Understanding molting process in subterranean termites is a critical step to implement successful control program as chitin synthesis inhibitor baits interfere molting process of termites. In the present study, we report detailed molting process in Reticulitermes speratus kyushuensis Morimoto, 1968 that foraging workers start fasting period 5 days after they were collected and finished their entire molting process for the next 5 to 6 days. Ecdysis took less than an hour, specifically 9.2 ± 4.9 minutes from jack-knife posture to separation of the antenna and 36.6 ± 8.5 minutes from separation of the antenna to regain mobility. We believed relatively short time window of molting process in R. speratus kyushuensis may affect lengthy colony elimination time.
Background: Delivery workers repeatedly get in and out of trucks and walk or run to deliver packages during work. Iliotibial band syndrome (ITBS) is a well-known non-traumatic overuse injury of the lateral side of the knee caused by frequent knee flexion and extension. Hip muscle strength is among the factors that prevent lower extremity injuries. Although many studies have examined the relationship between ITBS and hip muscle strengths, there was no study comparing hip muscle strength and ratio between delivery workers with and without ITBS.
Objects: This study aimed to compare hip muscle strength and hip internal/external rotator and adductor/abductor strength ratios between delivery workers with and without ITBS.
Methods: Fourteen delivery workers with ITBS matched inclusion criteria in the present study among 20 participants. Because total sample size was required 28 subjects by G*power program (ver. 3.1.9.4; University of Trier), 14 delivery workers without ITBS were recruited. Hip muscle strengths were measured in a side-lying position using a Smart KEMA pulling sensor (KOREATECH Co. Ltd.). An independent t-test was used to compare hip muscle strengths and hip internal/external rotator and hip adductor/abductor strength ratios between delivery workers with and without ITBS.
Results: The adductor/abductor strength ratio was significantly greater in delivery workers without ITBS than in those with ITBS (p < 0.05). The strengths of the hip abductor, hip adductor, hip internal rotator, hip external rotator, and the ratio of internal/external rotator strengths were not significantly different between the delivery workers with and without ITBS (p > 0.05).
Conclusion: This study’s findings showed that delivery workers with ITBS had significantly lesser adductor/abductor strength ratio, while the strengths of the hip abductor and adductor muscles did not differ significantly. These results suggest that adductor/abductor strength ratio should be considered when evaluating and treating ITBS in delivery workers.
본 연구는 자연치유산업에 종사하는 관리자를 대상으로 하여 직업 전문성과 웰 니스에 대한 직무만족의 매개 효과에 대해 다차원적인 관계를 규명하고자 실시하 였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 측정 도구는 직업 전문성 변인의 하위 요인이 6개 요 인, 직무만족 변인의 하위요인이 5개, 웰니스 변인의 하위 요인이 5개로 구성되었 으며 타당도와 신뢰도 검증을 실시하여 사용하였다. 자연치유산업 종사자가 지각하는 직업 전문성과 직무만족 및 웰리스 변인의 경로적 영향 관계의 타당성 검증 하기 위해 구조방정식모형을 이용한 경로분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과로 잠재변 수 간의 경로계수 분석에서 직업 전문성 변인과 직무만족 변인은 통계적으로 유 의미한 정적인 영향의 결과로 검증되었고 또한 직무만족 변인과 웰리스 변인도 통계적으로 유의미한 정적인 영향의 결과로 평가되었다. 그러나 직업 전문성은 웰 니스에 영향을 미치는 구조적 관계는 통계적으로 유의하지 않게 나타나 기각되었 다. 따라서 직업 전문성→직무만족→웰니스의 구조적 경로성은 직무만족을 매개효 과로 하는 타당한 영향 관계인 것을 확인할 수 있다. 이러한 연구 결과는 자연치 유산업 종사자가 지각하는 직업 전문성과 직무만족 및 웰니스에 대해 객관적이며 실질적인 자료를 제공할 것이다.
