A new oak mushroom cultivar ‘K815’ was bred from monokaryotic strains of ‘Jadam-2’ and ‘LE191732-118’. The optimal temperature for mycelial growth of ‘K815’ was 25oC, and the temperature for primordia formation and fruiting body development was 15~20oC. The fruiting body morphology is hemispherical and the fruiting form is sporadic. Total cultivation period of the new cultivar, from inoculation to its first harvest, was 133 days, which was 3 days longer than control cultivar ‘Jadam’ (129 days), with 32 days for spawn running, 89 days for browning, 4 days for primordia formation, and 8 days for fruiting body development. In the fruiting body, the thickness and diameter of pileus of the new cultivar were 32.2 mm and 58.3mm, respectively, and the length of stipe was 35.6 mm. Compared to the control cultivar ('Jadam', 'L808'), the pileus of the new cultivar was thicker and smaller and the length of stipe was shorter. The total number of fruiting bodies of ‘K815’ was 58.9, which was higher than the control varieties and total yield of 2 crop cycle of ‘K815’ was 580 g (per 3 kg substrate), which was similar to the control variety.
The effects of punching treatment on mycelial culture and fruiting body productivity were investigated in a new Lentinula edodes cultivar, “Jadam”, in sawdust medium for the stable production of oak mushroom. As the punching volume and number increased, the weight loss rate and color difference increased and the L value decreased. After spawn inoculation, the sawdust medium temperature and CO2 concentration reached their highest values at 33 and 19 days of incubation, respectively. The O2 concentration showed the lowest value on the 14th day of incubation, which was the opposite pattern to the CO2 concentration. As the punching volume and the number increased, the medium temperature and O2 concentration increased, and the CO2 concentration decreased. Higher punching volumes and numbers resulted in higher temperatures and lower CO2 concentrations. The best fruiting body yield was 5 × 70 mm - 30 (punching diameter × depth - number), and the total yield after three cycles was 644.7 g.
A new spore-less cultivar Lentinula edodes ‘Daedam’ was bred from monokaryotic strains of ‘LE15401-24’ and ‘LE192118-10’. The optimum temperature for mycelial growth of ‘Daedam’ on potato dextrose agar was 22~25oC. Total cultivation period of the new cultivar, from inoculation to its first harvest, was 134 days, similar to that of the control cultivar ‘Hwadam’. Total yield of ‘Daedam’ was 222g per 3kg substrate, and was lower than that of control cultivar(266.0g). The fruiting body of ‘Daedam’ had a thick and small pileus and a longer stem compare to control cultivar. As a result of a analyzing the productivity of ‘Daedam’ on the different substrate types, the biological efficiency was 26.7% in the 1.2kg cylindrical substrate(CS), which was higher than that of the 3kg rod-type substrate(RS). 'Daedam' had a similar yield compared to 'Hanacham' in first fruiting body production, but the cultivation period was 40 days shorter. Therefore, 'Daedam' can only harvest fruiting bodies once, it is thought that it can be used as spore-less oak mushroom cultivar for short-term cultivation instead of 'Hanacham' in mushroom farms.
This study was conducted to establish an appropriate period of use of sawdust spawn at low temperatures and a nutrient supplement medium for cultivation of Lentinula edodes ‘Hwadam’. Of the nutrient supplements, the total yield of rice bran (5%) + corn flour (5%) treatments were 673.3 g, which was higher than rice bran (551.6 g) and wheat bran (546.7 g) treatments, respectively. As shown by the growth of Lentinula edodes ‘hwadam' during to the sawdust spawn storage period (at 4oC), the period of spawn running, browning, fruiting body formation, and development was 27 d, 81 d, 5 d, and 11-13 d, respectively, regardless of the length of the storage period at 4 oC. After 3 months of storage of sawdust spawn, the number of fruiting bodies and yield decreased as the storage period increased. Therefore, the period of use of sawdust spawn (at 4 oC) for the stable production of fruiting bodies of Lentinula edodes ‘Hwadam’ was a maximum of 3 months.
