        기후 변화에 따른 표고 재배사내 온도와 습도의 변화추이를 알아보기 위하여 5년 동안 봄, 여름, 가을 기간에 걸쳐 국내 49곳의 표고버섯 재배사에서 온도와 습도를 측정 분석하였다. 톱밥배지 재배사의 5년간 평균 온도와 습도는 24.7℃와 60.5%이었다. 원목 재배사의 5년간 평균 온도는 24.4℃, 평균 습도는 60.0%로 나타났다. 여름철 기간 중 온도 평균은 원목재배사의 경우는 2016년 29.8℃, 2017년 29.1℃, 2018년 33.3℃이었으며 톱밥배지 재배사의 경우는 2016년 26.8℃, 2017년 20.4℃, 2018년 24.2℃이었다. 조사 기간 중 30℃가 넘는 고온으로 측정된 재배사는 봄철에 1곳, 여름철에 5곳이었으며 원목 재배사가 5곳을 차지하였다. 원목재배에서 온도가 20℃를 넘지 않는 재배사는 4곳으로 모두 가을에 조사된 온도였다. 본 연구 조사는 기후변화에 대비해 표고 재배사의 경우 원목 재배사 관리에 우선적으로 대비해야 함을 시사하였다.

        To gather information on the indoor air quality of the greenhouses used for edible oakwood mushroom cultivation, temperature, humidity, and bacterial concentration and species were investigated in 2015 and 2016 in 21 mushroom greenhouses located in ten different regions in Korea. Temperature and humidity of all the mushroom greenhouses ranged from 16.2 to 30.8°C and from 28.2 to 85.6%, respectively. Bacterial concentration exceeded the Korean indoor air quality standard value (800 cfu/m3) in 15 of the 21 mushroom greenhouses. A total of 33 genera and 76 species were identified in the indoor air of the mushroom greenhouses investigated. Of the identified bacteria, 10 genera and 15 species including Acidovorax oryzae, Bacillus infantis, B. licheniformis, Cellulosimicrobium funkei, Ewingella Americana, Exiguobacterium sibiricum, Leclercia adecarboxylata, Lysinibacillus sphaericus, Pseudomonas fulva, Raoultella terrigena, Staphylococcus cohnii, S. haemolyticus, S. saprophyticus, S. sciuri, and Streptomyces sindenensis are among those known to have a harmful effect on human health. These bacteria have been reported to cause sepsis, skin infection, bloodstream infection, bacteremia, spondylitis, peritonitis, acute meningitis, endocarditis and urinary tract infection. The results of this study indicate that continuous hygiene management of indoor air is necessary in the greenhouses used for oakwood mushroom cultivation.

        Four fungal species, during indoor air monitoring for fungi that possibly affect the field testing of a newly bred shiitake cultivar in cultivation houses located in Cheongyang, Chungnam Province and Jangheung, Jeonnam Province. Of these species, two are known to be plant pathogens and the other two are saprobes but potent contaminators in the mushroom cultivation environment. This study reports the morphological characteristics and phylogenetic relationships of these four species based on nucleotide sequences of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) and 18S rDNA region, including their known information.

