현대사회는 어느 나라를 막론하고 사회 각계각층에서 인권에 대한 관심이 지대하다. 인권이 사회적 관계 속에서 형성되는 권리이기에 강자보다는 사회적 약자인 취약계층에서 인권문제가 제기되어 왔다. 인구 고령화로 인해 ‘보호(요양)’를 요하는 노인인구의 수가 날로 급증함에 따라 노인의 인권문제가 더욱 중요하게 고려되어야 하는 시점이다. 그런데 우리 사회는 아직 노인을 의존적인 존재로 보는 시각이 대다수이고, 노인을 권리를 가진 존재로 보는 시각은 정계와 일부 학계에서나 미약하게 존재하고 있을 뿐 아직 일반적이지 않다. 이에 본 논문은 노인의 인권에 대한 보다 새로운 인식과 확장에 기여함을 목적으로 노인인권과 관련된 국제규약들을 살펴보았다. 특히 노인을 위한 유엔원칙에서 제시한 독립, 참여, 보호, 자기실현, 그리고 존엄을 기준으로 우리나라 정책이 얼마나 노인의 인권보장을 제도화하고 있는지를 점검하였다. 그 결과 우리나라의 노인인권의 제도적 발전측면은 상당히 진전된 모습을 보이고 있었다. 우선 노인의 권리와 관련하여 노인복지법, 장애인․노인․임산부등의편의증진보장에관한법률, 노인장기요양보험법, 고령친화산업진흥법, 저출산․고령사회기본법, 기초노령연금법, 그리고 고용상연령차별금지및고령자고용촉진법 등의 여러 법제도가 마련되어 갖가지 노인의 권리를 규정하고 있다. 독립, 참여, 존엄, 그리고 의외로 자기실현에 대해서도 비교적 권리보장규정이 잘 되어있었다. 그러나 ‘보호’원칙의 측면은 가장 민감한 부분임에도 그 수준에 있어서 여전히 사회적 관심과 정책적 제고의 노력이 미흡한 측면이 있다. 앞으로 시설이용이 날로 증가할 것임에 시설에서의 노인의 자유와 사생활 보호, 나아가 자신이 받는 보호와 자신의 삶의 질을 결정하는 자기결정 등의 보호원칙에 대한 관심과 제도적 마련에 보다 많은 이론화와 정책결정가들의 노력이 필요하다고 본다.

The purpose of this study is to reorganize any rusty image including natural modeling characteristic presented from the natural phenomenon to certain patterns in order to create the fashion design that are valued in the expansion of independently expressional area and modeling art. As a method for research, the author analyzed the concept and characteristic for rust with a base of theoretical background by the documental research and realistic consideration, analyzed its modeling characteristic through domestic and overseas pictures, and e-documents as data, inspected the modeling activities of various categories that various images were adapted related to rust, looked into the concept of Digital Textile Printing and its producing procedure as an expressional method, and analyzed the examples of modern dress and its ornament making use of Digital Textile Printing. The conclusions of this study are as below. First, the rust occurred due to the natural phenomenon is the bond with different material like metal, each unique modeling characteristic occurs and harmony of various patterns has abundant aesthetic value. Second, the author could endowed sensible characteristic and speciality with works and could produce creative fashion design that painting, abstractive pattern and harmony of unique sense of colors are significant by using the image of rust, Third, to emphasize natural feeling of rust, the author could develop creative design that simple silhouette and impressive pattern look significant by reorganizing and applying rust according to repetition, increment, rhythm, contract, emphasis and harmony. Fourth, Digital Textile Printing method is used to induce visual effect by the expression of feels of rust, and the author could express the natural patterns, delicate expression for the feels of a material and unique design of emotion.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of globalization of Korean food according to well-being value perception and the foreign visitor Korean food experience. An analysis of variance and a linear regression analysis were conducted to analyze the hypotheses. The findings are summarized as follows: (1) The most important quality when eating Korean food was "taste" (37.3%). (2) The most important well-being value recognition items for Korean food were "kimchi" and "bulgogi". "Bibimbap is well-being food" (3.82 points) and "Korean food is healthy because it consists mainly of cereals and vegetables" (3.56 points). (3) The subjects highly recognized the "improvement in service quality of Korean restaurants" (3.59 points) with regard to the importance of a globalization strategy for Korean food. (4) High-intake Korean foods were "bibimbap", "baechookimchi", "galbigui", "pajeon", and "bulgogi", in that order. In contrast, the intake frequency for "songpeon", "sikhei", and "guksu" was very low. (5) The subjects thought that the globalization possibility for Korean food was high, as foreigners ingested a lot of baechookimchi. (6) The most effective well-being value recognition item for globalizing Korean food was "Korean food is nutritious and good for the health" followed by "I have much interest in Korean well-being food". and "Korean food is a well-being food because it contains many fermented and seasonal items", in that order. (7) The most effective food for globalizing Korean food with a high-intake frequency was "baechookimchi", followed by "galbigui", "guksu", and "bibimbap".