본 연구에서 생력화가 가능하면서 친환경적인 재배법을 개발하고자 병, 상자를 이용하여 표고의 재배적 특성 및 자실체 생산성을 분석하였다. 재배용기별 배양기간은 병에서 배양된 처리구가 30일, 상자에서의 배양이 35일로 나타났고, 갈변기간은 병 재배가 25일, 상자 재배가 40일 이었으며, 병 배양 후 상자재배가 50일로 가장 길었다. 전체 재배기간은 병이 75일, 상자가 90일, 병 배양 후 상자 재배방식이 105일로 가장 길었다. 재배방식별 버섯 발이 수는 상자 17.8개, 병 배양후 상자재배 14.7개, 병 1개 순으로, 자실체 생산성에도 영향을 끼쳐 상자재배는 945 g, 병 배양 후 상자재배 638 g, 병재배가 70 g으로 나타났다. 건조 배지량별 신선버섯 수량(BE, %)은 상자재배가 32.7%, 병 재배가 24.3%, 병 배양 후 상자재배가 22.1% 순으로 상자재배의 자실체 수량성이 가장 우수하였다. 따라서 상자재배는 갈변기간의 단축과 버섯 수량성에서 병 재배, 병 배양후 상자재배 방식보다 유리한 장점이 있어 친환경 생력화 재배법 개발 가능성을 보여주었다.
잎새버섯을 병재배 새로운 소득 품목으로 개발하고자 적정 발이방법을 구명하기 위한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 발이는 모든 처리구에서 6일째 개시가 되었으나, T7(균긁기후 역상)은 9일로 다른 처리보다 3일 늦었다. 발이율은 T3(페트리디쉬)과 T7이 98.9%로 가장 높고, 전체 재배기간은 T7이 51일로 다른 처리구의 46~47일보다 3일 늦은 것으로 나타났다. 수량성은 T3과 T7이 각각 110g과 112g으로 우수하였으나, T7의 방법이 자실체의 발생도 균일하고, 품질도 우수하여(장단비 0.89) 잎새버섯 병재배에 적합한 발이방법으로 판단되었다.
느타리버섯 수확후 배지를 이용하여 표고 톱밥배지로 활용하기 위한 연구 수행결과 다음과 같다. 느타리버섯 수확후 배지를 톱밥 첨가량의 20~50%로 4처리로 혼합하여 분석한 결과 C/N은 62~76으로 나타났다. 느타리버섯 수확후 배지 첨가구는 대조구에 비해 질소와 폴리페놀 함량은 상대적으로 높고, 과당과 유기산 함량은 낮은 경향이었다. 특히, 미강이 첨가되지 않은 50% 처리구는 과당, 유기산 함량이 현저하게 낮았다. 초발이기간은 20, 25%가 7일로 대조구와 같았으나 30%와 50%는 각각 6일, 11일로 대조에 비해 각각 1, 4일 지연되었다. 표고버섯 3주기 수량은 20% 처리구가 268.7 g으로 대조와 비슷하였으나 첨가수준이 높을수록 감소하여 특히, 50% 첨가구에서는 버섯 발생이 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서 느타리버섯 수확후 배지를 표고 배지로 이용하기 위해서는 톱밥 첨가량의 20% 수준이 바람직할 것으로 생각된다.
백령버섯 병재배용 배지 주재료는 콘코브 배지보다는 미루나무톱밥 배지 처리구에서 발이 및 생육특성이 가장 양호하였으며, 배지 영양원으로는 면실피, 면실박, 밀기울, 옥수수분, 미강 등이 적합하였고, 배지 혼합 비율은 58% 이내 범위에서 재료별로 질소함량을 고려하여 가감 사용하는 것이 적당하였으며, T-N 함량이 높은 면실박 사용량은 20% 수준으로 조절할 필요가 있었다. 또한, 배지 첨가제는 탄산칼슘 처리가 소석회 처리보다 양호하였으며, 무처리구의 경우 갓과 대의 탄력성은 감소하고 경도는 증가되는 경향을 보였다. 따라서, 백령버섯 병재배용 최적배지는 미루나무톱밥+면실피+면실박+밀기울+옥수수분+탄산칼슘이 40:20:20:15:3:2의 혼합 비율로 조성되는 처리구였다.
