습식흡수제를 이용한 이산화탄소 포집 공정은 재생 시 많은 에너지가 필요한 단점이 있어 에너지를 낮추기 위한 다양한 대체 기술이 개발되고 있다. 이런 연구의 일환으로 최근에 분리막과 흡수제를 혼합하는 접촉막 기술이 개발되고 있으며, 흡수제의 단점을 극복하는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 세라믹소재를 이용하여 중공사막을 제조하였고 젖음성을 제어하기 위해 소수성 코팅을 한 중공사막을 개발하였다. 중공사막의 XRD, SEM, FT-IR 및 Porosimeter를 이용하여 분석하였고, 기공에 따른 CO2 분리 특성을 규명하였다.

Prestressed concrete PSC girders are efficient in terms of structural performance, economical efficiency and constructability. However, PSC girders have overtuning risk in construction in which extra work needs to protect. The low center of gravity girder (MPC girder) is more stable and easier to construct than the traditional PSC girder, which has tweaked end point and mono-tendon anchor. In this study, we evaluated the structural advantages in the deflection (slope) and stress on the link slab by using the finite element method. As a result, it was found that the reinforcement in the link slab for the bridge continuation may be reduced because of less displacement.

FRP members which have light weight, high specific strength and stiffness, and good corrosion resistance are used widely in the electrical transmission system. Recently, FRP instead of steel, wood, and concrete tower is installed and in use. In this paper, we investigated the feasibility of replacement of traditional materials (steel, wood, and concrete) in electrical transmission towers by the fiber reinforced polymer plastic (FRP) members through the literature review. It was found that the FRP electrical transmission towers were applied in many countries due to its various advantages.

선박이 발달함에 따라 국제해사기구(IMO)에서는 인적과실에 의한 해양사고 예방을 위하여 기존의 선박운항·조선기술에 ICT를 융·복합한 차세대 해상안전종합관리체계인 e-Navigation 도입을 추진 중에 있으며, 세계 각 국에서는 네트워크를 통한 원격조종시스템을 활용한 무인선박(Unmmanded vessel)의 개발이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 무인선박은 선박-육상간 통신체계 구축을 통한 원격조종시스템과 통합 센서를 활용한 자율항해시스템을 갖춘 선박이다. 그러나 개발로 인해 예상되는 해운환경에 대한 고찰은 이루어지지 않고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 무인선박의 출현으로 예상되는 해운환경의 변화를 살펴보고 무인선박이 실제 투입되기 전 갖추어져야할 규정과 법 제도, 또한 투입 후에 수반되는 상황에 대한 대책 등을 조사하며, 가장 효과적인 무인 선박투입 시기 및 범위, 방법 등을 다루고자 한다.

Smart water grid is a water network with communication to save water and energy using various water resources. In smart water grid, water product from the various sources can be blended to be supplied to end-users. The product water blending was reported by literatures while feed water blending has been rarely reported so far. In this work, a commercial reverse osmosis (RO) system design software provided by a membrane manufacturer was used to elucidate the effect of feed water blending on the performance of seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) plant. Fresh water from exisiting water resource was assumed to be blended to seawater to decrease salt concentration of the RO feed water. The feed water blending can simplify the RO system from double to single pass and decrease seawater intake amount, the unit prices of the RO system components including high pressure pump, and operation risk. Due to the increase in RO plant capacity with the feed water blending, however, the RO membrane area and total power consumption increase at higher water blending rates. Therefore, a specific benefit-cost analysis should be carried out to apply the feed water blending to SWRO plants.

This paper presents the performance improvement of an EQS (Eradic Quake System) device applied to a nuclear power plant. For the nuclear facility, the EQS device needs to be ensured to have high quality, flexibility of design and reliability. To improve the reliability of the design, the hysteresis of the device must be exactly predicted. The friction coefficient of PTFE (PolyTetraFluoroEthylene) and the stiffness of the MER-Spring are considered as the factors influencing the hysteresis curve. In this paper, those factors are analysed to predict the behavior of the device and to improve the equipment of the EQS device. The results of the improved EQS device have been verified via a tests to be comparable with the predicted results. The estimation results indicate that considering those factors is more appropriate than the results of the previous design and method.

평택항은 항만 물동량의 증가로 선박 입항척수가 꾸준히 증가하여 향후 대기 정박지의 부족이 예상되고 있다. 정박지와 같은 하나의 수역시설을 변경 및 확장 등 개선하고자 할 경우에는 부근 해역의 타 수역시설에 미치는 영향을 종합적으로 고려하여야 한다. 또한 해당 해역에 대한 향후 선박교통량을 정확하게 예측하여 변경하고자 하는 수역시설의 규모를 산정하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 증가될 항만 물동량을 단위선박 당 처리량으로 계산하여 장래 평택항 선박 입항척수를 예측하였다. 예측한 결과 정박지의 정박 능력을 2030년에 초과하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 현 각 정박지 동시 투묘가능척수인 12.6척과 1.6척을 상회하는 규모로 현 정박지의 확장 필요성이 제기되었다. 이에 각 정박지별 해상교통환경 분석으로 최적의 확장 방안을 검토하여, 입파도 정박지의 경우 정박예상 척수를 19.7척 그리고 장안서 정박지의 경우 정박예상 척수를 12.6척을 수용할 수 있는 규모의 개선안을 제시하였다.