본 연구는 요양병원 간호종사자인 간호사 및 간호조무사를 대상으로 이직의도에 미치는 영향요 인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 2022년 8월 12일부터 16일까지 G시 소재 4개 요양병원 간호종 사자 146명을 대상으로 실시되었다. 연구결과, 이직의도는 일반적 특성 중 연령, 종교, 결혼상태, 학력정도, 월 평균 급여, 직종, 근무형태 및 이직경험에 대해 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<.05). 이직의도는 직무스트레스 (r=.51, p<.001) 및 소진(r=.62, p<.001)과는 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었으며 조직몰입과는 유의한 음의 상관관계가 있었다(r=.-56, p<.001). 조직몰입은 직무스트레스(r=-.25, p=.002) 및 소진(r=.-.67, p<.001) 과 유의한 음의 상관관계가 있었으며 소진은 직무스트레스(r=.56, p<.001)와 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었 다. 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 직무스트레스(β=.32, p<.001), 조직몰입(β=-.30, p=.001), 학 력정도(β=.17, p=.022)로 나타났으며 설명력은 49.6%였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 요양병원 간호종사자의 직무스트레스 감소 및 조직몰입 향상을 위한 근무환경 개선 등을 통해 이직의도 감소를 위한 노력이 필요 하리라 생각된다.
The image and emotions associated with Korean food were investigated in 24 food workers (12 Koreans and 12 foreigners) living in Korea. There are a total of 22 terms for the image of Korean food of Koreans and foreigners, including 7 common words, and a total of 33 terms for emotion, including 10 common words. Differences in the images and emotions associated with the perception of Korean food according to the characteristics of the country and region and Korean food experience were established in foreign food workers. In the images of Korean food, Koreans mentioned ‘jeong, sharing, balanced, Korean table setting, seasonal (seasonality), yearning, trust’, whereas foreigners mentioned ‘red, spicy, distinctive flavor, repulsion, sweet, non-salty, tradition and history, and unfamiliarity’. In Korean food emotions, Koreans were “relaxing, friendly, maternal, hospitable, nostalgic, exotic, clean, trust, delicious, touching, and free”, whereas foreigners were “happy, appealing, enthusiastic, excited, uncomfortable, worried, adventurous, nervous, joyful, fusion, food-cultural, and amazing”.
Today’s customer service providers, who have the greatest impact on customer satisfaction, are experiencing severe stress and job burnout due to various causes. Unlike general companies, the corporation has a relatively high level of dissatisfaction with customer service since there is a large conflict between the provision of kindness and the reasonable handling of civil complaints according to laws and regulations. In order to analyze the environment of the NPS’ customer service providers, 5.583 branch employees working at the National Pension Service and 407 call center employees were surveyed online using the questionnaire function of the Enterprise resource planning system. The contents of the survey consisted of a survey on customer-facing employees, the level of awareness of customer-facing workers protection measures, and opinions on improvement and supplementation related to customer-facing workers protection measures. As a result of the survey, 72.8% of the total respondents experienced grievance complaints, and the proportion of call center employees was even higher at 89.0%. In addition, both the branch and the call center had the largest share of complaints about obstruction of business, unreasonable demands, abusive language, and verbal abuse. More than 40% of call center employees in their 20s and 30s experienced the highest frequency of complaints 13 or more times a year. The most difficult thing in the process of responding to complaints was that both branch offices and call centers had insufficient psychological recovery time, lack of space, and lack of help from colleagues and superiors. Based on the survey analysis, it is suggested to establish a countermeasure through case analysis rather than the right to suspend work for civil complaints that cannot be handled, such as customized manuals and action strategies for the age group with high grievance complaints.
This study is to investigate the degree of field awareness of how each provision of the Serious Disaster Punishment Act will affect accident prevention. As a result of conducting a survey of construction site workers, it was analyzed that construction site workers had a low sense of safety and did not voluntarily engage in safety activities. And it can be seen that they are taking a very passive position that it is efficient to implement safety under the supervision of the supervisor. Workers who need voluntary construction site safety activities are most aware of the situation at the site, but the problem was pointed out as “lack of procedures for listening to opinions and preparing improvement measures” for these problems. Future research is needed to see if this is a problem for individual workers or for those in charge of safety and health who do not correct it even though active opinions have been submitted.