This study was carried out to establish a cultivation technique for increasing the γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) content in the fruit body of mushrooms by adding processed by-products. For the oyster mushroom ‘Heucktari’, addition of green tea powder, sea tangle powder, and green tea dregs resulted in very poor primordia formation, fruit body growth, and increased GABA. However, addition of 10% schizandra berry dregs and 1% rice bran to the basal substrate induced 100% and 10% increases, in GABA content in the fruit bodies compared to the control treatment without by-product, respectively. In addition, fruit body growth and primordia formation were greatly increased by these treatments. Therefore, GABA content was increased when the substrate was prepared by mixing an appropriate amount of schizandra berry dregs and rice bran.
느타리버섯 재배를 위해 알바시아나무톱밥과 기존에 사용하고 있던 포플러톱밥, 미송톱밥이 어떠한 차이점이 있는지 조사하기 위해 본 실험을 수행하였다. 톱밥재료별로혼합하여 배지의 이화학성 및 수량성을 검토한 결과 재료별 일반성분 중 C/N은 미송톱밥에서 504로 가장 높았고,T-N은 알바시아나무톱밥에서 4.03%로 가장 높았다. 페놀계화합물의 경우 알바시아나무톱바에서 21.65%로 가장높았다. 혼합배지에 따른 이화학성 중 pH는 처리구별 모두 5.1~5.2로 차이가 크게 나지 않았고, C/N범위는 처리구 모두 이와 대등한 경향을 보였으며, 그 중 T2가 20으로 가장 작았다. 혼합배지별 경시적 균사생장량을 조사한결과 T1, T3 및 T4는 모두 대등한 경향이었으나 T2의 경우 배양일수가 25일로 가장 늦었다. 혼합배지별 생육특성은 크게 차이가 나지 않았으나 유효경수는 T2를 제외한모든 처리구에서 대등하였고, T2에서 가장 작았다. 알바시아나무톱밥을 기존의 미루나무톱밥이나 미송톱밥을 전량 대체할 수는 없었으나 기존 톱밥의 50%정도를 대체할경우 수량과 회수율에서 모두 대등한 결과를 보였다
침지식 막결합형 연속회분식 생물반응기에서 폐수의 도입단계가 제거효율과 여과성능에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 호기성 단계의 초기에 공급할 경우(Mode-1)와 무산소 단계의 초기에 공급할 경우(Mode-2)에 대하여 89일 동안 동시에 운전하였다. COD 제거효율과 여과성능은 2가지 운전방식 간에 큰 차이가 없었다. 그러나 영양염류(총질소와 총인)의 제거효율에 있어서 Mode-2가 Mode-1에 비해 보다 효과적이었다. Mode-2의 경우 COD, 총질소 및 총인의 제거율은 각각 99.1, 73.3 및 77.7%이었다.
0.4μm의 세공크기를 갖고 있는 평막이 침지된 연속회분식 반응기에서 유입 유기물 농도가 영양염류 제거에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 분리막의 여과성능과 영양염류 제거효과를 규명하기 위하여 유입 유기물의 농도를 200 mg/L (Run-1), 400 mg/L (Run-2) 및 800 mg/L (Run-3)로 연속적으로 변화시키면서 실험하였다. COD/N 및 COD/P의 비가 증가할수록 T-N 및 T-P의 제거율은 모두 증가하였다. Run-1, Run-2 및 Run-3에서 T-N의 평균 제거율은 각각 28.1, 32.6 및 90.4%이었으며, 투과수의 T-N 평균 농도는 각각 32.0, 30.0 및 4.3 mg/L 이었다. 또한 Run-1, Run-2 및 Run-3에서 T-P의 평균 제거율은 각각 13.6, 35.3 및 93.1%이었으며, 투과수의 T-P 평균 농도는 각각 3.11, 2.33 및 0.25 mg/L이었다.
