유럽 및 미국에서는 안전하며 환경친화적인 연안운송이 활성화되어 있으나 국내의 경우 연안운송에 의한 화물운송은 극히 저조한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 목포-제주 사이의 해상화물 분석 결과에 기초하여 육상/해상 복합운송시스템을 제안한다. 먼저 목포 및 제주의 반출입 화물 현황을 조사하고 연안항로 및 여객 화물에 대하여 분석한다. 그리고 철도-선박, 트럭-선박의 복합운송과 RORO선 연안운송 등에 대하여 고찰하였다. 마지막으로 목포-제주 항로에 대하여 RORO선을 활용한 연안운송시스템을 제안하고 그 기술적 타당성을 확인하였다.

교통 이용자는 교통시스템의 세 가지 주요 구성요인인 이용자, 운송수단, 그리고 도로시설 중의 하나로써 교통서비스와 교통안전 등을 고려할 때 매우 중요한 요소이다. 하지만, 지금까지 교통공학의 연구는 주로 도로시설 및 주행환경에 집중되어 왔고, 실제적 구체인 교통 이용자의 측면에 대해서는 많은 연구가 진행되지 못해 왔다. 이러한 교통 이용자의 인지 및 만족도(transportation user perception)를 평가하는데 있어서, 기존 방법론은 많은 한계를 안고 있다. 이는 인간의 인지/판단 과정(Human thought process)이 매우 주관적이고, 복잡하며, 평가자의 개별적인 특성 및 상황적인 특성에 따라 그 결과가 달라질 수 있기 때문이다. 또한 자신의 인지/만족도를 평가하는 데 있어 우리 인간은 이를 수량화하기 보다는 언어적인 평가방법에 익숙하기 때문이다. 이러한 교통이용자 측면을 교통공학에 보다 구체적으로 접목시키기 위한 노력으로, 본 연구에서는 교통이용자 측면을 고려한 교통공학의 패러다임 전환을 위한 필요성과 배경을 언급하고자 한다. 이를 위해 교통이용자 측면을 고려한 서비스수준 평가에 관한 연구를 중심으로 사례연구를 분석하여 향후 연구방향을 제시하고, 교통전문가와 교통이용자를 대상으로 한 설문조사결과를 분석하여 교통이용자의 인지정보의 다양성과 주관성을 설명하였다. 끝으로 이러한 교통이용자의 인지정보를 평가하기 위한 대안적인 방법을 제시하고, 이를 이용하여 연구된 다양한 선행연구를 제시함으로써 제안한 방법에 대한 적용 가능성을 모색하였다.

The analytic hierarchy process is known as a useful tool for the group decision making methods. This tool has been area such as investment, R&D management, manufacturing, production and marketing. Typically, transportation problems have addressed by mathematical programming. In this paper, an optimal solution of transportation problem was determined by the analytic hierarchy process.

고밀도폴리 에틸렌 고건전성용기에 담은 폐수지의 운반을 위해 원전 폐수지의 방사능 분석결과를 사용하여 운반물 등급 분류방법을 도출하였다. 원전 폐수지의 방사능 분석결과로부터 폐수지 내 핵종 존재비를 구하였고, 폐수지의 표면선량률로 핵종재고량을 평가하기 위해 MCNP 코드로 방사능대선량 환산인자를 모사하였다. 이로부터 고밀도폴리에틸렌 고건전성용기에 담은 폐수지에 대한 A형 운반물과 B형 운반물의 경계값은 1.19 TBq 이고 이를 표면선량으로 환산한 결과는 124.2 mSv/h임을 알 수 있었다.

Recently, a multi-facility, multi-product and multi-period industrial production-distribution planning problem has been widely investigated in Supply Chain Management (SCM). One of the key issues in the current SCM research area involves reducing both production and distribution costs. We have developed an optimization model to tackle the above problems under the restricted conditions such as transportation time and a zero inventory. Computational experiments using commercial tool Ms-Excel Solver show that the real size problems we encountered can be solved in reasonable time. The model can be used to decide an appropriate production-distribution planning problem in SCM research area.

The objective of this paper is to study the establishing system of truck collaboration and to reduce traffic cost for participating transportation enterprises. The system of truck collaboration can enhance the transport efficiency and to reduce traffic cost without new investment for trucks and equipments. The type of truck collaboration should be enumerated (1) the system of head and branch base (2) the system of central terminal (3) the system of separating collection and delivery for cargo (4) the system of cooperating cargo order and truck allocation. The efficiency of truck collaboration is possible to be realized for transportation enterprises, receiver and sender of cargo.

Transportation companies should ensure the number of trucks for a type of business model rather than a means of livelihood model. The method to calculate the minimum number of trucks for the transportation business model can use an approach of either the qualitative and the quantitative technique. The number and location of centralized warehouses can be determined in minimizing total costs and then these cost reductions should be allocated fairly to each store. If no group of stores feel that they are paying to subsidize to the complementary set of stores, then that cost allocation is in core. That is, all stores become better off by forming a group. This study shows that there does not exist the core in some examples. Hence, we suggest a framework for the cost allocation both of the case in which the core exists and the core does not exist.

예부선 선박은 다른 선박과 달리 부선에 의해 그 조종성능이 제한되어 항해 중 해양사고 발생률이 높은 것으로 알려져 있다. 그 충돌사고 발생률은 일반 선박과 비교하여 40%이상 높은 것으로 보고 되기도 하였다. 이런 특성을 지닌 예부선 운항 실태를 파악하고 이를 바탕으로 그 안전 운항 강화 차원의 연구가 꾸준히 정부에서 제기되어 왔다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 차원에서 예부선 국내 운항 실태를 살펴보았다. 운항업체의 등록상황, 각 업체의 운항 안전 실태, 과거 예부선 사고 유형 등을 조사 분석하였다. 또한 예부선 관련자에게 안전 증진 방안에 대한 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 국내외 예부선 안전 사례에 대한 조사를 실시하였다. 이러한 자료는 예부선 안전 강화를 위한 방안에 활용될 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 캘리포니아 내 고속도로망을 대상으로 지진발생 후 교통흐름의 변화를 평가하는 기법에 대하여 이루어졌으며, 고속도로망 상에 위치한 교량의 손상정도가 평가기법의 가장 기본적인 요소로 사용되었다. 본 연구에 사용된 교량의 지진취약도는 PGA 또는 PGV의 함수로 나타내어졌고, 1994년 Northridge 지진과 일련의 시나리오 지진에 대하여 교통망 손상 평가를 수행하였다. 또한 교량 보수 및 보강 후 교통망에 대한 피해정도를 정량화하기 위해 확률모델을 개발하였으며, 그 피해정도는 시간(Drivers Delay)으로 나타내었다. 본 연구가 캘리포니아를 대상으로 이루어져 국내적용 및 활용가능성에 대해서는 후속 연구가 뒤따라야 할 것으로 사료된다.