n Korea, the decommissioning of nuclear power plants is being prepared, and a large amount of radioactive waste is expected to be generated. In particular, clearance level waste, which accounts for more than 90%, requires prevention of cross-contamination and prompt classification. In this study, the possible exposure route and the derivation of exposure dose for worker exposure management in a movable analysis system that can be analyzed onsite were studied. The movable radionuclide analysis system is divided into a preparatory room, a sample storage room, a radioanalysis room, a laboratory, and a waste storage room. It consists of one radioanalysis worker and one pre-treatment worker, and the main radiation exposure is expected to occur in the movement path in the sample storage room, radioanalysis room, and laboratory. The source term for the exposure evaluation, the annual usage dose presented in the radiation safety report in the movable radionuclide analysis system was used. The input data for the evaluation of the external exposure dose under normal circumstances (exposure situation, working hours, distance, etc.) is referenced at facility specifications. The internal exposure dose evaluation was assumed to be acute exposure (1 hour) assumed as internal pollution due to the drop in liquid sample during the pretreatment work. As an evaluation method, a method using a calculation formula and a method using an evaluation code was performed. For the evaluation of exposure dose using the calculation formula, a preliminary evaluation was performed using the point source method, the point kernel method, and intake and dose conversion factors. In addition, VISIPLAN and IMBA codes were used to evaluate exposure dose using the evaluation code, and the input data were supplemented for evaluation. As a result of the evaluation, the annual exposure dose limit of 20 mSv was satisfied for both normal and non-normal situations. In future research, it is planned to derive the evaluation results by particular scenarios for the detailed movement route and evaluation time according to the work process in the mobile radionuclide analysis.
Radiation workers receive exposure during radiation works such as decontamination or cutting of metals and concrete in decommissioning nuclear power plants. To reduce occupational exposure, various radiation protection measures should be prepared by estimating the exposure dose in advance. RESRAD-RECYCLE, the computer code, is generally used for estimating occupational dose due to handling metals contaminated with radioactive materials. However, RESRAD-RECYCLE used the dose conversion factors (DCF) of EPA FGR No. 11 based on ICRP Publications 30 and 48 published in the 1980s for internal exposure estimation. This study compared the DCFs of RESRAD-RECYCLE with those of the relatively recently published ICRP Publications 119 and 141. In addition, the internal exposure dose was evaluated by changing the value of the DCFs of RESRAD-RECYCLE. As a result of the comparison, ICRP Publication 119 showed that the DCF values of most nuclides were significantly lowered. On the other hand, in the case of nuclides emitting gamma rays, there was generally no significant change in the value of DCFs. In addition, in the case of 65Zn and 94Nb, the DCF increased compared to the previous ICRP publications. The exposure dose of the decommissioning workers of Hanul Units 1 and 3 and Hanbit Unit 4 was also calculated in this study. The expected radioactivity concentration of the steam generator chamber of each unit was used as the source term. The concentration of metal dust in the air generated during cutting was calculated and applied to evaluate the internal exposure dose. As a result of the dose evaluation, there was a difference in exposure dose up to 0.2 mSv in the scrap cutter scenario of Hanbit Unit 4, which generated a lot of dust and had a high radioactivity concentration. On the other hand, in the case of the slag worker, there was no difference in the dose because the working time was very short, and the inhalation of metal dust was small, even if the latest DCF was applied.
Nuclear power plant decommissioning generates significant concrete waste, which is slightly contaminated, and expected to be classified as clearance concrete waste. Clearance concrete waste is generally crushed into rubble at the site or a satellite treatment facility for practical disposal purposes. During the process, workers are exposed to radiation from the nuclides in concrete waste. The treatment processes consist of concrete cutting/crushing, transportation, and loading/unloading. Workers’ radiation exposure during the process was systematically studied. A shielding package comprising a cylindrical and hexahedron structure was considered to reduce workers’ radiation exposure, and improved the treatment process’s efficiency. The shielding package’s effect on workers’ radiation exposure during the cutting and crushing process was also studied. The calculated annual radiation exposure of concrete treatment workers was below 1 mSv, which is the annual radiation exposure limit for members of the public. It was also found that workers involved in cutting and crushing were exposed the most.
