This paper provides data for product development and improvement of grape varieties by analyzing the satisfactionimportance of the grape selection attributes from a consumer's perspective. A survey was conducted on consumers aged 19- 59 living in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon on their fruit consumption level, preferences according to the grape quality characteristics, importance, and satisfaction with the grape selection attributes. Three hundred and eighty two valid samples were collected and analyzed statistically using SPSS 23. In the preference according to the grape quality characteristics, consumers tended to prefer a sweet taste, black color, and seedless grapes. Regarding the importance of the grape selection attributes according to the level of grape consumption, the high consumption group considers texture, size, shape, color, ease of removing seeds, country of origin, area of production, certification, and brand to be more important. In satisfaction, the high consumption group rated satisfaction highly in texture, odor, size, shape, color, ease of removing peelings, ease of removing seeds, price, country of origin, area of production, certification, and brand. An analysis of the IPA of the grape selection attributes showed that improvement of price and shape attributes will be prioritized, and the development and management of properties, such as seeds, peelings, certification, and brand will be required. These results can be used to help improve the grape varieties and develop products that meet the consumer needs, secure the competitiveness of grape farmers, and revitalize the local economy.

본 논문에서는 축전식 탈염 공정에서 파울링 현상의 확인과 파울링의 제거공정 조건을 확립하는 연구를 진행하였다. 공급액에 첨가된 파울링 유발 물질인 Humic acid sodium salt (HA)의 농도는 5, 10, 15 mg/L이었다. 주어진 일반의 흡/탈착 조건에서 파울링의 발생은 시간이 지남에 따라 흡착과 탈착 농도의 증가로 확인할 수 있었다. 파울링 현상을 제거하기 위해 흡착 및 탈착에서의 전압과 시간을 변경하였다. 이로부터 흡착 조건 1.2 V/5 min, 탈착 조건 -3 V/2 min에서 파울링 제거를 확인하였다.

이 논문은 농업의 공익적 가치 확산의 일환으로 추진되고 있는 농업환경보전 프로그램의 성공적 도입을 위해 농업환경보전 실천기술 도입의 우선순위를 분석하고, 지역 환경에 적합한 맞춤형 농업환경보전 실천기술 패키지를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 농업환경보전 실천기술은 토양·용수·대기 3개 분야, 9개의 세부분야, 30개의 실천기술로 이루어져 있다. 우선순위 분석을 위해 AHP와 BWS의 이점을 적절하게 사용하여, 3개 분야와 9개 세부분야는 AHP기법으로, 분야별 실천기술은 BWS기법으로 우선순위를 측정하여 연구의 차별성 및 완성도를 높였다. 또한, 실천기술 우선순위 평가를 위한 기준은 환경효과성과 기술적용의 용이성을 이용하였다. 우선순위 종합 평가결과, ‘토양검정 및 비료·가축분뇨 사용량 감축’ 활동이 가장 높은 우선순위를 가지는 것으로 평가되었다. 이러한 실천기술에 대한 우선순위 결과를 바탕으로 영농형태별 및 환경조건별 맞춤형 실천기술 패키지의 사례를 제시하였다.

이 논문은 우유자조금 지출의 경제적 효과를 계측한 것이다. 특히, 자조금 지출에 따른 광고효과로 백색시유에 대한 수요증가와 그에 따른 백색시유 판매수입 증가에 국한하여 그 효과를 추정하였다. 다섯 가지 형태의 백색시유 수요함수 추정을 통해 백색시유에 대한 자조금탄성치를 추정하고 이를 통해 자조금 1원당 경제적 효과를 계측하였다. 추정결과, 우유자조금 1원당 경제적 효과는 단기(1달)에서 3.8원~5.1원의 경제적 효과가 있고, 다항시차모형(PDL model)을 적용하여 장기 누적효과(1년)를 계측한 결과 자조금 1원당 8.8원~10.5원의 경제적 효과가 있는 것으로 계측되었다.

This paper explores the historical development of English education in Korea regarding the second and third National Curriculum period. By using the historical research method which analyzes newspaper articles in four major newspapers in Korea, we compared the similarities and differences between these two periods. The research questions are: 1) what are the characteristics of the second National Curriculum? 2) what are the characteristics of the third National Curriculum?, and 3) what is the implication of these previous curricula on the current English education in Korea? It was found that the second National Curriculum Period showed steady development in English education in terms of its emphasis on oral skills instead of the traditional emphasis on reading and grammar skills. However, the lack of coherence among various English textbooks, the lack of English teachers fluent in English, and the exam-oriented social atmosphere were the significant challenges in fully implementing the second National Curriculum. The third National Curriculum Period overlaps with the Yushin Regime propagated by the late President Park Junghee. During this period, a systematic effort to introduce communicative language teaching continued, whereas the exam-orientation persisted which made the English class employ teacher-centered grammar-translation methods. This paper concludes with educational suggestions and future research directions.

