        The role of QR Code robots in smart logistics is great. Cognitive robots, such as logistics robots, were mostly used to adjust routes and search for peripheral sensors, cameras, and recognition signs attached to walls. However, recently, the ease of making QR Codes and the convenience of producing and attaching a lot of information within QR Codes have been raised, and many of these reasons have made QR Codes recognizable as visions and others. In addition, there have been cases in developed countries and Korea that control several of these robots at the same time and operate logistics factories smartly. This representative case is the KIVA robot in Amazon. KIVA robots are only operated inside Amazon, but information about them is not exposed to the outside world, so a variety of similar robots are developed and operated in several places around the world. They are applied in various fields such as education, medical, silver, military, parking, construction, marine, and agriculture, creating a variety of application robots. In this work, we are developing a robot that can recognize its current position, move and control in the directed direction through two-dimensional QR Codes with the same horizontal and vertical sides, and the error is to create a QR Code robot with accuracy to reach within 3mm. This paper focuses a study on the speculative navigation using auxiliary encoder during the development of QR Code-aware indoor mobility robots.

        Radiological impact analyses were carried out for a near-surface radioactive waste repository at Gyeongju in South Korea. The RESRAD-ONSITE code was applied for the estimation of maximum exposure doses by considering various exposure pathways based on a land area of 2,500 m2 with a 0.15 m thick contamination zone. Typical influencing input parameters such as shield depth, shield materials’ density, and shield erosion rate were examined for a sensitivity analysis. Then both residential farmer and industrial worker scenarios were used for the estimation of maximum exposure doses depending on exposure duration. The radiation dose evaluation results showed that 60Co, 137Cs, and 63Ni were major contributors to the total exposure dose compared with other radionuclides. Furthermore, the total exposure dose from ingestion (plant, meat, and milk) of the contaminated plants was more significant than those assessed for inhalation, with maximum values of 5.5×10−4 mSv‧yr−1 for the plant ingestion. Thus the results of this study can be applied for determining near-surface radioactive waste repository conditions and providing quantitative analysis methods using RESRAD-ONSITE code for the safety assessment of disposing radioactive materials including decommissioning wastes to protect human health and the environment.

        Emission features formed through Raman scattering with atomic hydrogen provide unique and crucial information to probe the distribution and kinematics of a thick neutral region illuminated by a strong far-ultraviolet radiation source. We introduce a new 3-dimensional Monte-Carlo code in order to describe the radiative transfer of line photons that are subject to Raman and Rayleigh scattering with atomic hydrogen. In our Sejong Radiative Transfer through Raman and Rayleigh Scattering (STaRS) code, the position, direction, wavelength, and polarization of each photon is traced until escape. The thick neutral scattering region is divided into multiple cells with each cell being characterized by its velocity and density, which ensures exibility of the code in analyzing Raman-scattered features formed in a neutral region with complicated kinematics and density distribution. To test the code, we revisit the formation of Balmer wings through Raman scattering of the far-UV continuum near Lyβ and Lyγ in a static neutral region. An additional check is made to investigate Raman scattering of Ovi in an expanding neutral medium. We find a good agreement of our results with previous works, demonstrating the capability of dealing with radiative transfer modeling that can be applied to spectropolarimetric imaging observations of various objects including symbiotic stars, young planetary nebulae, and active galactic nuclei.

        중국에서도 민법전시대가 정식으로 도래하였다. 중국의 민법전이 2020년 5월 28일 제13기 전국인민대표대회 제3차회의에서 통과되어 2021년 1월 1일부터 제정, 시행된다. 이 민법전은 1949년 이후 분산되 어 기존의 민사관련법을 체계적으로 통합, 보완하여 만든 것으로서, 중국 에서 처음으로‘법전’이라고 명명한 법률이다. 민법전의 시행과 동시에 현 행 중국의 혼인법, 상속법, 민법통칙, 민법총칙, 입양법, 담보법, 계약법, 물권법, 권리침해책임법 등은 폐지된다. 이 민법전은 제1편 총칙, 제2편 물권, 제3편 계약, 제4편 인격권, 제5편 혼인가정, 제6편 상속, 제7편 권 리침해책임(불법행위) 등 7개 편과 1260개의 조문 및 부칙으로 구성되 어 있다. 중국 민법전은 독일식 판덱텐 체계를 따랐으나 독일식 5편제가 아닌 7 편제를 취하고 있다. 채권편을 계약편과 불법행위책임편으로 나누고 인 격권편을 추가한 것이 특색이라고 할 수 있다. 여기에서 인격권편의 내 용은 기존 독일법계 민법을 가진 국가들이 인격적 이익을 불법행위편에 의하여 사후적 보호를 강조하였다면 중국 민법전은 사전적 보호를 포함 한 체계적이고 총체적인 보호를 규정하고 있다. 민법전 시행에 이어 후 속적 조치로 그의 구체적인 적용을 위한 관련 사법해석이 만들어질 것으 로 보이며, 인격권 신설 등 시대적 요구와 중국 특색들을 반영한 것은 중국 민법의 현대화와 중국화의 요구를 적절하게 반영한 것이라고 할 것 이다.

