        The present study is the development of recyclable micro pale expansion drilling bit. The domestic market will gradually be suppressed by the new developed ring one in the use of ring bit(non-recyclable) in this business. Existing casing drilling and insertion method is applied by order of the casing inserted after drilling, which has the disadvantage that a long construction time, device costs and labor consuming. When the steel pipe multi-bit-only expansion drilling is developed, enterprise sales and employment effects can occur. If the performance of the developed products through the product equal to or superior to the domestic component parts are developed proprietary technology acquisition and cost savings, as well as the construction period of about 30%, and the expected reduction of 70% in material costs are expected.

        처분시설은 폐쇄 후 제도적 관리기간 동안에는 처분 부지로의 일반인의 접근을 제한하며 제도적 관리기간 이후에는 부주의 한 인간침입 시에도 처분시설로 인한 방사선적 영향으로부터 침입자를 보호하도록 설계 되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 처분시 설이 부주의한 침입자에 미칠 수 있는 방사선적 영향을 GENII 프로그램을 사용하여 평가해보았다. 처분고별 적치되는 방사 성폐기물의 종류를 달리하여 평가하고 제도적 관리기간 설정에 따른 침입자에 대한 영향도 분석하였다. 평가결과 제도적 관 리기간을 두지 않아도 폐필터가 적치된 처분고를 제외하고 모두 성능 목표치를 만족하였다. 하지만 폐필터를 적치한 처분고 의 경우 인간침입 평가결과 제도적 관리기간 300년이 되어서야 성능목표치를 만족할 수 있었다. 폐필터와 함께 잡고체 폐기 물을 혼합하여 적치하는 경우 제도적 관리기간을 줄일 수 있었으며, 폐필터는 다른 폐기물과 함께 적치하여 제도적 관리기 간을 줄이는 것이 필요하다. 폐기물 적치시 방사능을 고려하여 처분고 적치방안을 적절히 수립하는 것이 국부적인 방사능의 최대값을 줄일 수 있어 방사선적 안전성을 확보하며 제도적 관리기간을 단축할 수 있어 바람직하다.

        Ti2AlN composites are a laminated compounds that posses unique combination of typical ceramic proper- ties and typical metallic(Ti alloy) properties. In this paper, the powder synthesis, SPS sintering, composite characteristics and machinability evaluation were systematically conducted. The random orientation characteristics and good crystalli- zation of the Ti2AlN phase are observed. The electrical and thermal conductivity of Ti2AlN is higher than that of Ti6242 alloy. A machining test was carried out to compare the effect of material properties on micro electrical discharge drilling for Ti2AlN composite and Ti6242 alloy. Also, mixture table as a kind of tables of orthogonal arrays was used to know how parameter is main effective at experimental design. Consequently, hybrid Ti2AlN ceramic composites showed good machining time and electrode wear shape under micro ED-drilling process. This conclusion proves the feasibility in the industrial applications.

        When a new nuclear fuel is developed, irradiation test needs to be carried out in the research reactor to analyze the performance of the new nuclear fuel. It is necessary to attach sensors in the fuel rod and connect them with instrumentation cables to check the performance of the nuclear fuel during the burn up test in the test loop. A thermocouple is installed at the center of the fuel rod to check the centerline temperature of a fuel rod during the irradiation test. Therefore, A hole needs to be made at the center of a fuel pellet to put the thermocouple. However, it is difficult to make a small fine hole on the sintered UO2 pellet with a simple drilling machine, because the hardness and density of a sintered UO2 pellet are very high. In this study, an instrumented fuel rod mock-up was fabricated using an automated precise drilling machine. Four sintered alumina were drilled off and assembled into the zircaloy tube and a thermocouple was instrumented in the fuel rod mock-up. Sealing of an instrumented fuel rod mock-up was performed in the following two methods. It is sealing of similar metals perform by welding method, and sealing of dissimilar metals perform by swagelok method.

