This study investigated the effect of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum JSA22-fermented rice drinks on dextran sodium sulfate (DSS)-induced colitis in mice. Twenty-four mice were randomly assigned; No colitis (Con), colitis with tap water (DSS-only), colitis with unfermented rice (DSS-UFR), and colitis with fermented rice (DSS-FR). After inducing colitis with 2% DSS for 5 days, they were given Tap water, UFR drink, or FR drink for an additional 6 days. The DSS-FR group had significantly lower Disease Activity Index (DAI) scores compared to the DSS-only group, but no significant difference with the DSS-UFR group. Colon length was reduced in the DSS-only group. The DSS-only group had significantly higher IL-6 mRNA levels compared to the Con group, while the DSS-FR groups showed significantly lower IL-6 mRNA levels compared to the DSS-only group. These results suggest that rice drinks fermented with Lactiplantibacillus Plantarum JSA22 ameliorate the severity of DSS-colitis, by potentially reducing proinflammatory cytokines.

목적 : 본 연구는 일어서기에 어려움을 가진 고령자를 비롯한 모든 사람들의 신체적 부담을 줄여주고 독립 적인 일상생활을 성취하기 위해 일어서기 능력이 저하된 고령자에게 사용이 쉽고 편리하고 안전한 일어서기 보조기기를 개발하고 사용에 대한 평가를 실시함으로써 사회적 참여능력을 증진시키기 위한 도구로서의 역할을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 연구 방법 : 본 연구에서는 기존 일어서기 보조기기의 문제점인 큰 부피, 무거운 중량 그리고 높은 가격 등을 최소화한 일어서기 보조기기를 개발하여 연구도구로 활용하였다. 개발된 일어서기 보조기기에 대한 평가를 위해 65세 이상의 노인 90명을 대상으로 Rapid Entire Body Assessment(REBA), 일어서기 단계별 수행도 및 운동기술능력 분석, Quebec User Evaluation of Satisfaction with assistive Technology (QUEST)를 평가도구로 활용하였다. 결과 : 개발한 보조기기 적용 전·후에 따른 일어서기 자세분석 결과 목, 몸통, 위팔, 아래팔 그리고 REBA 총점에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다(p<.05). 보조기기의 적용 전·후에 따른 일어서기 단계별 수행도 분석 결과 1단계에서 6단계와 전체 단계 평균값에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였고(p<.05), 운동기술능력에서는 유연성, 지속하기, 속도처리 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다(p<.05). QUEST를 활용한 사용성 평가 결과 모든 항목에서 ‘만족한다’이상의 긍정적인 결과가 나타났다. 결론 : 본 연구결과를 통해 개발한 일어서기 보조기기가 근골격계 위험성이 높은 고령자에게 수행도 및 운 동기술의 향상뿐만 아니라 만족스러운 보조도구로써의 역할의 가능성을 확인하였다. 추후 고령자뿐만 아니라 일어서기에 어려움을 겪고 있는 다양한 사람들에게 보조기기를 적용함으로써 일상생활에서 겪을 수 있는 불편함을 해소하고 작업치료의 중재적 적용범위를 보다 확장할 수 있는 계기가 되길 기대한다.

고온기 토마토 재배시 생산현장에서 즉시 적용할 수 있는 효과적인 적엽관리법을 구명하여 수확량과 상품성을 증대하기 위해 본 실험을 수행하였다. 농가에서 관행으로 행해지는 생장점부터 하부로 14개의 잎을 남기고 적엽하는 처리(Leaf-14), 생장점으로부터 하부로 20개의 잎을 남기고 적엽하는 처리(Leaf-20), 유럽에서 관행으로 행해지는 수확 후 화방 하부엽 제거 처리(Harvest), 토마토 잎의 광합성 특성을 적용한 개화 7주 후 화방 하부엽 제거 처리(7-weeks) 등 4개의 처리를 두었다. 적엽처리는 개화속도에는 영향이 미미했으나, 수확속도와 수확량 및 상품성에는 영향이 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 수확속도는 6-7일이 적당하며, 과다한 적엽으로 수확속도가 너무 빠르게 진행되면 총수확량이 감소하므로 적엽하지 않아야 한다. 고온기의 적엽은 Leaf-14보다 Leaf-20이 가장 좋은 방법이며, 7-weeks 처리도 효과적이었으나 적용이 번거로운 단점이 있었다. 따라서 재배현장에 적용하기 쉽고, 적엽처리 효과가 가장 우수한 Leaf-20 처리가 고온기 적정 적엽방법으로 판단된다.

Biodiesel is one of the most important renewable energy, since it is one of the most important alternative and eco-friendly energy source compared to fossil energy, especially for diesel engineequipped vehicles. It is now coming up for preparation of biodiesel as the alternative that applies the hetrogeneous catalyst, super critical state and various methods used in order to reduce the stages of the processes be converted and separation stages started from oil and fat which are originated from animals and wastes, and those new methods bring eco-friendly as well, though some of those are stand on research step so far. It is necessary that nation provides the tax exemption program for the supplier and strengthen the research system for the farming crops relate to fat and oil. It can improve the development of biodiesel which sustains stability against oxidation and keeps good mobility over the low temperatures in the winter season by new additives and develops new processes to show good harmony with diesel engine.

PURPOSES: By conducting the landscape survey that considered landscape factors of the Guide Coating in the Median Barrier that applied of the various level by simulating of the Guide Coating in the Median Barrier on the expressway, they showed the quantitative standard of landscape preference factors that the Guide Coating gives. METHODS: The shape of the Structural Equation Modeling used AMOS program and made a shape that is made of landscape preference for the Guide Coating in the Median Barrier on the expressway a dependent variable. RESULTS: Result in this, they showed that functionality and emotionalism are the factors that affect the landscape preference. CONCLUSIONS: In the main study, not only showing the Guide Coating in the Median Barrier on the expressway landscape valuation but also embodying the Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) of each group, knowing the Guide Coating and unknowing the Guide Coating. By embodying this, they could study that the drivers' quantitative standard is different when the Guide Coating become first applied and being changed after.

본 연구는 기존 행정적 절차 제시에 그치고 있는 방재관련 매뉴얼의 한계를 극복하고, 공학적 접근을 통한 실질적인 방재대책 제시에 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 고속도로 구간 내 비상재해 발생 시 우회차량에 대한 처리방안 미흡으로 생기는 교통정체현상을 해결하고자 재난/재해 지점의 인접 나들목으로 우회하는 차량들의 혼잡을 줄일 수 있는 인접교차로 운영방안을 매뉴얼화 하였다. 수도권 내 고속도로를 대상으로 유형구분에 따라 고속도로 본선 차단 시 인접교차로 운영 시점 분석 및 최적 대응방안을 분석한 결과 고속도로 재난/재해 발생 시 하부도로 진출 형태에 따라 교차로 운영시점이 다르게 나타났다. 분석 결과에 따라 재난/재해 발생 동시에 각 지점 특성에 맞는 교통조건 기하조건을 파악하여 인접교차로 운영 방안을 판단하고 언론 및 운전자에게 홍보할 수 있는 체계를 구축한다면 긴박한 유고상황에서 신속한 초기대응과 운전자들의 안전을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

We investigated phase separation by adding different concentrations of MTBE, to the mixtures of naphtha, ethanol and water. The phase separation temperatures of the Naphtha-Ethanol-Water solutions have dropped when the concentration of MTBE increases more. When adding IPA and IBA to the solutions of Gasoline-Ethanol and Gasoline base-Ethanol individually, IBA shows lower temperatures of phase separation than IPA, and it shows synergistic effect when mixtures of IPA and IBA is applied.
