        청소년 모험활동시설은 그동안 청소년활동의 기반으로서의 중심적인 역할을 수행해 왔으며, 사회변화에 따른 청소년들의 다양한 문화적인 요구와 미래의 트랜드에 부합하는 환경을 올바로 제공하여 정상적인 수련활동을 충족시키기 위한 활성화 방안을 지속적으로 모색하여 왔다. 그럼에도 기존의 청소년 모험시설은 사회적 환경변화와 더불어 학교단체의 여가활동 활성화를 위해서 다양한 청소년 활동기회를 제공하기 위한 시설로 개선될 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 활용도와 참여도가 높은 군집 형태의 청소년 모험시설을 대상으로 전체 현황을 조사하고, 안전성에 따라 주요 결함을 분석하고자 한다.

        소규모 취약시설 안전점검은 그동안 안전취약계층이 사용하는 건축물의 안전 및 유지관리를 위하여 지속적으로 확대되어 왔으며, 한정된 자원조건에서 특정다수를 대상으로 하는 시설물의 효율적인 안전점검을 실시하기 위하여 다양한 대응전략이 요구된다. 대부분의 안전점검 업무특성 중 하나는 해당범위 시설물에 대한 신속 정확한 관리를 위해서는 직접적인 안전점검 수행 이 외 우선순위선정, 선택과 집중의 상황판단이 동반된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대상범위가 넓은 소규모 취약시설 안전 점검을 수행하면서 축척된 결과데이터 현황을 분석하고 이에 따라서 실시되고 있는 주요 대응전략을 도출하고자 한다.

        최근 지진 및 자연재해의 영향으로 인한 노후 건축물의 위험도가 높아지고 있으며, 이러한 시설물에 대한 정기적인 안전점검 및 유지관리의 필요성이 더욱 대두되고 있다. 특히나 소규모 노후시설물의 경우 정기적인 안전점검이 이루어지지 않는 경우가 많고, 내진성능평가가 이루어지지 않은 시설물도 많다. 본 연구에서는 준공 후 40년 이상 된 소규모 교육시설의 정밀안전점검 결과를 분석하여, 향후 유지관리 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

        25층 규모의 중층 철근콘크리트 주거형 건물을 예제모델로 선정해 구조성능 분석을 진행하였다. 예제모델은 5층, 10층 15 층 20층 25층의 시공단계 모델과 설계가 완료된 완공단계 모델로 구분해 구조해석을 수행하였다. 완공단계와 시공단계 모델들에 대하여, 고유치해석, 횡력저항성능, 완공단계와 시공단계의 설계강도비 비교를 통한 단면성능 검토를 수행하였다. 검토 결과, 시공단계와 완공단계 모두 횡변위와 층간변위비에서 건축구조기준 제한을 초과하지 않는 것을 확인하였고, 단면성능 검토에서는 벽체 일부 데이터를 제외한 모든 부재에서 구조적 안전성을 확인하였다. 따라서 중층 철근콘크리트 주거형 건물의 완공단계에서 구조적 안정성이 확보되면 시공단계에서도 구조적 안전성 확보가 이루어진다는 결론을 도출할 수 있었다.

        The concrete track has been developed as an alternative to the ballast track due to its excellent maintenance. Recently, QHT(Quick Hardening Track) has been developed to rapidly replace ballast track to slab track. In bridge section, post-installation anchors should be installed at the center of QHT segment in order to unify the behavior of bridge and QHT. In this study, track-bridge interaction analysis was performed to check safety of anchor considering at early age of QHT.

        In this study, we analyze the policy related to building safety diagnosis and maintenance management and suggest improvement direction of system for building diagnosis. The US has various test methods and laws and regulations standardized on wide territory, so it is excellent in responding to changes in regulations. In the UK, the technology of the building diagnosis related field is advanced through systematic efforts of diagnosis and maintenance of the building. Therefore, it is necessary to establish and revitalize regulations related to building diagnosis and maintenance management, to revise the laws and regulations of related institutions, and to systematically cultivate manpower through specialized agencies related to diagnosis and maintenance.

        The purpose of this study was to identify vulnerable area of emergency medical care. In the existing method, the emergency medical vulnerable area is set as an area that can not reach the emergency room within 30 minutes. In this study, we set up an area that can not reach within 30 minutes including the accessibility of 119 emergency center. To accomplish this, we obtained information on emergency room and 119 emergency center through Open API and constructed road network using digital map to perform accessibility analysis. As a result, 509 emergency room are located nationwide, 78.0% of them are concentrated in the region, 1,820 emergency center are located, and 61.0% of them are located in rural areas. The average access time from the center of the village to the emergency room was analyzed as 15.3 minutes, and the average access time considering the 119 emergency center was 21.8 minutes, 6.5 minutes more. As a result of considering the accessibility of 119 emergency center, vulnerable areas increased by 2.5 times, vulnerable population increased by 2.0 times, and calculating emergency medical care vulnerable areas, which account for more than 30% of the urban unit population, it was analyzed that it increased from 17 to 34 cities As a further study, it will be necessary to continuously monitor and research the real-time traffic information, medical personnel, medical field, and ambulance information to reflect the reality and to diagnose emergency medical care in the future.