국제해사기구(IMO)의 대기오염물질 배출 규제에 대응하기 위해 액화천연가스(LNG)를 연료로 사용하는 선박이 증가하고 있다. 이와 함께 선박의 안정적인 연료 수급을 위한 LNG 벙커링 인프라 확대의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. LNG 벙커링은 TTS(Truck to ship), PTS(Pipe to ship), STS(Ship to ship) 3가지 방식으로 진행된다. 외국에서는 3가지 방식 모두 진행하고 있지만, 국내의 경우 인프라 부족으로 TTS 방식으로만 LNG 벙커링이 진행되고 있다. LNG 벙커링은 위험 요소가 많은 작업으로 안전한 벙커링 작업을 위해 작업 종사자의 역량 이 아주 중요하며 역량 강화를 위한 전문교육과정이 필요하다. 본 연구는 LNG 벙커링 전문인력 육성과 안전하고 체계적인 벙커링 작업 수행을 목적으로 LNG 벙커링 종사자 교육 콘텐츠를 설계하기 위해 진행되었다. 이를 위해 LNG 연료추진선박 및 벙커링 현황을 파악하고 국내외 관련 교육내용을 분석하였다. 더불어 전문가 설문을 통해 교육내용의 중요성에 대한 의견을 수렴하였다. 연구의 결과로서 다양한 교육 대상에 적합한 교육 콘텐츠 설계를 하고, 이를 총 4일이 소요되는 기초교육과 상급교육 과정으로 구분하여 제안하였다. 설계된 교육 콘텐츠를 바탕으로 우리나라 벙커링 환경을 충분히 반영하여 추가 연구가 진행된다면 LNG 벙커링 종사자 역량 증진을 도모하고 인적 자 원 육성에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 사료 된다.
본 연구는 제조업 남성 근로자들의 직무스트레스와 피로와의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 검토하는 것을 목적으로 수행하였다. 대상: 조사대상은 제조업 공장에 근무하는 남성 근로자 352명이었다. 방법: 자료 수집은 2020년 4월 1일부터 5월 31일까지의 기간 동안에 구조화된 자기기입식 설문지를 이용한 설문조사에 의하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석 및 Sobel test로 분석하였다. 결과: 연구결과, 조사대상자의 피로증상은 업무요구도와 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보인 반면, 업무의 자율성, 상자의 지지 및 동료의 지지와는 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 직무스트레스와 피로와의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 직무스트레스가 높을수록 사회적 지지는 낮아지는 것으로 나타났으며(F=63.93, p<0.01), 피로수준은 높아지는 것으로 나타났다(F=58.64, p<0.01). 직무스트레스를 통제한 상태에서 사회적지지가 피로에 미치는 영향 또한 통계적으로 유의하였으며(F=43.83, p<0.01), 이 때 직무스트레스의 β값이 0.352로 매개변수를 거치지 않았을 때의 β값인 0.545보다 작아 사회적지지가 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. Sobel test 결과에서 사회적 지지는 직무스트레스와 피로의 관계에서 부분적 매개역할을 하였다(Z=-4.15, p<0.01). 결론: 위와 같은 결과는 직장에서의 사회적 지지는 근로자의 피로와 관련 있는 직무스트레스를 완화시키는 매개효과가 있을 가능성을 시사한다.