        희토류(Rare Earth) 함량이 높은 TRU 생성물 중의 RE 원소를 감소시키기 위하여 RE 원소와 UCl3의 산화반응을 이용한 RE 제거 공정의 타당성을 HSC Chemistry 코드를 이용하여 검토하였다. 사용후핵연료에 포함된 TRU 원소 및 RE 원소의 조성 및 열역학적 자료를 검토하였으며, UCl3와의 산화 반응에 따른 평형 자료를 계산하여 공정 가능성을 검토하였다. 실제 파이로 프로세싱 처리를 가정한 물질수지로부터 TRU 생성물의 RE 함량이 다른 두 가지 경우에 대하여 RE 원소 제거율과 TRU 회수율을 평가하였다. TRU 생성물을 산화제인 UCl3와 반응시켰을 때 각 원소의 Gibbs free energy의 차이에 의한 선택적 산화 반응이 일어났다. 투입된 UCl3 양을 조절하여 TRU 회수율을 최대로 유지하면서도 RE 원소를 제거하여 최종생성물의 TRU/ RE 비를 증가시킬 수 있는 가능성을 계산 결과로 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과들은 열역학적 평형 자료에 기반한 결과이므로 실제 공정에 적용하기에는 많은 차이점이 존재한다. 그러나 TRU 물질을 취급하기 어려운 환경에서 파이로프로세싱의 TRU 생성물을 고속로의 핵연료로 공급하기 위한 공정 설계에 중요한 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

        이 논문은 항만국통제라는 유엔해양법협약상의 인류 보편적인 공익모델을 활용하여 정체된 남북협력관계를 푸는 단초를 제공하고자 한다. 유엔해양법협 약 제218조, 제219조, 제220조에 따른 항만국통제를 활용하여 지역적 협력체를 체결한다면 한반도의 평화적 분위기 조성이 성취될 수 있을 것이다. 2017년 1월 Polar Code가 발효됨에 따라서 북극의 북극항로와 북서항로는 통항의 증가에 직면할 것으로 예상된다. 항만국통제의 지역협력체는 본질적으로 해사안전과 환경보호를 목표를 위한 지역적 연계와 협력을 수반하며, 이러한 항만국통제를 활성화하기 위한 논의와 지역에 대한 정보교환은 남북관계를 평화롭게 하는데 기여할 것으로 기대한다. 2004년 남북해운합의서와 지역적 협력체 양해각서의 비(非)법적 구속력 등은 남북한 양자에게도 큰 부담을 주지 않고 유엔 및 미국 등의 북한제재법령과의 충돌가능성이 최대한 낮추게 된다. 따라서 남북한이 주도적으로『북극-동북아시아 항만국통제 지역적 양해각서』(Seoul-Pyongyang MOU)의 체결을 수행할 때 한반도를 둘러싼 긴장관계를 감소할 것이다. 새로운 항만국통제 지역협력체는 인명보호, 극지역 바다의 환경과 재산을 보호하는데 기여할 뿐만 아니라 이는 바다의 영역에서 북한을 객관화된 국제사회로 초대하는 진입문이 될 수 있다.

        The grade of East Asian architecture is generally classified by the size, the shape of the roof, and the type of bracket set. The craftsmanship of columns, beam, purlin, stylobate, column base stone and paintwork is also a contributing factor for such classifications. These classifications can be found not only in historical documents such as Oksajo(屋舍條) of Samguksagi(三國史記) but also in house details regulations of residential architecture(家舍規制) of Joseon Dynasty. However, there are differences in detailed designs among the same grade of architecture regardless of the classification. In this research, the Palace, the Royal Residence(宮家), and the Jaesil(齋室) are considered as the Palatial Buildings and Royal Residences. And the advanced architectural ㅇ details which appear only in the Royal Architectures are defined as the ‘The Architectural Crafts as a Code of Manners’. The Architectural Crafts as a Code of Manners is detailed design, which can be seen as fabrication of materials and supplementary factors. The Architectural Crafts as a Code of Manners used in the Palatial Buildings and Royal Residences reveal the types and their historical changes. This research will present a basis for the repair and restoration of cultural heritages to be carried out in the future, and also prevent them from further damages, thus help to preserve the cultural heritages.
