지역방송은 최근 급변하는 방송환경에 대처하기 위해 여러 가지 방안을 모색하 고 있으며, 이러한 논의는 특히 지역방송의 정체성과 관련 있는 지역성 개념 정립 에 대해 집중되고 있다. 지역방송의 존재이유는 지역성과 밀접한 관련을 맺고 있으 며 생존과도 관련 있는 문제이다. 이러한 환경에서 지역성의 개념을 정리하고 제한 적이기는 하지만 특정 방송사의 9시 메인뉴스에서 지역성이 어떻게 인식되고 있는 지를 분석하는 것 또한 의미가 있다. 본 연구에서는 지역성 개념을 정립하여 지역 방송사가 추구해야 할 지역성에 대해 논의하고자 함을 목적으로 한다. 분석결과 특 정장르와 특정지역에 편중되어 뉴스가 보도되는 것으로 조사되었다. 지역방송의 지 역적 정체성과 지역의 다양성 보장하기 위해서라도 보도 영역을 확대할 필요가 있다.

The entry into force of the Japan-Indonesia Economic Partnership Agreement on July 1, 2008, is highly expected to boost Japan’s investment in Indonesia due to the fact that it is the most comprehensive bilateral agreement between the two countries. The JIEPA covers most areas of economic cooperation, including: taxation, trade in goods, trade in services, movement of natural persons, government procurement, intellectual property, investment etc. Some potential legal issues are anticipated during the implementation of the JIEPA due to some differences between the JIEPA and the Indonesian legal system. This article focuses on issues related to foreign investment related law, namely: instrument of ratification and its legal implications; review mechanism; legal certainty; continuation of business activities; termination of business activities; protection and guarantee of foreign investment such as minimum standard of treatment; investment risks; and disputes settlement mechanism.

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of quality management system constructed by ISO 9001 certificates through BSC perspectives. Evaluation of quality management system based on BSC framework can consider short-term financial performance as well as nonfinancial performance characteristics, which will derive future financial results. This results show that QMS has an indirect effect on business performance through quality performance and customer satisfaction, which are internal business process and customer perspective, rather than has a direct effect on financial performance. Finally we suggest implications of this study and future research direction.

The study interprets each of three classification models based on Bath-Tub Failure Rate (BTFR), Extreme Value Distribution (EVD) and Conjugate Bayesian Distribution (CBD). The classification model based on BTFR is analyzed by three failure patterns of decreasing, constant, or increasing which utilize systematic management strategies for reliability of time. Distribution model based on BTFR is identified using individual factors for each of three corresponding cases. First, in case of using shape parameter, the distribution based on BTFR is analyzed with a factor of component or part number. In case of using scale parameter, the distribution model based on BTFR is analyzed with a factor of time precision. Meanwhile, in case of using location parameter, the distribution model based on BTFR is analyzed with a factor of guarantee time. The classification model based on EVD is assorted into long-tailed distribution, medium-tailed distribution, and short-tailed distribution by the length of right-tail in distribution, and depended on asymptotic reliability property which signifies skewness and kurtosis of distribution curve. Furthermore, the classification model based on CBD is relied upon conjugate distribution relations between prior function, likelihood function and posterior function for dimension reduction and easy tractability under the occasion of Bayesian posterior updating.

일반적으로 물리 교육에서 실험 활동을 통해 학습자들은 일상생활 중 경험과 밀접하게 연관된 힘과 운동 분야의 개념을 보다 확실하게 이해할 수 있다. 하지만 현재의 교육 실정에서는 실험 수행시간 부족 등의 열악한 환경으로 충분한 실험 활동을 하지 못하고 있다. 이를 보충하기 위해 정지성 등[1]은 모션센서 컨트롤러를 이용한 3D 물리교육 시뮬레이션 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 이 시스템에 학습자가 실험의 몰입도를 높이기 위해 3D 가상 실험 공간을 양안식 입체로 가시화하는 색상 방식의 양안식 3D 동역학 교육용 시스템을 제시한다. 학습자들은 제안한 색상 방식의 양안식 3D 입체 영상을 통해 보다 현실감 있는 동역학 시뮬레이션을 수행할 수 있었다.

본 논문은 감성 캐릭터라 불리는 3차원 모델을 모바일 게임 콘텐츠에 삽입하여, 사용자의 감성 상태에 따라 게임 환경 및 감성 캐릭터의 시청각적 요소를 능동적으로 변화시키는 3차원 그래픽 콘텐츠 개발을 위한 iOS 기반 프레임워크 기술에 관해 설명한다. 본 프레임워크에서는 사용자의 생체 신호를 분석하여 9가지의 감성 상태로 분류한 후에 그에 따라 감성 캐릭터를 변화시킬 수 있도록 한다. 이 기술은 감성 모바일 콘텐츠의 개발과 콘텐츠의 시청각적 요소의 변화가 사용자 감성에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 연구 등에 활용될 수 있다. 본문에서는 개발된 프레임워크 기술의 설계 및 구현 내용과 이를 기반으로 구현된 모바일 감성 콘텐츠와 두 개의 게임에 대해서 설명한다.