        이 연구에서는 감절점쉘요소의 개념에 근거한 새로운 4절점 곡면 쉘요소를 제시하였다. 회전장이 독립변수로 도입된 범함수에 의하여 면내회전자유도를 도입함으로써 개발된 쉘요소에서는 절점당 6자유도를 갖도록 하였다. 아울러 쉘요소의 면내거동 개선을위하여 4개의 비적합변위형에 의한 비적합변위를 면내방향의 변위성분에 추가하였으며, 면외거동 개선을 위하여 대체전단변형률장이 적용되었다. 이 연구에서의 비적합변위형의 수치적 구현에 있어서 일정한 변형률상태를 표현할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 비적합변위형의 직접수정법이 적용되었다. 이렇게 정식화된 쉘요소 강성행렬의 수치적분에 있어서는 부피적분을 위하여 9점 적분법이 사용되었다. 개발된쉘요소는 바람직하지 못한 영에너지모드를 갖지 않으며, 일정한 변형률 상태를 표현할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 개발된 4절점 곡면 쉘 요소에 대한 다양한 수치예제를 통한 검증 결과, 전반적으로 양호한 거동을 보여주고 있음을 확인하였다.

        The paper concerns numerical study of fully developed laminar flow of a Newtonian water and non-Newtonian fluids, 0.2% aqueous of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) solution in eccentric annuli with combined bulk axial flow and inner cylinder rotation. Pressure losses and skin friction coefficients have been measured when the inner cylinder rotates at the speed of 0~200 rpm. A numerical analysis considered mainly the effects of annular eccentricity and inner cylinder rotation. The present analysis has demonstrated the importance of the drill pipe rotation and eccentricity. In eccentricity of 0.7 of a Newtonian water, the flow field is recirculation dominated and unexpected behavior is observed. it generates a strong rotation directed layer, that two opposing effects act to create two local peaks of the axial velocity. The influences of rotation, radius ratio and working fluid on the annular flow field are investigated.

        The CFRP composite has a lot of merits such as mechanical characteristic, light and thermal resistance. For these merits, CFRP is applied to so many industrial area. In order to use the composite materials in the aircraft structures or machine elements, accurate surfaces for bearing mounting or joints must be provided, which require precise ,machining. In this study, the specimens differentiating the stacking sequence of 5kinds were used. When drilling the carbon fiber reinforced plastics, it was checked on whether the stacking sequence reached any effect on the cutting force. Also relationship between the drill diameter is examined from the drilling experiment, which is the drilling of Fabric, Unidirectional specimen with ∅6mm, ∅10mm, ∅12mm cemented carbide drill. Considering cutting force and drilling diameter, the results are analyzed.

        The experimental data from the central composite design runs were utilized for mathematical models far the drilling characteristics containing linear, quadratic and interactive effects of the parameters such as volume fraction of TiC in the composites, drill speed, feed rate and drill diameter. The models were developed via stepwise selection where the insignificant effects were removed using t-test. The models were subjected to optimization of maximizing drill life and satisfying the other constraints.

        In recent years, PCB drills with smaller diameters less than 0.1 mm are used and thus there are growing needs for ultra-fine grained cemented carbides. However, ultra-fine WC powder usually causes extraordinary grain growth during sintering which weakens mechanical strength of ultra-fine grained cemented carbides. So we examined several kinds of WC powders to make new ultra-fine grained cemented carbides having superior performance. We found that direct carburized WC powder is very good as a WC raw material. The PCB drills made of the developed ultra-fine grained cemented carbides have higher hardness, toughness and stiffness than conventional ones.

        지반의 횡파 속도 단면은 주로 다운흘 탄성파 탐사에 의존해 왔으나 최근에 MASW와 같은 표면파 탐사방법과 SCPT와 같은 탄성파 콘 관입시험법 등이 개발되어 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 비고결 퇴적물에서 다운홀 탄성파 탐사, MASW, SCPT 등을 사용하여 횡파 속도 단면을 구하고 이들을 시추조사 결과와 비교하였다. 그 결과 퇴적물상의변화와 횡파 속도 변화는 밀접한 관계가 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 세 가지 횡파 속도 단면 중 SCPT가 퇴적물상의 변화에 가장 민감하게 반응하는 것을 알 수 있었다. SCPT 결과 퇴적층 내 약 8∼l2m 깊이에 주로 점토질 모래로 구성되어 있는 저속도 층이 있음을 알 수 있었다.