        Purpose - This thesis is to develop a management plan and checklist by analyzing the prevention of accidents in advance by presenting the management plan for the major causes of railway accidents. Research design, data and methodology - In recent 5 years, we have analyzed the cases of railway accident, presented the management plan for the accident, and made a practical safety checklist focusing on the main measures according to the management plan. Results - The analysis of the cases of near-railway accidents suggests more concrete and practical safety management measures because the similar accidents are continuously occurring due to formal safety management. Conclusions - It is more valuable to apply to the adjacent construction of the railway line by creating a detailed checklist based on cases rather than the existing checklist. This study is written only as a human factor. For future real - time safety management, it is necessary to study more precisely cause analysis and safety equipment as a big data - based safety control system for more systematic safety management.

        The latest precise inspection for safety and diagnosis has found the clogging of transverse drainage pipes in NATM tunnel, resulting in hydraulic pressure generated on the outside of lining concrete that poses a safety threat to the tunnel structure. Accordingly, this paper aims to conduct a safety analysis on using NATM tunnel that currently suffers the clogging of transverse drainage pipes based on its numerical analysis.

        최근 시설물의 안전 및 유지관리에 관심이 증대되고 있으나, 발주처의 저가발주로 인해 안전진단전문기관은 부실화 되고 부실 점검 및 진단으로 인한 많은 문제점들이 야기되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실무자들의 인식조사와 사례분석을 통해 실행대가 현황을 고찰하 였으며, 그 결과 정밀안전점검은 대가기준 조정보다는 대가기준의 효율성 증대 및 강제성 강화가 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 또한 정밀안전진단은 연면적 10,000㎡미만 시설물에 대한 대가기준 설계금액을 현재 기준에서 80%로 하향조정하고, 그 이상의 시설물에 대해서는 현행 대가기준을 적용하되, 대가기준의 강제성 강화가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

        본 연구에서는 하천 제방에 대한 홍수취약성을 평가하는 새로운 기법을 기후변화에 따라 달라지는 하천의 수위변화를 고려하여 제방의 취약성 변화 정도를 파악해보고자 한다. 이를 위해 미래 기후변화 시나리오를 기반으로 대상유역의 홍수량을 산정하여 홍수위를 구하고 제방의 2차원 지하수침투 모형인 SEEP/W를 이용하여 침투거동을 분석함으로써 침투안정성을 평가하였다. 대상지역은 한강 본류 서울 구간으로 선정하여 대표 제방을 선정한 후, 대표 제방의 현재 계획홍수위와 기후변화를 고려한 홍수위를 고려하여 제방의 안전율을 분석하였다. 제방의 취약성 분석에 필요한 인자를 도출하고 이를 활용하여 기후변화 시나리오에 따른 제방의 수위변화를 고려한 제방의 취약성 분석을 실시하였으며 분석결과를 본 연구자가 기 개발한 제방홍수취약성지수(Levee Flood Vulnerability Index, LFVI) 값을 이용하여 제방의 취약성에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다.

        For the last several years, climatic changes have led to the increase of natural disaster attributed to climatic abnormality, for instance, sweltering heat, heavy snow, or heavy rain. Particularly, localized guerrilla heavy rain mostly occurring in summer often results in flood damage. Such damage may lead to fatal damage to the safety of underground structures having the water level as the load. Accordingly, this study is going to introduce the cases of safety analysis grounded on numerical analysis in order to understand the structural behavior of riverbed tunnels according to water level fluctuations.

        This paper investigates the safety and health role processes that the client should perform at each phase of the construction project. Since the client is one of the top decision makers in the whole construction project, the client should give roles and responsibilities for safety and health of workers.         Load test is performed to obtain the data to evaluate load carrying capacity and check static & dynamic characteristics of a structure by estimating the real behavior of bridge due to loading the load. The subject facility in this paper is a bridge located on the spiilway of dam and traffic is relatively less than most brige. Considering the age and operation rules of a dam, however, load test and structure programming analysis were performed to check current conditions for structure under in-depth inspection and the results of that analysis are shown.

        Recently, interest in the safety and maintenance of the structures is growing. However, due to the low-cost order placed by the ordering organization, the safety diagnosis specialized institution becomes insolvent and many problems have arisen due to insufficient inspection and diagnosis. Therefore, in this study, the current status of bid cost was examined through the survey of the practitioners and case analysis. As a result, Precision safety diagnosis, the criteria cost for structures with a floor area of less than 10,000 ㎡ is lowered to 80 % from the current standard. For structures larger than that, the current criteria cost are applied, but it is deemed necessary to strengthen the rigidity of the criteria cost.

        Numerical analysis using commercial CFD code was carried out to develop the drag force type vertical axis hydraulic turbine for the improvement of the production efficiency of small hydro energy at low flow velocity condition. Blade pressure changes and internal flows were analyzed according to the presence or absence of the hydraulic turbine blade holes at flow velocity of less than 1.0~3.0 m/s. According to the numerical results, the pressure and flow velocity is severly affected by the flow velocity in turbine blade with no holes, while the influence of flow velocity is comparatively decreased in turbine blade with holes. It is also found that the pressure and flow velocity on the blade surface with holes are evenly distributed with no singular location and it is believed that forming a hole in the blade may be helpful in terms of structural safety.

        This paper analyzed the effects of rotational stiffness of wedge connection between vertical and horizontal members of system supports. By simulating the connection condition both a hinge connection, which is considered in the design stage, and a spring with the rotational stiffness reflecting the actual behavior, the critical buckling load and the maximum combination stress ratio are compared. The results show that hinge condition somewhat underestimate the actual behavior of vertical members of system supports. However, it is also noted that the horizontal member represents the increased stress due to the rotational stiffness of the connection.