In an attempt to optimize the magnetic properties of (Nd, Dy)-Fe-B sintered magnets, hydrogenation and post-sintering heat treatment processes were investigated at various hydrogenation temperatures and heat treatment temperatures. The coercivity of (Nd, Dy)-Fe-B sintered magnets hydrogenated at increased to about 1.2 kOe without any detrimental effect on the remanence. Moreover, the coercivity of the magnets was enhanced further by a consecutive and step heat treatment. These results eventually leaded to the reduction of the Dy content in a high coercive (> 30 kOe) (Nd, Dy)-Fe-B sintered magnets, as much as 10%.

Korean logistics industry have been focused on transportation business. However, with the expansion of the electronic commerce and on-line shopping, delivery service is now dramatically growing. Despite the expansion of logistics market, the domestic logistics industry have significant structural problems such as low productivity comparing with the advanced countries, relatively high cost and shortage of human resources and lack of professionalism of people in the industry. Logistics companies reallocate employees, use subcontractors, expand consignment and training the employees to overcome the labor shortages but it has some limits. In recognition of the importance of labor in the logistics industry, financial support and investment have increased. Logistics companies tend to hire consultants, set up logistics department or R&D center in order to establish highly productive logistics process and system so it is viewed that there will be considerable demands of human resources in the logistics industry. This study indicates implications and development direction of human resources in the logistics industry by looking into prospect and characteristic of the industry, employment status, training programs and qualification requirements.

The objective of this study is to develop naturalistic knit designs inspired by Yann Arthus-Bertrand’s works. For this purpose, we examined the present style of naturalism and history of naturalism though literature research, and then developed designs. The results are as follows: First, as scientific realism originated from a philosophical concept was adopted in literature and other genres, its meanings have been altered and comprehensively expanded according to the genres of which the term is being used. Naturalism of the modern times carries strong message of ecology and environmental protection. Second, the modern naturalism in fashion is manifested in expressing the image of nature and plasticity, instead of a mere use of the natural materials. As the aspects of ecology become more significant, elements of retro, recycle, or grunge are additionally integrated in fashion. Third, Naturalism expressed in knitwear is similar with that of other clothing in terms of color and textile, however, silhouette in knitwear is unique in its general naturalness and flowing effects. Embroidery, knitting of Jacquard and Intarsia, or crochet is used to express forms of objects from nature. Visual effects regardless of the contents of yarn, and pattern effects after knitting by using yarn, have influences on the material. Forth, the eight knit designs in expressing naturalism presented in this study took a motif from the works of Yann Arthus-Bertrand. They were created by rendering rhythm of the landscape with emphasis on brown color. Contour and surface touch were expressed through yarn and the structure of knit.

The present study was evaluated the antibacterial effect of the combination of Coptidis rhizoma,Lonicerae Flos, and Paeonia japonica (1:1:1) extracts (CLP1000). Also, the effectiveness of CLP1000, dioctahedral smectite (DHS), and the combination of CLP1000 and DHS (CLPS1000) against E. coli O157:H7 infection was studied using ICR female mice. During the incubation period, the dose of 10% and 20% CLP1000 were inhibited the growth of E. coli O157:H7 by 30% and 47%, respectively. For 7 days after single challenge with E. coli O157:H7, forty female ICR mice were divided into four experimental groups which were orally administered with saline, 10% CLP1000, 10% DHS, and 10% CLPS1000, respectively. On the 3rd day, the number of E. coli O157:H7 in mouse feces was significantly decreased by administration of CLP1000 (p < 0.05), DHS (p < 0.05) and CLPS1000 (p < 0.001). On the 7th day, CLP1000 (p < 0.05) and CLPS1000 (p < 0.001) administration significantly decreased the number of E. coli O157:H7. According to the results of the present study, administration of CLPS1000 to mice can reduce the severity of E. coli O157:H7 infection. Also, it is suggested that CLPS100 represents a good candidate for the treatment of enteric infections in domestic animals.

Knit fabrics are created on diverse machines with diverse knit loops and conditions to make different patterns and fabric types1). Dimensional modifications of knit fabrics can also be achieved by numerous methods such as different knit-loop structures, different types of yarns, or different finishing processes including heat setting, steaming, chemical treatment et cetera. This research develops and explores sophisticated three-dimensional knit fabrics by combining the several different knit stitches including rib and purl. This study focuses on 3D knit models created on modern electronic weft (flat V-bed) knitting machines which have capability of individual needle selection. Several samples of the 3D knitted fabrics are also examined in this research. This research furthermore suggests new types of knitted fashion garment made by using the interesting physical effects.

