In this paper, we describe the proposed KVN (Korean VLBI Network) clock system in order to make the observation of the VLBI effectively. In general, the GPS system is widely used for the time information in the single dish observation. In the case of VLBI observation, a very high precise frequency standard is needed to perform the observation in accordance with the observation frequency using the radio telescope with over 100km distance. The objective of the high precise clock system is to insert the time-tagging information to the observed data and to synchronize it with the same clock in overall equipments which used in station. The AHM (Active Hydrogen Maser) and clock system are basically used as a frequency standard equipments at VLBI station. This system is also adopted in KVN. The proposed KVN clock system at each station consists of the AHM, GPS time comparator, standard clock system, time distributor, and frequency standard distributor. The basic experiments were performed to check the AHM system specification and to verify the effectiveness of implemented KVN clock system. In this paper, we briefly introduce the KVN clock system configuration and experimental results.

In this paper, Wish to handle in priority about security of wishing to do data transmission between users specially among way to cope network service problems. Propose firewall that can solve problem of security between users for problematic solution, do so that can do smooth communication with network users sharing resource between each other safety in P2P environment. So that, users who is not given authority in network that consist through imperfect communication channel do not make a problem on security tapping, insertion and erasing of information, and rightful user through only firewall can use service.

본 논문에서는 ATMEGA128칩을 사용하여 소형 2족 보행로봇의 제어기를 설계 및 구현하였다. 로봇 제 어기는 빠른 연산속도 및 안정된 보행상태를 유지하기 위해 다양한 센서가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 관절의 구동부로 22개의 RC서보모터를 사용한 소형 2족 보행로봇의 제어기 구조를 제안하고 설계 구현하였다. ATMEGA128칩을 이용하여 각각의 서보모터를 제어하고 호스트컴퓨터와 블루투스통신을 통한 실시간 제어가 가능하도록 설계하였다. 또한 음성인식칩을 사용하여 인간의 명령을 로봇에 전달할 수 있도록 구현하였으며 다양한 실험을 통하여 제안된 2족 로봇제어기의 성능을 고찰하였다.

This paper was concerned about design and implementation of supply chain management for auto-part company by adopting a UML(Unified Modeling Language). The part of SCM and e-business have interested by larger company, researcher and academic professor. There has been known about a little implementing SCM and it's initiatives for SME(small-medium sized enterprise). We, in this paper, dealt with design and implementing the SCM on supply chain auto part SMEs. The UML is a standard language for specifying, visualizing, constructing, and documenting the artifacts of software systems. It simplifies the complex process of software design, making a blueprint for the SCM implementation. In this paper, we also adopt some methods for the systematic system analysis, design, and implementation by applying UML to a SCM system.

본 논문에서는 어장에 침입하는 도적을 감시하기위한 어장보호 시스템의 구현절차와 구현결과를 기술하였다. 이 시스템은 사용자의 요구에 따라 저가부터 고가 및 단순 기능부터 복합 기능 등 다양한 형태로 구성할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 육상으로부터 0.5 마일 이내에 총 50개(가로 10열, 세로 5열)의 케이지가 밀집된 전라남도 진도군 소재 전복 양식장에서 구축한 시스템을 현장 실험하였다. 그 결과, 구축한 시스템이 양식장 전체는 물론 단위 케이지까지 세밀하게 감시할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

This article provides a brief description of the vision and implementation timetable for the iriformation and communication technology (JCT) education policy in Hong Kong. The author examines the effects on teaching and learning of a schoolclosing crisis resulting from the outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS). The findings were that most schools in Hong Kong were still at the elementary stage of using JCT in education. In addition, the author highlights the significant roles of leaders in culture development in schools concluding that the realization of shortfalls is itself a big step forward in making changes.

This paper is to propose various quality and reliability sampling inspection methods to perform the competitive global outsourcing strategy while purchasing and subcontracting. The study also represents implementation strategy which can be efficiently and effectively used in the enterprise. Quality sampling inspection schemes extend reliability inspection techniques with a little change.

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 다감각환경 적용이 인간의 정서상태에 미치는 영향을 조사하여 스트레스 관리 및 예방법으로서의 의미가 있는지 알아보고자 하였다． 연구방법 : 155명의 대학생을 대상으로 스노즐렌 적용을 하였으며 측정도구로 개정판 대학생용 생활 스트레스 도구와 정서상태 검사(POMS)를 사용하여 치료전후를 비교하였다．스노젤렌 적용방법은 대상을 개별과 그룹으로 무작위로 구성하였고，1회씩 30분의 치료를 실시하였다． 결과 : 정서상태 점수는 치료전 103점에서 치료 후 69점으로 감소하여 유의하게 감소하였고，각 요인별 정서요인 들도 모두 유의한 차이를 보였다．개별치료，그룹치료간의 치료형태에 따른 정서상태 변화의 차이는 없었으며，성별에 따라서는 피곤감을 제외한 모든 요인에서 치료전후의 유의한 차이가 없었다．정서상태 총점과 불안감，우울감，분노감，피곤감 요인이 스트레스와 밀접한 상관관계를 보였다． 결론 : 스노즐렌 적용이 정서상태에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였으며 이를 통하여 정신건강예방 분야에서 작업치료 중재방법으로 활용하기 위한 지속적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 기대된다．