증강 현실은 현실 세계를 기반으로 가상의 사물을 합성하는 기술로 현실 속에서 가상세계를 경험하게 해준다. 그동안 게임에 대한 부정적인 시각으로 인해 국내 보드 게임의 보급이 늦었으나, 최근 인식의 변화와 외국 보드 게임의 수입으로 인해 점차 인기를 끌고 있다. 본 논문에서는 증강 현실을 이용한 보드 게임 개발 방법을 제시하려 한다. 이처럼 보드 게임 콘텐츠를 증강 현실 기반으로 개발한다면 게임 유저들에게 증강된 영상이 보여 지므로, 보드 게임의 흥미를 높일 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

A system has been developed to reduce fluctuation of the indoor temperature in a radiant floor heating system. The system we developed and implemented is called BoilerMan. With the BoilerMan system the hot water circulation pump is controlled by computer software which implements a unique strategy. To minimize the system development time a user-friendly development environment was used. This development environment was useful in the implementation and testing of the efficiency of our strategy. The environment also serves as an easy means for system maintenance. The BoilerMan went through a few test runs against a real apartment house and the result showed significant reductions in the initial temperature overshoots against the target values. It also reduced the operatingtime of the hot water circulation pump. Such positive results were possible due to our unique strategy that exploits heating efficiency information collected from the past run of the very same system. Since the strategy was implemented with embedded software, it makes the BoilerMan flexible, too.

Recently, the role of artificial intelligence techniques in games is becoming important. Game artificial intelligence technology in the past, the graphics and sound technology were more important. However, Artificial intelligent technology in current games is necessary technology to provide variety pleasure to users, and role of user's partner or helper. Learning ability of artificial intelligence technologies is attention getting technology. In this paper, we apply the learning system to the game agent to implement it, and a nalysis its performance.

다양한 플랫폼에서 할 수 있는 지뢰 찾기 게임은 다양한 아이디어로 변형된 게임이 구현되어 왔다. 이러한 변형들을 유형별로 분류하고 새로운 방식의 3D 지뢰 찾기 변형 게임을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 2D에서 정다각형을 이용한 경우처럼 같은 타일 모양의 isohedral 타일링에 가까운 형태가 되도록 설계하였으며 3D 그래픽 라이브러리를 사용하지 않고도 구현할 수 있도록 하였다.

컴퓨터의 발전과 함께 삼차원 게임의 그래픽 성능도 향상되고 있다. 삼차원 게임 사용자들의 요구사항인 다양한 맵의 제공을 위해 맵 에디터 프로그램이 출시되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 맵 에디터 프로그램들이 안고 있는 문제점을 해결하는 새로운 맵 에디터를 제시하려 한다. 제시된 에디터의 효율성 및 우수성을 예제를 통해 설명한다.

21세기에 들어와 국내에 초고속 인터넷의 보급으로 현재 초고속 인터넷 보급률이 전 세계에서 최 상위권에 진입해 있는 상황에서, 과거 전화 접속 네트워크로 인터넷을 사용하던 때 보다 웹 사이트 및 웹 서비스가 활발해지고 있으며, 그에 따른 다양한 서비스들이 지원되고 있다. 과거 PC에서 구동되던 응용 프로그램 군들의 설치가 따로 필요 없이 웹 브라우저를 이용하여 다양한 응용프로그램들이 수행되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 현상을 반영하여 다양한 웹 브라우저 환경에서 영상처리를 쉽게 접근하고 사용할 수 있는 영상처리 애플리케이션을 개발하는 것에 중점을 두었다.

본 논문은 전통 악기를 활용한 체험형 아케이드 게임 장치에 관한 것으로서 종래의 북 게임 장치와 같이 타격을 활용하여 전자음을 낼 수 있어 사용자가 실제로 공연에 참여하여 전통 악기를 치는 것 같은 느낌이 들게 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 장구, 북, 난타 등 다양한 전통악기를 연주 할 수 있는 확장팩과 타격 위치 및 타격 강도를 정확하게 감지하여 점수를 계산할 수 있는 아케이드 체험 장치에 관한 것이다.

In Computer Science study, practical experience is gained in the computer laboratory, however the laboratory funding and maintenance require huge resources. This is the main reason why virtual computing laboratory implementations in academic environments have increased our major interest. At University of Ljubljana, we are the only higher education institution using virtual laboratories as an integral part of any Computer Science courses not only in Slovenia but also on the Balkans. Initially we have built our own virtual laboratory. Later, we merged our implementation with NCSU VCL and integrated the new virtual laboratory with learning management system and identity management system. We also plan to integrate it with our student information system. In this paper we present our current implementation and future plans, we discuss how this can improve the learning outcomes and present our experiences and results gained in the spring semester of 2010 when used by more than 300 students who were turned out to have little significant technical difficulties. In order to complete two assignments, the students made 8.9 reservations on average, while the minimum of four was needed to accomplish the obligations. 27.5% of the students needed more than 10 reservations (16.8 on average) and are responsible for 52% of total reservations. Further research is needed to find true causes for that fact. Most popular hour of day was 3 pm and 10 pm, while the least popular was 6 in the morning, when no reservations have been made in the whole observed period of three weeks. Research also shows that the students tend to postpone their duties until just before the deadline. The findings enhance our motivation on further research related to keeping students engaged and active through the course.

In this era of globally competitive world market, many business firms have been using ISO 9000 quality management system, whose principles are leadership, customer focus, people involvement, etc., which are expected and desired to be attained for the various long/short term goals of the business firms. This paper studies whether and how those principles are implemented in the areas of service, manufacturing, etc., and researches the regression relations between business firm's performance and those principles. Using hypothesis testing, we found and showed results which can be referenced for the higher performance of business firms and those can be added to the pool of knowledge about the ISO principles implementation in service and manufacturing industries.
