정부는 지난 2008년 8월 새로운 국가 발전 패러다임으로 ‘저탄소 녹색성장’을 제안한 바 있다. 이 전략의 골자는 저탄소 사회의 구현과 새로운 성장동력을 동시에 확보한다는 것이다. 하지만 전통적으로 많은 학자들은 두 목적이 서로 상충되는 것으로 인식해 왔다. 다시 말해 녹색전략은 환경규제를 강화하게 되고 이것은 기업의 생산비용을 증대시키게 된다는 것이다. 그러나 포터를 비롯한 일단의 학자들은 이것을 근거가 부족하거나 지나치게 정태적인 분석의 결과로 보았다. 또 이들은 적절한 형태의 환경규제는 기술혁신을 유도함으로써 단기적 비용을 상쇄하는 효과를 나타낼 수 있다고 주장하였다. 이들 논쟁에 관해 많은 선행연구가 있지만 실증연구는 대단히 부족한 것이 사실이다. 본 논문은 환경관리를 위한 정부 정책과 기업의 혁신 활동이 어떤 여건에서 기업의 기술혁신을 유도할 수 있는지를 탐색하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 기업의 녹색경영전략에 따라 경영성과에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 외부 규제에 대한 대응정도나 내부 녹색경영 의지가 높을수록 기술성, 수익성, 성장성 등이 커지는 경향을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 국제 환경규제나 기후변화협약에 대해 기업이 처한 여건 역시 기술과 경영 두 측면에서 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타남으로써 기술혁신활동과 환경규제 그리고 경영성과 간의 상관성을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 정부의 대표적인 상용화 기술혁신정책인 산업기술개발사업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석함으로써 관련 정책결정자에게 정책적인 시사점을 주는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2003년부터 2007년간 종료된 산업기술개발사업을 대상으로 정부가 중요하게 고려하는 정책요인별로 가설을 형성하였다. 사업을 수행한 주관기관의 유형(대기업, 중소기업, 벤처기업, 연구소, 대학)에 따라 R&D성과에 차이가 있는지, 산학연간의 협력 개발이 단독 개발에 비해 R&D성과가 나은지, 과제 참여기관 수와 R&D성과의 관계, 과제 총금액의 크기와 R&D성과의 관계, 과제 총금액에서 차지하는 민간 총투자금의 비중과 R&D성과의 관계 등을 검증하고 있다. R&D성과는 산업기술개발사업의 제1차적 성과물인 특허등록건수와 논문게재건수로 측정하였다. 포아송 회귀분석 결과, 기업이나 연구소에 비해 대학이 특허 및 논문 차원의 R&D성과가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 벤처기업의 특허 성과는 중소기업의 특허성과에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다. 산학연의 협력개발은 단독개발에 비해 대체적으로 R&D성과가 높고, 과제 총금액이 클수록 R&D성과가 높으며, 민간 총 투자금의 비중이 높을수록 대체적으로 R&D성과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 과제 참여기관의 수와 R&D성과간의 역U자형 관계 가설은 지지되지 않았다.

This study is to propose an improved R&D (Research and Development) earned value management execution model for large scale national R&D commercialization project. Current literature for Large Scale National R&D project has focused on the basic research, applied research, and the development of R&D project. In this study, we propose appropriate performance indicators and Earned Value Management (EVM) system that can be applied to large scale national R&D commercialization projects.

오늘날 청소년에게 미치는 게임의 영향력이 높아지면서 인터넷 게임 중독에 대한 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 청소년의 인터넷 게임 중독에 대한 특성을 알아보기 위해 청소년 인터넷 게임 이용자의 유형 및 혁신성을 파악하고, 게임 이용 혁신자 집단과 비혁신자 집단을 분류하여 인터넷 게임 중독과의 관계를 파악하였다. 혁신성 구 분, 인터넷 게임 중독의 척도를 이용하여 설문조사하였고 군집분석과 T-검증으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 청소년 중 비혁 신자의 수가 혁신자보다 조금더 많았고, 게임 이용 혁신자가 비혁신자보다 인터넷 게임 중독의 위험이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 인터넷 게임 중독 청소년 내담자 특성은 사회복지학, 상담심리학, 교육학 등의 초기면접과 상 담 전략을 세우는데 도움이 되기를 기대한다