최근 들어 국내에는 동물을 활용한 동물매개치료가 활성화되고 있다. ‘2015년도 동물 보호에 대한 국민의식조사 결과’에 따르면 반려동물 보유 가구 비율이 2010년에는 17.4%, 2015년도에는 21.8%로 증가하였으며 결과를 통해 반려동물과 매우 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 때문에 점차 동물매개치료가 활성화될 것으로 판단하여 현재 우리나라 사람들이 동물 매개치료에 대해서 얼마나 알고 있으며, 어떻게 생각하는지 알아보기 위하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문 대상은 전국 일반인을 대상으로 온라인 설문지 458개와 오프라인 설문지 124개, 총 582개 중 유효하지 않은 응답지 97개를 제외하고 유효한 응답지인 485개의 응답을 추려 결과를 도출하였다. 그 결과 생각보다 많은 응답자가 동물매개치료의 필요성을 느끼고 있었으며, 치료 도우미 동물로서 보다 많이 알려진 개, 고양이, 소동물에 비해 특수동물의 선호도가 현저히 낮았다. 때문에 치료 도우미 동물로서 특수동물의 선호도가 낮은 이유를 찾아 향후 방향성을 제시하고 최종적 으로 동물매개치료에 대한 인식을 조사하고자 하는데 목적이 있다

한국의 곤충 산업은 2010 년부터 ｢곤충 산업 육성 및 지원에 관한 법률｣에 의해 지원을 받았다. 이 법에 의거해 곤충을 사육하는 사람도 ‘농업인’으로 자격이 있다. 그러나 곤충 산업은 ‘농업’ 및 ‘농업인’, ‘농산물’과 같은 모든 개념을 정의하는 ｢농업 ․ 농촌 및 식품산업 기본법｣에 포함되지 않는다. 법적으로 엄격하게 말하면, 곤충 산업이 농업에 포함되지 않는다는 논쟁이 제기 될 때마다 곤충 산업을 지지할 방법이 없기 때문에 곤충을 사육하는 사람들은 모든 농업 지원과 정부의 보조금을 받을 법적 근거가 부족하다. 따라서 관련 법규를 개정하여 곤충 산업의 법적 지위를 명확히 할 필요가 있다.

본 실험은 마우스를 이용해 급성신부전에 대한 WK 추출물의 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 실험 종료 후, 대조군은 항암제 주입 후 정상 대조군에 비해 혈중 BUN 및 creatinine 수치가 상승된 것을 확인할 수 있었고, WK-50군, WK-100군 및 WK-200군은 대조군에 비해 수치가 감소된 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그 중 WK-200군은 정상 대조군과 유의한 수준의 혈중 BUN 및 creatinine 수치가 관찰되었다. 조직학적 결과에서 적출한 신장 장기의 형태학적 손상을 알아본 결과, 대조군에서는 현저한 신손상이 관찰되었다. 반면, WK-50군 및 WK-100군에서는 신손상이 관찰되었으나 대조군에 비하여 그 정도가 심하지 않았고, 특히 WK-200군에서는 신손상이 거의 관찰되지 않았음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 WK 추출물은 급성신부전에 유의한 효과를 보이는 것으로 생각된다.

In this research synthesis, a total of 313 studies on English learning motivation published in South Korea from 2000 to 2017 were reviewed. The data were categorized into four criteria: publication year, research method, participant, and research topic. First, the annual trend clearly demonstrated that the number of motivation research showed a steady growth. The dominant research method was quantitative (207 papers) over qualitative (40 papers) and mixed methods (48 papers). University students (157 papers) were major population in English learning motivation research followed by junior high (36 papers), elementary (30 papers), high school students (30 papers), research synthesis (17 papers), and kindergarten students (3 papers). Most research focused on identifying specific subcomponents of English learning motivation in a particular research context. The study suggests that future research needs to focus more on diverse student group such as home-schoolers. Also, the use of research synthesis needs to be encouraged in order to capture the complex nature of English learning motivation.