        To obtain information on the sanitary condition of indoor environment in greenhouses used for shiitake cultivation, bacteria associated with larvae and imagoes of Sciaridae flies, a pest to shiitake mushroom, were isolated and identified. A total of 1,048 bacterial colonies were isolated from the flies’ larvae and 984 bacterial colonies were isolated from the flies’ imagoes. Based on the molecular analysis of the 16S rDNA sequence, Achromobacter xylosoxidans and Tetrathiobacter kashmirensis of betaproteobacteria, Enterobacter asburiae and Raoultella ornithinolytica of gammaproteobacteria, Curtobacterium sp. and Microbacterium thalassium of Actinobacteria, and Penibacillus taichungensis of Firmicutes were identified from the colonies of the flies’ larvae. On the other hand, Bacillus megaterium, B. thuringiensis, Lysinbacillus sphaericus and L. fusifomis of Firmicutes, Microbacterium thalassium and Citricoccus parietis of Actinobacteria, and Enterobacter asburiae of gammaproteobacteria were identified from the flies’ imagoes. Some of the isolated bacterial species were known to be human pathogens. Overall, the results of this study suggested that mushroom fly carrying human pathogenic bacteria is one of factors affecting the sanitary of indoor environment of greenhouses used for shiitake cultivation.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate nutritional knowledge, practice of eating behavior guidelines, and problematic dietary habits in working high school students in comparison with non-working high school students. A survey questionnaire was formulated to obtain information on demographic variables, body size, part-time jobs, nutritional knowledge, practice of eating behavior guidelines, and dietary habits. The developed questionnaire was given out to 515 students attending a vocational high school in Yongin, Gyeonggi-Do. Those who had been working 5 hours or more per day for at least a month at the time of survey administration were defined as working students for this study. Proportions of working students were similar between male and female students (i.e. 49.5% for male, 50.5% for female). No significant difference was found in scores of nutritional knowledge between working (8.43±2.29) and non-working students (8.60±2.19). However, some dietary habits were found to be dependent on working status. While approximately 43% of non-working students reported skipping a meal, about 57% of working students did so (p〈0.01). The proportion of students with any drinking experience was significantly higher among working students (92%) compared to non-working students (80%) (p〈0.001). Working students were found to drink alcoholic beverages more often than non-working students (p〈0.001). The mean score of practice of eating behavior guidelines was lower in working students than non-working students. The magnitude of this difference was modest (51.33±0.63 in working students, 53.40±0.51 in non-working students), but reached statistical significance (p〈0.01). Based on the findings from this study, it is suggested that specific behavior-oriented messages to improve certain problematic dietary habits need to be directed toward working high school students.

        본 연구에서는 어머니의 영양 지식과 태도는 영아기 영양관리와 건강에 중요한 인자가 될 수 있다고 사료되어 수유와 이유를 실시하는 어머니를 대상으로 영유아기 섭식에 관한 영양지식 정도와 태도를 측정하였다. 또한 종단적으로 아기의 성장에 맞는 섭식 관리에 대한 영양 교육을 실시한 후 부모의 영양 지식과 태도의 변화 및 이에 다른 수유와 이유 과정의 진행을 체계적으로 분석하여 영유아기의 올바른 섭식 관리의 지침을 제시하는데 도움을 주고자 했다. 이를 위해 임신 후반의 특정 질환이 없는 임신부중 정상적인 재태 기간과 정상 분만을 한 88명의 어머니와 영유아를 대상으로 54명은 교육군, 34명은 대조군으로 분류한 후, 임신 말부터 생후 12개월까지 6회의 영양교육과 5차에 걸친 설문조사로 수행되었다. 본 연구대상자의 일반 사항은 교육군와 대조군에서 차이가 없었다. 즉 영아의 출생시 평균 체중과 신장은 3.32kg과 50.95cm로 한국 소아 신체발육치와 비슷하였으며, 어머니의 평균 연령은 28.8세, 학력은 고졸 35.2%, 대졸 64.5%였다. 직업을 갖고 있는 경우는 교육군 14.5%, 대조군 19.3%로 큰 차이가 없었다. 이유지식은 교육전 10점중 대조군 7.33±0.92점, 교육군 7.54±1.03점이었다. 이유시기에 관해서는 낮은 점수를, 이유식을 먹이는 방법에 있어서는 높은 점수를 나타냈으며 그룹간 차이는 없었다. 반면 교육후에는 10점중 대조군 8.33점, 교육군 9.06점으로 교육군이 대조군에 비해 높았다(p〈0.05). 교육 후 이유태도는 5점중 교육군 3.74±0.36, 대조군 3.52±0.35로 교육군이 바람직한 태도를 보여주었다. 특히, 선식이용과 소금.설탕 이용, 이유식을 조제분유와 섞어 먹이는 것에 대해서는 교육군이 대조군보다 바람직한 태도를 나타내었다(p〈0.05). 이유식 먹이기에 있어서 교육군이 대조군보다 스푼을 이용해서 떠 먹이는 것을 많이 실시하고 있었고 6개월 때 떠먹는 정도 또한 교육군에서 좋았다. 설탕이용 및 시판이유식의 이용은 대조군이 유의적으로 많았다(p〈0.05). 또한 9~12개월 때 이유식 섭취빈도는 시판 우유 및 조제유를 포함한 '우유.유제품'과 '과자류'의 이용에서 대조군이 유의적으로 많이 섭취했다(p〈0.05). 특히 시판우유의 이용이 대조군에서 월등히 많았다(p〈0.01).이상에서와 같이 영양교육에 따른 두 그룹을 비교해본 결과 이유기 영양에 관한 교육에 따른 변화를 볼 수 있었다 특히 교육군에서 이유식을 먹이는 방법, 식품의 선택이 보다 바람직하게 제시되어 어머니를 대상으로 한 영양교육의 실시는 아기의 바람직한 식행동을 유도할 수 있다고 사료된다. 또한 이유식을 통한 다양한 식품의 경험 및 식품 섭취방법 등을 연습하는 과정을 통해 앞으로의 식생활 및 성장 발달에 영향을 미칠 것으로 사료된다. 따라서 영유아의 성장발달에 따른 적절한 영양교육의 실시가 보다 체계적으로 활성화 되어야 하겠으며 이를 위해 실제로 도움이 될 수 있는 구체적인 교육내용, 방법 및 도구의 개발이 요구된다.