본 연구는 건설회사 근로자의 조직적 정의와 심리적 주인의식을 통한 직무만족의 관계 를 알아보는 것이다. 건설회사 근로자의 직무만족을 위하여, 건설회사 근로자의 직무만족이 행동의도와 매개변수인 심리적 주인의식이 행동의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 조사할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 건설회사 근로자의 직무만족에 기초자료가 되고자 한다. 연구 방법은 건설사 근로자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 상관분석, 회귀분석, 심리적 주인의 식의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 조직적 정의는 심리적 주인의식과 직무만족 간에 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 심리적 주인의식과 직무만족도 간에도 상관 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 심리적 주인의식은 조직적 정의와 직무만족의 관계 에서 부분적으로 매개되는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 이는 조직적 정의가 건설사 근로 자의 직무만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 건설사 근로자의 직무만족도를 높이 기 위해서는 심리적 주인의식을 높일 필요가 있음을 시사한다
본 연구는 팬데믹으로 인한 돌봄 위기 속에 돌봄의 최전선에서 활동하고 있는 돌봄 영역의 필수노동자인 장기요양 돌봄노동자에 주목하고 있다. 팬데믹 시대, 장기요양 돌봄노동자의 노동실태는 어떠한지, 문제 해 결을 위한 근본적인 과제는 무엇인지를 논의한다. 이 논문은 크게 5가지 내용으로 구성되어 있다. 첫째, 장기요양 돌봄노동의 현황과 실태를 통해 일반 현황을 살펴보았다. 둘째, 코로나19 이전의 장기요양 돌봄노 동의 주요 이슈(예컨대 열악한 노동조건, 근골격계 질환 및 감정소진, 성희롱 문제 등)에 대해 살펴보았다. 셋째, 코로나19 발생 이후에 진행된 실태조사 자료들을 바탕으로 장기요양 돌봄노동에 관한 주요 이슈를 3가지 범주로 재구조화하였다. 코로나19로 장기요양 돌봄노동자들은 더욱 심화된 불안정 노동, 안전하지 못한 노동, 그리고 추가업무 및 활동 통제에 의한 과중한 노동 등에 시달리고 있다. 넷째, 팬데믹 이후 돌봄 노동자를 지원하기 위한 정책적 움직임을 살펴보고 실천현장의 사례들을 정리하였다. 마지막으로, 돌봄 영 역의 근본적인 문제 해결을 위하여 돌봄의 가치를 존중하는 사회, 돌봄노동자를 돌보는 사회로의 전환이 필요함을 제안하였다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze which factors affect safety awareness of foreign workers and international students. In the correlation analysis, individual characteristics related to the safety awareness of foreign workers were nationality, status of stay(visa types), place of work, educational background, and Korean proficiency while international students were relevant with only the types of residence. There were significant differences in the safety awareness of foreign workers in nationality, status of stay(visa types), region of residence, educational background, place of work, and Korean proficiency. However, there was a significant difference only in the types of residence for the international students. In the regression analysis of factors affecting safety awareness, there were significant differences in nationality, status of stay(visa types), place of work, and Korean proficiency in the case of foreign workers. It was analyzed that nationality and status of stay had a negative (-) effect, and the place of work and Korean proficiency had a positive (+) effect. In the case of international students, it was analyzed that only the types of residence had a negative (-) effect on safety awareness.
수의사 보조원은 동물병원에서 동물에 대한 처치, 접수, 보호자 안내, 수납 업무 등을 통해 수의사를 지원하고 보조한다. 이러한 역할을 수행하기 위해서는 적극적 경청과 원활 한 의사소통 능력을 갖춰야 한다. 이것과 관련하여 조사와 분석을 통해 도출된 결과로 인 식의 함양이 필요하지만 현재 이와 관련된 선행연구가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 동물 병원 서비스 이용 경험이 있는 전라북도 반려인의 이용 만족도 현황과 정도를 파악하고 이에 수의사 보조원의 언어적, 비언어적 의사소통 능력이 미치는 영향의 유무를 규명하고 자 한다. 또한, 전반적인 의사소통 능력의 중요성과 영향력을 인식하는 데 목적을 둔다. 2022년 4월 30일부터 2022년 5월 29일까지 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 응답 결과 의 데이터는 빈도 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관 분석을 사용하여 인구통계학적 기준으로 분석 하였다. 첫째, 수의사 보조원의 언어적, 비언어적 의사소통 능력의 개념을 정리하기 위한 신뢰도 분석 결과 Cronbach’s alpha 계수는 모두 0.8 이상으로 나타나 신뢰도가 검증되 었다. 둘째, 수의사 보조원의 언어적, 비언어적 의사소통 능력이 동물병원 이용자의 만족 도에 미치는 영향의 여부와 정도를 파악하기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 모두 정(+)의 상관관계로 나타났다. 하여, 본 연구는 수의사 보조원의 언어적, 비언어적 의사 소통 능력의 영향력 인식을 통해 중요성 함양하고자 하는 데 의의가 있다.