This study aims to express the androgynous image via shirts as a fashion item. Shirts are widely worn as a fashion item regardless of sex and age, with growing importance as a casual outer, with the increase in leisure activities driven by the recent implementation of the 5-Day Work Week system in Korea. As for the theoretical background, the study was reviewed previous studies of books, thesis, a series of publication, and the Internet sites on this topic. Through a careful analysis of these previous studies, it designed and made shirts that inspired by androgynous image. Conclusions of this study are as follows: First, the study found that meanings of symbolism in clothing continue to change, not fixed at all, depending on historic and cultural environments, and so does symbolism for femininity and masculinity of clothing. Second, shirts are widely worn as a fashion item regardless of sex and age, with growing importance as a casual outer, with the increase in leisure activities driven by the recent implementation of the 5-Day Work Week system in Korea. Third, two patters were used for the work in this study in order to emphasize its form, along with mono color white and stripe patterns. For materials, cotton and blend as a most basic material for a shirt were used with unique variations in the form. Fourth, decorative details or trimming such as ribbon tying methods, shirring, attaching in layers, and irregular pleading widely used for women’s wear were applied, and silhouettes with strong drape feelings were used to add feminine feature to men’ shirts, in an effort to propose a fashion design of the androgynous look. Fifth, clothes proposed in this study are different from feminine clothing item blouse, because they are androgynous shirts mixing masculinity and femininity. Stiff pads were used in collars and cuffs characteristics of men’s traditional shirts to maintain masculinity of a shirt, and design was developed by adding feminine decorative elements, which is different from women’s blouse.

본 연구에서는 바람의 방향이 시시각각 변하고 바람의 세기가 해양이나 고지대에 비하여 낮은 도심지역에 적합한 수직축 고효율 풍력발전시스템에 적용할 블레이드의 형상제안 및 정지기동특성에 대한 이차원해석을 하였다. 해석에 사용된 블레이드 형태는 NACA airfoil(NACA 2312)을 기본으로 하고, 변형된 모델들에 대해 조사하였다. 그 결과 일반적으로 풍속이 증가함에 따라서 토크 값은 지수함수의 형태와 유사하게 증가함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 6케이스 중 플랩이 없는 블레이드 2 타입이 가장 높은 토크값을 나타내었으며, 블레이드 1 타입의 경우는 30° 플랩을 부착한 경우가 가장 우수하였다.

남해 여자만에서 홀로세 후기 해수면 변화에 상응하는 저서성 유공충 변화를 알아보기 위하여 4개의 주상시료를 채취하고, 입도분석, 유공충 종 분류 및 군집 설정, 통계 분석을 실시하였다. 주상시료의 구성퇴적물은 주로 세립질의 실트와 점토로 구성된다. 저서성 유공충은 Core YC-1에서 16속 27종, YC-2에서는 21속 30종, YC-3에서는 29속 50종 그리고 Core YC-4에서는 29속 52종이 분류되었다. 집괴분석 결과 Core YC-1과 YC-2의 Group 1은 A. beccarii 군집이 대표군집으로서 만 상부 퇴적환경, Core YC-3과 YC-4의 Group 2는 E. clavatum-A. beccarii 군집이 대표군집으로서 외해수의 영향을 상대적으로 많이 받는 하부 내만 환경 하에서 퇴적된 것을 지시하고 있다. 종 구성 분석 결과, 하부로부터 상부로 향하여 A. beccarii의 산출빈도는 점점 감소하였고, E. clavatum과 P.F./T.F.의 산출빈도는 점점 증가하였다. 저서성 유공충과 부유성 유공충에서 나타난 이러한 변화 형태는 여자만내에서 홀로세 후기 해수면 상승을 반영하고 있는 것으로 생각된다.

The electrolyte effects of the electroplating solution in Cu films grown by ElectroPlating Deposition(EPD) were investigated. The electroplated Cu films were deposited on the Cu(20 nm)/Ti (20 nm)/p-type Si(100) substrate. Potentiostatic electrodeposition was carried out using three terminal methods: 1) an Ag/AgCl reference electrode, 2) a platinum plate as a counter electrode, and 3) a seed layer as a working electrode. In this study, we changed the concentration of a plating electrolyte that was composed of CuSO4, H2SO4 and HCl. The resistivity was measured with a four-point probe and the material properties were investigated by using XRD(X-ray Diffraction), an AFM(Atomic Force Microscope), a FE-SEM(Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope) and an XPS(X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy). From the results, we concluded that the increase of the concentration of electrolytes led to the increase of the film density and the decrease of the electrical resistivity of the electroplated Cu film.
