Lot-order assignment is the process of assigning items in lots being processed in a production facility to orders to meet due-dates of the orders. In this study, we consider the lot-order assignment problem (LOAP) with the objective of minimizing total tardiness of the orders with distinct due dates. We address similarity relationships between the LOAP and the single machine total tardiness scheduling problem (SMTTSP) and suggest priority rules for the LOAP based on those for the SMTTSP. Performances of the priority rules are compared with each other and with that of the commercial optimization software package in computational experiments.

이 연구에서는 상용코드(AQWA)를 이용하여 규칙파 중 8점 계류 중인 플로팅 도크의 계류 장력과 운동응답특성을 고찰하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 수심 10 m 연안환경(파 진폭 1.05 m, 파주기 3.85 sec, 풍속 20.21 m/s, 풍향 및 조류방향 90˚, 입사파 χ=180˚, 135˚ 및 90˚ 조건에서 수치 해를 적용하였다. 해석모델은 길이 140 m, 폭 32 m 및 높이 14.6 m의 강구조물로 현수선의 길이는 최대 120 m를 적용하였다. 해석결과 상하동요와 종동요는 선수파 보다 횡파에서 크게 나타났으며 계류 장력도 횡파와 풍하중에 의해 크게 작용하였다.

본 연구는 2008년도에 채택된 로테르담규칙상의 감항능력주의의무 규정에 대하여 기존의 헤이그 비스비규칙과의 구체적 차이점과 그 내용에 대하여 검토하고자 한다. 즉, 헤이그 비스비규칙 제3조 제1항에서는 운송인의 감항능력으로서 선박의 선체능력, 항해능력 및 감하능력을 요구하고 있으나 로테르담규칙 제14조(항해시의 구체적 의무)는 이러한 기존의 의무에 추가하여 “감항성있는 컨테이너의 제공”의무를 규정하고 있으며, 아울러 감항능력주의의무의 이행시기도 “발항 전과 발항 당시”에서 “항해 중(during voyage)"으로 운송인의 의무를 확대하고 있다. 로테르담규칙에 의해 운송인의의무가 확대된 주된 이유는 1970년대 이후 대부분의 화물 운송수단이 컨테이너를 통해 이루어지고 있으며, 아울러 새로운 통신수단의 발달과 IT 기술의 발전으로 항해중의 선박도 통제가 가능해졌기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구는 로테르담규칙 제14조의 내용을 구체적으로 살펴보고, 본 규칙에서 운송인에게 추가적 요구하고 있는 감항성있는 컨테이너 제공의무와 감항능력주의의무 이행 기간 확대의 정당성을 ISM Code 및 ISPS Code를 통해 도출하고자 한다.

It is well-known that grammar rules learned in class are hard to use in communication. This paper explores an answer to this puzzle, focusing on the so-called third person singular present -(e)s in English. Observing that the core nature of the hard-to-use rules is best described in terms of 'form', rather than 'meaning' and 'use', the paper shows that the formal descriptions of the grammar rules presented to learners do not correctly represent the syntactic nature of the linguistic phenomena concerned. It proposes that an essential prerequisite for more efficient and systematic grammar teaching and learning is a comprehensive understanding of the linguistic nature of grammar categories and items to be taught to learners.

So this paper reviews and derives sample size formula by considering significance level, power of detectability and effect difference. The quality practioners can effectively interpret the practical and statistical significance with the rational sample sizing.

본 연구에서는 3차원수치파동수조에 규칙파뿐만 아니라 안정적인 불규칙파가 조파될 수 있는 새로운 조파시스템 3D-NIT(3-Dimensional Numerical Irregular wave Tank)모델을 제안한다. 그의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 1) 조파지점에서 계산파형과 목표파형을 비교 검토하고, 2) 경사수심역에 설치된 호안구조물을 대상으로 산정된 기존 월파량에 대한 실험치와 비교 검토하며, 3) 연직원주 구조물에 작용하는 파력 및 구조물에 의한 파랑변형의 해석에 적용하여 기존의 수치 및 수리실험결과와 비교한다. 이상의 결과를 기초로 3D-NIT모델을 경사수심역에 설치된 원주구조물에 작용하는 쇄파력의 해석에 적용하여 입사파고, 구조물의 이격거리 등에 따른 작용쇄파력의 특성을 규명하고, 더불어 국내현장의 특수방파제에 적용하여 반사율, 월파량 등을 검토하였다. 그 결과 본 연구에서 제안하는 3D-NIT모델을 이용한 수치실험결과는 기존의 수리모형실험을 잘 재현하고 있음을 확인하였고 복잡한 형상을 갖는 해안구조물의 해석에 적용할 수 있음이 확인되었다.