        The objectives of the present study were to assess the early nutrition-related knowledge, eating behaviors of preschool children, the types of messages that their mothers give to them about nutrition and to analysis the interrelationships among these variables. The children of this study showed the uncooperative eating behaviors most frequently when they had breakfast and vegetables. In these cases the most frequent mother's messages given to the children was encourage eating some of each food. Children's eating problems as perceived by mothers were mainly low dietary intake and an unbalanced diet. The most frequent messages given to the children in the presentation of new foods were telling the child taste them and general nutrition about the new food. General topics in nutrition the mothers had discussed with their children were about nutrients, food groups, food transformations and food origins. Children whom mothers provided more information about these topics scored significantly higher on the concepts of food transformation, food origins and the total nutrition knowledge score. It is clear from this study that preschool children begin to learn about nutrition through these parental messages. Both parents and caretakers of young children should recognize the potential importance of these early interaction patterns.

        This study estimated the status of dietary intake of 258 children from ages 3 to 6 living in Seoul and analyzed the correlation between the degree of children's nutrition awareness and dietary intake, to provide some basic informations on nutrition education program for their health promotion. Average height and weight of the children were 110.5 cm and 19.7 kg. And their body mass index was 16.2 and obesity index was 6.5%. Proportions of carbohydrate, protein and fat to the total calorie intakes were on the average 55.8%, 15.6% and 28.6%. Calorie intake proportion of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack were 20.9%, 21.9%, 22.3% and 34.9%. In protein intake, proportion of animal and vegetable protein was 1.4, in fat intake pattern, P/M/S ratio was 1.2/1.2/1.0. As a consequence of analyzing the correlation between children's nutrition awareness and dietary intake, children of high awareness degree to the food value did not intake much calorie and carbohydrate, and did not choose cereals and starches, condensed fat food. As a result, dietary intake of pre-school children showed very good but partially showed a problem of over and under nutrition in quantity or in quality we hope that the result of this study could be helpful for the nutrition education program for the health and nutrition of the pre-school children.

        The objectives of the present study were to assess the preschool-children's awareness of nutrition, their level of control over foods and involvement in food-related activities and to examine the interrelationships among these variables. The children of this study demonstrated low levels of awareness of the concepts of food groups and the roles of both foods and exercise in energy balance. But the degree of children's awarences about the concepts of food transformations, food origins and food values was favorable. The range of possible scores was 0 to 18, while the range of the children's scores was 2 to 16. The mean score was 9.3, represently 52% of the questions answered correctly. Factors associated with the children's involvement in food-related activities were children's age, familly's income and mother's dietary balance. Children who were more involved in food related activities had significantly higher nutrition awareness scores.
