        본 연구의 목적은 현재 반려동물과 생활하는 반려인들을 대상으로 반려동물에 대한 애착이 주관적 안녕감에 미치 는 영향을 알아보고, 기본 심리 욕구가 반려동물에 대한 애착과 주관적 안녕감 사이를 매개하는지 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해 전국의 성인 중 반려동물과 생활하는 358명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, 이 중 사용할 수 없는 자료를 제외하고 319명의 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 애착의 2차원 모델과(Zilcha-Mano et al., 2011) 자기 결정성 이론(Deci & Ryan, 2012)에 근거하여, 애착 불안과 애착 회피가 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 더 나 아가 이들 관계의 심층 기제로서 기본 심리 욕구인, 자율성, 유능감, 관계성의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 결과는 다음과같다. 첫째, 반려동물 애착 회피와 반려동물 애착 불안은 모두 주관적 안녕감과 부적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 기본 심리 욕구인 자율성, 유능감, 관계성이 반려동물과의 애착과 주관적 안녕감의 관계를 매개하는 매개효과가 검증되었다. 특히, 애착 회피와 주관적 안녕감 간 관계를 자율성, 유능감, 관계성이 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났으며, 애착 불안 과 주관적 안녕감 간 관계에서는 자율성만 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 반려동물과의 애착 회피 또는 애착 불안이 직접적으로 개인의 안녕감에 영향을 미친다기보다 기본 심리 욕구 충족에 관여함으로써 주관적 안녕감에 영 향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다. 반려동물과의 관계가 인간의 삶에 긍정적인 영향을 끼치는 데 있어 기본 심리 욕구의 충족이 심층 기제가 된다는 사실을 밝혔다는 데 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

        In this study, the content of water-soluble vitamins such as vitamin B1 (thiamin), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B7 (biotin), B12 (cyanocobalamin), and C (ascorbic acid) in dishes containing meat and seafood consumed in Korea were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with ultraviolet and fluorescence detection. All analyses were performed under strict quality control of vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B12, and C. The highest content of vitamin B1 was observed in Bugeo-gangjeong (1.373 mg/100 g) and the highest level of vitamin B2 (5.162 mg/100 g) was found in pig liver. Bugeo-gangjeong showed the highest content of vitamin B3 (21.676 mg/100 g), and kkomak-muchim contained considerable amounts (43.310 mg/100 g) of vitamin B5. Vitamin B6 was not detected in most seafood dishes except for yangnyeom myeongran-jeot (0.274 mg/100 g) and was present at low levels or not present at all in meat dishes. The highest content of vitamin B7 was 6.506 μg/100 g in saeu-jeon and kkomak-muchim showed the highest content (21.132 μg/100 g) of vitamin B12. The highest content of vitamin C was in yangnyeom myeongran-jeot (84.508 mg/100 g). In addition, the analysis methods of each water-soluble vitamin were verified. These results showed that seafood-based ingredients in several dishes could be a good source of water-soluble vitamins.

        느타리버섯을 기능성 식품 소재로 활용하기 위해 에탄올 추출 농도에 따라 느타리버섯의 기능성 성분인 ergothioneine, total phenolic compounds 및 flavonoid 함량 측정과 항산화 활성을 시험하였다. 물 추출물(에탄올 0%)의 ergothioneine과 total phenolic compounds 및 flavonoid 함량이 각각 2.98 ± 0.05 mg/g, 9.51 ± 0.45 mg/g, 2.83 ± 0.03 mg/g으로 가장 높았고, 에탄올 농도가 높아짐에 따라 그함량은 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 항산화 활성을 측정한 결과 DPPH 및 ABTS 라디칼 소거능은 물 추출물에서 각각 80.41 ± 0.56%, 91.47 ± 0.11%로 가장 높은 활성을 나타냈고, FRAP 값도 물 추출물이 8.86 ± 0.33 FeSO4 eq. mM로 가장 높은 환원력을 나타냈다. 느타리버섯 추출물의 ergo- thioneine은 total phenolic compounds (r = 0.818)와 flavonoid (r = 0.837)와 높은 상관관계를 나타냈으며, DPPH (r = 0.614) 및 ABTS라디칼 소거능(r = 0.483)과 비교적 높은 상관관계를 나타내어 항산화성분 및 항산화활성과 관계가 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 느타리버섯의 기능성 성분과 항산화 활성은 물로 추출하는 것이 가장 적합한 것으로 나타났다.