When customers purchase a product, the process of searching for any purchase pattern process is called ‘Association Rule’. For using of this, if the customers is using unit of spare parts and the stores of displaying and selling the goods are the facility unit of having the spare parts, it will be represented that the demend pattern through the sales list in facility units. Current ASL(Authorized Stockage List) selection is the way of using the result analyzed actual experience used spare parts during the Korea War. it is specified that ASL selection criterion and procedures based on Army regulations and field manuals. This method is not conducted the association analysis between spare parts used the current equipment operating, and have not the clear criterion and analysis system about the ASL selection. In this study, in order to solve these problems, it was carried out the Association Rule targeting the sales list of the spare parts in point of between the using unit and products of occurred month based on the table designed the star-schema. And it is studied and proposed that the ASL selection way using the analysis result.

본 연구에서는 실습선의 다방향 불규칙파중 종방향 운동응답특성을 선형 스트립이론에 기초한 상용코드(MAXSURF v.16)를 이용하여 해석하였다. 해석에 앞서 상용코드의 검증을 위해 파나막스급 컨테이너선에 대해 실험조건과 동일한 선형과 해석조건을 적용하여 계산한 결과와 기 계산된 결과(Flokstra, 1974)가 상호 유사한 경향을 얻어 해석의 신뢰성을 확보하였다. 계산조건으로는 Fn=0.257에서 파랑외력을 ITTC 파스펙트럼에 기초한 뷰포트 스케일 5(T=5.46, H1/3=2m)의 파스펙트럼을 산출하였고, 조우각은 선수사파(Head & bow seas, 150˚)를 적용하여 상하동요(Heave)와 종동요(Pitch)의 선체운동응답스펙트럼을 해석하였다. 다방향 불규칙파에 대한 운동응답스펙트럼은 선수사파에서 상하동요의 경우는 미소하게 단파정파에서 높은 스펙트럼 분포를 보이고 종동요의 경우는 장파정파에서 높게 나타났다.

경인 아라뱃길 사업과 관련된 환경오염문제 및 경제적 실효성에 대한 논란은 접어두고 2011년 10월에 개통을 앞둔 현 상황에서는 수로가 완성되어 개통된 이후 선박 통항 안전성 확보를 통하여 사고의 발생을 방지함으로써 인명, 재산 및 환경을 적극적으로 보호하는데 초점이 맞추어져야 할 시점이다. 이에 이 논문에서는 경인 아라뱃길이 우리나라 최초의 내륙수로가 된다는 점을 고려하여 수로의 운영 및 선박 통항 안전성 확보를 위하여 운항 및 관리규칙의 제정에 대해 검토해 보고 안을 제시하고자 한다. 이 안은 세계 주요 운하의 통항 규칙 검토 및 경인 아라뱃길의 특성을 고려하여 총 7개장으로 분류하여 일반규정, 선박통항에 관한 일반규정, 선박운항규칙, 제한사항, 비상대응사항, 통항 제한사항및 벌칙규정 등으로 구성하여 각각의 규정을 개관하고 있다.

This study analyzes structural stress and fatigue on control arm of automobile under nonuniform load. Maximum equivalent stress at bolt part is shown with 419.1MPa and the corner is deformed with maximum displacement of 1.1628mm. Among 3 cases of nonuniform fatigue loads applying on control arm, ‘AE bracket history’with the severest change of load becomes most unstable but ‘ample history’becomes most stable. In case of ‘ample history’with the average stress of -105 MPa to 105 MPa and the amplitude stress of 0 MPa to 105MPa, the possibility of maximum damage becomes 3%. This stress state can be shown with 6 times more than the damage possibility of ‘AE bracket history’or ‘AE transmission’ Safety and durability on automobile can be effectively improved by applying the fatigue analysis result on control arm.