The dose was evaluated for the workers transporting the spent resin drums from a spent resin mixture treatment facility. The treatment technology of spent resin mixture waste based on microwave was developed to compensate for the shortcoming of the existing one. The mechanism of the facility for the treatment is divided into separation, desorption, condensation and adsorption process. The treated spent resin that has passed through the microwave reactor flows into the spent resin storage tank. As the treatment time elapses, if spent resin accumulates in the spent resin storage tank, it is moved to the drum of the volume of 200 L. The drum must be moved by the worker, in which case radiation exposure to the drum transport worker occurs. It requires the dose evaluation for drum transport workers in terms of radiation safety. Dose evaluation was performed in consideration of the change in the composition ratio and weight of the spent resin mixture, where the working time for transportation was considered from 10 to 120 minutes in 10-minute increment. In the case of 100 kg of the spent resin mixture, the dose range was derived as 4.62×10−3 – 5.90×10−2 mSv for the 100 kg of spent resin, 4.72×10−3– 5.58×10−2 mSv for the 80 kg of spent resin and 20 kg of zeolite and activated carbon, and 5.38×10−3 – 6.32×10−2 mSv for the 60 kg of spent resin and 40 kg of zeolite and activated carbon. In the case of 150 kg of the spent resin mixture, the dose range was derived as 6.83×10−3 – 8.20×10−2 mSv for the 150 kg of spent resin, 7.13×10−3 – 8.22×10−2 mSv for the 120 kg of spent resin and 30 kg of zeolite and activated carbon, and 8.28×10−3 – 8.86×10−2 mSv for the 90 kg of spent resin and 60 kg of zeolite and activated carbon. The estimated maximum doses for each weight (100 kg and 150 kg of mixture) were confirmed to be 3.16×10−1% and 4.43×10−1% of the annual average dose limit of 20 mSv for radiation workers.
코로나19 는 전세계인의 일상을 안정적으로 유지하기 위하여 자신의 업무를 수행하고 있는 필수업무종사자에 대한 중요성을 다시 한번 각인시켜 주었다. 이와 관련하여 국제기구 및 주요 해외국가들은 선원을 필수업무종사자로 지정하고, 선원의 역할을 수행할 수 있도록 이들을 보호하는 각종 개선안을 권고하였다. 특히 국제해사기구는 선원의 원활한 승·하선 등을 지원해 줄 것을 관련 단체 및 회원 국 등을 중심으로 촉구하고 있지만, 일부 국가들은 극단적인 자국우선주의로 인해 선원의 승·하선, 상륙, 병원진료 등을 제한하는 사례가 발생하고 있다. 이 연구는 코로나19에도 불구하고 글로벌공급망의 안전을 담당하고 있는 선원의 역할과 보호의 필요성에 대한 논리적 근 거를 마련하기 위하여 국제기구 및 주요 해외 국가의 사례를 중심으로 비교하여 분석하였다. 이 연구는 해운산업에서 필수업무종사자로서 선원의 역할과 보호의 필요성을 확인하였고, 해운산업의 회복력을 강화하는 차원에서 선원의 처우 및 복지향상을 위한 시사점의 도출 및 법제도적인 개선방안을 제시하였다. 향후 이 연구는 선원의 역할과 보호의 필요성이 국가정책에 반영될 수 있도록 하는 기초자료서 역할 을 할 것으로 기대된다.
The purpose of this study is to verify the structural relationship between job crafting and job enthusiasm, informal learning, social support, and positive psychological capital, and to investigate the effect of informal learning, social support, and positive psychological capital on job crafting through job enthusiasm. A survey was conducted on 451 safety workers at large domestic companies, and the collected data were analyzed for model suitability, influence relations between variables, and mediating effects with AMOS 23.0 using SPSS 23.0. Through research, we found five important results. First, the structural model of job crafting, job enthusiasm, informal learning, social support, and positive psychological capital properly explained the empirical data. Second, social support and positive psychological capital had a positive effect on job enthusiasm, but informal learning did not significantly affect job enthusiasm. Third, informal learning and positive psychological capital had a positive effect on job crafting, while social support did not significantly affect job crafting. Fourth, job enthusiasm had a positive effect on job crafting. Finally, job enthusiasm was found to mediate the relationship between social support and positive psychological capital and job crafting. These suggest that continuous environmental efforts and systematic management measures are needed to promote job crafting of safety workers so that informal learning, social support, positive psychological capital, and job enthusiasm can be expressed. Therefore, the necessity of developing various sub-factors of informal learning that can promote job crafting of safety workers was suggested as a follow-up study.