        Akebia quinata fruit(AQF), as identified in the preceding paper, polyphenols and other phenolic components of saponin also has similar or higher levels. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of akebia quinata fruit extract, well-known for soothing, anti-oxidizing effects, on the improvement of the moisture, sebum, melanin, erythema content of facial skin. As a result of measuring DPPH radical scavenging activity to examine independent anti-oxidation of AQF, there was a slight scavenging activity. Compared to before the usage of cream, a group who used cream with akebia quinata fruit extract showed a very slight increase in the moisture content and slight decrease in the sebum, melanin, erythema on their faces after 4 weeks of tests, indicating that there was some statistically significant changes found. This study proves that the akebia quinata fruit(AQF) extract has a positive effect on the overall improvement of facial skin and italso implies that the akebia quinata fruit extract has high potential as an ingredient of cosmetic products.

        근적외선 분광 분석법을 이용하여 참깨의 지방함량의 신속측정 가능성에 대해서 연구하였다. 검량식의 기본 모형은 다중 회귀 모형으로 하였으며, 회귀 모형의 독립 변수의 선택은 step-wise법을 이용하였다. 1. 참깨의 121점 중 지방산 함량 분포는 palmitic acid(IT028899-7.2%, IT169359-10.0%), stearic acid(IT028897-4.5%, IT028910-7.0%), oleic acid(IT170020-32.2%, IT156371-46.5%), linoleic acid(IT156348-36.5, IT169926-49.6%), 그리고 linolenic acid(IT169316-0.2%, IT156367-0.6%)로 나타났다. 2. 지방함량을 예측하기 위해서 검량선 작성시 종래의 화학적 방법에 의한 분석치와 NIRS 분석치 와의 상관계수는 oleic acid(r2-0.834) and linoleic acid(r2-0.925)로 판단되어 linoleic acid의 이용은 가능할 것으로 판단되었다.

        The alginate-based hydrogel was prepared as a pH-sensitive drug delivery system. To enhance the drug loading capacity, activated carbon was introduced as a drug absorbent. The iron oxide was incorporated into the alginate matrix for the magnetic transferring to the target organ. The activated carbon and iron-oxide were dispersed uniformly in the alginate hydrogel. The drug release from the alginate/activated carbon composite hydrogel was carried out in various pH conditions with vitamin B12 and Lactobacillus lamnosers as model drugs. The fast and sustainable release of drug was observed in the basic condition due to the pH-sensitive solubility of alginate. The novel drug delivery system having pH-sensitive release property and magnetic movement to target place was developed by using the alginate/activated carbon composite magnetic hydrogels.

        Pressure sores are painful and needless complications of critical illness. and manifest as a localized area of ischemic necrosis of tissue caused by pressure. This study analyzed the bed-backrest elevation system combined with hip and knee flexion for lower extremity lower pressure reduction. Eight healthy adults aged 21 to 26 years were recruited. The Body Pressure Measurement Mat of the TekScan system was used to measure the location and magnitude of the peak pressures on the body bed interface. The SPSS statistical package was used to analyze the significance of differences between the general bed-backrest elevation system and the bed-backrest elevation system combined with hip and knee flexion using the paired t-test. The result showed that the body-pressure of the lower extremity was more significantly reduced for the bed-backrest elevation system combined with hip and knee flexion (26.6±4.3 mmHg) than a general bed-backrest elevation system (37.3±5.2 mmHg) (p<.05).

