are substitutes of conventional rotary and hydraulic dust remover.

        In this study, we verify the stability of the operation of mechanical dust remover by conducting the development of a rack-type operating structure and mechanism. This led to the development of a new type of mechanical dust remover, which resulted in the following conclusions. The optimum design was established for the specifications and shapes of the main structural and power transfer components according to the required capabilities of the mechanical dust remover. The power transmission structure of the worm gear and the spur gear corresponding to the rack bar gear box was determined to fit the lift structure, which is a combination of rack sprockets. When the rack bar is elongated, it develops a rack-type operating structure that enables smooth descent by allowing it to form a gap between the rake and the screen. And the mechanism was verified by calculating the stresses on the sprocket entering the rack box.

        Recently, the use of non-ferrous metals has been increasing to lighten the weight of automobiles and parts. In particular, demand for non-ferrous alloy materials such as aluminum alloys and magnesium alloys is increasing. The purpose of this study is to calculate the optimization process of friction stir welding by using different materials of AA5052 and AA6061. By analyzing the reaction value of tensile strength and elongation by full factorial design and Custom Design Methodology. In other words, we analyzed the optimization process according to rotation speed, feed rate, tool angle and tool shape. In conclusion, the optimal process for tensile strength was achieved by using a tool with a rotation speed of 900 RPM, feed rate of 270, tool angle of 2.5° and a triangle tool. and The rotation speed was 1003 RPM, the feed rate was 314.5, tool angle of 1° and a triangle tool, it was able to get the maximum value of elongation when using a tool of the form.

        목 적: 국내 및 해외 안경사의 직무범위와 국가시험 제도를 비교 분석하여, 국가시험 개선방향에 지표로 삼을 수 있도록 하고자 한다. 방 법: 국가시험관련 자료를 분석하여 국내 안경사의 직무범위와 시험제도를 해외 안경사와 비교분석해 보았으며, 실기시험 도입의 효과에 대해 안경사를 상대로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 결 과: 미국, 일본, 독일, 호주 등 안경사 면허제도가 체계화된 외국의 경우 다양한 형태로 임상실기시험 이 치러지고 있었다. 그러나 국내 안경사제도는 외국의 조제안경사(dispensing optician)와 검안사 (optometrist)의 직무를 포괄하는 제도로 운영되고 있으며, 국가시험에서는 실기과목을 30년째 이론시험으 로 대체하고 있어 실무능력을 제대로 평가하지 못하고 있다. 전국 안경사 설문조사 결과에 의하면 이러한 문 제로 발생한 신입안경사의 낮은 실무능력을 자체적으로 향상시키기 위해 재교육을 실시하고 있었다. 결 론: 시험제도는 교육현장의 질적 향상을 견인한다는 의미에서 시험제도의 체계적인 검토와 논의를 통 한 개선점 도출이 안경사 교육의 질 관리에 간접적으로 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

        목 적: 한국안경광학과 평가인증원 설립에 관한 타당성과 향후 평가인증원의 설립과 운영정책 및 방향 설정의 기초자료로 활용하는데 그 목적이 있다. 방 법: 2015년도 12월 5일부터 15일간 전국의 안경광학과 교수 91명(남자 31명(34.1%), 여자 60명 (65.9%))을 대상으로 구조화된 검사지(Structured Questionnaire)를 이용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문 지는 SPSS 15.0 사회과학통계프로그램을 이용하여, 빈도분석, 평균 등의 통계분석을 실시하였다. 결 과: 안경광학과 평가인증원의 설립이 필요하다는 응답이 72명(80.5%), 아니오가 16명(17.8%)으로 나 타났으며, 평가인증원 설립의 필요성은 타 기관에서 설립되어 운영되는 경우 안경광학과의 정체성 위협에 대비하여 필요가 35명(47.9%), 의료 직종과의 업무범위 논의 및 업무범위 확대를 위해 필요가 20명(27.4%), 교육품질 향상을 위해 필요가 13명(17.8%)으로 나타났다. 결 론: 본 연구 결과를 통해 고등교육법이 개정됨으로써 의료인 양성 교육과정을 운영하는 대학은 의무적 으로 평가인증에 받아야 함에 따라 타 직종과 차별화된 선제적인 대응을 위해 안경광학과 평가인증원 설립이 필요하며, 장기적으로는 안경광학과의 교육에 대한 지속적인 품질 개선 및 보증을 위해 한국안경광학과 평가 인증원 설립이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 한국안경광학과 평가인증원의 설립형태 및 구성방법은 독립적이 고 객관적인 업무 수행이 가능한 독립법인형태와 인적구성을 희망하고 있음을 알 수 있다.

        투자대안을 올바르게 선정하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 그러나 지금까지의 투자대안들에 대한 경제성 평가방법은 대안들의 현금흐름을 대하여 기간별 순 현금흐름으로 바꾸어 MARR을 이용한 NPV, FW, AE 혹은 IRR 등으로 평가하여 왔다. 그러나 실제 문제에 있어서는 이러한 평가 방법은 모든 현금흐름은 언제나 MARR로 가치가 증가하거나 할인 된다는 가정 하에 이루어진 것이다. 그러나 현금흐름의 패턴이 다양하여 경제성 분석 및 평가 시 평가이율인 MARR과 다른 흐름이 많이 발생하지만 이를 제대로 반영을 하지 못하여 대안의 선정을 그릇되게 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현금흐름의 패턴을 고려한 투자대안의 경제성 분석 및 평가에 대한 모델을 개발하여 다양한 실무에서 쉽고 효과적으로 투자대안의 경제성을 분석하고 평가 방법을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다.
