To solve the traffic problems of small cities like Chung Ju City, electronic communications equipment and the introduction of advanced technologies are being used or promoted. Other local areas with developed systems in place are being investigated for applicability. Systems like these will be introduced. 대부분의 국가들이 노선버스의 운영을 공공부문에서 담당하고 있으나 우리나라를 비롯한 일부에서만 민간이 운영하고 있어 시민들을 위한 공익성만을 추구 할 수는 없는 입장이며 노선의 선정 또한 사업자와 공공이 협의하여 시행할 수밖에 없다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 버스노선 개편, 공동배차제 등 개선방안을 많은 지자체에서 시행하였지만 시민업체공공부문에서의 합의 도출은 지난한 상황이며 실행력이 없는 계획이 되고 있음을 여러 사례에서 볼 수 있다. Internet등 통신기술의 급속한 발달에 따라 통신을 통한 의사표출이 자유롭고 용이해지면서 일반지자체의 경우에 전체 민원 중 교통부문이 차지하는 민원이 를 상회하고 있으며, 교통민원 중 45.3%가 노선버스의 정시성 확보 및 운전기사의 불친절, 무정차 통과 등에 관한 것으로써 시민들이 가장 알고싶어 하는 사항이 버스의 실시간 운행상황임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실시간 버스정보제공을 통해 노선버스 이용자들의 대기시간 감소 및 이용편의를 증진시키고, 이를 통해 승용차 이용자를 대중교통수단으로 유도하여 대중교통을 활성화시키는 버스정보시스템(BIS ; Bus Information System)을 정립하며, 충주시 교통여건을 감안한 버스정보시스템 도입전략을 수립하고, 도입에 따른 기대효과를 분석하여 합리적이고 효과적으로 적용할 수 있는 지방자치단체 특히 충주시의 지능형 교통정보 시스템을 마련하는데 그 목적이 있다.

본 연구는 착용성, 이동성, 주변 맥락과의 지속적인 관계 형성을 특징으로 하는 지능형 자켓을 디자인 할 때 사용성에 대한 기준을 제시해주기 위한 선행 연구로 실시되었다. 이를 위해 사용자 관점에서 중요하게 고려해야 할 요소들이 무엇인지 파악하고자 하였다. 먼저, 이러한 논리의 타당성을 살펴보기 위하여 전문가 평가를 실시하였다. 그 결과 지능형 자켓은 기존의 컴퓨터 인터페이스와는 차별화 되므로 사용성 평가시 그 범주를 새롭게 구성하는 것이 필요하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 다음으로 사용자 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하였으며 인터뷰 참가자 집단은 도전감(challenge)이라는 준거로 신기술을 받아들이는 혁신성, 이를 받아들이는 태도에 따라 얼리 어댑터 (early adapter)와 래가드(laggard) 두 그룹으로 나눌 수 있었다. 각각의 그룹에서 중요하게 생각하는 지능형 자켓의 사용성 평가 요소는 서로 다르게 나타났다. 얼리 어댑터의 경우 컴퓨터의 연장선상에서 기능적 요소를 중요하게 생각하였고, 래가드의 경우 옷의 연장선상에서 디자인, 심리적 부담 요소를 보다 더 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 나타났다.

Utilization rate for the gate and required time and walking distance to boarding flight are important measures for the gate management and passenger's convenience estimation. So, the main purpose of the gate management are the maximization of utilization rate and improvement of airport terminal user's convenience through the efficient gate management. This study intends to maximize the utilization rate of usable gates by considering layout, terminal configuration, local passenger of the airport and development of gate assignment algorithm and DSS which maximizes the gate utilization and minimizes the passengers' walking distance. And the decision support system can provide an efficient means of airport management of airport using an assignment algorithm.