        Endocrine disruptors are exogenous chemicals that their endocrine disrupting effects mediated by androgenic signaling plays crucial roles in the control of development and several androgen-related diseases. However, there are no authorized in vitro screening and testing methods to evaluation of (anti-)androgenic activity. To find out a better in vitro cell line model, we have previously reported that 22Rv1 cells, a human prostate cancer cells contained functional Androgen Receptor (AR), might be an appropriate model for the evaluation of (anti-)androgenic endocrine disruptors. Based on this result, we developed a stable 22Rv1/mouse mammary tumor virus (MMTV) cell line to test AR-mediated transcriptional activation (TA). Using 22Rv1/MMTV cells, we established the test protocol and optimized the testing condition for AR-TA assay. In this study, we performed the inter-validation assay by four different laboratories to evaluate the 20 coded chemicals which were selected from the ICCVAM list (ICCVAM, 2003) or academic articles that exhibited exact (anti-) androgenic activity. The statistical analysis of the results of the inter-laboratory validation study revealed that there was reproducibility between the four participating laboratories. In conclusion, 22Rv1/MMTV AR-TA assay might be a quick and relatively inexpensive method, which can be used to screen large numbers of chemicals for their potential to activate or inhibit AR-mediated gene transcription. Furthermore, it will provide mechanistic data relevant to understanding adverse reactions observed in intact organisms.

        There are many factors to influence the amount of terpene at the forest. However, it is poorly understood whether the amount is altered by meteorological factors. In order to study correlation analysis between terpene amount and meteorological(i.e., temperature, humidity, wind speed, solar radiation) and environmental factors(i.e., oxygen, carbonb dioxide) at the artificial coniferous forest of Chamaecyparis obtusa (site 1) and Cryptomeria japonica (site 2) nearby the 1st reservoir at Mt. Moodeung, the research was executed during April to November in 2011. Forest density at site 1 was 1,692 trees/ha, being occupied with 87.2% of Chamaecyparis obtusa, higher than 925 trees/ha at site 2. Carbon dioxide at site 1 was in the range of 385∼410 ppm in June, similar to at Anmyundo(395 ppm in 2010). Solar radiation has positive correlation with ambient temperature and inversely negative with relative humidity. Main species of terpene released were α -pinene, camphene, β-pinene, cymene, δ-limonene and camphor at two sites and terpene was more effluent at spring and summer than at fall. The large amount of terpene was emitted in the afternoon than in the morning under the influence of the wind speed and the topographical property. The terpene amount has positive correlation with relative humidity and oxygen, and negative with wind speed and soil temperature. Because correlations of α-pinene and other terpene materials showed statistically significant within p=0.01. α-pinene could be suggested as the basic material in explaining the amount of other terpene materials.

        The callus from the hypocotyl region of immature embryo of Citrus junos Sieb. was efficiently induced in the ½ MS medium containing 45uM BA after 8 weeks culture. The callus was developed into the two callus type, embryogenic callus and nonembryogenic callus, which can be distinguished by visual examination depending on color and appearence. In vitro regeneration of callus established efficiently in the hormone-free MS medium from the embryogenic callus. In order to investigate the physiological changes depending on the developmental stage of embryo, the embryo was formed in the MS medium. The embryogenic and nonembryogenic callus, and the various stages of the somatic embryo were examimed the changes of esterase activity, and their isozyme patterns as well. The protein content and esterase activities was gradually increased on the developmental stages of embryo. Total protein pattern were different by the SDS-PAGE and were appeared strong band of 23 KD in the torpedo stage. The pattern of the esterase isozyme was exhibited a difference between embryogenic callus and nonembryogenic callus. It was appered pI 6.0, 8.0, 8.2 in the embryogenic callus. Also the new band of pI 4.75 was appeared in the cotyledon. These results suggest that the changes of esterase activities and isozyme patterns are importent factor in the differentiation and development of citrus.
