ultrafiltration, diafiltr바이오의약품 중에서도 항체의약품의 수요가 증가함에 따라 항체를 상업용으로 개발하기 위한 연구가 활발히 진 행되고 있다. 항체의약품의 제조공정 중 downstream 공정은 의약품 성능에 직접적으로 영향을 미치기 때문에 중요하게 다뤄 지며, 본 총설은 그 중에서도 농축 및 제제화를 목적으로 행해지는 한외여과 및 정용여과 공정에서 사용되는 한외여과막의 주요 제품 및 공정 특성을 살펴보고, 최근 연구 동향에 대해 소개하고자 한다.ation, concentration, formulation, antibody-based therapeutics

Microplastics have become a rising issue in due to its detection in oceans, rivers, and tap water. Although a large number of studies have been conducted on the detection and quantification in various water bodies, the number of research conducted on the removal and treatment of microplastics are still comparatively low. In the current research, the inflow and removal of microplastics were investigated for various drinking water treatment plants around the world. Addition to the investigation of filed research, a survey was also conducted on the current research trend on microplastic removal for different treatment processes in the drinking water treatment plants. This includes the researches conducted on coagulation/flocculation, sedimentation, dissolved air flotation, sand filtration and disinfection processes. The survey indicated mechanisms of microplastic removal in each process followed by the removal characteristics under various conditions. Limitations of current researches were also mentioned, regarding the gap between the laboratory experimental conditions and field conditions of drinking water treatment plants. We hope that the current review will aid in the understanding of current research needs in the field of microplastic removal in drinking water treatment.

본 연구는 상업 젠트리피케이션의 과정을 일반과 프랜차이즈 커피전문점의 시·공간 밀도 변화를 이용하여 탐색하고자 한다. 커피전문점은 높은 입지 가변성으로 상권의 형성과 발달을 파악하기에 효과적 업종이기 때문에 상업 젠트리피케이션의 진행 단계를 직관적으로 설명하는 효과적인 지표의 역할을 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 먼저, 상업 젠트리피케이션을 경험한 사례 지역을 분석하여 커피전문점 밀도를 이용한 상업 젠트리피케이션 진행 단계 탐색의 가능성을 보여주었다. 다음으로 커피전문점의 상대 밀도와 밀도 비율을 추정하고 그 변화량을 기반으로 군집분석 방법을 적용하여 서울 전 지역을 대상으로 상업 젠트리피케이션 진행 단계를 구분하였다. 그 결과 상업 젠트리피케이션이 진행되었거나 진행 중인 지역과 기간을 효과적으로 추정 할 수 있었다. 더불어 커피전문점의 밀도를 이용한 상업 젠트리피케이션의 탐색은 인구·사회·경제적 변수들보다 더욱 상세한 시·공간 변화 탐색에 효과적이다.

바이오 의약품 생산과정의 대부분 공정에서 분리막이 사용되고 있다. 분리막 공정은 다른 공정의 전처리, 공정 자 체의 불순물 분리, 바이러스 제거, 목표 생성물 농도 조절 및 완충 용액 교환 등에 사용된다. 인체에 사용하는 바이오 의약품 의 바이러스 오염은 심각한 임상 결과와 직결되는 민감한 문제이기 때문에 바이러스 필터는 제품의 효능과 안정성을 보장하 기 위해 중요한 역할을 한다. 바이러스 필터는 일반적으로 표면 개질된 PVDF, PES, CRC 등 다양한 고분자로 만들어진 복합 다층 구조를 가지고 있다. 제조업체에 따라 대칭(symmetric) 또는 비대칭(asymmetric) 등 다른 기공 구조와 형태를 가지고 있 으며, 주름막, 평판 시트 또는 중공사 형태로 사용된다. 바이러스 필터는 Asahi Kasei 를 비롯해 Millipore, Pall, Sartorius 등 몇몇 해외 업체들이 독점적으로 국내에 공급하고 있다. 바이러스 필터를 대체하려면 검증작업을 통해 규제기관의 승인을 받 는 등 상당한 시간과 비용이 소요된다. 최근 일본의 수출규제로 국산화가 중요해진 만큼 제거 성능 고도화 등 선제적으로 기 술자립도를 높여가야 한다.

In this study, the fate and removal of 15 pharmaceuticals (including stimulants, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics, etc.) in unit processes of a sewage treatment plant (STP) were investigated. Mass loads of pharmaceuticals were 2,598 g/d in the influent, 2,745 g/d in the primary effluent, 143 g/d in the secondary effluent, and 134 g/d in the effluent. The mass loads were reduced by 95% in the biological treatment process, but total phosphorous treatment did not show a significant effect on the removal of most pharmaceuticals. Also, mass balance analysis was performed to evaluate removal characteristics of pharmaceuticals in the biological treatment process. Acetaminophen, caffeine, acetylsalicylic acid, cefradine, and naproxen were efficiently removed in the biological treatment process mainly due to biodegradation. Removal efficiencies of gemfibrozil, ofloxacin, and ciprofloxacin were not high, but their removal was related to sorption onto sludge. This study provides useful information on understanding removal characteristics of pharmaceuticals in unit processes in the STP.

The government announced that it would ask the contractors not only the supplier but also the contractors to take the same responsibilities if they did not observe industrial accident safety measures from 2019. The semiconductor manufacturing process belongs to the representative disaster industry group in which the facility is directly located inside a closed space called clean room. According to previous studies, the semiconductor industry group used checklists for safety management of their suppliers. This study has developed a model for assessing suppliers by constructing a quantitative checklist item through the risk assessment methodology, laws and regulations. The evaluation model of the supplier set up through this study becomes the safety management standard in the semiconductor industry .Furthermore, it is applied to the partner companies in the operation of ISO 14001, 45001, I would like to apply it as a measure of performance management for CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).