Decision Tree is one of analysis techniques which conducts grouping and prediction into several sub-groups from interested groups. Researcher can easily understand this progress and explain than other techniques. Because Decision Tree is easy technique to see results. This paper uses CART algorithm which is one of data mining technique. It used 273 variables and 70094 data(2010-2011) of working environment survey conducted by Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency(KOSHA). And then refines this data, uses final 12 variables and 35447 data. To find satisfaction factor in working environment, this page has grouped employee to 3 types (under 30 age, 30 ~ 49age, over 50 age) and analyzed factor. Using CART algorithm, finds the best grouping variables in 155 data. It appeared that ‘comfortable in organization’ and ‘proper reward’ is the best grouping factor.

온라인 쇼핑을 이용하는 사람들의 수는 시간이 지날수록 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있다. 그 중에서도 오픈마 켓은 가장 각광받고 있는 온라인 시장이다. 현재 오픈마켓은 너무 많은 상품들로 인해 고객들이 원하는 상품을 찾을 때 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 오픈마켓은 효율적인 상품을 제공할 수 있도록 인터페이스를 개선해 야 한다. 본 연구는 국내 오픈마켓 주요 4사의 메인 화면을 기준으로 웹 인터페이스를 분석하였고, 분석요인에 대한 만족도 평가를 진행하였다. 분석결과, 고객들이 어떠한 요인을 선호하는지에 대해서 알 수 있었으며, 설문 응답자로부터 가장 높은 만족도를 얻은 오픈마켓과 응답자들의 선호 요인이 인과관계를 가짐을 확인하였다.

Because the first step in risk assessment is the hazard identification, it is very important to know how to define the hazard and nature of harm. We analyzed 643 accident records of three years(2010-2012) and carried out site survey for the same cases. As a result, the most common types of work at the time of injury in sawmilling industry were removing jammed wood 81(12.8%), wood carrying task 52(8.1%), wood cutting 49(7.6%), travelling table log band saw 41(6.4%), maintenance 37(5.8%) etc. In addition, there were statistically significant differences in some analysis factors such as injured body parts, employment size, and handling material among different working places. Therefore, it is concluded that differentiated prevention efforts are necessary in each workplace.

Ultrapure water (UPW) is water containing nothing but water molecule (H2O). The use of UPW is increasing in many industries such as the thermal and nuclear power plants, petrochemical plants, and semiconductor manufacturers. In order to produce UPW, several unit processes such as ion exchange, reverse osmosis (RO), ultraviolet (UV) oxidation should be efficiently arranged. In particular, RO process should remove not only ions but also low molecular weight (LMW) organic matters in UPW production system. But, the LMW organic matter removal data of RO membranes provided by manufacturers does not seem to be reasonable because they tested the removal in high concentration conditions like 1,000 ppm of isopropyl alcohol (IPA, MW=60.1). In this study, bench-scale experiments were carried out using 4-inches RO modules. IPA was used as a model LMW organic matter with low concentration conditions less than 1 ppm as total organic carbon (TOC). As a result, the IPA removal data by manufacturers turned out to be trustable because the effect of feed concentration on the IPA removal was negligble while the IPA removal efficiency became higher at higher permeate flux.

This study explains what will be the best policy of Park Geun-hye administration for China(People's Republic of China) in the era of G2(Group of Two). G2 is a proposed informal special relationship between the United States and China. Originally initiated by C. Fred Bergsten as primarily an economic relationship, it began to gain wider currency and scope from foreign policy experts as a term recognizing the centrality of the U.S.-China relationship near the beginning of the Obama Administration. As the two most influential and powerful countries in the world, there have been increasingly strong suggestions within American political circles of creating a G2 relationship where the United States and China would work out solutions to global problems together. One possible reason for the G-2 to possibly be created is to prevent another Cold War. The informal G2 has been considered as helpful in finding solutions to the global financial crisis, North Korea's nuclear program, nuclear non-proliferation and nuclear disarmament, etc. Nuclear weapons in North Korea impose an enormous threat, not only to peace on the Korean Peninsula but the entire world. As a realistic policy, Park must ask China to urge North Korea to abandon its nuclear ambitions.

히이니의 초기 시편들은 산업화 이전의 농촌에서의 유년시절의 기억,북아일랜드 전통의 회고, 또 이러한 기억들이 상기하는 영국의 식민통치에서 비롯된 분노와 불안, 그리고 식민통치가 남긴 정치적, 종교적, 사회적, 문화적 유산에 대해서회고하는 작품이 상당수 포함되어 있다. 그러나 그러한 정서들이 표출될 때, 대부분의 경우 여과되지 않은 거친 감정과 선동적인 외침의 분출에서 벗어나기란 쉬운 일이 아니다. 더구나 북아일랜드의 역사는 불안과 공포로 얼룩져있었고, 그 여파로 발생한 정치적, 종교적, 사회적 갈등은 북아일랜드 거주민들, 특히 종교적 소수자인 가톨릭들에 게 커다란 불안과 고통을 초래했었다. 그러나 히이니의 초기 시편들이 아일랜드 민족의 정치적, 종교적 세력의 처지를 대변하고 있으면서도 잔잔한 감동과 미학적 울림을 주는 것은, 날선 감정으로 일방적 역성에 치중하지도 선동적이거나 지사적 언사를 동원하지도 않으며, 그렇다고 맹목적 패배주의나 허무주의로 함몰되지도 않는다는 사실을 우리는 주목할 필요가 있다. 결연함과 숙연함만을 앞세워 애오라지 정도의 눈물이나 상심마저도 허락하지 않는다면 문학으로서의 감동은 희미할 수밖에 없다. 히이니의 초기 시의 매력은 여기에 있다.