What a concept of theatricality in modern art became more controversial is through a review 'art and object-hood' on Michael Fried's minimal art, as having been already known broadly. As he had been concerned, the art following the minimalism is accepting as the very important elements such as the introduction of temporality, the stage in the exhibition space, and the audience's positive participation, enough to be no exaggeration to say that it was involved in almost all the theatricality. Particularly even in the installation art and the environment art, which have substantially positioned since the 1970s, the space is staged, and the audience's participation is greatly highlighted due to the temporal character and the site-specific in works. In such way, the theatricality in art work is today regarded as one of the most important elements. In this context, it is thought to have significance to examine theatricality, which is shown in the works of Arte Povera artists, who had been active energetically between 1967~1971. That is because the name of this group itself is what was borrowed from “Poor Theatre” in Jerzy Grotowski, who is a play director and theorist coming from Poland, and because of having many common points in the aspect of content and form. It reveals that the art called Arte Povera is sharing many critical minds in the face of commanding the field called a play and other media. Grotowski's theatre theory is very close to the theory and substance in Arte Povera in a sense that liberates a play, which was locked in literature, above all, renews the relationship between stage and seat and between actor and audience, and pursues a human being's change in consciousness through this. That is because Arte Povera also emphasizes the communication with the audience through appealing to a human being's perception and through the direct and living method, not the objective art concept of centering on the work. In addition, the poor play or poor art all has tendency that denies a system, which relies upon economic and cultural system, and seeks for what is anti-cultural, elemental, and fundamental. It is very similar even in a sense that focuses on the exploration process itself rather than the result, excludes the transcendental concept, and attaches importance to empiricism. However, Arte Povera accepts contradictoriness and complexity, and suggests eclecticism and tolerance, thereby being basically the nomadic art and the art difficult to be captured constitutively. On the other hand, there is difference in a sense that the poor play is characterized by purity, asceticism, seriousness, and solemnity. If so, which significance does this theatricality, which was introduced to art, ultimately have? As all the arts desire to be revealed with invisible things beyond the visual thing, theatricality comes to play a very important role at this time. If all the artists and audiences today came to acquire actual or virtual freedom much more, that can be said to be a point attributable to that art relied upon diverse conditions in a play.
생분해성 음이온 계면활성제인 deoxycholic acid(DCA)의 미셀을 이용한 한외여과에서 카드뮴의 제거 특성을 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서는 교반 한외여과 셀을 사용하였으며, 한외여과 막은 분획분자량(molecular weight cut-off)이 서로 다른 Millipore사의 YM1, YM3, YM10 및 YM30을 사용하였다. DCA와 카드뮴의 혼합용액에서 DCA의 임계미셀농도는 순수 DCA 용액에서 보다 낮아지고, 미셀의 크기는 증가되었다. 카드뮴이온의 제거율은 사용한 막의 분획분자량에 의해서는 거의 영향이 없었으나, 카드뮴이온에 대한 DCA의 몰 비의 증가에 따라서는 급격히 증가하였다. 카드뮴이온에 대한 DCA의 몰 비가 3일 때 카드뮴이온의 제거율은 사용한 막에 관계없이 99.6% 이상이었다. 순수 투과플럭스에 대한 혼합용액의 투과플럭스의 비로 정의한 상대 투과플럭스는 YM3 > YM1 > YM10 > YM30 막의 순서로 감소하였다.
There are many factors to influence the amount of terpene at the forest. However, it is poorly understood whether the amount is altered by meteorological factors. In order to study correlation analysis between terpene amount and meteorological(i.e., temperature, humidity, wind speed, solar radiation) and environmental factors(i.e., oxygen, carbonb dioxide) at the artificial coniferous forest of Chamaecyparis obtusa (site 1) and Cryptomeria japonica (site 2) nearby the 1st reservoir at Mt. Moodeung, the research was executed during April to November in 2011. Forest density at site 1 was 1,692 trees/ha, being occupied with 87.2% of Chamaecyparis obtusa, higher than 925 trees/ha at site 2. Carbon dioxide at site 1 was in the range of 385∼410 ppm in June, similar to at Anmyundo(395 ppm in 2010). Solar radiation has positive correlation with ambient temperature and inversely negative with relative humidity. Main species of terpene released were α -pinene, camphene, β-pinene, cymene, δ-limonene and camphor at two sites and terpene was more effluent at spring and summer than at fall. The large amount of terpene was emitted in the afternoon than in the morning under the influence of the wind speed and the topographical property. The terpene amount has positive correlation with relative humidity and oxygen, and negative with wind speed and soil temperature. Because correlations of α-pinene and other terpene materials showed statistically significant within p=0.01. α-pinene could be suggested as the basic material in explaining the amount of other terpene materials.