본 연구는 정부기술지원사업의 성과와 파급효과에 대한 영향 요인들에 대한 실증분석과 정책적 함의를 제시한다. 문헌연구를 바탕으로 영향 요인들을 3대 차원(수요자, 공급자, 정책)으로 구분하고 이들 요인들이 Outputs(1차성과/기술적성과), Outcomes(2차성과/경제적성과)에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증분석을 시도하였다. 2006년부터 2007년까지 2년간 光산업 기술력향상사업의 지원을 받은 37개 참여기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하고 그 결과를 요인분석, 다중회귀분석 등의 기법을 사용하여 실증 분석하였다. 주요 실증분석 결과를 살펴보면 수요자 차원에서는 기업의 외형적 안정성이 Outputs(1차성과/기술적성과)에 영향 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 흡수능력은 Outcomes에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 공급자 차원에서는 오직 책임자 역량만이 Outputs에 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났고, Outcomes에는 어떠한 요인도 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 정책 차원에서는 과제선정 적절성만이 Outputs와 Outcomes 모두에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.이러한 연구결과는 정부기술지원사업의 효과를 개선하기 위해서는 기업은 흡수 능력을 제고하기 위해 노력하여야 하고, 이를 평가에 반영할 수 있는 정책이 필요하며, 공급자인 지원기관의 기술사업화 역량을 강화하는 조치가 필요함을 시사한다.

The present study analyzed empirically the structural relationship among characters, market orientation and performance of CEO's in small and medium-sized companies. The analysis showed that market orientation is affected by CEO's characters in the industry. It was also revealed from the analysis that the business performance and technical renovation of small and medium-sized companies rely fairly on their market orientation. These findings are believed to have great significance in the process of creating market orientation by the industry. That is, CEO's will may play a very important role in pursuit of market orientation and, at the same time, may act as a vital factor for small and medium-sized companies to achieve business performance and to realize technical renovation.

As technology develops, more advanced technologies involving GPS, GIS, RFID and sensor networks have been adopted in agriculture sector for u-Farm. However, technology adoptions have been evaluated as ineffective. Farmers and agri-business have low level of understanding on technology so it is not efficiently utilized. This study introduces a case of RFID/sensor networks of mushroom farm as a u-Farm case study, focusing on developing a framework for analysis of u-Farm investment returns. RFID and sensor networks improve real-time production control, processing management, and traceability. Integration of RFID and sensor networks leads to innovation into the mushroom farm, reducing labor cost, increasing productivity, and improving quality of the mushroom. The ROI which is used as an indicator of performance indicator is 413%.

Firstly, preceding research, the literature and investigation analysis about process approach method which is the special characteristics of ISO/TS 16949 standard. Secondly, each process of ISO/TS 16949 standard is classified and deduced the key performance indicators followed process access method. Finally, get a enterprise survey data related to improvement of Performance Indicator and analyzed by SPSS statistical software.

This study aimed at working out a practical plan in order that National Quality Award may be helpful to develop enterprises. In line with this aim, this study investigated the cases of foreign countries that evaluate the quality managements of enterprises on the basis of the standard model, and the aftereffect of winning the award, and its influence on management performance. Investigation was focused on the companies that won Quality National Award as a result of quality innovation activities and met with good results since then and finally won Korea Quality Grand Prix 3 years after winning the award, and questionnaire was performed to the directors of the competent authorities. The questionnaire was sent by e-mail, and its questions were made with a help from the advisers of National Quality Award. Questions were mostly focused on four parts, the general states of enterprises, the operation system of National Quality Award, the after effect of winning the award, and management performance shown after winning the award.

The 'Excellent Quality Competitive Enterprises' selection system began with the government's selection and announcement of 'Top 100 Excellent Quality Competitive Enterprises' in 1997 in accordance with Article 6 of the Quality Management and Safety Control of Industrial Products Act and Article 5 (Selection of excellent quality management enterprises, etc.) of the Act's Enforcement Decree. The content of the research and analysis results is summarized as follows: 1. The participation and confidence of enterprises in the differentiation of the assessment system for the excellent quality competitive enterprises selection system is high: from the initial year to the present, 10% of enterprises have participated in the system for over 10 years and since 2000 participating enterprises have been on a steady rise. 2. The distribution of participating enterprises is not limited to any specific region but is spread nationwide, while the participation scale and business types also are being evenly distributed. 3. From the perspective of management performance, as compared with the average of domestic manufacturing businesses or that of U.S. manufacturing businesses, an analysis found that among management results, the excellent quality competitive enterprises achieved far higher sales growth and operating profit rate on sales, however their own capital ratio and debt to equity ratio appeared to be slightly higher.

This study was aimed at analyzing the structural relationship among such factors as industrial environment, technological cooperation, technological innovation performance and management performance that are essential to technological innovation of small and medium-sized companies. For this aim, an analysis was conducted to determine which of the factors in industrial environment has impact on technological cooperation of small and medium-sized companies. An empirical analysis was also performance to find what kind of effects the technological cooperation may have on technological innovation and management performance. From the analyses, it became known that: first, changes in industrial environment have influence on technical cooperation factors including production technology, technical information, technical manpower and fund for technology that are assorted by means of factorial analysis; second, the technological cooperation of small and medium-sized companies has impact on their technological innovation performance; and third, the technological cooperation of small and medium-sized companies has impact on management performance.
